[x] - Answered here ; As a bonus, i’ll answer A and R in regards to the Inuyasha fandom bc we’re both in it. He is coming into a friendly relation with Margaret (OC) which is great. IDK what he’d be with Elena, but realistically, I think it would maybe be a friendship of sorts? I think that covers that. I don’t have any ships that are official in threads. However, I do think our Kikyo and Sesshomaru would eventually get down to being a ship.

In fandom, I support Inuyasha/Kagome and Sango/Miroku as it’s canon. In regards to what I like, I do like Sesshomaru/Kagome and Sesshomaru/Kikyo (GET FUCKING REKTED INUYASHA! Don’t be mistaken, I love Inuyasha but I am biased). Sesshomaru and Kagura would be an interesting dynamic to explore more on. I think I’ve seen people state Sesshomaru already loved Kagura when she died and I just-- don’t feel the vibe tbh. I personally think he would’ve needed more time to come to terms with such an emotion. I think it was interest, respect, and familiarity at best at that time. Anyways, I think their dynamic would be very fun as a ship. I’ve seen Sesshomaru and Sango as well and i’m like LE KEK, SURE WHY NOT? Me casually making my muses a ship magnet in fandom? Yes. In RPC? LOL SHIP? Can I eat that?

Trash of the Count’s Family

Cale- I am biased, I love the main character, obviously. I just really like Cale. He has some sassy thoughts in his head and I LIVE for that. Additionally, I just find him to be fascinating as a character. I can’t really go into it because it goes into severe spoiler territory, but basically, the way he was integrated into the world he was isekai’ed into is so fascinating to me, especially when you realize there is more to this isekai than we, the readers, are initially led to believe. In regards to emotions, he’s more stagnant than I’m used to in a lot of characters I like, but I don’t hate it? Rather, it fits him well. He’s an ‘unlucky’ dude and I laugh at his misfortune. When you consider angst material—Ohhhh CHEF KISS.

Alberu- BIG BROTHER CROWN PRINCE ALBERU!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love him so much. AHHHHHH He’s such a fun character to me. This sly Prince. He really does care a lot about Cale and it makes me cry. He takes his role as a Prince seriously and puts so much care into the common-folk and he doesn’t discriminate against those of the dark species (Necromancers, dark elves, vampires, etc) which is almost unheard of especially since the most prominent religions are those of the Light. He has a reason for it which I won’t spoil. AHHHH I love him. //sob

Raon Miru- BABY DRAGON!!!!!!! The cutest lil thing who I love to pieces. He was introduced as an abused baby and it hurts me to think about. He hates humans but he sticks around Cale because he’s the human that saved him from being tortured daily. He slowly becomes acclimated to being around humans and grows to trust some. He still hates humans but the ones he’s close to aren’t ‘humans’. They are ‘his people’. I cry. This all-mighty dragon is amazing and can do everything. Bow before his might. I love him. Fite me.

Legend of the Sun Knight

(Lesus) Judgement Knight- Okay, he’s not the main character, but--!!! He’s great. Even though he’s supposed to be at odds with the Sun Knight as they embody different philosophies, they are actually the best of friends in secret. He deals with a lot of Grisia’s (Sun Knight) BULLSHIT, getting him out of trouble. His dynamic with Grisia is just hilarious to me. He’s a calm and collective type. Very serious, not very talkative. He’s the head of the ‘cold-faction’ and his role is to punish sinners in grotesque ways so many fear him but HE’S. A. GOOD. BOI!!!!!!! He just—is so dedicated to his role but mostly Grisia, his best-friend-who-is-not-his-friend. I’M CRY.

(Grisia) Sun Knight- The actual main character of the series. He’s so… HE’S AN INSUFFERABLE LIL TWAT—BUT I LOVE HIM. So sassy and just a lil shit in general. He’s very clever and he’s also what you could consider a genius. I love competency, mmm. He’s HELLA petty. To put it simply, he’s the Sun Knight, who is like the head of the Sun Church. You could say he’s the leader of an entire religion, who worship the God of Light. (If you ever see me type OMGOL, it’s bc I’m typing Oh My God of Light. Fax) There are select knights who are spokespeople for the church and he’s the head of them. All such knights are considered to be ‘brothers’ and he’s very protective of them all. Princess? King? Liche? The world? He don’t give any flying fucks. You touch his knights and he’ll get revenge. BET. I love that level of savagery.

