Hello! Hope you’re all doing well 💕 This may not be of any special interest to anyone, but just in case, I figured I’d share.

I’ve started my own BLOG. 😮

My husband and I recently began our house-hunting journey and we’re learning lots of things along the way. I realized that maybe this would be something that lots of people could relate to and wanted to open up a space for all things “adulting”.

I’ve been working hard on it the past week and fingers crossed 🤞🏼 that the domain gets settled in soon. When it does, if you’re interested, my website will be:

The blog will encompass all things adulting; finances, house hunting, DIY projects in the future. Marriage, family, and hopefully, stories of other people’s experiences in their attempts to not suck as adults.

This is still very much a work in progress; one that will continue for a long time to come. I’m excited to learn and hopefully run into a few of you over there! 💕

I would just like to share that the whole of HTSS is longer than "The Chamber of Secrets" now

and that by the end of this series it will be about the length of "The Prisoner of Azkaban"

Hello all! Just dropping in to share something really special and close to my heart 💛

I write things outside of fan fiction! (shocking, I know)

Simply put, I'm writing a thing.

looking through my canva to wrap up Yoongi and Seokjin's character profiles for htss and stumbled across a draft of the reader's profile which I have no clue why I didn't post

just dropping this here as a thank you to you all for your love, support and PATIENCE as I've worked on this story. we've still got a couple more chapters (and a few ideas that I'm toying with for a possible epilogue??) but if you see this, just know how grateful I am for the love this series has received! (and I include the love you've shown me personally in that statement) I genuinely love love love this series, and this oc. she's a walnut but there's so much there that I hope you've seen and will see with the rest of this story.

How to Sell Sunshine taught me that I never walk alone

and in the distance there's Ivy twinkling like the stars and Cipher calling my name. It's 12:22 sitting by my side and Cheap Seats proposing a toast. It's Golden Hour telling my own story and Sunkissed making me giddy. If I Could Lie keeps me up at night and Falling, Falling fills me with a sense of magic.

It's all a culmination of pinky promises and laughter, broken strings and broken hearts. It's a mess of stories that kept me afloat and it's a heart full of gratitude for all of the people that have ever stopped by my blog and left their mark of kindness upon it.

Tonight I'm just feeling a little sentimental as I've been looking back over the past year and a half on Tumblr, and looking back over this journey. So much has happened and changed in my own personal life; wonderful ups and terrible downs, but these stories and the readers that follow them have been a breath of fresh air.

I will never stop being grateful for the excuse I have to live out this little dream of mine. Hope you know that.

I hope you know that I have a sticker on my water bottle of two hands forever interlocked in a pinky promise, reminding me of my first story and of the promise I made to myself when I first began this journey:
