A Look Into All For One's Daily Routine (PRE-potato)

7:00 AM - Rise and shine, for the world trembles at the mere thought of my awakening. 7:10 AM - Morning cuddles and kisses with my precious wife, Inko and indirectly praising her for surviving another night beside the most feared villain-turned-family-man. 7:45 AM – Wake my baby son up, then have a villainous breakfast, consisting of coffee, eggs, waffles, and a side of intimidation. 8:15 AM - Conduct a nefarious board meeting to discuss evil plans for the day. Check on my ‘side businesses’ and make sure I’m ‘making’ money. 9:00 AM - Meet with underworld contacts. Expand my influence and power. Remind them who’s boss. 10:00 AM - Time for some "me" time. Attend an appointment with my personal tailor to ensure my villainous attire strikes fear into the hearts of heroes. A scheduled manicure is included every Wednesday. 10:45AM - Wreak minor havoc upon the city. A villain's work is never done and sometimes the blond idiot stops by. It's all about balance, you see. 12:00 PM - Lunch break: Consume the souls of those who dare oppose me. Wine and steak are the usual. Depends on my mood. 12:30 PM: While I’m having lunch, I usually log into my social media and contribute to All Might hate pages. The villain subreddit is my go-to. Update my Demon King fanfiction while I’m at it. (This entry is completely satire) 1:00 PM - Plotting session: Strategize with Tomura on how to conquer the world then make Kurogiri do all the work and babysit him. 2:30 PM - Business calls. Time to collect those debts and remind people why they shouldn't cross me. A few well-placed threats should do the trick. 3:00 PM - Pick up some "unfortunate souls" from the streets. Gotta keep the operation running smoothly. While I’m at it, I’ll supervise the training of Tomura and young villains-in-training. 4:30 PM - Time to head home. Can't wait to see Inko and my beloved son, Izu-baby. 6:00 PM - Dinner with the family. Nothing beats Inko's cooking, except maybe her smile. 7:00 PM - Quality time with Izuku: Help him with his homework, impart wisdom about the ways of the world, and play hero-villain with him. 9:00 PM - Bedtime routine and tuck my cute son into bed. Goodnight, little one. Daddy's gonna (hopefully) kill All Might tomorrow. 9:30 PM - Quality time with Inko. Sometimes the best evil plots are hatched ‘between the sheets’. 11:00 PM - Prepare for bed: Ensure all evil plans are in motion for the following day and that my reign of terror will continue unabated. Sometimes a book about totalitarianism and tyranny with a glass a wine is included. 11:30 PM – Time for a goodnight sleep. I need my beauty sleep to maintain this dashing appearance. Tomorrow, the world will tremble at my might once again.

LOL, I need more of a Day in the Life of a Demon Lord. Because this is great also seems Inko gets quite a bit of attention at night. Though we can already see he definitely not going to see All Might coming when he comes with a Detroit smash.

But man I love how casual he is about his appearance and his affection for his family being quite wholesome. While also still doing evil things, you anon get it.

Bkdk thoughts ahead, scroll on if it's not your thing <3

I saw one art in a tiktok about this, but now I'm fixated on the idea of Katsuki coming back to life as we all predict he will, but Izuku getting killed in the process of defeating AFO...

BUT also cheating death because of OFA and vestige shenanigans, telling him "he did well" and "its not your time", etc. And coming back to life finding himself held in the arms of an absolutely devastated Katsuki.

Would it be a little much to have BOTH of them cheat death in this battle? Maybe... but then again, it IS shonen anime where "get out of death free" cards are dime a dozen when it comes to the MC and/or magical properties of instory power systems.. i think OFA and Quirk nonsense could definitely have that potential here, even if death in MHA is often pretty consequential.

And if you think about it... BKDK has been mirroring each other and uno reversing this whole story. So like, is it too far off for each other to, in essence, die for the other one?

(And YES, bakugous inner monologuing about reaching Izuku, directed towards Izuku EVEN though he wasn't present, I kinda do count that as "dying for the other" because if that didn't read as an expression of devotion to Izuku, I don't know what would.)

And like... if he is killed or dies before he realizes Katsuki is back? What if we finally get Izukus *realization* and admission that Katsuki getting hurt has been the catalyst for EVERYTHING in his life and why that is? What if he admits that he lied about Black Whip and has been suppressing so many emotions about Katsuki since the first War and even prior. What if his inner monologuing looks as poignant about Katsuki as Katsukis did about him? And what if there's a moment of "Kacchan....The truth is, I...."

