hey babies. so things have been busy - obv!! i was at a bachelorette party this past week, had some other things happen and now i'm getting back into a routine. i haven't really even been able to read anyone's stuff, and even if i really want to i haven't had the plate for it. i imagine by the end of the week i'll start reading again, and feel inspired to write.

i know you all are very lovely about that sort of thing with me - very patient, and i appreciate it. but i do feel that i should let you know where i stand with my works and what i want to do with this tumblr. essentially nothing's changing, i've just needed a little breakypoo!

next saturday will be the 11th anniversary of my mom's death, and i didn't really imagine beyond the 10th year, so this is strange. i don't think i realised how much it is impacting me until this morning, and i think this end of october will always be a little shifted.

mentally i'm okay, just exhausted and in need of a bath and at least 14 hours of joel fics. essentially i feel like that pic of buffering pedro - LOVE YOU!!!

all the things i've done in the last 16 hrs... posted abt the inauguration of the ram mandir on my private instagram stories (had a random calling to post abt political stuff on my stories after many years) and had a falling out with a right wing acquaintance who i didn't even know was this extremist until today, went on an unfollowing spree of everyone i know posting questionable content on the ram mandir thing, commented my thoughts on several instagram posts abt said ram mandir and how it's a hindu supremacist monument and currently in the middle of several "debates" with random right wing ppl (they're not debates... they're just ppl calling me names and telling me to "cope harder" 🤷🏻‍♀️), had a fight with several family members who were reinforcing the ideology that women must stay submissive in marriage....... and it hasn't even been 24 hrs. idk what more i have in store for me. i think i'm just going to be absolutely unbearable today.
