Random Dump 5 ft. Wips

explanations for the drawings under the cut cause i feel like it (very long under there yer warned)

lotta these are from my old tablet

1st- The song "Sleep" by MCR, with Celeste. From an older version of the "Of Heaven and Mortal" story, where Polaris leaves on purpose and Celeste's pissed about it. Bonus points that Celeste is a dream god!

2nd- Designing every single warrior cat (tm). May get back to this may not. I used a base, to which i have no idea who made it or where i got it from, since its from my old tablet (which is like 7? 8? years old at this point)

3rd- Cold Island Theme from My Singing Monsters, ft. Celeste (the constellation), Strawberry (pink dragon bleeding), and Quetz (wind god, at the bottom protecting strawberry). Later in the "Of Heaven and Mortal"/"Of All and None" storyline, where Celeste drives Strawberry insane. ;)

4th- Random concept doodle, from "Of Sea and Gale", supposed to be a close friend of Samuel's when he lived in the Wind Kingdoms royal palace. The friend had a masssssive crush, as ya do, but nothing comes of it

5th- "Animal" by *repeat repeat. Tord (red cat) manipulating Tom (grey/brown cat) into killing Edd (green outlines...). Forget what the motive was but Tord is de-clawed, and hey, cool poses. And gayness. Always a win.

6th- Another random doodle, made when i was watching demon slayer (specifically the Mount Natagumo Arc). Extravagant for no reason. Just the way i like it.

7th- "Love, Love, Love" by Of Monsters and Men. Ft Marquis (white one) and Holly (purple one). Among us ocs turned furry! Who'da thought. Marquis wants to show Holly all the love in the world but she isn't ready. (Their refs are in this post, if any of you remember)

8th- Was supposed to be a companion peice to Mushroom. "Chicken", as i delightfully call him, was gonna be a sort of opposite/complementary cat to Mushroom, a right-hand man of sorts. Why Chicken? Cause mushrooms taste like chicken. Anyway,

9th- "Grapes" by James Marriott. Tom was supposed to be in this peice, saying the line "I fell for someone new, but she's just another girl that looks like you!", buuuut i could never get how he looks right. So now its just Tord who looks like a spider just jumped out at him.

10th- This meme. But with TomTord. And Jon. Because i cannot help myself. Not Jons final design for the AU, but hey, good first attempt :). Tord and Jon are friends in the AU!

11th- SNOWTUFT!! HIM!! DA BOY!! I just wanted to draw him, honest. Ig some design notes/headcannons, his claws aren't naturally long- he just underuses em, so they're overgrown. He cant really see out of the scarred eye and ear, an perfers to keep his eye closed. Very expressive lil man. Yowls for attention

Me needs Vishnu x Tez bromantic hcs ft. Quetz and Shesh maybe :3

Probably sent this ask hoping for one or two headcanons, but too bad. You're getting a speech.

-So, they first met while trying to set up Shesh and Quetz. Tez didn't know anything about the Hindu pantheon and vice versa with Vishnu, and they both just heard someone they hang out with a lot (in Tez's case, his brother) say "So I met this cute guy" and Vishnu probably went "Cool, you need any help with that?" And Tez went "Oh fuck no, you can't date to save your life here I'll set you up".

-When they met, each with no knowledge on the other's pantheons, I imagine their conversation to be like this: "My brother is such an idiot." "I'm sure he's not that bad, my friend likes him a lot." "Maybe his flirting won't go to waste if my brother actually UNDERSTANDS that he's being flirted with."

-After they met, they clicked pretty quickly, they started off trying to make their respective friend/brother (in Tez's case) realize the other's clear feelings, but then they started just hanging out.

so here are some hcs on their relationship after then, because I don't want to bore you with backstory

-Vishnu is the "If someone hurts you I'll heal you" type and Tez is the "If someone hurts you I'll kill them" type. They compliment each other well.

-Tez is a master at UNO. He taught Vishnu how to play, and they often just play UNO if there's no other pastime.