(Neo) Sun Knight- I must say, he doesn’t show up much, but he is just //chef kiss. The special knights I mentioned earlier are roles that get passed down to a new generation. There are 12 in total, and the Sun Knight is the topmost knight. Neo Sun is said to be the best knight in HISTORY aside from the original. His sword skills are legendary and he raised Grisia, the… uh… ‘weakest’ Sun Knight in history. He’s the weakest in sword skill and horse riding skill, but Grisia is the strongest when it comes to magic proficiency. Just Neo’s name can send Grisia into a panic. He is somewhat of a Father for Grisia. A scary one, but one that Grisia cares deeply for. The sacrifices that Neo has made for Grisia is just //sob. He and Lesus both have done so much for Grisia behind the scenes and I’m just--- //cries harder.

The King’s Avatar

Ye Xiu- He is the main character of this novel and ughhh I love him so much. He too, IS A LIL SHIT!!!! He is so insufferable sometimes to his opponents and I LOVE IT. He’s very smart and skilled in what he does. He’s a professional gamer and I don’t understand a thing about games but I only need to know that he’s wicked good lol. He’s very dedicated to Glory, the game that he was a professional gamer for. He kinda… got ousted out by the team he FOUNDED. He says that he’ll get back into the professional association and take another championship. The novel centers around him and you watch as he sets out to complete a specific goal in mind in honor of a certain someone.

Huang Shaotian- A talkative dumbass. I love him. He is such PUPPY ENERGY. He bothers Ye Xiu a lot with his highkey energy. He’s extremely talented and he is known for his trash talking. He talks ridiculously fast and he’s just so--- insufferable in another way lol. I love him for it. He doesn’t always think before he talks and it gets him into trouble. Even though they are on opposing teams, he is quite fond of Ye Xiu and after finding out Ye Xiu suddenly retired (ie he was forced out of his team), he was very concerned for him. He even travelled to come talk to him and do him a favor. He was like: Old Ye, if you ever need anything, just ask! I’ll help! THIS. GOOD. BOI!!!!!!!!!! He’s really just a big idiot sometimes. “Hey, Shaotian, where are you?” “Oh, I’m xxxxxx.” “Oh? That’s where a boss spawns. I’ll be there.” Who just—he legit just gave intel to Ye Xiu about a boss monster spawn to an enemy guild. He is just too honest and ready to answer to Ye Xiu. You can tell he really respects Ye Xiu despite what trash talk he spouts. Ye Xiu IS the God of Glory, after all.

Han Wenqing- IN COMING YE XIU’S OLD RIVAL FOR YEARS!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH They just--- I’M CRY. They have such history with each other, constantly butting head with each other in game/tournaments. They don’t have a dynamic where they look at each other and just cuss each other out or what have you. They genuinely respect each other and wouldn’t mind hanging out with each other in private. They are both captains of their own respective teams and the fans of their teams are mortal enemies lol. Han Wenqing and Ye Xiu are both older players and you really get to see the struggles older players face in the tough gaming industry. He’s a responsible captain and he is so respectable. He’s so great. I love him too. The dynamic he has with Ye Xiu is--- //crying

She’s a citygirl, because cities are where the libraries are. And the academies. And theorchestras. And lots of interesting people to talk to!

26. Guilty Pleasure

Well at thispoint in the story, spending a lot of time with her crush for totallybusiness reasons after he gave her unlimited access to the city archives iskind of a guilty pleasure. XD Um but also…hoarding all the interesting littlecurios she has collected in her attic maybe? I don’t know that Lottie honestlyfeels guilty about any of that.

