I was fine, just a guy living on my own, Waiting for the sky to fall. Then you called and changed it all, doll.
Velvet lips and the eyes to pull me in. We both know you'd already win. Mm, your original sin.
You fooled me once with your eyes, now, honey, You fooled me twice with your lies, and I say,

Sometimes friends hurt each other. Not always intentionally, very rarely is it intentional. It just hurts... and oh do Amy, Shinsou and Ashlen know it...
Amy is my OC, she’s the first one, and Ashlen is my gal-pal @ashleigh-luvs-14cats‘s OC. And they’re best friends with Shinsou.
Their friendship is close, very close and strong, it’s just had it’s angsty, strained moments where feelings get hurt, misunderstandings occur, jealousy and resentment ensue... and naturally it always gets resolved, it’s just that when it hurts, it hurts...
Quiet when I'm comin' home and I'm on my own And I could lie, say I like it like that, like it like that Yeah, I could lie, say I like it like that, like it…

the magic of friendship~
Now this is dedicated to my very very best friend @ashleigh-luvs-14cats‘s. Ashlen, the brunette is HER OC, and like we are, she’s best friends with MY OC Amy~! Best of friends, happier than otters in a cuddle.
A light shade of pink and light lavender aesthetic~. Inspired by the mashups of Melanie Martinez and Halsey~ Those are some AWESOME mash-ups because like Amy and Ashlen, the sound is soft yet strong and oh so sweet and meaningful~ with some really sad themes too... <3 <3

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c5UVnr0Cep8
Amy and Ashlen became best friends because they understand each other, they’re both sad, lonely girls who feel... different from other people, nobody gets them because they’re deemed ‘weird’ and have a lot of emotional baggage that stems from having very little friends. Ashlen seems normal but she’s actually quite odd, and Amy is outwardly odd, which is why they became so close, they’re both just really weird but in a good way.
They’re depressed and lonely, but not together at all. They have issues but they always make each other feel better, and have a loyalty that knows no bounds. Amy adores Ashlen because nobody’s quite vibed with her off-kilter personality, but Ashlen accepts her whole-heartedly, and vice-versa, Ashlen loves Amy because she ended her boredom and loneliness and made her feel accepted and loved for who she is as well. Even during sadder times and realizing just how messed up they are, the girls never leave each other.
It’s a friendship that will last forever, and fuck all the others. Amy gets told by judgmental witch bitches that she should hang out with other wicked bitches and Ashlen is told by other heroes in training that being friends with a witch is a mistake. But both girls tell them to pretty much go to hell, because their friendship will last forever.
“i want someone who understands. come to my house, let’s die together, friendship that will last forever.”
“oh, when you go down all your darkest roads I would’ve followed all the way to the graveyard.”

Oh Ashlen and Tokoyami have such a pure friendship, they just get each other and have such similar tastes complete with the same goal to be heroes in a dark world. Both have their own demons, but they both understand that pain.
They both struggle, they’re both weak but they’re also both powerful and pull through, and pull each other through. Where there is darkness, there is light.
For Tokoyami, Ashlen is that light.
It's haunting how I can't seem to find myself again
My heart is broken, sweet sleep, my dark angel
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TOKOYAMI!!!!

You said I would've hit the ceiling You said I You said I should eat my feelings Head held high I won't take anyone down if I crawl tonight But I still let everyone down when I change in size And I went tumbling down tryna reach your high But I scream too loud if I speak my mind I don't wanna wake it up The devil in me...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N7SsCiAJ1dw
My bestie’s girl @ashleigh-luvs-14cats Ashlen Kyanse~! She’s got a dark, troubled past... she looks real sunshiney and even kinda dainty, tomboyish but sweet... but I see Ashlen as the kind of girl who wants to surround herself with positivity and bright things, hence why she’s so nice and compassionate and always keeps a smile on her face no matter how sad she is, because I feel like deep down she feels kind of... tarnished, dangerous and maybe even messed up because of what happened to her...
All For One killed her family, right before her eyes, and gave her a ‘gift’, the gift of a second quirk Dark Manifest that gives her a second personality, a malevolent and bloodthirsty one that enables her to desire to kill and torture anyone around her, including friends. Not at all like Ashlen, a ‘devil’ one might say. To make matters worse, it can creep out whenever she is furious or extremely upset, which is why she tries so hard to keep it under wraps and stay in control of herself.
And also partly why she tries so hard to keep being a benevolent person because I can only imagine having a power like that makes her feel like she’s unworthy of being loved. She’s a very insecure person but not to the point where it hurts people or where she ends up hurting people, if anything, she hurts herself the most because she doesn’t like this side of her at all, and refuses to drag anyone down with her. She doesn’t mean to but she can’t help it, this side of her makes her feel dirty and evil, and it’s still a hard part about herself that she’s trying to accept.
However, Ashlen has the ability to change, and so she’s slowly learning that while this side of her isn’t a happy side and isn’t exactly lovely either, she’s learning how to accept it.
Slowly but surely, because it is a part of her, and Amy (My OC) and Shinsou love her, her friends all love her, for who she is, second quirk or no quirk, and she’s learning, she’s still learning to accept this side of her as something she can’t escape, and something that she can ‘wake up’ and use it for something better. It’s nature might not be benevolent, but she’s still learning to get a grip on it and learning how to bring herself back to life.
With a little help from the power of love and her beloved friends too of course~.
I gave her a white dress because it’s a symbol of innocence and purity, what I think Ashlen tries to surround herself with in an effort to get away from the darkness of her path. However, she is sadly tarnished, her innocence was shattered at a very young age, which is why there are some black splatters because while Ashlen retains a compassionate and good nature, what happened to her lingers within herself, she’s not naive to how the world works, since people have also treated her horribly and like she’s some kind of evil monster or some privilege princess. And the daffodils symbolize her rebirth, no it wasn’t exactly a ‘good’ one since she had to be broken to be born again, but it can also symbolize that Ashlen is slowly rebirthing into more of a confident young woman thanks to her friends.
And she is, she’s learning, she’s growing and she’s continuing to do so~.
Gotta wake up, gotta wake up Gotta wake up, gotta wake up Gotta wake up, come back to life...

Sayori is the fusion between Fumikage Tokoyami and Ashlen Kyanse
As Amy goes a bit fusion-happy with her new spell, she proposes to Ashlen to try it out with another person she has a fairly decent relationship with, and recruits Tokoyami to see if he could fuse with Ashlen. Naturally, the two of them are uncertain since the spell worked twice, but that doesn’t mean it will work all the time. And then Shinsou was hesitant for Ashlen to fuse with someone else other than him, or at least, another GUY that isn’t him, but Amy and Ashlen reassure him that it’s fine.
Madison gave him false hope and claimed that it ‘might not work’ since Ashlen and Tokoyami are fairly awkward, especially around each other. However, she was well aware that they had capability to fuse as Ashlen and Tokoyami’s dance starts off slow but steady and sweet and the two of them go for a twirl that instantly allows their bodies and powers to blend into a fusion.
When the fusion is born, she is confused, startled even as she contemplates her new existence while Amy, Shinsou and Madison are stunned, and Amy has to tell the two of them that they successfully fused. The fusion becomes a bit excited although Shinsou and Amy can’t tell, and Shinsou was too busy being mildly horrified to see Ashlen fused with Tokoyami rather than him. As Tokoyami and Ashlen contemplate their fusion, they both decide to name their fusion ‘Sayori’ as the fusion gives a smile that Shinsou can tell is Ashlen’s but can’t feel any kind of tenderness since he sees Tokoyami in the fusion.
