Oh! If Soundwave likes creativity I think he’d get along really well with a writer/artist reader!

Oh definitely! Soundwave isn't an artist of any sort himself (least, the drawing/writing kind), but he can admire the effort and beauty of artistic pieces. He doesn't really reveal this side of him often though, as he does have an image to maintain as Megatron's right-hand man and lethal enforcer of the warlord's will.

Should he have a writer/artist S/O, he would be invested in their work and be quite the encouraging lover. He doesn't blindly praise S/O's work or place them on this unreachable, godly pedestal; his views are more realistic, knowing that true perfection is unreachable due to the definition wildly varying based on the individual, but still, should his lover ask for it, he'll throw in his two cents and actually be quite good at critiquing or throwing out possible ideas for S/O to utilize in their own projects. Even if they don't want any criticism or to bounce ideas back and forth, he'll still point out what he likes from each piece, and believe me, he always likes at least one thing from the work S/O puts out. <3

Could you imagine him with a S/O who does song-writing though? Seeing as his name is literally Soundwave, he knows a thing or two about crafting a well-tuned song (I imagine he's a little more in tune to what humans do and their craft when it comes to artistry, considering he literally spies on them on the daily). Be it pop, heavy metal, rock, electronic, he's got his S/O covered - he's the perfect mech to go to for help. :)

Can you do a Bayverse of the Transformers reacting to their S/O being flexible and able to pop their bones and bend their back to an unhuman position while standing? I’m like this and I want to see their reaction

Optimus Prime: The noble Autobot leader would look at you with concern first and then with curiosity. "Are you certain that's comfortable? I was not aware that human anatomy could achieve such positions." He'd be careful, though; he's aware humans are still resilient, but around bots like him, please be careful. You want to avoid giving the Prime a spark attack.

Bumblebee: The young bot would probably be fascinated and impressed. He might try to imitate some of your movements, though his frame doesn't allow the same flexibility. "Whoa-- Incredible--! Can you-- teach me-- how to do that?" He'll be super excited to learn but will grow concerned if he hears any of your joints pop. Little bee boy loves his human, okay?

Ironhide: The tough weapons specialist might raise an optic ridge and give a gruff chuckle, amused and impressed with your talent. "Well, I'll be. You, humans, are real helm-turners... Just be careful not to break anything, alright?" He'll drag you Ratchet if he hears a single POP from your bones or joints. No exceptions. He's a rugged bot who still views humans as fragile unless they're soldiers like Lennox.

Ratchet: The Autobot medic would be unamused at first, intrigued sure, humans and their biology and abilities never cease to surprise him. But he'll also get pretty concerned for your well-being. "That can't be good for your joints. Be careful, if you feel any discomfort, let me know. I can't fix a broken human, you know." He's dragging you to Sims for 'repairs' if you sprain something. You are scaring this old bot.

Megatron: The dark leader would likely be more intrigued than concerned. "Fascinating. Your species is more adaptable than I thought. Perhaps there are some useful applications for such flexibility." With your smaller size and flexibility, he'll use you as his little scout. To him, the possibilities are endless when spying on the Autobots. But unfortunately, your safety is also a concern to him. So he has Soundwave send Ravage from time to time to accompany you.

Starscream: The ambitious Seeker might smirk and make a sarcastic comment. "Well, well, aren't you a contortionist? Just be grateful you don't have to transform into a jet-like me. That'd be a real pain." He'd joke you can fold in his cockpit like a piece of paper. He's pretty amused with your talent, and despite his cold and aggressive nature, he's careful to make sure you don't pull a muscle. He knows what it's like.

Soundwave: The silent and analytical Decepticon would observe your movements, stoic and quiet as ever. His visor might flicker slightly, indicating a level of interest. He might even record your unique abilities for future reference. It intrigues him how easily you can bend around like that. It reminds him of Ravage in a way. He will pick you up and place you on his shoulder if you tire yourself out because of it.

You walk off waving goodbye at steve before going off to soundwaves headquarters. Maybe he needed something? As you drift off into paradise, you find yourself by his headquarters door. You shake out off it and knock on his door and he then opens it.

