Sumana has dark brown, long hair kept loose down her back, peeking out the top of her head is a pair of cat ears. Her bangs are bluntly cut into a fringe. She has sky blue eyes with slitted pupils reminiscent of a feline.

Sumana wears the standard Night Raven Academy female uniform for Pomefiore students consisting of the black blazer over her purple vest lined with gold-colored trim, a short skirt with white thigh high socks, with a black and white striped bowtie. On her arm sits the Pomefiore emblem. Her Pomefiore dormitory uniform includes the standard knee-length violet robe, black button-up shirt, black leggings, and black and gold heeled boots. The long sleeves of her robes do not have the shoulder slit, staying as one piece. Wrapped around her waist, she has a black belt tied with another strip of red fabric in the middle.

Personality:

A far cry from her twin sister, Sumana is a very motherly type of person, caring for those around her openly. However, because of her caring and protective nature, she worries more about others than herself. For some reason, she cannot resist the lure of chasing after a bird, even to the point of tackling another student if a bird were to land on them coughvincecough. Since she is the crown princess of Paithoon, she does not really have any idea of what she wants to do in the future.

Background: 

Sumana and her twin sister, Meihui, were born to the king and queen of Paithoon, a kingdom of feline beastfolk in the East. As the second born daughter, Sumana was never met with the struggles and worries of having to one day rule the kingdom. Together, the twins grew up in the inner court, spoiled and pampered, especially Sumama. At the age of fifteen–a year before they would attend Night Raven College, Queen Xiulan gave birth to their younger sister, Xiaoting. She did not like her baby sister, huffing at the thought that she was no longer the baby of the family. However, once the newly born Xiaoting wrapped her tiny hand around Sumana’s finger, the older sister fell in love with the baby, wanting to care for her little sister. Thus, her “mom-friend” traits were born. 

Upon enrolling into Night Raven College, both of the twins were placed into Pomefiore. During their first year at the school, Sumana was involved in a fight, roping in her sister, with another student from Pomefiore which resulted in that student getting expelled from the school and ending up in Royal Sword Academy. Throughout her time at Night Raven College, Sumana has collected a handful of younger students that she affectionately refers to as her “kittens”.

Abilities and Unique Magic:

Because of her feline heritage, Sumana is naturally very flexible and quick on her feet. 

Sumana’s Unique Magic is called “If You Please”. Her signature spell allows her to cause an immense amount of good luck to happen to whomever she wills it to, a blessing of sorts. The effects of the magic lasts for a single day, but she can use it on any number of people any number of times…if she remembers to reset the luck. Because of how powerful her unique magic is, she accumulates blot rapidly, deterring her from constantly using it.

For anyone curious, the list of conscious decisions in favor of eerie vibes and one happy accident is under the cut! OMORI SPOILERS.

3. The rendering is a few steps closer to realistic, as well as stronger shading over her left side. Was thinking about carpet SOMETHING.

5. Natural ledges behind Mari form a small staircase. There's grass and flowers on each step. There are many ledges around vast forest, so its not very noticeable. Trees in background also did not need to be there at all

6. There are the most red flowers under the trees, behind the tire swing and at the lowest visible ledge - something happened