Sayori goes by ‘she/her’ pronouns as Tokoyami had no issue taking on a more feminine approach if it made Ashlen comfortable. She has very long, straight hair that’s partially also feathers from Tokoyami, and while she styles it up spiky, the ties the rest of it in a long, thin ponytail akin to Ashlen’s own ponytail. She’s also quite lithe and slender from Ashlen’s physique but has feminine curves as well while retaining some muscle from Tokoyami’s physique, and has central heterochromia as her eyes have both a mix of Ashlen’s brown eyes and Tokoyami’s red eyes.  Sayori is one of the shorter fusions, standing only at 5’7 while the other fusions were at least 5’10 or even 6 feet, which may stem from both Ashlen and Tokoyami’s shorter than average heights for a girl and boy respectively. She has a somewhat androgynous appearance, but Amy and the rest of 2-A remark that this makes her very visually appealing and attractive to both genders.
Because Ashlen and Tokoyami are both calm, collected introverts, Sayori is a stoic, poised and even elegant individual who is also an introvert as she has shown to be somewhat shy and reserved but is still nonetheless a very docile mix of Ashlen’s affable nature and Tokoyami’s dark, brooding one. She’s got a very level head and generally is above petty matters and the immaturity of Ashlen and Tokoyami’s classmates and has no issue telling them that they’re acting like children. This shows that she isn’t nearly as tolerant of crude jokes as either of her components, as she doesn’t even give Amy or Kaminari a smirk when they act childish, which may stem from Tokoyami’s dry sense of humor outweighing Ashlen’s. That doesn’t mean Sayori doesn’t have a sense of humor though, as she burst into laughter when Amy reminded her of how Shinsou imitated Brendon Urie’s rump shaking gif much to the latter’s annoyance and embarrassment.
She has a strong sense of justice and is extremely honorable to the point of living by a moral code that she absolutely refuses to break and is devoted to fulfilling her responsibilities as a hero in training. Showing that Sayori is a right-minded and chaste hero with the goal of keeping peace and staving away the real evils of the world, but she doesn’t have a problem delivering ‘divine justice’ by making a corrupt individual pay a price should they commit an ugly sin.
Sayori isn’t all serious however, as she was heard muttering Tokoyami’s catchphrase ‘revelry in the dark’ as she stared at the sun setting and expressed both delight and a melodramatic soliloquy about how much she enjoys the beauty of night which shows that she’s capable of being theatrical like Tokoyami and cracking an amusing statement like Ashlen. She’s not above some pranks though, as she was heard giggling when she used her quirks to scare both Kaminari and Ashido. Sayori is also capable of being snarky as she cracked a sarcastic remark towards Shinsou, and also threw some shade at both Bakugo and Madison when the three of them made fun of her which may come from Tokoyami and Ashlen both being able to defend themselves through wit alone. Also, Sayori can humor people, as she was able to sing a little song for Amy because of Ashlen’s friendship with her and Tokoyami’s neutral but friendly terms with her.
While she’s shown to be unflappable, Sayori can be easily flustered and somewhat sensitive to certain remarks (especially from friends) as she gets embarrassed when someone says something vulgar, especially when Kaminari asked them how does their body work. And her feelings are also somewhat easily hurt when Shinsou gets annoyed and calls them ‘the goody goody fusion’ and she calls him a jerk in return, much to the latter’s dismay. Sayori cares about what people think of her despite her somewhat aloof and dark demeanor, as she tries to assert that she can have fun and be funny too, something that comes from both Ashlen and Tokoyami’s insecurities. However, Sayori gets embarrassed when asked to make a spectacle of herself as when Amy asked them to ‘make a funny face’, all Sayori could do was stick her tongue out and immediately got embarrassed afterwards. But Sayori still has pride as she tells Amy not to pity her when she tells them ‘A for Effort’.
Also, much like her two components, Sayori is a very kind-hearted and noble person, as she does whatever she can to help her friends out, and is generally pleasant and polite to nearly everyone (except for Bakugo and Madison). While not outwardly affectionate or very outgiong, Sayori is still a very nice girl and has no meanness or sin in her heart and still can express her care by giving her loved ones soft smiles and pats on the head. Sayori is also something of a bully hunter however, as she stops both Amy and Shinsou from being mean to Ojiro and Uraraka, and scolds them for being jerks, which is partially why Shinsou called her a ‘goody goody’ fusion.
She’s also very sympathetic and retains some of Ashlen’s emotional nature as Sayori can shed tears when overwhelmed or if she feels bad for someone. Sayori can hold back her feelings because of Tokoyami’s tendency to keep his emotions in check, but Ashlen’s emotional side can encourage Sayori to express more feelings. That being said, Sayori is a very tender person who just wants everyone to be safe, happy and healthy, albeit at the cost of herself since both Ashlen and Tokoyami are self-sacrficing, as a result Sayori is also selfless to a fault to the point of neglecting herself.
But despite being so kind-hearted and moral, Sayori is the last person anyone should anger as when she loses her temper she is much more intimidating and can get somewhat violent due to Ashlen and Tokoyami’s limited control over Dark Manifest and Dark Shadow respectively. Sayori becomes colder and much more menacing when angered and shows almost no mercy to her opponents when in this state. However, because Tokoyami has Ashlen to also keep him in check, Dark Shadow can freely go berserk without causing too much collateral damage to others, but it becomes an issue if Ashlen loses control over Dark Manifest as Tokoyami has to keep her in check when her control begins to slip.
What keeps Sayori together though is Ashlen and Tokoyami’s close friendship as the two of them can comfort and reassure each other because the two of them are devoted to making sure the other feels secure and happy. As a result, Sayori is one of the more stable fusions as neither of her components have any lingering bitterness and full trust in one another, without their insecurities to hold each other back and most likely due to the deep understanding of each other. Something that makes Shinsou even more jealous as Amy laughs at him. Sayori is so stable that she can unfuse willingly without anything stopping her from doing so as Ashlen and Tokoyami can come to a mutual agreement and give each other enough space without being dependent on one another.
When it came to ability, Sayori was a very powerful individual and a hard opponent, while not as dangerous as Adrianna, was still not one to be taken lightly at all due to having both Ashlen’s Cancel and Dark Manifest quirk along with Tokoyami’s Dark Shadow. Because Ashlen and Tokoyami both have a darkness related quirk, Sayori has full control of darkness and is a master at Umbrakinesis, which allows her to control, manipulate, construct and even conjure up all darkness as Sayori can power up her sword and conjure up 10 other swords all made of darkness in a move she calls ‘Dance of Darkness’. Dark Shadow, who can communicate with both Ashlen and Tokoyami, also has a much wider range and can even separate from Sayori freely for about 10 minutes until he’s forced back into her. However, this makes Sayori extremely versatile and powerful as Dark Shadow acts as a battle partner with less to hold him back as everything Dark Shadow sees and senses, Sayori can also see and sense. and because of Ashlen’s quirk, Dark Shadow can also cancel out opponents’ quirks. Sayori also has an ability she calls ‘Dark Paradise’ in which she can enable Dark Shadow to grow large and drag her opponents into a dimension of dark energy to either horrify them, trap them, cancel out their powers or beat them while they are trapped. Every time the opponents are freed however, they emerge from the darkness frozen with both fear and Ashlen’s ability to paralyze her enemies. A master of the darkness, Sayori is a serious threat in battle and hard to beat because she has the power of swords and darkness at her side, and the ability to literally make her opponents freeze in fear. Amy and Shinsou, two strong students on their own, had a hard time battling her as did Bakugo and Kaminari, students who had the quirk advantage still lost to her.