Oh, uhm. Hi, soundwave. I've heard you've requested me?."

" Yes. I have requested for some personal reasons."

You look at his towering from. You've always been shorter than him. He invited you in and locked the door, he retracts his mask and placed it down on his desk as he turned to you and walked closer and kissed you out of the blue, his soft dermas against yours fell so nice, you shutter at this but accept his passionate kiss, he shoves his glossa into your intake while you moan to the sudden action, his yellow visor brightens to your pleasured sound, he breaks to kiss to breathe, the long Saliva string on his tongue and in your mouth, you breathe hard.. he moves you to the berth, he towers over you as you lay down, you blush and hold back a whine of pleasure as he runs his two digits over your interface panel

He was trying to get thru the city to get to the decepticons who were somewhere in the city.

While he drives thru the city, he came across reader who was running around, cleaning.

He tried to tell them that this place was not safe but quickly can see the this human...was diffrent.

Reader was running around, giggling, cleaning and actally dusting off broken prices of the building.

Reader noticed optimus and somehow got on his shoulder without noticing him.

Reader asked alot of questions like "new you the bad guy?" And "are you a girl robot?" And "how can you die?"

(Comome, have you seen the bayverse optimus? He got some good as tits)

Optimus told them to go to safety but nifty said no.

2 weeks later, optimus now has a little, word, and Violent. Friend.

Ratchet TFP

When ratchet met reader when they arrived at base with the kids.

He was amazed how fast reader was and how......weird reader was.

Though, he won't say he liked reader more then the other kids but you can tell.

He liked reader since she actally helps and keeps the base clean...a little to clean.

I think ratchrt had a mini spark attack when reader came to him, covered in energon, and holding a now dead spark.

Yyyaaaaaaaa, she killed the decepticon who hurt him.

Let's say ratchet now was scared of reader.

Ratchet made sure to set some ground rules on what to do and what not to do.

Reader dident like them but understand.

Ratchet usually was alone at base so he was kinda happy reader was there to talk tohim.

Even if reader was chasing after the cockroach.

Soundwave TFP

When Soundwave met reader, is when he gets a notification that there's a breach on the ship.

When he went to go look for the intruder, he wasn't expecting to find a human, stabbing a now dead trone, yelling, "STAB! STAB! STAB! STAB!"

Soundwave used his tentacles to grab ahold of reader, but failed since reader was just to quick.

Que, reader hiding on the ship.

Reader hid in the wall and vents.

Only coming out to attack any unexpecting victims.

Soundwave was actally enjoying himself with reader, since he actally had somome and something that can give him a run for his money.

So, he left food and water out.

Gave up trying to catch reader but doesn't hurt to try once in a while.

Megatron dosent need to know.

Shockwave TFP

When Shockwave met reader, it was when Soundwave cought them (form his story) and brought them to him.

Soundwave showed the recording of reader killing one of the drones.

This peaked Shockwaves intrest.

So Shockwave starts to try and experiment on reader.

It fails.

Reader keeps escaping the holding container and dosent run away

Oh, no, no no no

Reader becomes the most annoying shit ever

They start to distroy his lab.

Anything that can be pushed off, destroyed by water, anything.

This pissed off Shockwave so bad.

At the end, he just threw reader out of the air lock to get rid of them.

I think optimus will notice that something was wrong for reader when reader seems like...a zombie, less active, less happy

Optimus will try to talk to the reader, but the reader will always dismisses it by saying they had to go do something or pretend they heard sonone yell their name.

Optimus got annoyed by this since reader was one of the few poeple that made Optimus open up and talk to freely.

So he cornered reader to ask them what was wrong.

Optimus- I see something is wrong young one. Tell me.

Reader- I feel so over worked that everything feels like a job, I can't think straight, and I just can't be happy. It seems like anytbing that I do is wrong or I am not good enough.

