Biggest Art Inspirations

There’s so many, but I look up to people for many different aspects in their artwork like @actionhankbeard for his traditional stuff or @evanakisa for her semi-realism/traditional stuff and @cerebralvomitus for their stylized characters and expressions and @ShinSmashega for their amazing dynamic posing and coloring.

Consumable media also plays just as an important factor in my inspirations, videogames, books, music, movies and TV. Just whatever gets me going and motivated the most. Sometimes even from just from my own life and experiences. Like for example I was playing with one of those jelly things filled with colorful water and glitter and that’s why Pixie, my sona, has her jelly dreads. ⭐

What's your favorite medium to use with traditional art?

My favorite medium for traditional art is markers hands down, they are easy and not too messy and accessible. Marker and Ink are my two favs. ✨

Are you brand loyal for art supplies or just buy whatever is similar to what you've used before?

For the most part I tend to stick to the brand that’s giving me the results I want (and can afford), but that also comes with having to buy a lot and experiment with supplies. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars over the years doing this but have settled on brands I like. Only way I’ll switch up these days is if the brand get’s discontinued, or I see a tool that vastly interests me or if the company kinda takes a nose dive. Like for example, Illo sketchbooks were my No 1 go too for years….then they started supporting N/F/TS so..

Had to drop them, I use Ohuhu’s brand of marker sketchbooks now.