So with that, Sayori is a lovely and stable fusion, but hella powerful and the last person you’d want to fight in battle because she’s the queen of darkness but also a true knight with a sense of honor.
She has the voice of Amy Lee~.

Kiyomi is the fusion between Shinsou Hitoshi and Ashlen Kyanse.
Ashlen Kyanse is the beautiful OC of MY Beautiful friend @ashleigh-luvs-14cats
Following the new spell Amy learned, she offers to use it on Shinsou and Ashlen as a means to experiment and see if she can fuse other people other than just herself, and is interested in seeing her two best friends come together and make their own entity as she and Shinsou did with Mariko.
Shinsou is initially surprised and becomes quite flustered at the thought, particular when Amy says to become ‘one’ with Ashlen, and Ashlen is equally flustered if not more so than Shinsou, Nonetheless, out of curiosity and interest, the two agree to try the fusion dance since it means that they get to dance with each other again. The dance is lovely and in perfect sync, both having a lot of fun together and endlessly smiling, and as Shinsou dips her is when their bodies and powers blend and they form their own fusion.
Much like Mariko had been, this new fusion was very confused and quite flustered when they realize that they have come together but Amy is ecstatic and fawning over how ‘good’ they look as is Kaminari who thinks that they would make a good ‘Kiyomi’. They are still flustered but can’t help but feel a sense of excitement nonetheless as Amy cheerfully encourages them to go out and have fun and try out their new abilities and enjoy each other’s company.
Kiyomi, like Mariko, goes by ‘she/her’ pronouns. She has very long and wild hair in an array of fluffy tufts, a fine mix of Ashlen’s long straight hair and Shinsou’s disheveled hair, and wears it down to showcase a more free-spirited nature which comes from Shinsou encouraging Ashlen to come out of her shell. Her hair color is a mix of black and blue and she has complete heterochromia as she one of Ashlen’s brown eyes and Shinsou’s dark purple eyes. She also has long eyelashes which come from Ashlen’s feminine features but has a rather athletic build complete with some muscles and long legs and stands at 5’11. She resembles a fairly attractive and tall young woman and almost everyone who sees her becomes stunned by her beauty, although she also ends up getting some of Shinsou and Ashlen’s classmates sexually confused such as Ashido and Kirishima. Kiyomi also succeeds in flustering both Tokoyami and Tsuyu, who can’t help but feel marveled by her captivating, statuesque appearance.
Unlike Mariko though, Kiyomi actually does have a calm, collected and personality but is also somewhat shy and stoic, which comes from both Ashlen and Shinsou’s equally introverted personalities. That doesn’t mean that Kiyomi can’t have fun however, as she has an excitable and fun-loving side as shown when Kiyomi decides to show off some of her skills in dancing, singing and swordsmanship to the others. Kiyomi is far from arrogant but she is a very proud and confident individual and isn’t above giving people the honest truth, nor is she above being witty and smart-alecky. Despite that though, Kiyomi is a kind-hearted individual and never tries to hurt anyone’s feelings but is no pushover and can bite back a rather sharp remark when provoked, which stems from Ashlen’s sweet but stubborn personality and Shinsou’s sarcasm and candid personality.
Kiyomi is a very stable fusion due to Ashlen and Shinsou’s strong and affectionate relationship, and is an overall put-together and rational person, but she’s a little bit shy and is very easily flustered as she can be emotional too especially when overwhelmed as Shinsou no longer bottles up his feelings when fused with Ashlen. But she’s also a very smart girl who knows how to point out the logic in things and can make very clever and insightful discussions with others as a result of Shinsou and Ashlen’s intelligence. She loves to read and look out for her friends, but she also has a mischievous sense of humor and is very quick-witted as she makes some very clever and hilarious puns when calling out the hero outfits of Ashlen and Shinsou’s classmates. Kiyomi can also be a little bit goofy as she has a very endearing giggle-snort and isn’t very shy about sharing her interests with others. She’s also a tomboy at heart, although she is just slightly cruder than Ashlen as she can laugh at a ‘That’s what she said’ joke and even laugh at it, while also making her own lewd jokes and isn’t shy to burp with the guys and Amy.
Although she is capable of being somewhat cocky and is a bit of a show-off, but it mostly shows when around Bakugo, the only student that Kiyomi doesn’t take too kindly too. Pride and puns aside though, Kiyomi retains her kindness as she goes out of her way to help the students of 2-A and acts as something of a mother hen, but is also a little bit embarrassing as she notes for the students to ‘wipe front to back’ and ‘wear deodorant’. This likely comes from Shinsou’s mischief with Ashlen reigning him in so they can care for their friends rather than poke fun at them.
Speaking of which, Kiyomi absolutely adores Amy, Ashlen and Shinsou’s shared best friend and frets over her the most since both Ashlen and Shinsou take care of Amy as if she were their child. As a result Kiyomi loves to hug her and occasionally give her kisses (despite Shinsou’s disgust) and even cooks her lunch and dinner, and when Amy even asks for her to read her a story, Kiyomi does so happily. However, Kiyomi is very protective of Amy and gets angry at Bakugo whenever he is mean to her, but isn’t above scolding Amy when she is misbehaving and all it takes is for Kiyomi to merely threaten to not give her dessert to get her to behave. Although Kiyomi in general adores all children and almost seems to have natural maternal instincts, but retains some of Shinsou’s awkwardness and lenience when it comes to kids or dealing with peers who act like kids.
While Kiyomi is stable, the fusion can become unstable when Ashlen and Shinsou’s anxiety and nerves get the better of them and causes Kiyomi to have a panic attack. However, Kiyomi holds herself together because Ashlen and Shinsou comfort each other and reassure each other of their love and Kiyomi regains her confident and self-worth because of her counterparts love for each other, which is what she is made of. Because Kiyomi isn’t as codependent as Mariko is, they can unfuse a bit more easily although Kiyomi tends to stay together especially when Shinsou and Ashlen are flirting and being affectionate with each other. Kiyomi remains fused for over 14 hours, which also causes Shinsou and Ashlen to panic again at least until Amy reminds them that they’re only still together because of their love for each other, which makes Kiyomi giggle and get flustered again.
They only unfuse when they reach a disagreement, particularly if it’s about Amy or for example when Madison points out that they should both go out with Tokoyami, something Shinsou doesn’t want to do and it makes them come back together as themselves. In the aftermath, Shinsou notes that fusing with Ashlen and being one with her was almost addictive and one of the best experiences he’s ever had in his life and says that he wouldn’t at all mind fusing with her again one day.
Power-wise, Kiyomi isn’t quite as flashy as Mariko is, but is still not one to be underestimated at all as she has both Ashlen’s flexibility, agility and swordsmanship and Shinsou’s strength and speed to make her a very dangerous fighter in physical combat, able to par against even strong fighters such as Aizawa, Midoriya and Kirishima. Kiyomi is also fast and strong enough to even perform acrobatic feats and do long and high jumps, it’s these feats that make her quite lovely to watch even in battle because of how graceful she is, but still manages to give stronger opponent such as Bakugo and Amy issues when fighting her. Her Dark Manifest also makes her an even stronger swordsman as she can also craft several other swords made of darkness when she swings it to create a rainstorm of those swords.
