Green stans have the nerve to say that this show is biased in favor of the Blacks when their socials post nonsense like this:
Tumblr media
On top of that, the showrunners have changed Alicent and Aemond so much in order to baby them that she's an entirely different character in the show, and he's taken multiple of his little brother's traits.
So which side is this show actually biased in favor of?

WTF ?!
Rhaenyra had no choice but to marry Laenor ! Viserys vetoed this in episode 4 ! It was an arranged marriage that was imposed on her !
Did this person even watch the show ?! Or rather as she likes to say, did she watch the show with her eyes closed ?!
They were forced to marry, but the agreement was made that once their duty was done, namely to provide an heir to the kingdom, they could sexually do whatever they wanted !
Unfortunately, they tried to have children, but were unsuccessful. So Rhaenyra turned to Harwin for agreement with Laenor.
That's what happened.
My god, the Green stans are pathetic, on top of being disgusting.
I'm hallucinating. This person is really twisted.
As Rhaenyra would say :
Exhausting wasn't it ? Hiding beneath of your own righteousness !

Another useless TG argument: “Alicent asked to see the baby, not for Rhaenyra herself to bring him. Rhaenyra chose to make a scene.”
Tumblr media
Alicent was separating a mother from her newborn simply to show off her power, and for the possibility to nourish her obsession in front of the whole Court (“See? See??? Brown hair! Brown hair!”).
Rhaenyra was supposed to do what? Allow the maids to bring her newborn child to the woman who despises her and who is known to have a vendetta against her innocent children?
Newborns are vulnerable. You mean to tell me that Rhaenyra didn’t consider that Alicent could have done something to hurt the child if he were alone in her possession?
Green fans are simply upset because Rhaenyra managed to counter attack beautifully by bringing the child herself.
1. She showed the entire Court how cruel their queen is, by demanding to see her and the child immediately after birth.
2. She showed true strength by managing not only to stay on her feet but also to walk a long way and climb stairs in order to reach Alicent’s chambers, and everyone at Court saw it and was in awe.
3. She was sending Alicent a very clear message: she would not be pushed around.
Alicent got away with a lot of things those many years and constantly abused her power without facing any consequences. Viserys just let her do whatever she wanted. She was very, very, very lucky that Daemon was away from Court. Married to Rhaenyra or not, if Daemon were at Court, do you really think he would have let Alicent get away with this psychological torture she was inflicting on the Crown Princess and her children? I actually fear even thinking what Daemon would have done to her.

Aemond "my uncle is a challenge welcome, if he dares face me. Although I’m talking about the most dangerous man in Westeros, the one who rides the dragon the longest and has the most experience in battle. By comparison, my only experience was killing a dragon the size of a horse. When he looked at me, I peed on myself" Targaryen and Alicent " Viserys wanted Aegon to succeed him. Although he called me by the name of his first wife and hardly recognized the existence of my children" Hightower. Aemond take it from his mother, the delusion run thick!!!

watching people “defend” Alicent by saying the fandom hates feminine women when Rhaenyra actively gets all her feminine attributes stripped from her character in both canons and by the fandom itself, literally putting her on the same level as Maegor, will never not make me laugh.

"The Greens didn't kill innocent people"
Those are two of the innocent people (Specifically lords and ladies) the Greens killed before the war started
They knew the meaning of loyalty, they were loyal to Viserys and Rhaenyra and look what they did to them
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Team Green, Smallfolk, Natural where are you? Why is no one talking about what they did to them? Are they not innocent?

anti targs love acting like Targaryen women, specially Rhaenyra and Daenerys, haven’t experienced trauma. the “alicent’s big doe eyes” thing and dany antis who pit Sansa against her (but like Cersei ironically) and treat her pain like it is non-existent. I get that show!Alicent is (sadly) different than book!Alicent, but show!Alicent would not get nearly as much sympathy if she were like her book counterpart.
LOOK AT THIS GIRL. Does she look like she’s been having a great time?
Targaryens, especially Targaryen women don’t need to be “villains” and non-targ women don’t need to be the epitome of innocence and above criticism like how the show runners and TG treat Alicent or an “enemy” of the Targaryens like some people want Sansa (as well as Arya) to be.
Rhaenyra was a child too. She was the same age as Alicent at the start of the show and in the book I think she was around 7 while Alicent was either an older teen or an adult at the beginning. Dany was 13 at the beginning of AGOT and in the show I believe 16. They started as scared young girls going through trauma too, just because members of their family, mostly men, were shitty DOESN’T make them evil or unsympathetic. Dany’s story is literally about her MAKING CHANGE and being different from her ancestors.
Sansa hate not welcome just to be safe.

The comparisons between the Hightowers and Targaryens in this fandom are ridiculous because a single ruby on Rhaegar's armor is more relevant than the whole house Hightower.
Hotd brainwashed a lot of people. The Hightowers are not the main characters or the main villains in the MAIN series. They are irrelevant :) Even dead Targaryens are more relevant than them.
Also the Targaryens are still alive and Dany is currently the most powerful character in the series

Green stans are on some good kush because they'll literally be like, "LUCERYS DREW FIRST BLOOD AND FACED NO CONSEQUENCES"
Lucerys... the child who was defending himself, his brothers, and his cousins (and in the books, his little brothers) from a violent deranged child. Ah, yes, such a war criminal.
Tumblr media
The Greens are not fucking oppressed by the Blacks, for fuck's sake, get this victim mentally out of your heads! 🙄

“Viserys knew the Realm would never accept a Queen.”
The Greens didn’t even give the Realm a chance to choose between Rhaenyra and Aegon!!! They chose for the Realm based on greed and expected everyone to fall in line.
Was there a Great Council? I don’t recall.
All I can remember is a Green Council filled with a few conspirators. And the one person in that Council who opposed usurpation and high treason, was murdered by a Kingsguard who stained his white cloak so many times and was constantly pardoned.
Oh and…Rhaenyra ends up having most of the Realm on her side.
Is Alicent the only delulu in that family or is it a hereditary Hightower thing?

The way certain hotd/asoiaf fans on this app are acting as if the Targaryens are irrelevant and without a legacy just because they are dead is hilarious.
As if the past Targaryens are not mentioned over and over again. As if Westeros is not living under their law. As if Westeros is not fighting for the Iron Throne. As if Aegon the Conqueror is not treated almost like a God. As if Rhaegar and Aerys 2 are not haunting the narrative and the povs characters. As if Daenerys is not currently the most important character in the series and the prince who was promised.
Ah but the non-existent Hightowers are more important, the books wouldn't be the same without them 🥺

Yall making a big deal out of "poor" Haelena losing her children as if Rhaenyra didn't lose her own first. I'm sorry that it didn't ring into your brain yet but you can thank Almond for the death of the children and the entire Green faction.

that one team green stan who brought up colonization in our argument then blocked me, kept claiming she was team “small folk” but exclusively only wrote essay length posts about her hatred for Rhaenyra and other Targaryens but never about how the Hightowers/other noble families of Old Town and the militant Faith of the Seven lead a religious based war with the intention of colonizing and converting the entire content of Westeros to the faith causing many small folk to lose their lives, some (Northerners) who still face suppression and ridicule for worshiping the Old Gods all the way up to AGOT’s era. all this hundreds of years before the Targaryens even stepped foot in Westeros. and kept ignoring how Aemond burned the Riverlands with the small folk still there. you can’t both be “team small folk” AND “team representation of the oppressive catholic church” lol the layers of hypocrisy never ceases to amaze me.