-They watch murder mystery TV shows. Tez can determine the murderer in about .5 seconds except he doesn't know why and Vishnu can explain to him in a TED talk exactly why the murderer is the murderer and how to catch him/her.

-They both love Disney movies, surprisingly.

-Like Shesh and Quetz, they also like to point out the historical inaccuracies in shows/movies.

-Tez can metabolize any kind of alcohol, although he rarely drinks. Based on previous hcs, Vishnu often prefers milk (despite being lactose intolerant. That's just lactose intolerant culture). They sometimes go to bars together just because one of them want to try it out gain.

-Tezcatlipoca has like 60 cats. Wild cats, house cats, etc. Vishnu comes over just for his cats.

-Vishnu is overall more successful in getting Shesh to admit his feelings, although the two of them have a little friendly competition over who can get the other to stop being more dense. The current bet is up to 200 dollars.

Anyway, that's all for now, sorry it wasn't neat and kinda rambley but I do have a LOT of thoughts on these characters!

Pesadilla Navidad (part 1)

Once again it was Christmas time in chaldea, and almost everyone was getting ready to celebrate. Of course with every Christmas there was to come another Santa servant. Last year's was Nightingale, now it was her turn to pick someone else to take the role of Santa. Meanwhile the two masters of chaldea made their own preparations.

"So is there any in particular you'd like for Christmas?" Rex asked his cousin, Nota.

Nota slumped on a couch in the room they were in before answering "Oh there's a lot of things I'd like. But to narrow it down would be so difficult." 

"Well you better get to it then! I can't read your mind after all." He told her, somewhat annoyed.

Rex started to decorate the room with appropriate Christmas decorations. While Nota suddenly got a thought in her head. "Hey? Do you know if Nightingale picked this year's Santa yet?" 

Rex, not looking up from what he was doing, answered his cousin. "Not that I know of." 

Nota's face suddenly started smirking. "Oh really? That's interesting." She said as she clearly had something in mind.

"Do I wanna know what you're thinking?" Rex asked her.

"It's probably best that you do, cause you're vital to it." She responded to her cousin.

Rex got a concerned look on his face. "What the hell are you thinking?" He asked, while putting down the decor.

"So I was thinking, what if we became this year's Santas?!" She said, with the biggest grin on her face.

Rex was a bit dumbfounded when she said that. "I-is that even allowed?" Can we do that?" He questioned.

"Well at no point did anyone say we can't! So I don't see why not at least try!" She told him. 

"Why do you even want to be Santa, anyways?" He questioned her, not really understanding what caused her to want this all of a sudden.

"Every year, we play second fiddle to the Santa servants as their "reindeer" I say this year, we should be in charge!" Nota said, brimming with pride and confidence.

"Huh… well I guess you have a bit of a point. Don't hate the other Santas but being reindeer can be annoying. But Mi Amor never made us do that!" Rex thought aloud.

"You didn't let me get involved much with that incident." Nota reminded Rex.

"Can we not get into that right now?" Rex asked her.

"Well are you in or what?" Nota asked of Rex.

Rex pondered it for some time. "Well, it does sound interesting but I'm still not exactly sure to be perfectly honest." He told her.

Nota then thought of something to tell him. "Well remember when Quetz was Santa? And how good that felt? How happy she seemed and you seemed too? I think we should try that again, but we get to be Santa! We can make people happy! Especially the ones we love!" Nota told him.

Rex thought more about what Nota told him. "Fuck, you make a pretty good point actually. It would be nice to make people happy. Fuck it! Let's try!"

"That's what I like to hear! Now let's go ask Nightingale!" Nota said, with excitement in her voice.

The two left and found Nightingale in her Santa outfit. "Hello Head Nurse!" Nota said aloud. 

The head nurse turned towards the two masters. "Oh hello you two. What brings you all here?" She asked them.

"Oh we were wondering if you had chosen your Santa successor yet?" Nota asked her.