Their powers also make a rather strong gift as Ashlen’s two powers Cancel and Dark Manifest come together with Shinsou’s brainwashing and allows Kiyomi to be a very tactful and manipulative fighter as she has both control over darkness and other people’s minds while also being able to cancel out their quirks and powers. When their powers come together they can form three new formidable powers called ‘Shadow Puppetry’, ‘Remote Control’ and ‘Possession’.
Shadow Puppetry has Aslen’s control over darkness and allowing Kiyomi to control the shadows of her opponents and control their movements to an extent, while also keeping up with Shinou’s mind control theme. Likewise, Possession utilizes Shinsou’s brainwashing and allows Kiyomi to control more than 15 people when he speaks to them and gives her total control over their actions and even when she breaks the control. Remote Control is a unique power that enables Kiyomi to extend the Cancel part of Ashlen’s quirk with Shinsou’s Brainwashing, and at will can brainwash an opponent and have their quirk cancelled out at the same time.
With all of these versatile abilities and creative powers, Kiyomi poses as a serious threat to whoever it is she battles and Amy outright likens her to an Amazon much like Wonder Woman.
Overall, Kiyomi is a very strong fusion who doesn’t have to rely on flashy powers because she’s both strong and combat and has extremely useful powers over her opponents mind and shadows.
She has the voice of the amazingly talented Sia!!

The Zombie Trio~!
A trio of misfit teenagers and best friends who are tired of all the bullshit in their lives and taking a stand for themselves together. They’re fierce, sassy and powerful, but also silly and love to have a good time, especially with one another and the rest of their classmates in the Hero Course.
(From Left to Right): Ashlen Kyanse (OC), Amy Martinez (OC) and Hitoshi Shinsou (Canon)
Note: This is all fiction and part of a fanfiction that my girl @ashleigh-luvs-14cats and I collab on~!  And I felt like making TV Tropes for our group that we made in the fanfics with Shinsou~! :3
Adorkable: The three of them are pretty quirky and dorky in ways that make them quite endearing, especially when they start singing and dancing together or taking goofy pictures and playing games with each other.
Affectionate Nickname: They give each other a LOT of cutesy nicknames.
Amy has ‘Ames’ (by both Shinsou and Ashlen), Witchy (by Ashlen) and Dummy (by Shinsou)
Ashlen has ‘Ash’ (by both Amy and Shinsou), Love (by Shinsou) and Honey (by Amy)
Shinsou has ‘Toshi’ (by both Amy and Ashlen), Tosh (by Amy) and My Heart (by Ashlen)
All of The Other Reindeer: All three of them have experienced rejection and bullying from their peers simply for being different from other people.
Amy was mocked for supposedly being ‘quirkless’ and then later when she discovers that she’s a witch, the pro-heroes felt too intimidated to care for her so they abandoned her and left her in the care of other witches. But even in America after the coven was outed to the world she was bullied by other witches for her quirky personality.
Ashlen had no friends in her school upon being moved to America and taken in by a rich family, because her peers thought she was snobby or dangerous to be around once some of her peers pretended to be her friend and discovered her second quirk.
Shinsou’s only real friend was Amy while other kids picked on him or made him a scapegoat because they called his quirk ‘villainous’ and he was ignored by his peers, who also called him a ‘future villain’ and as a result he had no other friends except for Amy.
Ambiguous Disorder: All three of them have some variety of undiagnosed mental health issues that shows up from time to time but it’s never confirmed.
Iida believes that Amy has some sort of Bipolar Disorder or Borderline Personality Disorder due to her mood swings, lashing out, risky behaviors, unstable relationships and extreme fear of abandonment. However, Amy’s inability to control her emotions and relationship difficulties and triggers that come from either certain events or certain people also highly resemble Complex Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. Although Amy also shows many signs of Depression as well since she’s had moments of self-loathing, suicidal thoughts and detaches herself from loved ones when her intrusive thoughts haunt her.
Ashlen, similarly, has several moments of anxiety, self-loathing, depression, panic attacks and overwhelming emotional reactions especially when she is triggered by her painful memories to the point where she needs her dog The Colonel for emotional support and takes medication to regulate her troubled emotions. Implying that she may have some sort of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or Depression, as she, like Amy, suffers from self-hatred and also has a poor self-image that adds to her own intrusive thoughts.
Likewise, Shinsou is prone to panic attacks, night terrors and anxiety when he’s overwhelmed, has poor sleeping patterns  (that may indicate some form of insomnia), poor coping mechanisms (eating and over-indulgence) and moments of self-loathing, intrusive and troubling thoughts, and anxiety imply that like Amy and Ashlen, he may have some type of Depression.
Anti-Hero Team: All three of them count, while Amy and Shinsou are straight examples of anti-heroes by being selfish and/or rude troublemakers who look out mainly for themselves but still have the goal of being heroes and do occasionally do the right thing. Ashlen is more of a Classical Anti-Hero as her insecurities are the only thing holding her back rather than a compromised morality.
Badass Crew: They’re all capable of fighting villains on their own, but together they’re quite a force to be reckoned with as their classmates each dread the idea of taking on all three of them together as a crew due to Amy’s magic, Ashlen cancel quirk and Shinsou’s brainwashing.
Beauty, Brains and Brawn: Sweet and bright Ashlen is the Beauty, sarcastic and gloomy Shinsou is the Brains while impulsive and magical Amy is the Brawn.
Beware The Silly Ones: They love to joke around with others, especially people they think are stupid, but are NOT to be underestimated.
Amy embodies this trope, as she certainly looks like a harmless and ditsy girl but she’s an extremely powerful witch who can hex, jinx and curse people, and is very easily provoked.
Shinsou doesn’t look like a silly guy, but he’s pretty deadpan, witty and can easily join in Amy’s wackiness from time to time (esp. when Panic! At The Disco is involved), but he’s still a proficient fighter and knows how to brainwash people just like that especially when angry.
Ashlen is the least silly of the three as well as the nicest, but she does have a sense of humor and can joke around just as much as Amy and Shinsou, however angering her  is a very, very bad idea since she’s very good with swords and WILL paralyze your ass if you piss her off.
Birds of A Feather/Not So Different: Two introverts and an introverted extrovert, while they seem pretty opposite at first glance, the three of them actually have a LOT in common with each other.
Amy and Shinsou relate to feeling discriminated and hated by others for having ‘villainous’ powers, and they’re both equally witty and mischievous and have been friends since childhood because of this. And Amy and Ashlen are probably more different than her and Shinsou, but Ashlen has a similar sense of humor and tastes in movies, cartoons and music, as well as feelings of loneliness and isolation that enables the girls to bond. And then Ashlen and Shinsou can bond over having very practical quirks, while she’s a nicer person than he is, he gets along with her great because they’re both introverts, insecure by nature and then they also discover that they’re both pretty smart-alecky and learn to appreciate each other to the point where they start dating.
The Caretaker: They each can act as this towards one another. Ashlen is the prime example as she often plays mother hen to both Amy and Shinsou by making sure they’re both healthy and feeling secure. Shinsou also acted as one to Amy before Ashlen by making sure the witch was feeling okay and recovering from an incident. But he can also easily take care of Ashlen, especially when she is suffering from a panic attack or is in need of comfort. And while Amy is usually being cared for by either Shinsou or Ashlen, she can still play the role just as well by checking up on either one, whether it’s consoling Shinsou when he’s upset, or spending time with Ashlen and comforting her when she’s sad or overwhelmed.
