🌙🦋People with gemini / scorpio in their big three they always look like they are annoyed. Their look is always so expressed that you can see how they feel in their eyes. Scorpios always look deep into the soul while Geminis express their emotions with their eyes. Like deep annoyed look haha. Also I have noticed many times that someone who is a Scorpio sun & a Gemini moon is very talkative and often expresses their feelings or mood /what is happening under the picture they posts. what are deadly 60 and operation ouch

Deadly 60 is a show hosted by Steve Backshall. He goes around the world to find a list of 60 deadly animals. These are not animals deadly to humans, no, no, no. These animals must be deadly to THEIR OWN PREY!

Contenders include the blue ringed octopus, our tetrodotoxin baby which spawned a phrase I still use to this day! "It's not pretty, it's deadly!"

In the first series, he fed sting rays, ackowledging that they were the cause of Steve Irwin's death, and iterating to a rather large audience given time, that he would be the last person wanting them to be hated, a quite significant reason why the UK does not see sting rays as deadly, because Backshall genuinely had this much effect on the UK. They did not go on the deadly 60 list.

But what does! IS THE BOTTLENOSE DOLPHIN!

Operation Ouch is a show where Dr. Chris and Dr. Xand (twins!) (and I believe now Dr. Ronx, but they weren't on the show when I watched it. I should probably check out the recent episodes.) show you the true aspets of the human body fit with all the gore! AND MODELS!

Horrible Histories is a comedy sketch show wherein every sketch is historical, whether that be Nigel and "treacle" (we never learn treacle's name, but he calls Nigel honey), the gay paramedics of various eras who only make things worse before RUNNING AWAY RUNNING AWAY as the real paramedics get there, or D.S. Bones, Historical Road Traffic Accident Squad, he got demoted, he doesn't want to talk about it, or Ra, ra, Cleopatra! / Famous beauty coming at ya! / Ra ra, patra Cleo!

These shows fundamentally changed me.

When we covered the Power & Conflict poetry for GCSE Literature, (Checking Out Me History by John Agard) and our teacher was giving us the context, she told us what Mary Seacole did, only mentioning Florence Nightingale, and I had to be the awkward student to ask "I already knew about Mary Seacole, but who's Florence Nightingale?". Everyone looked at me weirdly, one guy (who was bigoted in many ways so we don't trust his judgement) laughed at me because they thought I was an idiot. I'm not an idiot! I just learnt about the whitewashing of history WHEN I WAS EIGHT!

If you saw the massive toxicology spiel on this blog, my interest in such a thing was spawned because of Deadly 60, and it still carries me through biology to this day! IRUKANDJI!!!

Act 2: Classes

Class is difficult for me to describe, but the way I best see it is: What is your character arc? 

A person’s class dictates how they use their aspect but also how they overcome it. As such, your class best describes your arc and how you handle overall issues or ‘your main antagonist.’

Such arcs are explained by many through 6 main groups, with 12 total class types to use:

Exploit:

Knight: This class has an arc of self-sacrifice and hiding behind a facade. A knight serves their friends like a loyal butler, and will selflessly lay their life for their sake. Their challenge is to learn that they matter as well and when to take the sideline to defend their team.

Powerwise: They use their aspect as a weapon or to exploit traits of their aspet for their benefit

Page: This class has the typical underdog arc. A page starts off as weak and unknowing in their aspect. They fumble around with it and struggle to make use of it, often setting it to the side to do other things. People might often baby them as a result. Their challenge is to keep working hard at their aspect and learn to wield their aspect as well as take charge with it and not let others guide them to a wrong decision.

Powerwise: They are able to embody their aspect, and as a result, become a weapon for others.

Steal:

Thief: A thief has a sort of ‘Bad Girl to Good Guy’ arc. While seemingly confident, they are often riddled with insecurities that they can lash out from. Their main challenge is to learn when to give back their aspect (a main example is Vriska, a thief of light, who had a rather bright spotlight on her in the first acts of Homestuck. She learned to let others take that light rather than keep it for herself) and learn to trust others with their issues.

Powerwise: A thief is just that– They steal. They’re able to take their aspect to use for themselves, or to create issues for their opponent.

