Tummy Trouble
Connor flexed at himself in the mirror, he'd been lifting for years but still was no where near as big as he dreamed to be. He looked at some of his buddies in the gym that had gotten bigger than him taking roids but Connor didn't want any of that crap, he wanted to get as big as he could naturally, without risking his health.
Still he couldn't help but wish he was so much bigger.

Connor was on his way out of the gym when someone stopped him.
"Hey bro," the man grabbed Connor by the arm
Connor turned to see a unbelievable tall man who was insanely muscular. The straps to his tank top where barely visable between his shoulders and traps, the length of his tank top wasn't quite long enough to cover up his entire torso and his gym shorts looked more like spandex underwear. Connor was both turned on by the sheer size of the guy and turned off, he was clearly a roid head.
"eer, hey man"
"hey bro you look real fit, are you training to get bigger?"
"yeah man, as big as I NATURALLY can" Connor made sure to pretty much shout naturally at the guy, he'd had too many roid heads try and sell him gear in the locker room before but never had one brave enough to try it out the front of the gym
"aw yeah man, nice nice, look I got a sample for you"
"sorry man, Im not into enhancements or roids or whatever"
"you got me all wrong bro, no roids, its free gym gear we are giving out some clothing samples and asking for feedback for payment"
Connor's face turned bright red with embarrassment, now he seemed like some entitled asshole who thought he was too good to even talk to anyone not natural.
"bro I'm so sorry, I just, normally when a guy like you asks me if I want a sample in the gym" Connor began to stumble over his words trying to back peddle realising he basically just called this guy a roidhead without proof
"a guy like me?"
"yeah, eerrrrr, ya know big and..."
The giant man began to laugh and slapped Connor on the back "I'm just fucking with you mate"
Connor let out a sigh of relief
"but hey mate, so you're all about the natural look yeah? but you also wanna be a massive tank?"
"yeah man, look I know I might be dreaming but I wanna be fucking huge, like you, I just don't wanna take any enhancements"
"I think I got something for you mate, here"
The giant handed Connor a small carboard box with the words "Big and Bulky" written in bold black letters and a gift card for $100 Food delivery service stapled to the top.
"Free of charge mate, put em on when you get home and I'm sure you'll be feelin like a freak in no time" The giant man winked.
Connor took the gift and continued to thank him multiple times trying to make up for the fool he'd made of himself just moments before. He got in his car and sank in his chair. He opened the box seeing a pair of briefs, he couldn't exactly try them on in his car, he thought it'd be better to just come back with some feedback tomorrow.

Connor stepped out of the shower and dried himself off, he began his normal flexing routine in his mirror but thoughts about being staying lean and small invaded his mind fairly quickly. He contemplated if staying natural was worth it if it meant he'll never get his dream body. Pushing the thoughts to the back of his mind Connor slipped on the briefs he was gifted earlier and......they felt like normal briefs. He couldn't work out how these were made special for athletes but at least he got a food gift card out of it.
Connor picked up his phone going to take a photo whilst he looked good in the light when suddenly a golden light began to shine off the waist band of the briefs. It was like sunlight was coming out of the fabric itself. He saw the letters B....I.....G slowly appear and he watched in the mirror as his body began to swell. His shoulders broadened, chest expanded with every breath, his arms began to swell up and soon his pecs and arms were competing for space. His thighs became tree trunks and he had to readjust his package so it didn't get crushed between them, even his feet began to grow outwards. Soon it all slowed down and all Connor could do was stare at himself in amazement.

Somehow, by literally magic he had swollen up into the size of his dreams. he couldn't help but start flexing and even licking his own bicep. A small noise, like a shop bell interrupted his self worship as a tiny slip of paper was ejected from the top of the box. Connor picked it up...