And Katsuki doesn't know this or hear it, perhaps, but when say OFA wakes him back up because it's purpose was fulfilled (and maybe the wills of all the vestiges combined to give their force to Izuku so he could continue living or some Quirk mumbo jumbo like that,)to Katsuki sobbing over him, thinking he was lost forever and there wasn't even anyone to take revenge out on anymore...they don't even say a word still but somehow their embrace is so tight and says everything anyway.(with expressions of feelings finally taking place in the aftermath and or epilogue of everything. )

Or, alternatively, maybe they DO say what they need to say, and maybe they DO kiss and then embrace. IDK, let's have high hopes, why the hell shouldn't we lmao.

Anyway just a dramatic little thought I have: what if they BOTH DIE.

oh, i really want to write All for One fic, but my writing skills are subpar at best and everything I want to write is super angsty and that doesn't do too well in terms of getting kudos. I don't want to spend hours on a 10K fic only for it to receive lukewarm response, no matter how much I may I like the idea of the fic.

like you can't help but feel disappointed when you spend hours writing a fic and get so excited posting it that literally almost give yourself a heart attack only for it to get a mediocre response and leave you feeling super embarrassed. 🥲 It's like baking a cake for a party and then no one eats it.

crack fics do well, but I'm not really into crack fics. Though I may write some just to get reader engagement, because I just really want to talk about my favorite characters with others. I don't know, this has been getting me kind of down lately, I just want to write something that others would enjoy and that I can be proud of.

Didn't mean to rant sorry about that.

As someone who writes I completely understand. Especially considering the fandom it definitely be heartbreaking to work so hard and then get nothing. But I think it is good to try either way.

I won't exactly be like those bot ones that automatically notice every new AFO fanfic. But I think it is good to share as everyone on that blog loves AFO and would appreciate angst or just any content with him.

I don't think it bad to rant if anything this is the exact thing I have been struggling with. As I've made a few AFO fanfics and can't really say they are 'Happy'‘. But there is a community for it! I’m certainly not the best writer myself either but…

Tomura and Dabi both telling Toga she doesn't have to get a villain name if she doesn't want one hits even harder when you finally remember the circumstances of their own villain names.

Tomura got assigned a villain name because he was turned into a villain against his will. He didn't get to choose his identity, he didn't get to choose his destiny. Someone else came to him and then changed him until he couldn't recognize himself in the mirror anymore.

Dabi was rejected by his father over and over and over again. It's not like he wanted to deny who he was, in fact, he wanted to use it as a weapon and that's why he got a villain name. Dabi is more like the manifestation of all his trauma and grief. Dabi is a reminder, a scar and a story to tell.

See their arguments against the villain naming yourselves and get some free analysis about it:

Dabi:

(Villain names are) stupid. That's just some crowd-pleasing crap. A holdover from before the quirk registration system.

Dabi is the first to mention the origins of the hero and villain naming convections. Before there was order in their society, people needed names to identify their powers.

He's also aware that taking a villain name is done to both appeal to the public and oneself. See how Mr. Compress mentions that a villain name gives you class, or how Twice and Spinner seem to get it as a matter of being cool.

Touya himself knew he picked the name Dabi for the show. He's not particularly attached to it and he doesn't even defend his name when Compress decides to criticize it. Being Dabi is just a tactic.

Tomura:

There basically used to be no differences between heroes and villains. One story says... The alias stuff started when you'd have an anonymous enemy and you needed to call them something. From there, some decided to adopt those very nicknames to hide their identities.

Assuming another identity —like a new skin— was a matter of survival.

At some point, they went all-in with code names, ripped straight from comic books. According to this theory, it all started with people announcing themselves by those aliases, that's why the world's turned into a comic book.

Anyway, I'm good. (The names can be cool and all, but eh).

The rest assumes that Tomura has always been Tomura Shigaraki (even after hearing during MVA his confession about his past). In truth, you see he doesn't want a villain name. Like Toga, he rejected the idea when it was suggested.

Mr. Comic Book Fan #1 (AFO) was the one who gave Tomura his name and we all know what he did with those words. Similar to Touya's intention with the name Dabi, AFO hid Tenko Shimura so he could later use his identity as a weapon against All Might.