Rogue: A rogue is another seemingly confident character whose arc is similar to a coming of age story. A rogue, as mentioned before, is confident with many insecurities. Like a knight, they may mask their issues or hide them away from their loved ones. In society, they are the openly geeky or weird kids, people who stray from the norm willingly. A rogue’s main challenge is to allow themselves to be selfish and learn to speak up with their issues.

Powerwise: A rogue is a Robin Hood-esque character, a person who steals for the benefit of others.

Manipulate:

Witch: A witch is often a bubbly and optimistic character. Their arc is similar to a rogue as a coming-of-age, but more so in a slice of life sense. They tend to be a bit more carefree than other classes. Their main challenge is to take their role more seriously and learn to be a more active member in their group.

Power wise: They are able to manipulate and change their aspect to their will.

Heir: An heir is another carefree type character, however where a witch's carefree attitude creates their passive nature, an hair's attitude creates an 'air' of gullibility in them. An heir's challenge is to separate themselves from their aspect and not allow their aspect to overcome who they are.

Powerwise: An heir has the ability to become their aspect, not as physically as a page, but metaphorically. Their aspect tends to assist and protect the heir as well.

Know:

Mage: A mage is a class filled with struggle and wisdom. They personally know their aspect due to the unique experience they've had with it. A mage is confident yet has the tendency to freeze or shut down under stress or when dismissed. Their challenge is to be definitive in their choices and guide their friends strongly.

Powerwise: A mage is similar to a witch in the way that they are versatile with their aspect, however their knowledge is their power as they are able to see through their aspect and how it impacts themselves.

Seer: A seer is a seemingly dainty class, a kind of coy fluttering-of-the-eyes person. Yet, they struggle the most with being indecisive (ironic, right?) and struggling to choose between Their Reality and the Reality of the World. They study their aspect intensely and are the type to have 100 references in their sentences. As studious as they are, their challenge is to separate from their beliefs and learn to objectify their vision to best support their team.

Powerwise: A seer guides their teammates with the knowledge they have of their aspect or with their aspect. They are the ones to whisper the answer to victory from the sidelines.

Destroy:

Prince: A prince is an egotistical and prideful individual. They hold everyone to a standard, and themselves even higher. As a result, they can lash out at others who don’t meet their standard, especially if they are close to the prince. In certain situations, their standard can be seen as toxic as well, yet if they hold back their criticisms, they are prone to sorrow and dispondance. The prince’s challenge is to find a balance between these extremes, to word out their concerns but not let this worry become toxic.

Powerwise: A Prince uses their aspect to destroy or destroy their aspect as they see fit. This is why a balance is important as take too much and you hinder the team, but allow things to fester and it may be detrimental for your team

Bard: A Bard is a class of mystery and shenanigans. They are blinded by a reality they have made, and tend to be a rather laidback or apathetic character at first. As such, they can be wildcards; in a snap, they may become filled with dismay at their beliefs being challenged or disproved. Their challenge is to allow themselves their emotions but do not let their emotions control them.

Powerwise: A bard isn’t much destruction as much as it is decay. Their aspect can be used as a method of destruction or allow the aspect to slowly decay for the benefit of others.

Create:

Maid: The maid is a typical servient class. In Homestuck, this class was destined to fulfill the purposes of others. However, as a character, Maids, while starting off as a semi-willing servant, turn into masters themselves, often overcoming the authoritarian figure that controlled them. Their challenge is to break out of that shell and cage that control them and learn to fight for themselves.

Powerwise: Maids are a creation class. They will use their aspect to heal or heal broken areas of their aspect to ensure that they and their session run well.

Sylph: The sylph is typically a meddlesome class. They are worriers and caretakers, giving advice and care to those who both need it and would rather do without it. Many sylphs can come off as intruding and annoying, but they are showing that they care the best way they can. Their challenge is to learn when it is appropriate to step in and when to back away.

Powerwise: These players can’t fully create as a maid would, however their ability to encourage and empower their aspect and through their aspect is their greatest strength.

The Mage - Page clash class

“One who knows about but suffers from (their aspect).” + “who provides others with (their aspect).”