"Oh I was just thinking about that." She said, "There are a few good candidates. Like Helena, Suzuka, Fran and even Karna. They all seem interested and decent candidates."

"Oh! Very interesting." Rex said to her.

"Any particular reason you ask?" Nightingale questioned the two.

"Well, we were actually wondering if you'd maybe consider us for that? I think we'd make great Santas!" Nota said, attempting to be convincing to Nightingale.

"Y-you two? You want to be Santa?" She questioned.

"Yeah, sure. Why not? No one ever said we can't." Rex said, also trying to be convincing.

"I'm not sure that's a good idea, to be very honest." She told them. "It can be very dangerous, given how something crazy always happens on Christmas." 

"Y-you do realize we're always involved and right in the action every year, right?" Nota pointed out.

"Well yes, but us Santa servants are still in the most danger, since we servants can handle it better. I'm not changing my mind." She said, forcefully.

"Well fine, I guess we'll stop asking." Nota said to Nightingale.

"Wait really?" Rex asked.

Nota then pulled him by the arm. "Yes really! Now let's get going." She said, taking him outside, as Nightingale watches them leave.

Back in another room, Rex was confused. "Why'd you give up so easily? You're normally much more stubborn about this stuff."

"Shhhh. We're not gonna be convincing enough, so we gotta try a different approach." Nota told him. "But I think we'll need a bit of help first." She says, as she points in the direction of the summoning room.

"Oooh!" Rex says, following her there.

Sorry about the bad night! Anyway, what do you think it is that draws you to any particular character? Like, is there something specific that grabs you in a character?

oh goddddd... what a hard question lol. i mean, i say that, but i'm also... extremely predictable when it comes to characters i tend to like? most of my friends can watch/read something and be able to guess which character i'd like way before i even see them lol.

i like characters a lot of personality i think is the most notable. it skews towards punks and people who are kind of dicks with a heart of gold... sometimes, but not always! as long as they've got a lot of personality ill usually like them lol. side characters are also the go to, and also i loooove an overpowered motherfucker. love a person who can absolutely kick ass. i also like hot men. cant overstate that enough.

since its hard for me to articulate what specific things grab me, i can just list some lads (gender neutral) that i like! toji fushiguro and kashimo from jjk, dabi n bakugou from bnha even tho im less into it/them nowadays, benimaru fire force (a series i have... a complicated relationship with as most of my friends could tell you), mori nagayoshi cu alter shirou sei shounagon kiara okada nitocris quetz gawain all from fate... not at all a comprehensive list but hopefully this has some indication.

i think if you were to ask my friends theyd all say hot punk guys/hot guys with bad attitudes lmao. it should also be noted that i accidentally made my favorite best character ever as my own oc lol

Final Fantasy Record Keeper Quetzalcoatl Magicite Fight

The fights in the 5-star Magicite Dungeons in the Final Fantasy Record Keeper (FFRK) mobile game are quest level 400.

Quetzalcoatl is the 5-star Lightning Magicite that’s weak to the earth element. He takes reduced damage against magic and ninjutsu attacks.

I’m woefully lacking in earth-type relics. I think my best DPS for earth is Tifa Lokchart (from Final Fantasy VII) since I somehow managed to acquire her first Sync and her Awakening.

But I don’t even have an earth Chain, and my other earth relics are scattered across different chars and most aren’t that good. 

I think I have a few earth Awakenings here and there. But, yeah, I didn’t think I’d be able to field a good earth team against Quetzalcoatl.

I was thinking maybe it’d be better if I just skipped Quetz for now and try taking on another 5-star Magicite fight instead. 

But the Quetzalcoatl Magicite has the Fast Act passive. This reduces the action delay of all allies. This could be really good for my Magicite decks.

So I was tempted to take on Quetzalcoatl now instead of waiting until I get better earth tech. But how was I supposed to take him on? 

Instead of bringing an earth team, I decided to off-element this fight. That’s right. I decided I was gonna bring my physical fire team starring Genesis Rhapsodos to this battle.