35. What are they like as a friend?

Lottie is agreat conversationalist, because she likes to talk but especially likes tonudge her friends into talking so she can learn from their stories. She is alsoa great storyteller! Depending on her friend’s personality, all that chatter canget annoying, though. But if she finds someone *coughAdicough* with sharedinterests, she will enthusiastically delve into those interests with them! Andfor those she knows best (Xipil especially, that twin bond) she has a knack foranticipating their thoughts/ideas, figuring out what they’re getting at even ifthey have a hard time expressing it. (Well, that’s mostly just Xipil, but Lottiewith an introverted friend is likely to develop the same knack. She’s observantand good at putting clues together, except not always savvy to the social cuesfor when she’s annoying someone with her exuberance.)

Ahhhh it wouldbe great if I knew more VAs than just the CritRole cast… XD Um the purple HawkeVA would probably work great for her since that was pretty much where I startedin developing Lenni’s personality when I started her playthrough?

10. Do they have any markings, piercings or scars?

None that I’vedrawn/written her with so far, but getting piercings and/or a tattoo would behighly likely for her!

39. Your character walks into a cafe. What do they order?

The sweetestthing possible! Probably caramel apple spice something or other, or somethinglike that? I avoid drinking my carbs as much as possible so I have very littleexperience in the kind of sugary drinks Lenni would crave!

42. What’s the dumbest thing your character’s done?

Oh Lenni. She has done a lot of dumb things in her time, afterall, but she does not let that stop her! Hm…probably getting scammed by a conartist herself back when she was first orphaned, which in turn led to her tryingto run scams of her own, which sometimes worked out and often did not, it was alot of trial and error and getting run out of towns that got wise to herschemes. She always just tries again in a new town though! Which is either veryresilient of her or…continuing to try to con people when it’s clearly notworking out might actually be the dumbest thing she’s done. XD

For Dal:

14. Can they cook? Can they bake?

Indeed she can!(Vi would be jealous, probably.) Most of the skills I picked for her werepretty domestic – she’ll be much happier settling down with her family inIxamitl than adventuring, that’s for sure – and cooking was rank 3 or 5 Ithink? Dal is happiest when occupied with tasks that make her feel helpful, andgravitated to kitchen tasks pretty early on (along with thegardening/herbalism, because she enjoyed seeing what she could do with theherbs she was growing) and has developed into a pretty intuitive cook.

19. Hobbies

Well, thecooking and the gardening of course. Reading, sometimes. She’s watched Siofraknit often enough but never got around to learning it from her, alas. She willattempt to learn embroidery in Ixamitl but that may not go any better than Vi’smuffins…

33. How have they changed over time?

As far as my ideaof her, she was originally supposed to be older, a bit more jaded, actuallycapable of intimidation via divine glow (I put intimidation on her skill listbut it ended up so way out of character I only tried once to use it, and thatwas after she was ex-godlike and also was an attempt against Yarrow so ofcourse it didn’t work XD), and nowhere near the skittish little sweetheart sheended up being. As far as her actual character development in game, she has hadto…confront a lot of things she took for granted and decide what really mattersmost to her? And navigate dilemmas where her innately extreme honesty may notalways be the best policy? Basically she’s scarred for life, really, buthopefully comes out of it all stronger in the end…

37. Do they have any phobias?

I mean she’s abit scared of everything out in the real world so far but I don’t know if that’sa phobia as much as excess caution from a tiny girl in a big world. It’s morejust that so many things are new and unfamiliar to her, rather than actualphobias. I have yet to identify actual phobias for her…She probably did have afear of public speaking but at some point she gained some ranks in Oratory (she’sa priest, come on, she’s gotta do sermons sometime) so she has worked her waypast that fear to some extent.

51. What were some inspirations for your character (people,movies, games)?

Uhhhh…wellmostly the reason for her being so quiet and hesitant about everything is thatthis was Ranna’s first time in a ttrpg and I was slow to figure out how to roleplay. :-D My next character will hopefully be a little more decisive? Otherthan that, the inspiration for Dal was mostly just looking at the rpg guide andseeing “Dawn Godlike” and going “YES I WANT THAT” and also I apparently can’tnot play an orlan if orlan is an option. (I’ll probably be a LK orlan in thenext campaign, of course XD)

46. If this character was in a musical, what would their motifbe (what kind of instruments do you hear, what’s the tempo, etc).