Color-Coded Characters: They each have their own different colors schemes, Amy (Pink), Ashlen (Blue) and Shinsou (Purple).
Comic Trio: Downplayed due to Shinsou and Ashlen being far more level-headed than Amy.
Amy is usually the schemer who comes up with the crazy ideas, Shinsou isn’t a Fool by any means but nonetheless tends to follow Amy’s lead because he thinks it’ll be hilarious, while Ashlen plays the Only Sane Man and attempts (but usually fails) at reigning the two of them in.
Dance Battler: They’re all quite proficient in dancing.
Amy is the only one who hasn’t had any professional training in dancing, but she learns how to be quite good at it by watching videos and is good at physical comedy and making funny faces to make her dancing very entertaining and impossible to not watch. Although she does later get lessons so she can dance with Bakugo.
Ashlen is the only one of three to be considered a dancer as she has had professional training and is highly skilled in ballet, waltzing, salsa and other forms of dance, is very flexible and can also perform some very impressive flips, pirouettes and spins that make her a marvel to watch and she also can utilize some dance moves in combat.
Shinsou had to take dance lessons for a school play during the second Culture Festival, as he had no real training in dancing and merely danced along with Amy but also learned watching some videos, especially ones with Yanis Marshall and gradually became a skilled dancer.
Dark and Troubled Past: They all carry some emotional baggage from their pasts, which actually enables them to bond because they all agree that they’re each ‘pretty fucked up’.
Amy was discriminated against because she was believed to be quirkless as her powers didn’t start manifesting until she was 9 years old. When she found out her witch heritage, hunters emerged from the shadows and killed her parents by burning her mother and lynching her father, while the pro-heroes saved her from getting killed they gave her away to Fiona to live at the coven in New Orleans, which forced Amy to leave Shinsou. The coven was small but very dysfunctional under Fiona’s neglectful care and undermining Cordelia as Amy tried and failed to have her sisters get along. And then Amy witnessed several murders, bloodshed and betrayal that traumatized her into the hardened but unstable girl she is today and she still has anger and abandonment issues.
Ashlen had a normal and happy life complete with an ordinary but useful quirk, but All For One arrived one fateful night and murdered her parents right before her eyes and then implanted her second quirk in her which was extremely painful and nearly killed her. Although the Sennen family adopted her, she was ostracized by her peers  at school who either thought she was a monster due to her second quirk or believed her to be snobby and entitled due to her family namesake. Then what friends she did made turned out to be fake who only used her in an attempt to make themselves look better. As a result, Ashlen grew up reserved, distrusting of others and fearful of herself due to her unstable powers and still suffers from self-esteem issues and a guilt complex.
Shinsou came from a normal family, but because of his brainwashing quirk he also faced some discrimination as his peers and even some teachers deemed it a ‘villainous quirk’ which diminished his self-esteem especially when students either bullied him or when his classmates deliberately ignored him and pretended he didn’t exist. While he had Amy to make it better, her leaving made him feel more alone than before. Without his only friend, he became much colder and more distant, which made him an easier target. In middle school, he acted out times by brainwashing two bullies into beating each other up, while he mellowed out in the 9th grade, he became much more cynical and aloof, having no desire to make friends until Amy returned in his life.
Dysfunction Junction: Despite getting along really well, they’re not immune to bickering, especially Amy and Shinsou, with Ashlen having to play the peacekeeper and break them up. And then Shinsou often acts as Amy’s enabler and lets her do anything she wants (much to Ashlen’s disapproval), particularly when the witch is in a bad mood with Ashlen uncertain of how to approach her and vice-versa, Amy can easily enable Shinsou when he’s in a bad mood. At times the three end up walking on eggshells around each other when things get tense. Which is ultimately why Amy says they’re more like family than a mere friendship because they actually deal with important things beyond school.
Exhausted Eyebags: All three of them sport them from time to time. Shinsou’s are almost always prominent, but Amy and Ashlen’s eyebags show when they’re overwhelmed or anxious. Although Amy’s are also more prominent when she’s angry or in a foul mood. In fact, this trait is also partially why they called themselves ‘The Zombie Trio’.
Fighter, Mage, Thief: Ashlen is the (Fighter) due to her swordsmanship, expert combat skills and speed she utilizes for her Cancel quirk and she’s the one who’s mostly on the straight and narrow. Amy is the (Mage) as she’s a witch with several powers and can use 6 of the 7 wonders that she uses any chance needed. And Shinsou is the (Thief), having to rely on being manipulative and sneaky for his Brainwashing quirk to work and allow him to trick and deceive opponents.
Fruedian Trio:
Amy is the emotional, reckless and borderline psychotic Id
Ashlen is the calm, collected and grounded Ego
Shinsou is the logical, deadpan and pragmatic Superego
Gasshole: They sometimes casually engage in burping contests between each other, especially Amy and Shinsou, joined by Kaminari and Kirishima, with Amy and Shinsou being quite proficient in the ‘art of burping’. But to their surprise, Ashlen herself can belt out some fairly impressive, unladylike belches when she loosens up and plays around with them.
Amy: YAY! Ash! You’re as nasty as we are!
Good Is Not Soft: Amy and Shinsou are trouble-makers but also training to be heroes and Ashlen is the nicest of the three, but neither three of them are pushovers and have no issue roughing up villains or playing dirty if needed.
Good Parents: They each have some pretty decent and upright parental figures in their lives.
While Amy had an Abusive Parent in Fiona, Cordelia is Amy’s godmother  who loves her unconditionally although she is prone to spoiling her too. But she never stops looking out for her and is very supportive of her. Amy’s biological mother and father were very loving towards her and comforted her in their final moments.
Shinsou’s mother and father support and love him and always express pride in their son for getting himself in the Hero Course. They’re also Good Parents to Amy, despite her not being their biological child.
Ashlen’s biological mother and father were great parents who adored their daughter, and Ashlen’s parental figures that include her sisters and adoptive father also love her dearly and look out for her.
Heartbreak and Ice Cream: Their go-to whenever one of them is extremely depressed and upset, as Amy shamelessly drinks soda and binge-eats cookies, chocolate, candy and ice cream when she’s sad, and then she has no issue sharing her sweets with Ashlen and Shinsou. Ashlen, a sweet tooth herself sometimes may have a soda and some sweets when she’s sad, and even Shinsou has no shame in eating cookies and ice cream when he’s upset or heartbroken.
In-Series Nickname: Bakugo has nicknames for each of them, calling Amy ‘Witch Bitch’, Shinsou ‘Eyebags’ and Ashlen ‘Princess’.
Likewise, Madison tends to call Amy ‘Hermione’, Shinsou ‘Purplehead’ and Ashlen ‘Ellen Ripley’.
Interclass Friendship: A variation as each of them come from a unique background that doesn’t at all affect their friendship.
Amy, while she used to come from a normal upper middle-class family with a mother who was both a witch and a hero, she later had to move with the coven, an independent group of socialites and politically active witches who descended from Salem. Whom are also warriors who act as allies for hero society and Amy being something of an upper-class socialite and witch warrior.