It was a matter of survival for Touya and Tenko alike. No one could know they were a Todoroki and a Shimura. That new identity prevented little Tenko from being found and allowed Touya the freedom to plot his revenge.

It's very important to me that they are the ones who tell Toga she doesn't need a villain name. She is good as she is, she must be able to live as she is too. Somehow, they protect her in her choice of not picking a skin to hide behind.

A couple of funny (to me) things that happened in the final war arc so far:

The last arc ended on a big friendship moment where the protagonist was assured that he didn’t have to fight alone and how the other heroes could help him carry his burden only to be shown again and again that they get their behind handed to them when said protagonist isn’t there but even the villains point out that they never should have been allowed the time to become stronger.

The whole plan the heroes had created was derailed not because of the two main villains but because another, far weaker villain, abducted the MC so she could confess to him.

We don’t know if Bakugou is dead but we definitely know that he is now part jean part ninja.

Dabi showed up to the main fight in an outfit where all his torso was exposed and that no parent would ever approve of, not only because he is an edgelord but also because he expected to fight his dad.

Endeavor, the number 1 hero, used an ultimate attack on All for One, which only ended in All for One fully rejuvenated and back to his prime.

All for One was naked for several minutes during the final fight and obviously didn’t care that he was flashing everyone.

All for One still decided to stop being naked and instead of using a quirk to summon a suit or something like that, he stole several heroes’ clothes in the middle of said fight.

Tomura got so mad at Mirio when he said he had no friends that he broke AFO’s hold for a moment, just to tell him that not only does he have many friends but also that his dog loves him.

When Izuku arrived to UA to see all the people down because of the fight, the All Might card was the one that received the most emphasis.

I like that everyone sees Afo in their own way. Someone thinks that he understood, family is what Afo always wanted and decided to leave the evil empire. Someone thinks that he knows little about feelings, but wanted to be loved, so this led to the creation of a family, but in the end he left her due to the fact that she prevented him from becoming the “demon king” as his love for his wife and son began to grow. Someone believes that an event simply happened in the Midoriya family because of which Afo left, perhaps he couldn’t stand the fact that All Might had taken over his life and when Izuku wanted to play heroes in the All Might costume, he accidentally got a slap in the face, so Hisashi left so as not to harm the family. I have already asked this question to others. I want to hear your version)😊

AFO is the kind of character that will always have a huge range of interpretations to him. Just because of how dishonest he is in nature we can never truly know his feelings or true intentions. So we can only piece what his actions say and the few thoughts he has.

I note how you are mentioning a lot of DFO so I'm assuming you want my opinion on that too? Because as you know I'm a big fan so will be super happy to give you my interpretation on AFO especially in relation to that.

When it comes to AFO, I always imagined him with no empathy even as a child. This is NOT a born evil thing or anything as just having a lack of empathy doesn't mean you are automatically evil. As there are ways to teach people like that how to get along and have Logical empathy, basically a skill where you can logic out how said people can feel which he clearly learned later in life. But I digress. Basically because of his lack of empathy growing up in a survival of the most violent era would shape his personality. It honestly more a miracle that despite doing anything to survive he kept Yoichi around. Likely Yoichi agrees with this as in the end Yoichi was not benefitting AFO as he had to provide for two while Yoichi couldn't do anything.

Just this fact shows that AFO didn't really care that Yoichi didn't provide any actual benefits. This throws a point that he can be 'caring' to those he deems as company he enjoys. However his lack of empathy makes it so he always ignores Yoichi's input especially after struggling to survive for so long with never being cared for or loved. Without any idea of love or affection in his background, is it any surprise all he equated this illogical attachment too is just not wanting to lose his possession? His first gift? Especially as it been shown he is very envious of everyone having thing that he never had. Like a home, cars, and that includes a happy family. The last one he ends up losing after basically throwing his little brother in a vault for being unruly then seeing red when he leaves with the rebels. Accidentally killing his brother.

All this fact is important as we see he never process or got over losing his brother. Pursuing OFA just for his brothers vestige but likely after over a 100 years he got lonely. Desperate but he would never be honest or claim such a thing, but would allow a 'family' to occur to try and fill the void in his own heart.

I do not believe AFO would hurt his own son directly. Even in a rage after what happened to Yoichi, likely if he realized was becoming blinded by anger that would be a signal for him to leave. As likely he wouldn't be able to live with the idea of murdering his only family again because of rage. BUT making the excuse it because was holding them back.