Connor was amazed, surely this was a dream, there was no way he had stumbled into a pair of magic transforming clothes. As Connor was caught up in this thoughts light began to shine out of the other side of the waist band, the Connor felt his body start to get bigger. A part of him thought he should take the underwear off but he wanted to get bigger, he wanted to be a giant like the guy he met today. Another light began to shine from begin but Connor couldn't see. He flexxed in the mirror looking at the letters B...U....L....K....Y appear on the waist band. He flexed as hard as he could expecting to see his muscles to double in size again.
Connor's muscles became slightly large but nothing really changed. He dropped his arms to his side hearing his stomach make a slight gargling noise.
"awww, is that it, nothing even hap-"
*FWOOOMP
Connor almost fell forward as suddenly his six pack expanded into a loose gut. Hair quickly coated his entire body and he started sweating worse than he normally would at the gym.
"WHA...M...MY ABS...MY SIX PACK WHAT THE FUCK"

Connor rubbed his new tummy on the verge of tears.
"oh god...what the fuck do I do with this thing"
His stomach let out a loud hungry growl as if almost to respond to him.
He picked up his phone and used the gift card to order some food, as if on auto pilot he spent the entire $100 instantly and even dropped another $100 from his own bank account on food.
Connor just stood in the mirror staring at his new belly disgusted. He had all the muscle he had dreamed of but felt his gut, pecs and ass wobble as he flexed. Soon the doorbell rang and Connor went to go grab his bags of food.
Bringing the bags in from inside and placing them on his kitchen bench his hands instantly dove in grabbed a handful of fries out the box without even taking the box from the bag, without realising he had stuff half the box of fries in his mouth, salt fell from his lips into his new forest of chest hair and he simply wiped his salt covered hand on his brief whilst opening a bottle of off the shelf protein shake. He began chugging it down and could feel little bits slips from his lips and into his new beard. Connor picked up all the bags and moved to his couch.
Connor blinked awake as if from a trance, all around him were empty plasic bottles from protein shakes and soft drinks, multiple empty fry boxes littered the look around him and he noticed his chest hair was tangled with salt, some burger lettuce and dried protein shake, his briefs were also covered in stain from where he had wiped his hands. He slid his briefs off noticing 3 words painted on the ass he didn't notice appear. "SWEATY, HAIRY, SLOB". Connor rubbed his new gut and tossed the briefs to the side.
His stomach began to gurgle and it sounded like a water cooler. He watched as his loose gut started to become firm.
"oh...god...whats happeneing now"
each time Connor inhaled his stomach felt worse
"I....god what the fuck"
A small ding noise interrupted Conners panting and panicing as another small slip of paper magically was printed out of the top of a closed chip box. Conner leant forward and read it.
"Hey man, Big Guy Bob here, today you expressed wanting to become a natural tank, so I made sure you got a pair to turn you into an absolute unit but I know you were worried about people thinking you might be on roids, just look at today you were so quick to think I was on them, so I added some key words to not only turn you into a huge tank but to turn you into a huge slob, enjoy the size bro"
Connor groaned as he tossed the note to the ground.
"FUUUUUUUCKKK IM SO.......BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRPPPPPPPPPPP"
the pain subsided and his stomach went soft again. Connor stared at his enormous body in the reflection of the black glass of his TV.
"mm...mmaybe i can cut?" Conner said aloud, completely unaware of the cupcake he was stuffing into his mouth as he spoke...

Vil: Never thought I'd ever hear the word "graceful" come from you, Jack… That just goes to show the power of the Fairest Queen.
Jack: Heh, guess so. I can't really see what you meant 'bout how she carries herself all refined, though…
Vil: Oh, really? I myself was immediately drawn to her outstretched fingers…
Vil: Although, that may just be because I take particular care in noticing specific details like that.
Vil: Consider the way you walk, sit, or even how you cast your line of sight… There are many points to consider when looking to exude grace and poise.
Jack: I can get straightening your back when walking, or whatever, but can fingers really be shown beautifully like you say?
Vil: Of course. Perhaps it'll make more sense to you if I explain it using ballet as an example.
Vil: If you spread your fingers, or open your palm, it feels incohesive.
Vil: However, if I carefully angle my fingers like this…
Jack: …! Woah, seeing it in person makes a huge difference. Even your arm looks longer.
Vil: Right?
Vil: This doesn't only pertain to ballet, you know. Every form of movement can be carried in some way to make it look beautiful.
Vil: A model's walk is one. On top of that…
Vil: I also take care in my everyday movements, such as how I hold my drinks, or operate my phone.
Jack: Eh, all that, too!?
Vil: Naturally. I would never forego any chance at training my beautiful movements with proper posture at the same time.
Jack: Okay, I can get behind that reason.
Jack: It's like how if you want to be able to move using the proper form, you gotta work on your core muscles.
Vil: That's exactly it. Train your core muscles, watch videos on proper, elegant movements, and verify them in the mirror...
Vil: By purposefully ingraining it into your body, eventually you'll be able to carry yourself beautifully without even trying.
Jack: The way you put in all that effort into being beautiful is just like an athlete. You really got that stoic discipline, huh, Vil-senpai.
Vil: Heh, I'll take that as a compliment.

