It would have been obnoxious the way he spoke if it wasn't for the fact he was clearly paranoid.

Egg placed in their hand he couldn't help but nudge it a little with his snout, a breath exiting the nostrils and quiet chittering.

"Don't tell anyone they exist either. Fear Jerome will hurt them."

It was clear in his movements though he wanted to run. Wanted this egg saved as soon as possible but the Deputy wasn't in their other form. Movement was so slow! But he'd trusted them. Placed a life in their hands to save.

He had to follow everything they said and did, it was their territory not his...

It didn't make him any less panicked.

It wasn't everyday that Joseph was running around in a clear, frantic panic.

It wasn't everyday he was in his dinosaur form for such things.

The newest addition was apparently the pack on his back, clearly housing something as he'd sprinted towards the Deputy.

In his clawed hands, as best as he could hold it, was surprisingly an egg.

Who the hell let him have such a thing.

"You work with animals? Yes? Help. Please."

Apparently thinking up coherent sentences wasn't on the forefront as he immediately afterwards began chittering at the egg, his heart beating fast as he held the egg out to the Deputy.

How he knew where to find them would remain a mystery for the moment.

It wasn't a bird egg for sure, but determining species could be done later, he was in a panicked state and he wanted out of it as soon as possible with the Deputy's care on the egg.