Genesis Rhapsodos from Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Info

Currently, Genesis Rhapsodos from Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII is my absolute, most favorite Final Fantasy VII (#ad) char. He’s the reason why I’m playing Final Fantasy Record Keeper.

Genesis is a physical fire DPS. Have all of his Soul Breaks.

Limit Break Overstrike (LBO), Light of Doom

Synchro Arcane Soul Break (SASB), Purgatorial Wave

Awakened Arcane Soul Break (AASB), Genesis Rhapsody

Arcane Overstrike Soul Break (AOSB), SOLDIER’s Epic

Ultra Soul Break (USB), Apocalypse Genesis

Glint+ Soul Break 1 (G+1), Epic of Creation

Glint+ Soul Break 2 (G+2), Epic of Heroism

Glint Soul Break (G), Epic of Destruction

Legend Materia Relic (LMR), Fierce Opposition

Genesis has max Crystal Waters for all the stats - HP, Attack, Defense, Magic, Resistance, and Mind. Yeah, he doesn’t need magic and mind, but I don’t care. I want to give him all the stats anyway.

Genesis has over 500 Magia points. He has 100 in the fire attack, attack, defense, resistance, and HP stats then 10 each for the defense stat of all the elements.

Genesis’s Record Board was the first one I ever completed. His Hero Ability, Genesis Slash, was the first one I ever created.

Anyway, I wasn’t sure if using an off-element team was gonna work for the Quetzalcoatl fight but I had to try. And honestly, I would love to use Genesis everywhere. 

Sometimes, I wish he wasn’t locked to the fire element. I mean, I get why fire’s his element. 

Still, I wish his Awakening gave him Awoken Spellblade Mode instead of Awoken Fire Mode so he can make use of the other elemental Spellblade abilities too.

Well, he can use them, but his relics don’t have synergy with these abilities unless they also have fire attached to them. 

Even Genesis’s Hero Ability is pure fire. At the very least, I wish it could have included non-elemental or even just dual element or something. 

What about dark? That fits too, right? Someday, I hope Genesis gets relics for other elements. Well, why not? 

Other chars get (*cough* Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII* cough* Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy VII *cough*) multiple relics for different elements. 

Hell, Cloud has Syncs and AASBs for the wind and dark elements. His Hero Ability is dual element and he keeps getting new relics even though he already has a ton. It’s not fair, is it?

I wish other chars (like Genesis) can get some more attention too, especially those who don’t even have a Sync yet or who only have a few relics so far. 

At least Genesis already has a Sync, but I know there are other chars who don’t even have 1 whereas you have chars like Cloud who have 2 already and are set to get more. Like seriously, FFRK, give others a chance, please.

Ahem. Got a bit distracted. Sorr ‘bout that. Anyway, my Magicite deck for this fight is:

Hecatoncheir (XIII) with 2 Dampen Thunder Level 10, 1 Resistance Boon Level 20, and 1 Health Boon Level 5

Madeen (IX) with Empower Holy Level 15, Surging Power Level 15, Healing Boon Level 15, and Health Boon Level 5

Madeen (IX) - Empower Holy Level 15, Surging Power Level 15, and 2 Attack Boon Level 16

Phoenix (VI) with Dampen Blizzard Level 10, Health Boon Level 8, Spell Ward Level 5, and Blade Ward Level 8

Belias (XII) with triple Empower Fire Level 15 and 1 Deadly Strikes Level 10

My team was the same as the one I used for the 5-star Ice Magicite Manticore fight - Genesis, Tyro from Final Fantasy Record Keeper, Vincent Valentine from Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy VII, Balthier (Ffamran mied Bunansa) from Final Fantasy XII and Elarra from Final Fantasy Record Keeper.

Elarra served as my healer and support. Tyro served as my support. Vincent served as my secondary fire DPS. Balthier served as my fire Chain holder.

This time Elarra had Ultra Cure instead of Passionate Salsa since Quetzalcoatl can paralyze. Borrowed the Fabula Raider Roaming Warrior again. This Roaming Warrior temporarily raises the party’s attack.

