While there are valid reasons for short seasons, like budgets, actor avalibility etc, I miss the long seasons. I miss all the filler episodes, character driven storylines that are less rushed, and actors and crew having stable jobs that lasts years. I will never forgive the execs and studios for reducing the episode count for mostly greedy reasons and longer episodes being "too expensive"

Princess Annaliese Spotted Entering Duke of Margate's Luxury Penthouse!

There's no denying it; they ARE together!

Yesterday afternoon paparazzi were tipped off that Her Royal Highness Princess Annaliese would be escaping to her forbidden beau's home for the weekend!

Sans her trusty bodyguards, the princess made it almost too easy to catch her arrival to the Sandoval Estates luxury apartment building. The building is located in the financial district of downtown Windenburg and caters to the elite of the elite. The price for buying a condo on the lower levels alone is well over §2,000,000!

The (very much MARRIED) Duke of Margate owns the entire top two floors of the building and lives there when the House of Lords is in session for the season. Every year for the past ten years his wife, Duchess Mariah, has lived there with him...that is until earlier this year when she strangely decided to stay behind in Margate for the spring session. We have to wonder if perhaps the Duchess has known something was going on between these two for awhile?

"The thing you've got to know about Ana is that she's patient and sweet, yes, but once that patience has run out the claws can and will come out. She's always gotten what she wants and right now what she wants is her man to be HERS in private and in public."

Our source further claims that HRH is pushing the Duke to make a move with the divorce. According to them, the Duke and Duchess of Margate have been separated for over two years and the Princess is tired of the Duchess dragging her heels when His Grace has clearly moved on with his life.

While no official statement has been made on this matter by the Palace (which told us that it "does not speak on the personal lives of the Royal Family" when we reached out for a comment), we can't help but believe that His Majesty is furious. Especially after rumors have surfaced that Princess Ana has recently been turned away from having an audience with her father.

A bit more about your misogyny, Boston Dumb Fuck. Yes, you do have some.

I have discussed previously how the jump scares and V-day videos not only cost you your feminist card, but all got you more than a few upgrades to your misogynist membership. Upgrades were also earned when you smugly minimized or outright dismissed any need to have fear or anxiety because there is never a real threat, when, for women, there is a clear and present danger lurking behind almost every corner, mostly from your sex. I will smugly respond in kind by saying check your goddamn privlege, have a little empathy and tell your fellow knuckle-crawling males to keep it in their pants until they are soberly invited to present it, good sir.

But let's now discuss using your (mostly female) fandom to spread your lies and then making them look crazy and/or stupid for pointing out their obvious flaws. This is not a new tactic- women have been suppressed and subjugated for centuries by manipulating science and the narrative of what is "normal". It was not uncommon for a man who was simply bored with his wife to have her committed to an asylum, often for the rest of her life, with some made up psychosis, like "hysteria".

On this blog, I have discussed the "Martha Mitchell Effect", occuring when a medical professional labels a patient's completely accurate perception of real events as delusional, resulting in misdiagnosis. Its name is derived from the wife of John Mitchel, US Attorney General in the Nixon administration. When Martha alleged that White House officials were engaged in illegal activities, her claims were attributed to mental illness but ultimately the facts of the Watergate scandal vindicated her. Not, however, before much anguish and suffering at the hands of people she trusted and loved.

And this is only the evidence I see with my own eyes. There are plenty of stories of how awful you are to unsuspecting one night stands and anyone who might want to tarnish your Golden Boy, ah shucks I'm really just ackward and shy reputation, although I would say you have imploded that one just fine on your own. If there is a grain of truth to any of these rumors, please examine them thoroughly and get the help you need or Dodger and your hand will truly become your only life companions.

Reading the description of Alan as being "well built" in the first script draft of Tron made me think a little about Alan Bradley's physique. Now, of course we can see that Tron is, shall we say, quite the specimen, thanks to Boxleitner wearing that tight suit that shows off his many... uh... assets.

But I think I prefer to imagine that Alan has more of a "skinny nerd" physique, the stereotypical "98-pound weakling". Tron, then, is his ideal self, and not just physically. He is everything Alan wishes he was (and perhaps actually is, though he tries to deny it): Strong, brave, defiant, heroic.

This in turn made me imagine that after Kevin met Tron and returned to the real world, he gets a new-found respect for Alan, seeing that beneath the surface he has many of the same traits that Tron has. Previously their relationship had been antagonistic, but now Flynn takes the initiative that eventually leads to a very strong friendship developing. The kind of friendship that would make someone keep a pager for 20 years.

And maybe Flynn also kept suggesting that Alan should go to the gym, knowing the... uh, potential that was there.