Vil: This work of art is supposed to depict the scene where the love between the compassionate princess and the impoverished young man is finally acknowledged by the sultan…
Vil: But it feels like such a harmonious moment. I had fully expected there to be more tension in the air.
Jack: Yeah. The story goes that the princess rebelled against her father, the sultan, and slipped out of the royal palace, right?
Vil: Indeed. As the country's princess, I'm sure she was constantly surrounded by guards…
Vil: There may have been times she had grown weary of constantly being surrounded by other people.
Vil: As someone who has been surrounded by the press outside my home before, I can empathize with that feeling of wanting to be left alone.
Jack: Does that mean you've also sneaked from your home out of the prying eyes of the press before, Vil-senpai?
Vil: Not at all. I would leisurely spend my time at home.
Vil: Around the time I was 10, I even built a secret base I could play in.
Jack: A secret base? Inside your house?
Vil: Exactly. I couldn't possibly deny the fact that some senseless people could try to sneak their way onto my property, now, could I?
Vil: That's why I made a safe little room specifically for me inside my home.
Vil: I gave it no windows, built each wall with stone, and stacked it full of shelves… I also made sure there was proper lighting.
Jack: A secret base, huh… Guess even you were a child once.
Jack: But even if there's light, I feel like a room with no windows'd be pretty depressing…
Vil: Actually, it's quite the opposite. That was the best environment possible for me to rest my skin from the sun's rays.
Jack: Rest your skin?
Vil: You are aware that ultra-violet rays can damage your skin, yes? That's why sunscreen is a must even at home.
Vil: However, sunscreen itself can be taxing to your skin.
Vil: That's why I appreciated having the peace of mind that no UV rays could reach me.
Vil: I could also comfortably practice my yoga that I've been doing daily ever since I was a child actor.
Vil: I could even read my scripts and practice my roles as time flew by.
Vil: That room where I didn't have to worry about onlookers or harmful rays was the safest place that younger me could have ever had.
Jack: Yeah, I remember kids'd get all in your face when you were out walking, just 'cause you were "Vil Schoenheit."
Vil: …I will say this, however, a majority of the people coming up to me wanted handshakes and autographs.
Jack: Ah, yeah, right. But still, that's still a pretty heavy thing to go through.
Vil: Well, obviously. It would be a grand mistake to mistake me for just any of the spudlings you see rolling around.
Jack: Heh, that's true. Do you still spend time in that room you made whenever you go back home on break?
Vil: Not at all. We would move often due to my father's work, so we live somewhere completely different now.
Vil: But, hm… It may be a fine idea to create a room that I can relax in again.
Vil: It could also end up being a great workshop to craft potions and skincare products, as well.