However, I don't believe that's why he left. I legit imagined he kept up his double life for a long ass time almost shamelessly. Acting like a normal man using the fact he says he 'works over seas' as an excuse to not be around often. While still enjoying the benefits of a family whenever he does come by to visit, hell he was still kidnapping kids you see Tomura and Touya up till Izuku's birth.

And with his lack of empathy sees nothing wrong with a double life as long as he keeps the normal family happy and content. Then they would remain his family forever.

....Then during one of those visits All Might found him. It implied AFO was caught off guard which is what gave All Might the edge likely because AFO was trying to pretend to be a normal guy. But after getting caught was forced to fight and likely was trying to evacuate, only to get his head smashed in and technically killed.

Without his face there was no reasonable explanation he could give that would allow him to see his family. I imagine the quirks to 'change' appearance still required there to be a FACE to be changed. And that is what he's referring too when he claims AFO stole something precious from him. He stole his family away just like Kudou did, hence his hatred being quite strong.

Any interaction with the family likely is by email, mail and with checks just so they are alive. But he can't talk or interact with them at all in the state he is in. Still believing they are his but unable to interact with them like he used to with his face utterly destroyed. Hence his small pestering about being fixed likely was not actually meant in playful jest and something he hounded the doctor several times about.

He left his family not because he wanted too, because he NEVER gives up what he believes is his, but because he was forced too. Unless wished to get another Detroit smash to the face by showing he's alive or reveal to his family his actual job and get them running away like Yoichi.

So basically I see him as a man who lives a double life, an actual legit monster and yet also casually a normal man with said family. What would cause dissonance in others he saw no issue with since his family are his while other people are only useful or not. Until was suddenly crippled and could no longer have the joy of family he had craved, becoming more submerged in his hatred of All Might. Because while didn't care about such a tiny part of his empire falling.

His family is something he will destroy the earth and even the family itself if he must to keep them safe and at his side. And that's how I enjoy him to be in my interpretation.

I had a dream where it was DFO but Izuku was raised and molded specifically to be the kind of person who would appeal to All Might as a successor so that he would pick him and AFO could spy on him as well as set up a grand betrayal.  However, Izuku knows that his father is evil and doesn’t want to be his pawn.  Plus, All Might makes him believe in heroic ideals earnestly.

Eventually, Izuku lets it slip right before UA that he has an abusive parent, though can’t bring himself to confess the whole truth.  All Might immediately offers to take Izuku in, which he accepts in a heart beat.  But if he was too afraid to tell his caring hero mentor the truth, no way is he brave enough to stand up to his abusive villain father.  So he makes up a lie about finding a way to get even closer to All Might in order to bring him down harder, which AFO accepts.

So now Izuku is stuck between a rock and a hard place: he has to keep feeding his father information about All Might otherwise AFO could kill him for insubordination, but he also doesn’t want the only person who’s shown him love in years to get hurt, let alone find out what’s really going on, lest that love dry up.

Japan’s concept of confession and why Ochaco might not confess

“Confession” is a big deal in a country as subtle as Japan. Not all people have the courage to confess, but when starting official relationships confessions are often expected. This is what I know confessions to be like in the world of manga: Person A talks alone with Person B and shares with them the secrets of their heart. “I like you please accept my feelings.” This usually ends either with them going out or A being rejected by B. The usual reason for the rejection is “I like someone else.”

I’ve been having some more ideas about the day Izuku fell into Kacchan’s arms and how what Kacchan did for him was almost confessional in a way. He told Izuku what was in his heart, why he bullied him and that no matter how much he tried, he just couldn’t escape him. He called him “Izuku” and we saw the impact this had on Izuku’s face. 

Izuku just couldn’t believe that Kacchan was calling his name properly for the first time in 12 years, it completely shocked him, and after apologising for everything, he told Izuku, “Come home, let’s do this together. We need to help each other in this fight against AFO.” 

The conclusion of this confession was that Izuku acquiesced to 1-A’s request for him to return, but it was only really possible because his attachment to Kacchan triumphed over his motivations to stay away. It was Kacchan who broke down his walls with his apology. It was Kacchan who filled him with hope that things would be better, and Kacchan who finally hammered into Izuku how important it was for him to be part of the collective. That his inclusion was very wanted and needed, and that he in turn can rely more on everyone as well. That together, they can push forward, trusting in and helping each other.