So uh this question may have prompted me to dig out my Noteworthy Composer CD and install it again since it turns out I hadn’t done that yet since the last computer upgrade. :-D I had some plans to try to show-not-tell the answer for this one by putting together a little midi motif for each of them, but then…I found some of my old compositions (like, this was 20 years ago in college, I am Old) and actually…

This one is a pretty good Dal theme! For her I wanted something sort of mellow, sweet, and slightly melancholy, not a whole lot of variation (she thrives in routine, day-to-day domestic life, not this harrowing adventuring business) and it turns out my Winter theme works for that.

And this dance tune works for Lottie! Cheerful, and also - it’s in 7/4 time. We can’t have something too simple for a chanter that clever! And it’s sort of a balladic melody too, also very chanter-suitable.

I’ll have to actually compose something for Lenni though, didn’t find any in the old files that work for her! Something a bit jazzy probably…we’ll see…

Ah, yes, Sev, my favorite asshole…

Full Name: Sev Kilvaer, born Sevaarin Raltí Kilvaer

Gender and Sexuality: Still in that place where he’s questioning stuff. Gender is null. Sexuality is very firmly in the Not Het category but other than that… not a fucking clue. Personally doesn’t think it important enough to label. He just.. doesn’t think about it. @sunsetofdoom puts it best: Everyone Is Bi In Space.

Pronouns: He/him. See also this post.

Ethnicity/Species: Zabrak from my made up world of Jiroo, though he grew up mostly homeless in the slums of Nar Shaddaa, trying to scrape by with his brother Basile. Eventually they wound up working for the Exchange, running drugs and tech through difficult checkpoints.

Birthplace and Birthdate: Sev was born on Jiroo, in the Bajon region. He’s 39 by 3632 BBY.

Guilty Pleasures: Bubblegum pop. His life is a fucking nightmare so sometimes he just needs to put on his headphones, kick back, and let some teeny bopper pop band soothe his soul.

Phobias: Being abandoned is a big one for him. Being forced to kill the people he loves. He also… really cannot stand lightning, especially Force lightning. Freaks him out.

What They Would Be Famous For: He is actually already famous on his homeworld, for being the living vessel of the Bajoni deity Ras as well as ending the oppressive reign of Comtois. He is also the son of a king, but that’s not nearly as impressive as being the first Ralzaar in over 1000 years. Outside Jiroo, uhhh, probably all the shit he’s done when he was still with the Exchange, which he would absolutely detest. Sure, he ran a good crew, smuggled guns and drugs to some of the hardest to reach places in the Republic, but he is not proud of that shit At All.

What They Would Get Arrested For: Intimidation, aggravated assault, bribery, unpaid parking fines, take your pick. He has been arrested… so many times. Now that he’s sober, arrests for public intoxication have gone waaaaay down, but he fights just about the same. Self-destructive dumbass.

OC You Ship Them With: Zhadi and Andronikos! It starts off just as a way for him to blow off steam and be taken out of his head for a little while, but then he begins developing getting capital f Feelings…

OC Most Likely To Murder Them: Probably Hataria… She would be very fascinated in Sev’s connection to Ras, would want to pick at his brain and run experiments on him. He’d probably die on the table like most of her other subjects.

Favorite Movie/Book Genre: Sev loves comic books, especially the ones where the underdog protagonist saves the day. Basile used to give them to him, as a way to keep him occupied when Basile was out Taking Care of Business.

Least Favorite Movie/Book Cliche: Romance plots, especially ones that don’t add to whatever he’s looking at. He finds them boring and unnecessary. He especially hates it when people kiss on-screen and you can hear the noises. Who thought that was a good thing to put in a movie?

Talents and/or Powers: Sev’s very birth foretold a bad omen, that the deity Ras had glimpsed something in Jiroo’s future and came in this vessel to later exact vengeance when the time was right. Sharing his body with a literal god of prophecy and vengeance, Sev has extremely vivid and violent dreams (and visions, later on when he learns how to harness his connection to Ras) that nearly always come true. Also thanks to Ras, Sev is able to manipulate the Force so as to make himself jump farther, run faster, and hit harder than the average being. There is also a bit of.. physical transformation, but that’s mostly when Ras decides he wants a turn controlling the body.

