guys i have had a super productive weekend writing wise

i took up this sprint habit of doing like, two to three 30min sprints in the morning the last two days and that morphed into a longer sprint session (I'm in a server with a lot of sprinters for once! its very nice) and so I've churned out almost 15k in the last two days alone

not only that, but i managed to spread those words out across 6 fics! it was some fun work and boy howdy some of these things are getting wild lol

anyway, i also cooked a shitton today. like, longer than usual i think around 5hrs. its been interesting and nice but Im so exhausted now

Crockpot Chicken With Gravy

INGREDIENTS

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups broccoli florets

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for cooking

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Cook the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, then transfer them to the prepared baking dish.

In the same pan, melt butter and whisk in flour to create a roux.

Gradually pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.

Ugh I'm in bottomless pit mode and ate way too fucking much. Why are there days where I'm good with a sandwich all day and other days where I am hungry even after eating twice my weight in nachos?

#crap #today i had a bowl of cerial a bunch of mini empanadas some chips with queso and then topped it off with chicken nachos #with some candy and a big smoothie thrown in for good measure #yesterday i had a breakfast sandwich some charcuterie and a sandwich #but yesterday i was also at work #ugh #plus i already know i need to eat more vegetables but its so hard i dont like them and they go bad so fast