Optimus- It is normal to feel like everything is becoming too much at times. But it is important to remember that you are capable and that you have the ability to make a difference. Take a moment to take a step back from whatever makes you feel overwhelmed. Remember to take care of yourself, get enough rest, eat healthy and stay positive. Remember that you matter, and that you are worthy. Never give up. Keep moving forward and focus on the things that make you happy.

Reader felt so happy about what optimus said that they promised to do what optimus said.

Soon, reader felt happy and was actallg able to do all the things they used to love.

Ratchet TFP

I think ratchet will the the one to notice how reader will be acting diffrent.

Like, he is a scientist but he's dumb with emotions.

He won't notice intel reader comes to him first

He will be coming fused why reader will be acting or feeling this way, probably saying something hurtful on accident like "why do you feel this way? There's no point of being sad." Or something like that.

He would realize his mistake if reader seems to be acting worse after talking to him.

He would find time to talk to reader and apologized to reader and offers to listen.

You gotta be good friends with megatron for him to even like you enough to care about you.

Though, if you somehow got into his Spark, megatron will be there for you.

I think he would be the second fastest person to pick up on readers change of behavior.

He wouldn't ask out right since he has an image to uphold.

He would only talk to reader if they where alone.

Megatron- what has you changing moods (Y/N)?

Shockwave will have to take 2nd place for the most oblivious to readers emotion change.

He would be so focused on his work to not notice.

I think he will only notice if reader starts to not do there work.

He will not ask reader what was wrong and searches up ways why humans are sad.

Que Shockwave entering the lab, and giving reader icecream, books, blankets, heating pads, stuffed animals, music, movies, etc.

Reader would ask why.

Shockwave- do not even think you are useless. You have helped me greatly with my work.

Reader- what? But I dident even-

Shockwave- no need, I reasurched you're problem.

But he is right, reader is the best of the best and Shockwave wouldn't be this happy without them.

Could you make a part two of the Ex-Decepticon reader x Bayverse Optimus? I love what you wrote for the original request and would love to read more about it

A couple of you have asked and it got away from me and it’s 2am 🥲 couple of little G1 references in there 👩🏻‍🍳 😘

She still hadn’t said thank you to Prime and there was no way in the Pit she was going to say sorry for her behavior. Even if she knew she was in the wrong. Not that she didn’t have 7 different opportunities to do so. Each one she had either ran or stood in the background frozen. And on one miserable occasion had almost knocked him clean off his pedes chasing after Sideswipe. She didn’t say sorry then either, consumed by the red haze of her own irritation.

Now she was with Bumblebee and the goofy looking red twin who’s name she couldn’t remember hiding behind a rock getting shot at by her former “friends”. Separated from the rest of the group. A terrible way to start a new cycle really.

A series of irritated beeps pulled her from her thoughts as rock continuously rained down on them.

“Give me another click, they still need to cool before I can go another round.” She said waving her hand around.

“That’s what she said!” the ugly looking minibot cackled and with a grunt she elbowed him hard enough to shove him out of the way from a rock bigger then himself collapsing on him.

“You go for Barricade. Aim for his left side, we didn’t have the resources to heal a bad hit he took a couple of years back. It still bugs him. I’ll take Starscream” A wary beep was her answer.

“He’s a cocky glitch who thinks just because he’s pretty and can fly he has the upper hand” charging up her guns she gave him a grin “but so am I”.

“You can fly!?!” The red one squaked in alarm.

“No” she said placing her hand on his head gently “Just pretty” then shifted her hand quickly grabbing him by the neck and launching him over their shelter. Quickly she followed his screams into battle as Bumblebee tailed after her.

It wasn’t hard to find Starscream or hear him rather. Screaming at her from a distance calling her all lovely sorts of names. Traitor ringing out the loudest. Shooting out a grappling hook she clipped his wing and gave a sharp tug yanking him out of the sky. He was always easier to fight when he was on ground.

Wasting no time she rushed toward the tree line where he had fallen guns glowing hot.

………….

Maybe she wasn’t just pretty, or she wasn’t going to be anymore if this kept going the way that it was. Self-confidence and a little wishful thinking had gotten her here and now she was mulling over some life decisions as Starscream monologued all her wrongs.