Non-Ras things: Sev is a proficient boxer with a remarkable endurance - dude can take a beating. He knows all the best ways to smuggle various drugs through security checkpoints. He is able to resist Force mind tricks.

Why Someone Might Love Them: Extremely loyal to the ones he loves. Can be rather open-minded, moreso especially post-Jiroo. Awkward as hell when receiving affection, which can be rather endearing.

Why Someone Might Hate Them: Snarky bastard asshole, blunt and cynical and sarcastic as fuck. Resting Dick Face. Gets in a lot of fights over stupid things, and might not apologize for it ever.

How They Change: Sobers up, escapes the Exchange with Dego, lives as close to a life on the “straight and narrow” as he can get, what with collecting bounties and all. Doesn’t really live, though, not until he reconnects with his birth culture and learns of his role within it. Learns what his dreams mean, who it is that whispers in his brain. Learns to open himself to communicate with Ras and how to shield himself when he needs it, and just this one thing changes so much… He leaves Jiroo feeling like a different person, lighter, more himself than he has ever been in his life.

Why You Love Them: He started out pretty much as a way for me to talk about my depression and some of the ways it manifests (which is actually why I don’t… post about him a whole lot honestly), but he has become so much more than that over the past couple of months. He gives me hope for the future, that things won’t always be the way they are and that it’s never too late to discover something new about yourself. Reminds me that it does no good to numb yourself to the lows of life because, ultimately, you’ll numb yourself to the joys too.

Ahhhh, other than all that Personal Shit™…. Despite being an asshole, he cares for his friends and his people very deeply, is willing to go to the ends of the galaxy for them and he always, always comes back. Even when he feels he’s fucked things up beyond repair, even when it would be easier to run, Sev comes back. He’s stubborn like that.

1. “Your first OCever?”

That would be proto Meri. She was really the first that grew into an actual character. She was also supposed to star in an Oblivionrewrite/webcomic/fanfic thing I drew like one page of years ago.

2. “Do you have a personal favouriteamong your OCs?”

I like different ones for different reasons! Arra’s dialogue and one-liners, Dreyns’swhole ark of getting old, Vitia’s philosophy, etc. etc.

3. Have you ever adopted a character or gotten a character from someone else?

Nope. And I’d neverconsider them mine. I handcraft them andbake them one-of-a-kind each time. Butmore seriously, the most I could take is an idea for a character, because Ialways like to twist things on their head and really make it my own. I don’t enjoy writing NPCs for thisreason. I can’t get in their head and myheadcanons get a bit much, so I’d rather just write for those I know.

4. “A character you rarely talk about?”

Tactus Gavros Sigilis! An inspector/investigator for the Empirein Skyrim.

5. “If you could make only one of your OCs popular/known, who would it be?”

I think that’s not really up to me. I can’t decide who fans will latch onto. I know who’s the most well-liked at thistime, but that’s no indicator of who would be well-loved by a much wideraudience. I’ll leave this one to my fans!

6. “Two OCs of yours that look alike despite not being related?”

I do my best to give everyone unique looks andclothing/color schemes, but! There’sthree that got based on each other and aren’t the same but even I’m confusednow. I’ll make a separate post to breakit down.

None of them exist outside of the Elder Scrolls universe,and I have yet to write fanfiction.

Veabris has a beautiful singing voice that would sound agood deal like Annie Lennox. Actually,just listen to “Into the West” and you’re good to good. But you’ll never hear it because Vea is superself-conscious and private about singing.

You know, I think I overlook making them artistic justbecause I am. It would be too obvious. But let’s say Stigr and La’Mihr are.

In world or OOC? That’s a really important distinction! But Veabris’s intentions are usually misinterpreted.

I think they call this a “hot take”, but in my opinion everyperson has flaws and depicting them otherwise is bad character writing. Like sure, they can be nice and all, but theystill topple the board over when they’re losing Risk (or Axis & Allies). Showing only one side of a character seriously,(not if it’s just for laughs) is boring to me. Where’s the growth? They don’teven need to have “flaws” per se. Whatif the “One True Hero to Save the World” is balled up on the floor crying tothemselves because they don’t think they’re strong enough? Hot take over and it’s probably little kidDreyns. (Which breaks hearts because hegrows up into something not pure.)