I think what hurt Izuku the most during his solo arc was being away from his friends, but especially Kacchan. Because that day in the rain, he literally gave up on his solo vigilante mindset for him. After hearing Kacchan’s unbelievable words he had patiently longed to hear for years, it was impossible for Izuku to stay away from him any longer. As he passed out, he stumbled a few steps towards Kacchan who, without missing a beat, caught him in his arms and gently held him. This embrace told us “From now on it’ll be different. I’m gonna be here for you, Izuku.”

So to recap all of that... Kacchan became vulnerable and spilled what was in his heart, Izuku accepted his desires, with it all culminating in them becoming closer. Which is just like a successful romantic confession!?

I think after watching this all go down, something inside Ochaco clicked. A lot of the class are rushing over to Izuku when Kacchan catches him because they’re just so worried about him, but a few of them, Ochaco included, stay standing back. It doesn’t make much sense at all. But we’re given a zoom in of her without knowing any of the thoughts going through her mind.

They got Izuku back, but she doesn’t really seem all that happy. Momo says to her “this is just the first obstacle we aren’t done yet” and she agrees. Ochaco knows that there’s still more they as a group need to do for Izuku to make his return happen. But the fact that there’s a few panels dedicated to zooming in on her staying put, her almost emotionless face (mirroring Shoto’s) while she’s watching Kacchan save Izuku and his new unbridled intimacy he has with him - could be telling us that there’s something else she’s processing.

Is this moment somber for her because she realised the person Izuku needs the most is none other than the person he has openly admired since she first met him? The very same person who always bared his fangs at Izuku because he was scared him getting close?

Was Ochaco witnessing the beginning of something new between them and suddenly finding herself sidelined as a contender for Izuku’s affections?

Somehow… this could be what it was all about. And that’s why I think there’s a good chance Ochaco gave up her crush on Izuku for good when she witnessed Katsuki return his love and embrace him after that emotionally-charged apology. After this, a more defined distance between her and Izuku appears visible in their next scene together. A respectful distance of Izuku’s own choosing.

It was like a definitive line had been drawn out that can’t and perhaps shouldn’t be crossed. Maybe they both understood that the person Izuku wanted close by his side has always been Katsuki. That desire wasn’t simply a pipe dream to Izuku anymore, it had become reality. And who is Ochaco to get in the way of that?

And then it’s almost like she is bookending Katsuki’s confession to Izuku with a confession of her own about Toga, putting a close to the Izuocha chapter and she makes a comment which feels double in meaning. “I guess that means we are the same.” or You love a boy, just like I might love a girl. (To put it bluntly)

And Izuku remembers this line again after he gets separated from Kacchan and Ochaco is telling him to go. Go back to Tenko. Go back to your Kacchan.

The concept of “knowing how someone feels because you love them and always watch over them” comes up from time to time in manga. In a way, that’s also a reason why Kacchan and Izuku understand each other as deeply as they do and they aren’t afraid of showing it off. They were always watching each other from a safe distance and learning things about each other in this way. I think during chapter 322, this concept is what was happening to cause such a realisation in Ochaco. (And it’s also for this reason Tsuyu, who never had feelings for Izuku, still doesn’t get it.)

It was hard for her, knowing everything she does about Izuku’s deep attachment to Kacchan, to learn that Izuku’s affections for him weren’t one-sided and they were now closer than ever before… That’s why I don’t think she’ll want to get in the way by confessing anymore. If Kacchan’s apology was intended to be compared with a romantic confession, then Ochaco is probably aware that Izuku already “has someone he likes”… and that person isn’t her.

hi, welcome to my tedtalk. today i will be presenting why shigaraki tomura would love to have a chubby/plus-size partner. this isn't to make up lies, shiggy likes his girls chubby and that's final. once i started thinking, it all made sense...

Tomura has a thing for chubby girls who are immune to his quirk, you can't change my mind. I think he's someone who has always been cautious of touching other people because of his quirk and probably doesn't want to harm people he cares about.

So, if he learns he can't make you decay, he would go crazy over you. Feeling your skin against his fingertips becomes his drug, he'll do it all the time. I think he is someone who doesn't care about what his partner looks like because he has his own insecurities with his body. He follows the principle "don't judge a book by its cover".

