As a Japanese I know Zoro's notorious line "You're asking the wrong guy" is supposed to represent his bushido(武士道) spirit in which having interest in romance is regarded naive and unprofessional, but the fan(girl) me is 200% onboard with the Tumblr interpretation of "Oh he's 🌈✨"

jewish culture is talking to a jewish friend about jewish holidays and theorizing about a drag show for purim, which turns into "what if I start a jewish drag bar that has daytime programming for minors (and adults) and nighttime programming (for adults only) to be a queer inclusive jewish space somewhere (which we queer jews desperately need more of), and seriously starting to consider it, so now you have to think about what you'd name it if you DID make it (taking suggestions for my hypothetical jewish drag bar)

I wanted so badly to like Don't Want You Like A Best Friend to spite the puritanical pearl-clutchers online who are mad about [checks notes] the sapphic lovers, who are not related and who met as adults, Parent Trap-ing their way into becoming stepsisters because it's 1857 and there's no other way to legally codify their relationship AND reduce the pressure on the poor one to marry a rich man
but tragically I noped out at like...5% completion because the anachronistic dialogue (with no clear stylistic choice behind it) and spotty understanding of 1850s culture were just too much