I was sick for like half of this week which probably explains why this list is so long? Unfortunately didn’t write much, bc a lot of what i’m doing is behind the scenes stuff with no visible results rn (working on my shitbang fic, working on a few things that I haven’t finished yet). He sets out, a simple day in a simple boat with a simple desire to just exist in peace out in the ocean. When Victor wakes it is to the turmoil of the waves, desperate to sink him and his tiny boat into it's murky depths. It is only the most beautiful hallucination that keeps Victor sane in what he assumes are his last moments. (My review: AHHHH guys i always need mermaid aus i’m fricken screaming this one is so a+ everyone read it)

He's been Seung-gil's dirty little secret for well over a year. (My review: O H MY GOD so that art of seunggil and yuuri being friends is one of my favorites so i’m ??? so glad someone acted on it)

black box (Ch. 1) - SKnight - @sephknight - The entire world is thrown into madness when all the best actors team up for a new TV show about... skating? Doesn't matter, all the fans know is that this means roughly 273.15% more ice cube jokes, the potential resurrection of some dead memes, and 9999% more Victuuri to scream about and die from. The fans have been thirsty for more Katsuki-Nikiforov co-starred content since 2011, and this oncoming show about ice could just be the thing to quench that thirst. ...Oh god, the bad jokes are already starting. (My review: look we all know i have a Thing for fics with fake social media and this one is ALL fake social media so i’m pumped to see more)

third time lucky - katsukiy - @yuriplisetsk - This year, for Tanabata, Viktor decided to wish for something a little different. (My review: not even double but Triple yuuri!!! oh god we all know here that i have a Thing for multiples, but this is so good)

Dinner For Two - Yuripaws - @yuripaws - Viktor dreams of two delicious bowls of katsudon only to find that he isn't invited to dinner. But he is invited to the show. (My review: MORE. DOUBLE. YUURI. guys i’ll never be sick of this trope and this one is so a+ with our desperate viktor mmm yes)

This...probably isn't what you wanted. (My review: ahh such a cool au!! i love the take on the prompt they had and it was so well written :))

Partner, Let Me Upgrade You (Series - Parts 1-4, Ch. 1-6 (Part 1), Ch. 1-2 (Part 3) - cuttlemefish - @cuttlemefishwrites - Z’s Popstar AU (My review: z, i was going to rec all of these individually but then my rec list would hvae gone on for like 50 years. but asfkl; i finally got around to reading it and i’m dying for my Extra sons)

Baby, I’m Preying on You Tonight (Ch. 8) - cuttlemefish - @cuttlemefishwrites - Yuuri and Phichit registered and named the pet shop when they were drunk. They didn’t exactly expect it to become the most popular pet shop in Seattle. (It was only supposed to be a front to fund Phichit’s (undercover) animal rescue missions.) Enter Viktor Nikiforov, the man with the pink Cadillac and the giant brown poodle (that's stolen Yuuri's heart), and Yuuri might have lost his mind, because apparently he keeps flirting with a client – and he never even notices. (My review: the jjs will never cease to slay me. viktor and chris especially cute in this chapter)

patellofemoral pain syndrome (Ch. 3) - seventhstar - @pencilwalla - It’s just…does Viktor not get bored with doing it the same way every night? Doesn’t he want to spice things up? Is Yuuri being unreasonable? He’s pretty sure that if Viktor told him his performance in bed was unsatisfying his soul would flee his body for a more merciful plane of existence, but…Viktor is thicker-skinned than he is. And so here they are. Viktor’s bed is wide and soft, and Yuuri is lying there with wet hair and ratty boxers while Viktor absently trails kisses over his shoulder. It’s nice. It’s soft. It’s good. Viktor’s headboard is enormous and Yuuri keeps thinking about Viktor’s wrists bound to it, black rope over white skin. Fuck. He should say something. (My review: mmm arthritis porn except nuri didn’t give me porn this chapter)

But it doesn't mean he's not going to at least try.So, Viktor starts with the feet. But the thing is, he rarely gets much further than that. (My review: FOOT FETISH i hate feet and this story was still a+)