Jack: This painting is depicting the Sea Witch providing consultation for a troubled mer.
Vil: What a wonderful smile. The lighting from below works to bring out her enchanting allure even more.
Vil: And from what it seems, there truly are people who would ask for counsel anywhere and everywhere. I'm sure the Sea Witch had had her fill.
Jack: From the sound of it, seems like you've had to give out counsel yourself, is that right, Vil-senpai?
Vil: I can't say I've intended to give out any counsel. There are just those who would ask me of their own volition.
Vil: I've gotten incessant requests for advice from numerous fans in the comments section of my Magicam account.
Jack: Can't believe people would just ask someone they don't know for help like that. There's a lot of pushy folk out there.
Jack: So then, what kind of things do they ask?
Vil: A majority of the questions tend to ask how they can become just as beautiful as I am…
Vil: But there are others who will ask how they can quickly become an influencer like me, or ask about other such useless life hacks.
Jack: They'd seriously ask those things…? Don't tell me you're actually givin' them the time of day and responding thoroughly, are you?
Vil: Of course not. My time is precious. I don't even have a second to spare for someone who doesn't know how to look things up on their own and would rather rely on someone else.
Jack: Yeah, that's the way to do it. Really no use for anyone to be asking this and that from someone they don't even know.
Vil: Seriously. There was a time where I received dozens of questions asking, "How can I get clear skin?"
Vil: Methods to improve skin health can depend on age, skin quality, diet… among other possible contributing factors.
Vil: For those people who don't even understand those concepts, do you think I would grant them my ear and provide them my knowledge from the fundamentals?
Vil: In order to achieve beautiful skin, I've endured my own research even to this day. There is no way for someone who shirks effort to achieve beauty.
Jack: I bet your studies into all that are super intense. I'm curious what kind of stuff you worked on.
Vil: When I first started, I would purchase different kinds of skincare products off-the-shelf, then test and document the quality of my skin after application.
Vil: I would also keep record of any changes in my skin based on the foods I ate, or the surrounding environment.
Vil: After that, I started to get a more in-detail look at each ingredient, while also researching different combinations of products that could be compatible with each other...
Vil: More recently, I've been attempting to apply my knowledge of potionology to concoct skincare products that would go perfectly with my skin.
Jack: Y'know, I've also tried a bunch of different proteins and training regimens, and even recorded how it affected my body…
Jack: But I didn't know you were basically doing the same kind of thing. Just proves you can't skimp out on that extra effort.
Vil: Indeed. And my diligent research will always continue on. That's because…
Vil: I can absolutely become even more beautiful than I am now.
Jack: I can just feel your ambition! I gotta make sure I keep working hard, just like you do.
Jack: …Oh, look at the time. I'm sorry I took up so much of your time. I'll be heading to the next exhibit, so excuse me.
Vil: Of course. See you later, Jack. Well, I suppose I should go off and look for more Fairest Queen paintings myself.