Shiggy wouldn't care if you have acne, stretch marks, freckles, blemishes, or eczema — this guy does not care. He's very accepting of people regardless of their appearance. I think he would be a place of comfort if you ever had any insecurities. He knows the right words to say and make you feel better because of his own experiences.

Shiggy knows the feeling of not fitting in or having the world against him. Look at the people in the League of Villians. Although I'm not completely familiar with some of their backstories, I know that Toga had to repress part of her identity and quirk in order to appease her parents. Touya is similar to Shiggy in the sense that they both had fathers who neglected them emotionally in order to fulfill their own agendas. Jin was alone and rejected by society to the point where he turned to clones of himself in order to fill his void.

Shiggy invited them into a space where they wouldn't need to worry about the opinions of others. They were free to be whoever they wanted without worrying about judgment. There is no way that he wouldn't accept his partner or ostracize her insecurities as flaws.

He craves touch, physical communication, and being loved. Remember when All For One helped him during his origin story? Society rejected him solely based on his appearance, people ignored a helpless child. The first thing AFO offered him was a helping hand and a hug after being outcasted by everyone. This guy craves touch; he wants to touch and be touched by someone.

Let's return to my point about why he'll like chubby girls and people immune to his quirk. Shiggy does not care about your size; the more, the better. It's not even perverted, he just wants to feel your flesh between his fingers. Does he care that you're bigger than him? No, there's more for him to hold.

Being able to fully touch someone without worrying about his quirk is something that I think he would enjoy. He won't even need to wear his stupid gloves; he could get off on the feeling of his palm massaging your squishy thighs.

Shiggy is in love with your tummy and your arms. He doesn't know why you always insisted on wearing long-sleeves or baggy clothing when he was around, but he doesn't push too much. It's your body and your choice, he's okay with it as long as you are.

It wasn't until one summer day when he saw you with a dark hoodie on while you were sweating bullets. Now, he's concerned. He asks why you're wearing that when it's scorching outside and you confess to him about your insecurities. You're worried he might dislike your stretch marks and hate showing your arms too much. Shiggy's staring at you like "...have you seen my skin?"

When you two are alone, he manages to convince you to wear something lighter and show off your arms. Shiggy can't help but want to touch and caress your body, peppering kisses along your arms and shoulders until you relax. He gives you constant affirmations that your body is stunning; Shiggy will do anything to build up your confidence and teach you not to care about what others think. He'll dust anybody that says mean stuff to you, the most overprotective boyfriend.

You might be too scared to let him see your stretch marks but he's so infatuated by them, not in a bad way. He'll trace along the marks and lines before asking why you're insecure about them; Shiggy thinks they look like waves along your skin, each one is so unique.

Shiggy can't help but be the bigger spoon when you guys cuddle, he just loves having your body close to him. His arm is always safely wrapped around your tummy as he inhales your scent and drifts to sleep. Shiggy loves to knead your skin and sides whenever you cuddle, it always reminds him that you won't decay.

He always uses your chest as a pillow; in fact, you'll probably turn into his own personal pillow, he literally can't sleep without you. When he's playing games or watching TV, he loves to rest his head in your lap or chest while you braid his hair.

Shiggy loves to give and receive hugs. Whenever he hugs you, his arms will engulf you in his embrace as he plants kisses along your forehead, cheeks, and neck. Please give him lots of hugs back, his survival depends on physical affection. He loves your cheeks so much, it's his favorite place besides your lips. He'll give them so many pinches, although they sting. Nuzzles his nose in the crook of your neck whenever he's sad or just wants attention.

Shiggy is so observant of your behavior and mood, it's scary. He might not act so considerate to others, but with you, he's your servant. This man depends on your love and affection so much that he'd sulk any time you were mad at him. He loves buying you gifts, especially clothes and things that go with any hobbies you have.

At first, you're a bit skeptical when you see him come home with bags from the mall. When you try them on, they fit perfect — this guy has been memorizing your sizes, where you buy clothes, and your favorite style.

A little wish I have for mha, that is absolutely not important, is that we would see just a snippet of Katsuki's nameless goons reacting to

1. Izuku having powers and fighting the BBEG on live tv

2. Katsuki leveling up and fighting the other BBEG (and completely wrecking a hundred years old villain)

3. Katsuki declaring that he is "the one who steps in for Izuku," calling himself Kacchan, etc

4. Katsuki and Izuku fighting together(this includes Izuku throwing Katsuki at AFO as well as any teaming up we are going to get in upcoming chapters)

And 5. Battle-weary Katsuki and Izuku embracing(optionally, kissing) at the end of the war, confessing feelings, and taking/holding hands.