I needed to stack a lot of impril fire otherwise my DPS wouldn’t be able to deal damage. 

So I had Tyro mostly Entrust to Balthier so he can cast his Burst Soul Break, Spark of Change, at least twice then still have enough gauges to use his Chain Soul Break. 

Spark of Change lowers the enemy’s fire resistance level by 2. If I can stack this 3 times, the fire resistance down level will be the maximum of 6. 

At least 4 will allow Genesis and Vincent to deal damage, especially once backed by the buffs from Fabula Raider, Warrior’s Hymn, Elarra’s Magika Orare USB, and Tyro’s AASB.

So in the beginning, just had Genesis spam Omega Drive to build up his gauges while Tyro kept Entrusting to Balthier so he can stack imperil fire ASAP. Elarra heals and sings the Warrior’s Hymn while Vincent spams his equipped abilities. 

It was only after Quetzalcoatl has at least 4 stacks of imperil fire that I started to use Balthier’s Chain. 

By then, Genesis had enough gauges for his Sync so I used his Glints first then his Sync followed by his usual rotation of Sync Command 2 once then Sync Command 1 twice.

Used Vincent’s Sync then spammed his Sync Command 1 linked to Trinity Bombshell for more chances to imperil fire.

Was so freaking happy when I actually managed to win. Not sub-30 though since the fight ended at 35.14 seconds. But still. This is so super special awesome. Super pleased. 

And Genesis is brilliant, as always. He’s amazing. Several times, he was dealing 39999 damage. His allies were really good too. Once again, I’m so tempted to get Vincent’s Hero Ability. Ahh, if only the resources for this weren’t so scarce.

Komadori yelped, jumping a foot -- or what felt like it -- and spun around, giving the dark shadow in the back of the room a dirty look. “How long have you been looming ominously in the back of the Command Room, Edgemiya?” She asked, bemused.

“First of all, will you stop calling me that,” he snapped. “And secondly, long enough to be entirely unimpressed with the way this place is run. Like I said, it’s a goddamn miracle this place didn’t implode before the Grand Order was finished.”

Komadori sighed. “Well, we did have Roman in charge then,” she told him. “You didn’t get to meet him, but he was, uh...a little too competent sometimes.”

“Ah,” Edgemiya -- okay, okay, Emiya Alter, but that was such a mouthful! -- said dryly. “So with the loss of the only person who knew what he was doing, you’re all now running around like headless chickens hoping for the best.”

Komadori stuck her tongue out. “Bold of you to assume we didn’t run around screaming like headless chickens before Roman-- before he left,” she said, proud she only stumble a little. “Honestly, we really aren’t known for our cold efficiency and heroic competence. Sorry to disappoint, our MO is usually Rayshift in, and proceed to run around without a plan, and probably panic a few times, until we sort of faceplant into the solution. With varying levels of screaming and falling from high places.” She paused. “I fall from high places a lot. Except the one time I jumped, but that was on purpose and Quetz caught me, so hey.”

“How are you not all dead,” Edgemiya asked flatly, though she swore she saw a tiny twitch of his lips. “How is the whole goddamn world not dead. You’re all ridiculous. The definition of weaponized incompetence. I’m struggling to fathom how you made it through one Singularity, let alone seven-- well. Eight.”

“No idea!” Komadori joked. “I seriously thought I was gonna die like, a thousand times. I am genuinely shocked I didn’t. I mean, I’m barely a mage.” She paused at his incredulous look, and shrugged. “Yep. Edgemiya pulled a face, rolling his eyes skyward. “If by funny you mean almost sickening in how ridiculously stupid it is,” he muttered. “This entire outfit is stupid. You know worse is yet to come, right? You think it’s over, but I highly doubt that.”

“Yeah, probably not,” Komadori agreed. “We do still have three wigglebitches on the loose, and god only knows what comes after. Maybe it’ll really be over, maybe something new will kick the door down going bitch, you thought you were done, and we’ll have a whole new disaster to clean up. I don’t know.” She shrugged. “But as long as I have everyone here, I’ll do it. Whatever gets thrown at me, I’ll deal with it.”