The Mage-Page is someone who begins with a lack of their aspect(s), but as they continue onwards they learn about their aspect(s) and become skilled with them, eventually becoming incredibly powerful but this doesn’t stop them from being negatively affected by their aspet(s). The Mage-Page helps others by giving their aspect(s) to other people, and helps mentor those around them.

They gain knowledge and experience about their aspect(s) while simultaneously mentoring others and suffering from their aspect(s), either having too much or too little or just basking in the negative effects unintentionally. The Mage-Page is wise but untrained, with the possibility to become stronger than anyone they’ve ever met, but they lack the experience and knowledge to get there when they start out. Over the course of their session, the Mage-Page will grow and learn how to properly use their aspect(s) to benefit others and in turn, learn how to be less affected by their aspect(s).

7 Temmuz 1950'de Rizenin İyidere ilçesi eski ismi Aspet diyede bilinen fıçıtaşı mahallesinde doğan Ömer Lütfi Mete, ilk ve orta öğrenimden sonra bir dönem Kur’an Kursları’nda okudu. Aynı kurumlarda okutucu olarak görev yaparken Rize Lisesi’ni bitirdi ve 1970 yılında İstanbul Üniversitesi İktisat Fakültesi’ne girdi. 1971 yılında önce matbaa çıraklığıyla başlayarak gazeteciliğe geçti. 1972’de İktisat Fakültesi’nden ayrılıp Atatürk Eğitim Enstitüsü’nü bitirdi. Kısa bir süre mezun olduğu lisedeve Rize Meslek Yüksek Okulu’nda Edebiyat öğretmenliği dışında gazeteci ve senaryo yazarı olarak çalıştı.

Babıali’de

Bizim Anadolu, Tercüman, Türkiye, Yeni Haber, Orta Doğu, Yeniçağ, Ayyıldız, Yeni Binyıl, Sabah gazetelerinde yönetici ve yazar olarak çalıştı. Türk Edebiyatı, Boğaziçi ve Çağrışım dergilerinde makale, mizahi öykü ve şiirleri yayınlandı. 18 Kasım 2009 tarihinde geçirdiği kalp krizi sebebiyle 59 yaşında vefat etmiş ve Çengelköy Mezarlığı'na defnedilmiştir.

Dall’atto del 29 maggio 2023 firmato dagli avvocati e diretto alla sezione fallimentare di Milano emerge che per “tranquillizzare” il fisco e i giudici, Santanchè sostiene che l’impegno sarà «soddisfatto» anche grazie alle «disponibilità» che «deriveranno» da una percentuale sugli incassi del locale dei vip di Briatore, tramite una società di cui la ministra è azionista (tramite Immobiliare Dani) insieme al suo compagno Dimitri Kunz d’Asburgo Lorena.

Quel che riportano i legali della ministra rischia di mettere in serio imbarazzo non solo Santanchè ma l’interno governo, Meloni su tutti: il meccanismo messo a punto per pagare il fisco rimette infatti al centro dell’affaire il Twiga e il conflitto di interesse della ministra.

Ufficialmente risolto, secondo gli amici della senatrice, nel momento in cui Santanchè ha venduto le quote incassando 2,7 milioni di euro, poco dopo aver ricevuto l’incarico. Una parte le ha cedute al suo compagno, le altre a Briatore.

Ora però scopriamo che quel filo finanziario tra la ministra e il Twiga non è stato del tutto reciso: tanto più lo stabilimento fattura, tanto più lei riesce a saldare i debiti con l’agenzia delle entrate. Peccato che il suo ministero ha mantenuto le deleghe alle concessioni balneari.

Alla prima riunione del tavolo tecnico-consultivo sulle concessioni, convocato nei giorni scorsi, alla riunione con le associazioni balneari per discutere della messa al bando o delle proroghe, c’erano i due più stretti collaboratori di Santanchè: il vice capo di gabinetto e il consigliere per i rapporti istituzionali della ministra.

Santanchè ha riferito al Senato sulle indagini della procura di Milano inerenti la galassia aziendale di cui è o è stata amministratrice, azionista, gestore. Di cose da dire ce ne sarebbero state tante. A partire dai debiti milionari con banche e fisco.