It's Katsuki's last season on the ice before his marriage to Victor Nikiforov and Rei would do anything for an autograph before his official retirement... or at least he thought until his boyfriend, Nagisa Hazuki, actually plots to get him an autograph at the NHK Cup. (My review: what you probably sort of know about me is that i love free! so this was a great read and roseus did so well with all of the character and i loved it)

Or, welcome to the story in which Viktor discovers his boyfriend Yuuri is a high-class escort who takes on different identities and lives for different clients, including Viktor, who thought he was saving a stripper by putting a ring on his finger. (My review: i hvae read like maybe 1 escort au in this fandom bc i’m always very,,, eh about it but i’ll try anything z does nad it’s??? so good)

Katsuki’s Pet Needs (Ch. 1) - nerdlife4eva - @n3rdlif343va - Yuuri Katsuki owns a small pet store in a little town on the coast. He loves running his own business, and especially loves Sundays when his best friend, Phichit, runs adoption events for his animal rescue organization in his store. Victor Nikiforov has always wanted a dog, excitedly attending the scheduled pet adoption hoping to find his first furever friend. Another universe where these two find each other, this time with a little help from the brown fluff of Makkachin herself. (My review: THIS IS VERY PRECIOUS. if you want shameless fluff, read this!!)

Hunter of Eros (Ch. 4-5) - LalodyBear - @lalody - Lord Eros is perhaps the oldest of all living vampires and a legend among hunters. For thousands of years no-one has been able to slay him and stop his evil reign. Victor Nikiforov is the greatest hunter to have ever lived. ~ After seemingly endless sightings of newborn vampires appearing across Japan, Yakov's hunters are sent to put a stop to it. During a hunt, Victor Nikiforov has his first ever innocent witness to a slaying - Yuuri Katsuki, an utterly adorable local. After being cornered into staying with the group of Russian hunters, Yuuri just prays Victor doesn't find out his secret and slay him in his sleep. (My review: ahh it’s been so long since this updated, and i’m so glad i’m patient because i love this au so much. i don’t even care it took so long like ?? take that long always if you’re gonna give me quality content like that (which i’m sure you will))

ME:ANDROMEDA - RYDER MEME

*returns from the hiatus wars in order to answer a tag meme* Are tag memes my weakness? Yes, yes, they are. Thank you for tagging me, @ematis!

P.S. I’m going to write about both of the twins.

Names: Flynn Ryder | Einarr Ryder

Genders: Female | Male

Ethnicity: Irish

Eye color: Flynn’s eyes are a rich brown with little dots of green that can be spotted under bright sunlight. | Einarr has heterochromia; one eye is the same as his sister’s and the other is bright blue.

Hair color | Description: Both siblings have wild, curly red hair. (Give us the mythical wavy hairstyles, Bioware!) Flynn usually keeps hers in an incredibly tight braid that reaches down to her waist though a halo of stray hairs always frames her face no matter what. Depending on the circumstances after they awaken in me:a, she might just cut her hair short. | Einarr sports a layered undercut with his hair carefully straightened and smoothed backwards. They turn back to curls quite easily when he sweats from exercising/wears a helmet/the weather is humid/gets out of bed, sneaking between his eyes and his glasses and annoying him.

Skin (color, blemishes, tattoos, ect): Both twins have generous amounts of freckles across their face, shoulders and back. Flynn usually has at least a couple of bruises adorning some part of her body from intense training and being out on the field whenever a chance presents itself. She has an old, fainted but long scar that stretches across her collar bones from an accident back when the twins were small. She has a small tattoo on the back of her left shoulder, smooth black lines that connect some of her freckles and create Orion, the constellation of the hunter. | Einarr’s skin is clear and it’s a running joke amongst his coworkers that he’s untouchable while on the battlefield. That’s not true- while he is pretty fast and hard to pin down, Einarr just heals too damn quick. He has a small tattoo as well, at the same spot as his sister. His constellation is the Canis Major, a constellation that is said to follow Orion but also contains Sirius, the brightest star in Earth’s night sky.