Edgemia rolled his eyes again. “Are you seriously trying to play the damn power of friendship card?” He asked disdainfully. 

“Ha, no, come on, that’s only in anime,” Komadori joked. “My point is more...as long as I’m surrounded by the people I love, all the Heroic Spirits-- you included, smartass-- I feel like I can do just about anything. It’s their past, their histories, I’m fighting for, after all. I’m not about to let everything everyone gave their lives for be rendered meaningless.” She paused. “God, that kind of is the power of friendship card, huh.”

He snorted. “You really are all idiots,” he said flatly. “You, your Demi-Servant, the Servant woman in charge, all these humans. All of you really believe that sentimental nonsense?”

“Sure do,” she agreed. “Chaldea is a bunch of dummies who believe in friendship and love and the goodness...or at least inherent worth of humanity! Idealistic dumbasses, the lot of us.”

Edgemiya sighed, levering himself off the wall to stalk past her. “Incompetent, all of you,” he muttered. “Idealism is worthless. It will rot in the end.” But still, he paused, glancing over his shoulder briefly, and for a moment in his dark eyes she thought she saw something she recognized. “Never thought that sort of flat out incompetence could be...endearing,” he admitted quietly. “But you’ve already pulled off one miracle, Master. Go ahead and prove me wrong.”

He vanished into the shadows with that, and Komadori grinned to herself. Prove him wrong? She intended to! (Endearing, though...awww, he liked her. Dork.)

During the week, my brain had this idea of what Maya and Zatz life would be like as they grew up and became parents- Yes I had to draw them grown up with their own child 🦇🥺😭❤🖤..

So Maya and Zatz end up having a daughter- And yes she is half vampire like her father of course, they name her Quetzal- which means precious in Aztec (and since the animation is based off of American/Mexico) and also she is an  absolutely adorable little thing. she would be a demi god too since her parents are both half god as well.

Personality wise Quetzal or “Quetz” (for short) is very warm, loving, kind , very energetic, very strong willed, very good negotiator, a little clumsy, adorable, courageous, loyal and gentle.

I would definitely say she- most of the time is quite soft and quite like her father but when she kicks ass she’s more like her mother. 

Clothing/ appearance wise Quetzal pays her respect to her two heritages by wearing an outfit she designed herself- honouring both her vampire and Teca heritage through pattern and colours. 

For 16 year old her (she is “5′4″ (165.5cm) She has armour resembling a phoenix- since her mother is sun and her father is moon ( reincarnated), I thought a phoenix suited her amour design well since phoenix’s are fire birds that rise from the ashes.

Anyways, there’s my ideas/thoughts behind all my doodles and that. I did doodle her in the series style and I also doodled her in my semi realistic/comic book style too. Either way, I hope you like my doodle- I just love since she’s half vampire, Quetzal can turn into a giant bat like her father.

Hello idk if someone asked you this before but what singers/bands do you think the 4 tezcatlipoca listen too? (As well any other Aztec gods you want to list as well)

I thought about Tezcatlipoca liking aurelio voltaire but it could be because I see him maybe liking the gothic aesthetic since he’s associated with the night and things dark ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (also I think there was a myth saying him and quetz inventing music for the world so there’s that too)

Okay so I love love love this ask because JKDDFVVKJZDDHG RAMBLING TIME

So Tezcatlipoca and Quetzalcoatl did invent music. That’s why I sometimes hc that they’ll go to Broadway musicals or shows together, and sometimes they surprisingly both listen to classical music (specifically piano) because it tends to remind them about the quote unquote “earlier” forms of music (without lyrics). Now, I do think Tezcatlipoca occasionally listens to popular artists at the moment, but generally yea he listens to gothic aesthetic music (and electronic, because I can see him listening to it a lot somehow).