All of this is on live TV and it's actually pretty curious that we haven't spotted them in one of those little panels that show civilians watching the broadcast! I wonder if Hori forgot about them lol.

MHA 399 leak reactions

We’re left hanging on All Might vs AFO and I think that’s a good thing. It gives us time for a few more subplots to converge.

I’m loving the AFO mouth vore stuff. We saw that earlier in this arc with him and with TomurAFO:

At the start of the chapter, All Might had referenced all 1-A students except Aoyama, Hagakure, Momo/Creati, Bakugo, Jiro/Earphone Jack, and Mineta. I think we can include Shinsou too. :)

Toshi could also have moves that mimic Izuku’s other quirks like Smokescreen, Float, or some smashes? But I don’t think he’d have equivalents for Gearshift, Fa Jin, or Danger Sense?

I was excited to see what Mouseketool Toshi asked Toodles Anima to go fetch for him. Laser is the answer, and it makes perfect sense. (Btw, if you don’t get that reference then you haven’t been near a toddler in the US in the last decade….or seen this meme):

We switch POV to Aoyama vs Kunieda in the Takoba parking lot (which is near Sero, Ojiro, Sato, and 1-B’s Tsuburaba (Solid Air), since they are inside the arena, I think against Gashly??). I’m not entirely sure how a flower villain is kicking ass when Aoyama has a laser beam quirk but okay! Glad to see Aoyama learning from the licensing exam and letting his quirk go as hard as he could. IIRC, last time Iida had to sit with him and talk him into one last laser blast.

FATGUM. NO!!!! My (other) beefy blondie had better be okay! I mean, it was pretty clear his quirk wouldn’t do well in this matchup, so that part isn’t surprising, but I like him too much for him to have his nutrients sucked out and turned into a flower with his face (?!?!?!?) It’s all the body horror of hanahaki but without the love part or the self-flagellation over whether to confess. Just the pain.

I love how AFO brings literal darkness over Toshinori, only for Toshinori to say “Hey bozo, you forgot that light bends and can be reflected and refracted.” And then we see Aoyama and Hagakure do exactly that before we cut back to Toshinori standing up naked metaphorically in the snow. He doesn’t have to huddle over the OFA fire anymore— it’s not for him to protect by himself at this point in his life. He’s still there stoking the flames, his soul burning in service to others, but he can embrace other kinds of light now too. He’s gonna fire a freakin’ laser beam into the darkness. Like Stain told him:

it could start out with izuku leaving his house

and then he goes and meets up with Uraraka and Iida

Since Iida is a knight he can be one of the knights from the Todoroki Kingdom. Izuku starts talking with Iida telling him how the weather has changed lately and that rumors have been spreading that it’s because a ‘god’ is mad and the weather changing is the ‘god’ throwing a tantrum, but in reality it’s the main villains AFO and the LOV doing all of this.

Iida confesses that he is on the way to go get Prince Todoroki because his father, King Endeavor, told him to go get aid from the dragon kingdom aka the Bakugo Kingdom

So now Prince Todoroki, Knight Iida, Witch Uraraka and good old Izuku are headed to the dragon kingdom and on the way they end up making and picking up friends which decide to help them on their journey

Finally all of them get to the dragon kingdom but before entering they come across Prince Katsuki who is on his dragon and he confronts them

Prince Todoroki tells Prince Bakugo everything and how their kingdoms should unite and work together but obviously Prince Katsuki refuses. To which Izuku ends up butting in saying “You have to help, it could be the end of the world. Please help us.” Something along those lines

Prince Katsuki doesn’t believe them and refuses to accept their aid until a giant flash comes into view

Shit starts to go down, countless of nomu are coming from different directions some fly others are on the ground finally Prince Bakugo accepts and everyone starts fighting

Everyone gave it their all in this all out battle finally the last people standing is Shigaraki, Bakugo and Izuku. Katsuki hates the idea of working with a ‘Deku’ but he gives in and they ready up

And it will end with a ‘To Be Continued’ that way it can be a two parter fantasy ova