Una delle maggiori esposizioni debitorie di Visibilia è con il fisco. Inizialmente era pari a 1,9 milioni. I legali di Santanchè hanno presentato una proposta di accordo del valore di 1,2 milioni. «Con riguardo al debito fiscale, che, si ricorda, è oggetto di proposta di transazione fiscale, esso (in caso di adesione), verrà pagato nella misura del 70 per cento del totale, e dunque per una somma pari ad € 1.294.859 da corrispondersi in 120 mesi».

La richiesta in pratica è di abbattere il debito e rateizzarlo in dieci anni. Poi nella relazione dello studio che assiste Santanchè gli avvocati spiegano come verrà pagata la somma. L’impegno sarà soddisfatto dalla società Immobiliare Dani, «partecipata al 95 per cento» da Santanchè.

Non solo, aggiungono che «in particolare le disponibilità economiche deriveranno» anche «dalla partecipazione che Immobiliare Dani S.r.l. detiene in Ldd sas di Kunz Dimitri d’Asburgo Lorena (compagno della ministra, ndr), società partecipata al 50 per cento da Immobiliare Dani s.r.l. e al 50 per cento da Dimitri Kunz d’Asburgo Lorena». Inoltre, sottolineano, che da Ldd «Immobiliare Dani (cioè Santanchè, ndr) percepisce il 90 per cento degli utili».

Ecco però il nocciolo della questione che può essere controproducente per la ministra: «Per completezza, si precisa che Ldd sas di Kunz Dimitri d’Asburgo Lorena è una società di management che si occupa della gestione della Twiga S.r.l. e che per l’anno 2023 fatturerà alla Twiga S.r.l. stessa una fee pari al 3,5 per cento del fatturato di quest’ultima».

Quindi: grazie alla partecipazione nella società condivisa con il compagno incasserà una percentuale dalla gestione del Twiga di Briatore. Denaro che potrà essere usato per saldare il debito con il Fisco.

«Considerato che nel 2022 il valore di produzione della Twiga s.r.l. è stato pari a 8,4 milioni di euro e che è preventivabile un risultato analogo per l’anno 2023, è ragionevole ritenere che LDD sas di Kunz Dimitri d’Asburgo Lorena fatturerà alla Twiga S.r.l. il 3,5 per cento della somma di 8,4 milioni, ovverosia 295.279 euro di cui il 90 per cento» spetterà alla «Immobiliare Dani S.r.l. (precisamente € 265.751,14 oltre iva)».

E se non dovesse bastare questa contorta ma notevole garanzia con il brand Twiga, «ad estrema tutela del Creditore-Fisco, anche tale debito è oggetto del Vincolo di destinazione di cui infra». Quest’ultimo riferimento è al vincolo, rivelato da Domani, sulla villa in centro a Milano fatta valutare da un perito 6 milioni di euro e messa a garanzia delle esposizioni con banche e Agenzia delle Entrate.

La ministra ha detto di parlare vestendo i panni «dell’imprenditore», di essere orgogliosa delle sue attività. Per prima cosa ha ricordato il suo ingresso nel settore editoriale: «Credo che tutti quelli che oggi fanno impresa possono capire bene quello che sto dicendo», coloro che «stanno lottando per tenere in vita le loro imprese».

Avrà pure indossato gli abiti dell’imprenditrice un tempo di successo, ma avrebbe dovuto anche ricordare ai suoi colleghi parlamentari che nel ricorso dei suoi avvocati per la ristrutturazione dei debiti è esaltato il ruolo di senatrice che ricopre.

Anche in questo caso come garanzia per evitare il fallimento. Non tutti gli imprenditori possono giocarsi questa carta: «Si rileva, peraltro, che la socia di maggioranza, dott.ssa Daniela Garnero Santanchè, oltre ad essere socio di riferimento delle diverse società menzionate nel presente ricorso, riveste anche la carica di Senatrice della Repubblica, in funzione della quale percepisce un’indennità pari a 95mila euro netti annui: tale ammontare costituisce ulteriore risorsa a disposizione del Socio di maggioranza in funzione del sostegno finanziario da prestare in favore della Società per il pagamento dei debiti e, dunque, del buon esito degli Accordi».

Una politica, dunque, che sta tentando il tutto per tutto per salvare le aziende dal fallimento e dall’inchiesta per bancarotta.