She had left the Decepticons because she saw that their violence would have no end. It had become erratic since Megatron’s death. Gone was the fragile order he held in place through fear and in its place backstabbing sabotage among the ranks. Starscream declared himself leader, Soundwave refused to work with anyone but the dead con, and somewhere in the darkness Shockwave was plotting. She just wanted to go home. Even if it was just a husk of what it had been when she was young.

“-and if it wasn’t for me pulling you from the wreckage you would be dead!! Left to rust in the remains of your home” He screeched

With a groan she tried to rise back up to her full height. “That was Skyfire who pulled me out you glitch.” she spat “Remember him?”

His optics flared red and with an angry shout he shot forward.

Impact was eminent and she stood her ground staring Starscream down; too tired to really make a move. But instead of a blow to the front of her chassis it came from her left side and knocked her clean out.

…….

Darkness and pain were no stranger to her but she could safely say she would rather take a shot to the chassis then to be run over by Optimus Prime ever again. She ached from her helm to her pedes and her side felt like it was pulsing.

As Prime had told it; Starscream had blown the entire forest into nothing and somehow they had ended up underground in an air pocket buried under the chaos awaiting evac.

Sitting there she felt less than useless as Prime fiddled with the channels to get a better connection.

Twisting back and forth she huffed but could find no angle or position that brought relief. Blue optics side eyeing her in her annoyance.

“Stop. You will make the bleeding worse” his baritone voice echoed in the small space. “Ratchet will arrive and tend to your wounds as soon as they are in range of our location” she could hear a tinge of frustration in his voice.

More huffing and a little more twisting she threw herself down onto her “good” side and laid her helm in the dirt staring at his pedes.

Closing her optics she listened to the sound of static until she jolted awake. Optimus had her by the shoulder and was kneeling down in front of her.

“You must remain conscious. You have lost too much Energon” he was pulling her upright but the motion made her feel nauseous. She weakly tried to bat his servo away but he caught it.

“Y/N”

She was doing her best to stay online. But her optics couldn’t focus and another shake brought her head lolling back against the wall.

She had never really been this close to him face to face but the more she looked she decided that she preferred the shade of blue his optics were over the blue of his paint.

“Thank you” she muttered turning her helm away.A silence followed.

“There is no need for thanks. I would not let you come to harm if it is in my power.”

What a change from the Decepticon quid pro quo. But now she felt even more like a fool and let out a chuckle and voiced it.

“Now I really feel like a piece of slag” she smiled at him fully. Let the Energon loss talk she thought “I meant for the hanger incident awhile back. I should have said thank you then. You didn’t have to help or maybe you did because of the humans but you helped me and you didn’t have to or you did have to…” she was rambling now and her thoughts became jumbled, so she stuttered on. “I’ve probably should have said thank you a thousand times over to your team and especially you but…” she couldn’t. It wasn’t in her nature but she was trying and Optimus must have seen it because she thought she felt the sensation of him squeezing her servo in his.

“You’re a welcome Y/N” he said with a quite smile and that intense stare.

Looking away again she made a humming sound.

“I’m tired” she said quietly with dimmed optics. The meaning was not lost on either of them. His servo tightened again.

“As am I, but we can not rest. Not yet.” He shifted to sit next to you shoulder to shoulder. “Would you like to hear a story?”

“Depends on what kind of story…” she mused.

“A story from my time in the hall of records” he said with a bit of pride.

“I thought I was supposed to stay awake?”She couldn’t help but let out a snort leaning into his shoulder.

“Perhaps a different one then…” he said looking down at her.

“Nah… tell me about your books and just nudge me if I start to power down.”

“If i am going to bore you to the point of offlining-“

“It’s not that” she yawned “it’s your voice. It’s soothing and could put anyone to sleep if you talked to long in that tone of yours” she would slap herself after they got out of this dirt hole and blame her loose glossia on the Energon loss.

A quite settled over them both before Optimus broke it.

“Very well” he chuckled and began his story.

And if she wasn’t in the state she was in she would say with almost 95% certainty he had just made his voice sound a little deeper.