Ashlen also came from a pretty normal upper-middle class family, but she was taken in by the Sennen family. A royal family  that dates back to the ancient times of the pharaohs and is connected with Magic and spirit energy lead by two powerful women and Ashlen’s adoptive sisters and royal-like figures. Making Ashlen a princess of sorts, but she’s still  a fighter from a high class family.
Shinsou is the only one who comes from a relatively normal family with his parents having modest occupations and his father being a doctor rather than a hero, so his family makes good enough money for Shinsou to be considered upper middle class but unlike Amy and Ashlen, his family has no connections.
Kiddie Kid: In a way, all three of them oscillate between endearing acting-their-age childishness and adult-like maturity. Although it’s Played Straight with Amy, Downplayed with Shinsou and Ashlen.
Amy’s pretty impulsive and immature, even enjoying things that would probably be more suited for pre-teens (toys, cute things, etc.) and still likes playing childish games like Hide and Seek and Tag You’re It.
Shinsou, despite being more mature than Amy, laughs at some of her childish jokes, isn’t above playing along with her games (especially Tag) and can sometimes be just as immature (if not more so) as Amy.
Ashlen is actually the most mature of the three, but she can also loosen up enough to play around and fun with Amy and she enjoys the same cute things and toys that Amy likes.
Lame Comeback: Amy, Ashlen and Shinsou are usually pretty witty but when they’re too angry they usually make some lame remarks when they’re too upset to think of anything good.
Like An Old Married Couple: At times the three resemble a family, with Ashlen being ‘The Mommy’ of the group, Shinsou being ‘The Daddy’ and Amy being ‘the Child’. Shinsou often enables Amy’s antics, but knows how to dish out Toguh Love when needed, and Ashlen, although nurturing and loving, encourages Shinsou to not be so lenient on Amy, their hyperactive, mischievous best friend. It’s even more prominent when Shinsou and Ashlen are discussing and/or arguing about Amy’s behavior as if they were parents talking about their child and even dote on her at times. Likewise, Amy at times can cling to either Ashlen or Shinsou if they were a mom and dad, and also going to Shinsou when she wants something from him, and Ashlen when in need for emotional support.
Like Brother and Sister: Amy and Shinsou are very much like brother and sister, and Amy considers Ashlen like a sister to her and all three of them function together like a family.
Living Emotional Crutch: All three of them function as this to each other in some way.
Amy says that Shinsou’s the only reason she came back to Japan and doesn’t know what she’d do without him as she suffers an emotional breakdown at the thought of not having him in her life because he was her first ally from the very beginning and best friend from the start. However, because she cares about him so much she nearly cuts off ties with him again just to protect him from her. And as she befriends Ashlen, she admits to feeling closer to her than anyone she’s ever met, feels comfortable around her but also greatly fears her leaving her the most which is why she had another mental breakdown at the thought and went back to her mansion for a time, and then she confesses that she probably would have gone on another homicidal rage if not for Ashlen’s influence.
Shinsou feels closest to Amy overall since she was his very first friend the best friend he’s ever had, and when she left to New Orleans, he took it badly and broke down hard, becoming more distant from others. And he nearly breaks down when Amy lied by saying she didn’t want to be his friend anymore after she went on a rampage at UA. He also at times clings to Amy because he knows that no matter what, she’ll always support him. Also, as Ashlen enters the picture, because she’s the first person to ever show him any true, intimate love he feels especially close to her, adores her and takes any argument they have hard and admits that while she’s his first and only girlfriend, that he couldn’t love another woman the way he loves her, because she’s the only one who can make him feel loved and secure.
Upon meeting Amy, Ashlen loves her very much and sees her as her very best friend and a true friend, even nurtures her because she grew to love her so much. Even as Amy starts to show her true colors and deeper psychological issues, Ashlen’s love doesn’t fade, but she does fear the thought of losing Amy more than anything, and at one point pleaded with her not to leave her alone without a best friend. Finally, when she finds love in Shinsou, she feels safe, warm and loved by him, and not unlike him, takes their arguments extremely hard, even taking all the blame because she fears losing him just as much due to her unconditional love for him.
Nice, Mean and In-between: Ashlen (Nice), Shinsou(Mean) and Amy (In-between). However Shinsou and Amy can switch the roles where Amy is acting as the crueler one and Shinsou can be more laid-back and decent, but Ashlen is almost always the Nice on.
Odd Friendship: These three make up a pretty odd but nonetheless very close friendship.
First you have Amy and Shinsou, a chaotic girl with energy for days and a low-key, apathetic guy who doesn’t care about much things, but they’re best friends and have been since childhood.
Then Amy meets Ashlen, a sweet but shy girl who became very close and best friends with the much more outgoing and obnoxious Amy.
Then there’s Ashlen and Shinsou, she’s much more of a sunshiny optimist while Shinsou’s more of a cynical pessimist.
Positive Friend Influence: When they’re not being bad influences or doing mischievous pranks, each make each other happier and better people overall.
For Amy, Shinsou reminds her of her humanity and all other better memories before the coven. Shinsou also can at times be able to reign her in when she’s upset, and enables her to think before she acts. And then Ashlen’s influence is what allows Amy to be much more reasonable and gentler, as her friendship helps Amy learn more lessons in being kinder to people and to forgive the people she felt hurt by.
For Ashlen, having an outgoing and supportive friend like Amy made her much more confident in herself, allowing her to be more assertive, proud of who she is, and she also learns to see her own beauty and even gains a newfound wild side. Likewise, Shinsou encourages her to loosen up a little bit and his endless attraction and devotion to her also adds to her confidence and boosts her self-image.
For Shinsou, Amy’s fun-loving and cheerful personality makes him laugh and allows him to have fun and get a little bit goofy as he humors her and can join in on her antics without letting life overwhelm him. And then having Ashlen as his friend and girlfriend makes him want to be more compassionate and he also learns to be less envious of others, more secure in himself and she also helps him boost his own self-image as well.
Power Trio: Together they’re a ridiculously powerful group of fighters who are even stronger together.
Ragtag Bunch of Misfits: They’re a group of friends made up of a witch, a trained fighter and a world-weary cynic trying to become heroes. Together the trio consists of.
A loud-mouthed, hyperactive Cute Witch who grew up in an infamous coven of powerful witches. Who happens to have a wide array of powers and is a little bit unstable to boot.
A skilled but troubled Warrior Princess with two quirks, one being highly unstable and dangerous. But she still has a strong sense of justice even if people haven’t been kind to her.
A curt and surly Deadpan Snarker with the power of Mind Manipulation and a less than approachable demeanor. However, he still wants to do the right thing, even if he is a bit of a Troll too.
Red Baron:
Amy: “The Coven Heroine: Tricky Witch”
Ashlen: “The Neutralizer”
Shinsou: “Mindjack”
Red Oni Blue Oni: Amy is the Red Oni to both Ashlen and Shinsou’s Blue Oni, although Ashlen can also be the Red Oni to Shinsou’s Blue Oni.
Serious Business: Four Words: Panic! At The Disco. Amy and Shinsou take Brendon Urie very seriously and take any ill remark against him as blasphemy and they manage to get Ashlen on the bandwagon.
Socially Awkward Hero: They’re all pretty socially awkward in their own ways.
Amy is overwhelmingly cheerful and over-the-top for most people, vulgar in speech, has no sense of personal space (as she constantly touches and hugs other people randomly) and usually unintentionally makes people uncomfortable by talking about inappropriate things that really shouldn’t be discussed in public, but she is generally friendly and does mean well.