Misc physical attributes: We are not yet sure about how the in game mechanics work but in general, the twins are well built with sturdy bodies and well toned muscles. Flynn is probably going to belong to a class similar to the Sentinels from the original trilogy, combining biotics with heavy weaponry- her aim is what she’s most proud of and the assault riffle is her favorite weapon of choice. | Einarr is a full biotic. He can use light guns but prefers to rely on his biotic fields and his push and throw abilities to get an upper hand in battle; he’s a controller while his sister is a charger.

Preferred romance option: I’m so unsure when it comes to Andromeda romances, ahhhh. I can never decide until I actually have the game in my hands and a few hours in the gameplay. Perhaps Jaal? I really like Liam’s design as well but I want to see him in game first cause if they pull another Jacob on us, well, that’s not nice, Bioware.

Relationship with Alec & sibling (do they get along? ect.): At the age of 25, Flynn and Einarr can function just fine on their own; they don’t feel the need to be with each other all the time. Still, they naturally levitate towards each other when they’re as much as in the same station. They are on the same wave length and each other’s most important person. Most people think that twins finishing each others’ sentences is not a real thing- they change their minds when they meet the Ryder twins. | Both of them respect their father to some length; Flynn worships his abilities on the battlefield and his (usually) quick and clear judgment and aspires to reach his level of professionalism one day. Einarr is more skeptical; although usually the calmer of the twins, his anger flares easier when it comes to his father and he often questions his decisions and the reasons behind them though he does not openly voice his concers most of the time. He never fully accepted the absence of his parents from his and his sister’s childhood years due to their work and he still sees their father under a very judgmental light.

Projected bff (the squad mate who isn’t bae but you always take): Jaal! And Vetra! And Liam! And Peebee! Our imaginary space mabari! I can’t decide!

Dreams/hobbies/likes: Both twins share a love for discovery- new planets to find, new technology to discover, new limits to break. Going to outer space has been their dream since the first time they looked out of a window and up at the stars. Flynn wants to create a name for herself, to be out there leading missions, saving and protecting people wherever there’s trouble. Shepard is a personal hero to her. Her hobbies include meticulously cleaning her weapons every night and searching for new music and her passion is programming. She likes plants and gardening as well but has never managed to keep a plant alive in a spaceship for over a month. (her brother helps her with this) | Einarr is a bit more hesitant towards the Alliance, mostly because of his distrust towards their father. His dream at the moment is Andromeda; leading and establishing a new life somewhere new sounds ideal to him and exploration is in his blood. His hobbies include the collection and categorization of new plant and animal species and also tinkering with equipment. He is after all, a certified mechanic.

Fears/dislikes: Losing each other is a valid fear that follows the twins around even though they have learned to operate with it in the back of their heads. Flynn’s personal fear is not being good enough. Being the one seemingly more interested in a military career out of the two, her father had placed a lot of hopes on her since the beginning; Flynn revels in that trust but at the same time, it also terrifies her and, alongside her own high ideals, leads her to overwork and overstretch herself to achieve what she feels is necessary. Her dislikes include rude people, swampy ground, windy weather and people who stab you in the back. She can be forgiving but after a certain line is crossed, she gets dangerous and won’t hesitate to shoot you in the leg to stop you. | Einarr’s biggest fear is becoming his father and it’s a fear he does not even allow himself to think about. With advanced analytical skills and great scores, he usually finds himself in positions where decisions have to be made- what if he becomes just cold and calculated like his father without noticing it? This fear keeps him down and has lead to his dislike of final decisions. He likes to keep his options open. He finds uneducated people extremely annoying and particularly dislikes those who attempt to argue about topics they do not know enough about.

Other (what else should we know about your Ryder?): Both of the twins are demisexuals and Einarr in particular has never been in a romantic relationship with anyone before due to his lack of interest. Back on earth he enjoyed riding his bike more than any other vehicle and has taken ice skating lessons when he was younger; he still likes to include dancing in his daily training. Flynn sings in the shower, talks in her sleep and can play the guitar. If she hears anyone talking shit about her brother, she will stalk them down, demand an apology and probably end up in a fight with them. She can also kill a man over a bowl of profiterole.
