Two PALs Under the Mistletoe

A little something that's been on my agenda for this year from my interest in shipping Lucky and Abigail.

Abigail and Lucky under the mistletoe were made on December 6, while Pru was made on December 21; I originally left her out because I didn't wanna deal with her hair, but chose to add her in for the sake of her reacting to them kissing.

The background was taken from the Spirit and Friends short "Marshmallow Mishaps".

The shading was done by JuanpaDraws:, with some alterations by me.

This was quite the ride for this Christmas: making this, handling all the details, waiting for the day to post it, et cetera.

Verstehen Story Introduction

Abby always thought her life was planned out. She’d made the decision to go to University, and hoped that she’d get out of there with at least one prospective job. Her mother being the head of the local Order was only a footnote in her plans. Especially with the distance between them on occasion. What Abby could never have expected was the arrival of two new students causing havoc, not only for the Order, but for the Knights of Christopher. But keeping secrets is something she’s used to, so keeping Becca away from the supernatural should be easy, right?

Becca had always done everything with her best friend Jack, and going to University was no exception to that. However, barely a day into their arrival there and Becca can tell that he’s trying to hide something from her. Something big. What she uncovers is so far from what she’d expected, something that puts not only her best friend’s life into a tailspin, but also hers. As dangers mount, Becca is determined to prove to those around her that she can protect herself, even in the strangest of circumstances, and that pushing her away really isn’t going to work.

Just when the two groups try to discuss about the fate of the universe and Mutantkind in the Space Bad Future AU, they get attacked by none other than Orbis Stellaris and his Phalanx army. Since Prodigy is screaming in pain from absorbing more information, the formerly-dead X-Men are in the middle of the crossfire. Fortunately, the other allies have turned up to help Abigail's X-Men and the Formerly-Dead X-Men. These allies are the new AU Starjammers who consist of Sunspot, Juggernaut, Lockheed, Hepzibah, Mercury, Carol Danvers and the new Smasher who is the son of Cannonball and Izzy Kane. While the mutants fight off the Phalanx, the M'kraan Crystal shatters and the shard embeds itself on Prodigy's chest. Geez...This guy is too unlucky.... Then, the Formerly-Dead X-Men are approached by a mysterious figure. Cannonball takes down the mysterious figure who turns to be...Moira MacTaggert. AU Moira is a cyborg and she's a spiteful woman. Prodigy immediately absorbs everything from her mind saying he got it, a full map of Moira's past, all of it, as Dazzler helps him to his feet. "And not just her tenth life… we can go anywhere. Anywhere. We could stop the Dominion before it's born." They run and jump into a newly opened portal, leaving the timeline.