Ashlen has the best social skills out of the three, but is still pretty shy, awkward by nature, prone to social anxiety, and gets nervous around people she doesn’t know, and is also easily flustered around boys she likes.
Shinsou is aloof, rude and snarky, and doesn’t go out of his way to befriend anyone except Amy, but is also pretty awkward when someone is being genuinely nice to him, and then he gets extremely nervous and flustered around Ashlen, to the point where he resembles Midoriya when he speaks to her.
Superpowered Evil Side: All three of them have superpowered sides or experienced power highs that enabled them to go berserk, lose control of their powers and even made them turn homicidal, even towards allies.
Amy’s Sentio Compassios can turn into Sentio Furia when greatly provoked. Already legitimately insane, she easily gets drunk on her magic and loves toying with her opponents, and when she’s that angry she freely lets go of all control during a rampage to unleash her power and destroy almost everything and anybody in her path, friend or foe.
Ashlen’s second quirk Dark Manifest is what makes her go berserk, even though she’s level-headed by nature. she has issues controlling her second quirk as when she’s pushed to the brink, it causes Dark Manifest to overwhelm her right mind and turns her into a bloodthirsty murderer and makes her lose her morality and kill whoever provoked her and anyone else who she feels like purely for fun.
Shinsou developed an alter-ego that Amy calls ‘Control Freak’. He wanted to get stronger and took up a training session with Amy’s friend Nan, and she and Madison give him a potion to amplify his brainwashing to make it more like Concilium. However, as his quirk’s power was amplified, the potion cost him his sanity and he lost himself momentarily and attacked even his friends and forced them to fight each other because the power high gave him an overwhelming sense of control over everyone regardless of who got seriously hurt..
Sweet Tooth: Amy is the most obvious one with a sweet tooth, but Ashlen also very much enjoys sweets and while Shinsou says he doesn’t love sweets, he’ll still eat them, especially when upset.
Token Trio:  Amy (witch), Ashlen (two quirks) and Shinsou (single quirk)
Toxic Friend Influence: Downplayed, at least with Ashlen. Amy and Shinsou are toxic friend influences to each other to begin with and bring out each other’s bitchy side, but they can also sometimes be able to encourage Ashlen to indulge in wild and crazy antics such as drinking Amy’s infamous Magic Juice at a party or pulling hilarious pranks on other classmates.
!Tres Amigos!: Duh.
True Companions: They all came together recently, with Amy and Shinsou being Childhood Friends and later meeting Ashlen, but the three of them are very close, tight-knit, love each other’s company, comfort each other when upset and always support each other and have each other’s back no matter what.
Two Girls And A Guy: Amy and Ashlen are both girls with Shinsou as the sole guy of the trio.
Underestimating Badassery: Since Amy and Shinsou often bicker or make crude jokes with Ashlen having to look after them like a babysitter, people often take them at face value... until all three of them start beating the living hell out of villains and showing just how powerful they are.
Weirdness Magnet: They’ve all been exposed and/or attracted to some of the craziest supernatural things that are weird even by hero society standards.
Amy, being a witch, gets exposed to all types of weird and magical happenings with witches, vampires, demons, ghosts, a minotaur, voodoo queens and the Anti-Christ so she claims ‘nothing shocks her’.
Ashlen’s family actually overlooks several different supernatural things that include ghosts and demons, and so Ashlen is no stranger to the supernatural and is unsurprised by stranger things.
And because Shinsou’s close to Amy and Madison, he knows many things about witches and has become less and less fazed when something strange happens.
With a Friend and a Stranger: The whole set-up of the dynamic with Amy and Shinsou being childhood friends and Ashlen being Amy’s new friend who instantly gets along with Shinsou, and later, becomes his girlfriend. Unlike many examples though, these three are NOT a love-triangle, but DO involve one or two different love triangles OUTSIDE of the the trio.
You Wouldn’t Like Me When I’m Angry: Angering either three of them equals big trouble.
Amy is very easy to provoke and she’s The Dreaded in her class for a reason as she will start screaming, destroying things and fly into a rage if angered. And should you push a major button, it was nice knowing you.
Ashlen is actually quite slow to anger, but when she’s angry she gives a fierce glare and ALWAYS delivers righteous punishment to the one who angers her. And this is scary even when her second quirk isn’t awoken yet...
Shinsou is usually pretty levelheaded but when he gets upset, he gets upset, becoming both irrational and aggressive as he will attack the person who pissed him off, and play dirty as well just to let them feel pain.

Her face was fucked up and my hands were bloody We were in the playground, things were getting muddy The teacher broke us up after I broke her And my one true love called me a monster ...
Child...
Nick Jonas sang about being jealous of other guys and still getting jealous even though he got a partner who loves him cuz he can’t help but get jelly... and the same applies to Shinsou. He and Ashlen are very much a happy couple, but he still gets jealous of other boys, including her friends. And Tokoyami is her very good friend, but it didn’t stop Shinsou from getting jealous...
To the point of being irrational for a moment and he just went from reading him to filth, to beating the hell out of him during what was supposed to be just an ordinary day of training and sparring. It got ugly... thankfully Iida, Midoriya and Amy intervened and Shouji and Kouda were able to get him away from Shinsou.
But Ashlen was PISSED... rightfully yelled at him for being stupid and a jerk, and then... felt horrible that he hurt her friend and apologized to Tokoyami on his behalf. Tokoyami’s so sweet though he comforts her and reassures her that it isn’t her fault at all as she stays with him to make sure he’s doing okay since he got beat up pretty good.
As for Amy... she wasn’t happy with Shinsou either... but she comforted him when he was just too pitiful for her to be mad at and hugged him while he cried and felt horrible for upsetting Ashlen and to a lesser extent, hurting Tokoyami unprovoked and out of irrational jealousy. Even Madison and Bakugo felt sorry for him.
Me and my girl @ashleigh-luvs-14cats call this ‘Class Fight’ like Melanie Martinez’s song XD Cuz it’s suiting and I had to draw it because that was the first MAJOR instance of drama between a happy couple like Shinsou and Ashlen. The ‘Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner’ of 2-A, but even happy couples face their troubles and have their issues sometimes.
Thankfully though they resolve these issues and Shinsou apologizes to both Ashlen and Tokoyami..
I loved it~.
Mommy, why do I feel sad? Should I give him away or feel this bad? "No, no, no, don't you choke" Daddy chimed in, "Go for the throat" For the throat, for, for the throat Daddy chimed in, "Go for the throat" For the throat, for, for the throat Daddy chimed in, "Go for the throat"  Class fight...

HUGS FOR ASHLEN!!!
Ashlen is my gal-pal @ashleigh-luvs-14cats‘s original character!! Ya’ll should check her out she is AWESOME~!! <3 :D :3
Her friends adore her... her boyfriend adores her and her best friend adores her so they is giving her all the hugs! Especially when she’s sad and needs someone who loves her to talk to her and comfort her. And Amy and Shinsou love her all right...
Amy and Shinsou aren’t known for being the nicest people in the world, they can actually be pretty cold and snarky, especially together, but Ashlen brings out their softer side and they’re downright sweet when it comes to her.

Behold!! The Zombie Trio!
My new favorite trio that my girl @ashleigh-luvs-14cats and I have created through the most awesome roleplaying of my LIFE!! :D
These three... are more or less squad goals if I do say so myself~.