Huitzilopochtli also likes electronic music. It fits his fast paced vibe and the energy of...yk being the sun. He also tends to listen to songs without lyrics, but in that group he primarily listens to electronic or some other type of fast-paced music. He also gets dragged to Broadway musicals by his brothers, and while he doesn’t admit it he thinks it’s kind of cool.

Xipe Totec’s playlist would be more mellow, with more classical artists and occasionally just vibe music, yk? But his music tastes are the hardest to pin down for me because while he’s portrayed as benevolent and I like to think of him as this patient, quiet guy, he can also be ruthless, angry, and all the generally negative things that embody his being. So maybe he listens to more hardcore music. The sudden change from gentle music to rock or whatever the hell that guy likes will be pretty jarring but you get used to it (read: Tez has now withdrawn from stealing his AirPods because he has no fucking idea what song’s going to be playing in there).

Anyway I’m sorry this was kind of long and I didn’t name too many actual bands or singers/artists, but I kind of read this as their general music tastes if that’s ok lol 😅 plus idk that many artists in their range of music taste sooo

But seriously, whoever you are thank you so much for this ask, it made my day! 😄😄

Short Xolotl story!

Nota was hanging out with Xolotl during the festival month in a more relaxed point in the festivities.

"So people didn't really celebrate you much did they...?" Nota asked her servant. From what Nota and the others had heard, despite being the twin and other half to the feathered serpent Quetzalcoatl, Xolotl didn't seem to get nearly as much attention.

"Not really, no. Most underworld gods don't get much usually. Guess humans tend to be scared of us." Xolotl said to Nota somewhat casually. She didn't seem to really give much thought to it. She saw it more like a fact of life rather then anything significant.

Nota felt kinda sad to hear that. But noticing how little Xolotl cared, she tried to feel better about. Thinking "if she's fine with it, then I should be fine too." Even if she found it difficult. "So how does it feel to get that celebration now? To finally see the appreciation you probably always deserved to have?" Nota asked her, unintentionally letting her emotions show.

Xolotl started to ponder her master's words and really let it sink in what's happening. "It's actually... very nice! I don't think I've seen so many people happy for me aside from some of my siblings!" She said in response to Nota's question.

"I'm happy you feel that way! It's nice that you feel that way!" Nota said in response to Xolotl. She felt better hearing that Xolotl was happy to actually see some celebration for her sake, and while Quetz is still in the spotlight the two were equally shining!

"Yeah! It's really nice. Why do you ask anyways?" Xolotl asked Nota, with a cute puppy-like expression on her face.

"Well... when I realized you weren't celebrated nearly as much as some of your siblings and other fellow gods... I felt bad for you." Nota answered to her servant. "Kind of seemed unfair to me. You're pretty important after all, you and your dogs guide all the souls to the afterlife! YOU guide your brother, the SUN through the underworld every night! And you're partially responsible for bringing humanity back along with your sister!" She started to rant to Xolotl, clearly being upset about her circumstances beforehand.

Xolotl seemed somewhat unfazed by most of what Nota was saying. "Ah, I get what you mean master" Xolotl started saying. "Yeah, it can feel kinda unfair that I don't get a lot of celebration for what I do. But I don't really feel like I'm in any great need for it either tho! It's kinda always been like this, si my duties are important but every God has important duties! And I did help mi hermana bring humanity back from the dead, but I didn't do it for any kind of celebration I did it because I love her!" She told her master. "I'm in no need of celebration, but I'm glad you and your cousin still gave me some anyways!"

Nota became a bit silent after what Xolotl said. "I mean... I guess that makes some sense. It still feels a bit unfair but... if you're fine with it then that's okay." Nota continued on.

Xolotl then hugged her master! "I'm happy you love me enough to get upset in my behalf honestly. Even if I don't need it, it's very sweet of you!" Then let go of Nota.

"Of course! You're my friend! And I get like that with everyone I care about!" She said to Xolotl.

A/N: another short story for the celebration! (Don't mind the time, it's definitely still the right day) hopefully you guys like it!