Shizuroth, part twenty-four

There are few things you learn very quickly after joining the SOLDIER program.
One, mind your own business. If it looks like it's above your paygrade, it is, and no amount of curiosity or bluster will be enough to fend off the Turks. Though, honestly, that's just common sense for any employee of Shinra Electric Power Company…
Two, mind your own. You see another SOLDIER struggling, you give them a hand, you put your shoulder out there for them to lean on, and you don't make note of it. They all come out of their first Mako injections, spewing their guts out. If someone acts a bit crazy, you give them a hand, you give them a moment, and you move on.
And three, there is no such thing as too much training. In all honesty, none of them get enough training, with the enhancements they get. They're always playing catch up with the Mako, trying to match skill and control to raw power - which only grows greater with each injection. They rarely even get the time to get adjusted to their latest batch of Mako. It was a waste of time!
Shinra didn't hire them to train them to be Elite SOLDIERs, no. That's what the injections were for, after all - they were an instant shortcut to a capability that normally took up to twenty years of hard training to achieve. SOLDIER were given raw power, relentless endurance and seemingly unstoppable speed at the point of a needle and then… then they were given work.
A lot of SOLDIER Third Classes delighted in that, taking full advantage of the powers given and going to town, not paying much mind to technical skill. What is skill when you can outrun, outlift and outlast every other human out there? Lot of Thirds let it get to their heads.
A lot of SOLDIER Thirds never made it to Seconds.
The ones that made it to Seconds knew better, usually. The only way to get there was to rise above Thirds, and the only way to do that is by training. Which they often had to beg, borrow, bribe and steal for. Martial art manuals from Wutai, physical training from athletes, actual one on one sessions with older and more experienced warriors… even spars against each other, all worth their weight in materia in the SOLDIER program.
And training from a SOLDIER First Class…? Priceless.
Angeal Hewley was the best for it - he liked training with Seconds and sometimes even Thirds. He was a good teacher too, he took personal interest, he kept up with progress, he gave challenges. You could really feel yourself improving, under Angeal's hand.
Genesis Rhapsodos was… also good, if you needed tutoring in Materia. There was no better Spellcaster in Shinra then Genesis, and you could tell that he was always striving to get better. Unfortunately he gave up on his students if he felt they weren't putting in enough effort. Which was, sooner or later, all of them.
But Sephiroth…
"Good," the First says, still with that absolutely deranged smile on his face as he walks through their ranks, checking their stances. "Now again, from the beginning - one, two, three…" He actually claps a beat, and the SOLDIERs go through the poses in sequence, sifting in time with his claps. 
Kunsel's knees are shaking, and he can feel strain in muscles he used to be absolutely sure he'd trained enough. His grip on his sword is white-knuckled, and he can feel the way the tip is quivering radiating down the blade, into his hands, his wrists, his arms. He barely dares to breathe.
At Sephiroth's call, he shifts with everyone else to the next pose - feet shifting and then back firmly in the ground.
No one dares to breathe too loudly, and no one has said a word - no one wants to break whatever has come over Sephiroth. 
In his mind, Kunsel is desperately trying to memorise everything so that the moment it ends he could write it all down.
"Knee," Sephiroth says to someone, and there's a shift of a boot as someone shifts their position. "Good. Lower your left elbow. Very good. You there, relax your grip, breathe."
Kunsel's heart skips a beat as Sephiroth speaks to him, as the First approaches him. "No need to have such a death grip. It's better to lose your sword than your fingers," the First says, smiling, smiling, green eyes glowing.
Kunsel almost drops the whole sword as Sephiroth touches his hand to urge him to relax. His breath escapes in a wooshy exhale and Sephiroth, SOLDIER First Class, chuckles at him.
"There, that's much better, isn't it?" And before Kunsel can do more than gape at him, the First is moving forward. "Good! Now, is everyone ready?" Sephiroth asks, sauntering up to stand in front of them.
"Yes, sir!" comes the instant answer from about a dozen SOLDIERs.
"So obedient," Sephiroth purrs. "Good. Now swing!"
Dozen sword beams launch in unison at the First, who watches them come with a smug little smile, before swiping them away with a single easy swing of his sword.
"There, everyone got it, very good," Sephiroth says, watching them like he wants to eat them all. "You have done this master very proud. That ends today's lesson - I want all of you to practise these moves, but without activating your Qi. Do not tempt Qi-deviation."
Like with most things Sephiroth has said during the lesson, none of them have any idea what he's saying, but they agree nonetheless. "Yes, sir!"
"Good. Go on then," Sephiroth says with a little wave and still with that smile. "Shoo!"
Sephiroth just shoo'd them.
On still shaking knees, Kunsel stumbles with the rest of the Thirds and Seconds out of the destroyed training room. They're all just about equally shell-shocked as they quietly meet with the SOLDIERs who hadn't been able to fit in the lesson, but who had all been watching, avidly, as it progressed.
There's a sense of shock and awe in the air - like they'd all just gone through a bombing run together, and it has been equal parts amazing and horrifying.
"None of this gets off this floor," a voice says quietly from the back. One of the older Seconds, whose name Kunsel doesn't know. "Got it? Anyone asks, you say nothing about this. As far as anyone outside this floor is concerned, nothing happened."
"Sephiroth, is he…?"
"He calmed down after Professor Hojo and the technicians left," the older SOLDIER whispers very firmly. "And that. Is. All."
Kunsel swallows and looks back through the malfunctioning, still open automatic doors.
Sephiroth has taken seat on the floor in the middle of the devastation with Masamune held upon his crossed legs. He's meditating.
"I think I'd die for him," someone breathes out fervently.
Kunsel clears his throat before he can do something silly like agree. "Should we, um… call Director Deusericus, give the all clear? There's bound to be, um… cleanup, and such."
The other SOLDIERs consider this, looking conflicted. 
"I say give it a moment," someone sighs, shakily sitting down on the floor. Whether intentionally or not, he's mirroring Sephiroth's pose. "I, for one, need a moment."
He is not the only one, and they're all trying to look into the training room, to catch a glimpse of the SOLDIER First Class.
After a moment just standing there without a thought in his head, Kunsel joins them. "So, um. Does anyone know anything about mediation?"
They don't, but that doesn't stop them from trying.

I get why performance-enhancing substances are prohibited in sports, but I'd pay money to watch sports with performance-inhibiting substances. Let's see how well you run a marathon after six shots of whiskey. Make pros play tennis while stoned out of their mids. Any equine sport of your choice where both the horse and the rider are on cocaine. All of the athletes are screened and tested beforehand to make sure they haven't spent their training period developing a tolerance for the randomly selected substance of choice. Just serious professional athletes who do this for a living, but they're doing it completely fucked up.