With the bravehearted Ashlen, wild and free Amy and the gruff, snarky Shinsou.
Staring from Canon:
Hitoshi Shinsou.
Quirk: Brainwashing
He’s had a bad reputation ever since he got his Brainwashing quirk, but he’s built up resistance to insults and discrimination from his intolerant peers who mocked and labeled him as a ‘villain’ by learning how to be witty as hell and is a Grade A smartass with the goal to become a hero no matter what it takes. However, his girls Amy and Ashlen bring out his softer side, with Amy showing that he can be an awesome friend and with Ashlen showing that he can be sweet, awkward and romantic and one AWESOME boyfriend.
Amy Martinez (OC).
Quirk: N/A (Magic/ 6 of the Seven Wonders and Sentio Compassios)
She’s... something else. Literally. She’s a witch who grew up in hero society not knowing she was a witch and was thought to be quirkless until her powers came in. But she had to move to New Orleans to learn how to harness all of these powers, but the bloody and horrific experiences have hardened her into a crazy-ass trouble-maker who lives for the moment and is always about the fun even if it’s at someone else’s expense. Yet, her best friends Shinsou and Ashlen also bring out her compassionate and sympathetic heart as she will do literally ANYTHING for them, and that includes killing for them.
Ashlen Kyanse (OC):
Quirk: Cancel, Dark Manifest
She’s a good girl who grew up with some pretty bad circumstances and also pretty bad people. Her adopted family is wonderful to her, but the people around her were... not. Yet, she retained a kind-hearted and noble attitude and definitely rose above the people who were cruel to her, and definitely became MUCH better than them. Her compassionate heart is what drew Amy and Shinsou to her, because while they’re not the nicest people in the world, Ashlen, being something of a sisterly and warm figure, gradually softened them up. Amy met Ashlen first, and then she met Shinsou through Amy and despite Amy and Shinsou’s eccentricities, the three of them hit it off and became her best friends.
They have such a beautiful relationship these three... and no there is NO love triangles... between these three at least XD No, Amy and Shinsou are childhood friends but there’s ZERO romantic feelings between them, hell Amy is actually Shinsou’s wingwoman who paired him with Ashlen. Now Ashlen and Shinsou are very much in love and very much together~. With Amy kinda acting like their child on occasion haha XD
I fucking love this... XD I was inspired by a movie poster... and they are called the Zombie Trio because they don’t get enough sleep, are gradually tired most of the time and have wicked taste in music... AND... this also shows that they do NOT give a fuck about what other people think of them. They are unapologetic and like who they are, love each other and always stick up for each other... wrong trio to fuck with XD No one wants to go against a Brainwasher, a Witch OR a Paralyzer... because they are AWESOME~.

Oh, I hope some day I'll make it out of here Even if it takes all night or a hundred years Need a place to hide, but I can't find one near Wanna feel alive, outside I can fight my fear
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9kCUhJ9M97Q
I’m in love with this song! >.< I can’t stop listening to it and thinking about my Amy and Todoroki, and my girl @ashleigh-luvs-14cats‘s girl Ashlen and Tokoyami! Because this song just sounds so oddly intimate between two people who go through similar struggles and have that understanding that no one else can have with another.
Ashlen and Tokoyami certainly share a strong bond because they understand the other’s pain due to their similar powers and generally introverted, calm personalities. Ashlen’s second quirk isn’t innate, it allows her to manifest shadows and utilize them to empower herself, but at the cost of her sanity as it makes her crueler, more bloodthirsty and definitely not like herself as she loses control of it. Tokoyami’s Dark Shadow is not unlike that as it’s fueled by his negative emotions such as anger, regret and hatred, but it spirals far beyond his control especially in the dark. Because of their quirk’s drawbacks, Ashlen and Tokoyami are terrified of the loss of control, since it CAN enable them to hurt others even though these two kind souls don’t WANT to hurt anyone at all. It’s not in their nature to be cruel or to hurt people, but because their powers have the potential to make them lose themselves and hurt people, it terrifies them.
It’s a struggle they both understand and thus have become great friends over as they start to bond and work together. But Ashlen also had a crush on Tokoyami the first time she came to UA. She was drawn to his aloof but noble personality, and at first he was oblivious to it and instead viewed her as a competent student worthy of respect because of her sense of honor, justice and overall kind nature. She became a new ally Tokoyami quickly respected and took a liking too. Which is why he was really surprised when she confessed to him, and he was shocked as hell and unsure how to respond to that. Ever the reserved young man and secretly insecure boy, Tokoyami let her down gently as he felt that a relationship was plausible, nor did he think that he felt that way about her, and he also didn’t think he would be a good partner to her anyway. Ashlen understood even if it did break her heart a little bit, but because she’s a mature girl and Tokoyami’s such a nice guy, they remained amicable and were still very good friends.
However… as Ashlen started dating Shinsou, Tokoyami was and still is very happy for her… at least until he started realizing that his feelings for Ashlen turned into something stronger and then he began to regret ever turning her down the more he had to watch and see Ashlen and Shinsou be so intimate and very much in love with each other. It became torture for the raven, but he kept his feelings and emotions hidden, at least until he was behind closed doors to beat himself up for letting her go. He knows it’s no one else’s fault but his own, and so it gets rather complicated… even as he confides in Amy, who tells him that even if Ashlen can’t be with him, she will never stop loving him and that Tokoyami still has a special place in her heart.
And Amy’s words are proven right when Tokoyami finds no other choice but to at least confess to Ashlen his regrets and that he does love her. Although of course, he has great shame over this and feels like a fool unworthy of even being a friend to her, but Ashlen is so understanding as she comforts him and tells him that yes, she can’t be with him because she’s in love with Shinsou, but that she still loves Tokoyami, always has and will never stop loving him because she holds him dear in her heart. Which is enough to bring comfort to the raven as the two of them share a warm embrace and continue to be wonderful and close friends.
Of course, Ashlen and Tokoyami ARE still mutually attracted to one another because that’s just the humans in them, but they are still just friends who love each other and understand each other probably better than everyone else and can confide in each other when things get overwhelming. It’s a lovely friendship, a lovely relationship. Yes Ashlen still loves Shinsou, but she loves Tokoyami too, he’s her friend and she’s his friend and there’s still a lot of love between them. Not romantic, but still deep, intimate in a platonic way, which is lovely.
Isn't it lovely, all alone? Heart made of glass, my mind of stone Tear me to pieces, skin to bone Hello, welcome home

Don't look back, got a new direction I loved you once, needed protection You're still a part of everything I do You're on my heart just like a tattoo

I was just listening to some blasts from the past and listened to this old gem! One of my favorite songs from back then! Tattoo!! It’s such a pretty song... and this reminded me SO much of Ashlen’s relationship with Tokoyami. No they’re not together, but they could have been. However, after he let her down gently, she found love in Shinsou and now they’re a very happy couple.
And only then did Tokoyami realize much too late that he probably shouldn’t have rejected her confession since... he DOES have feelings for her, he just didn’t think a relationship between them would work. Does he regret it? Yes. Does he feel shame for being in love with her? Of course.
Needless to say things had gotten increasingly awkward, but thankfully sweet Ashlen reassures him and says that she still loves him. They’re not together, but she still loves him dearly nonetheless and they are still very close, Tokoyami is still one of her very dear friends, and still has a special spot in her heart. Just like a tattoo, she’ll always have him in her heart.
