Yeah that is actually very true tbh I can't speak for other countries but I know Irish people definitely bully each other for accents and also the Irish language dialects (the few people who speak it at least but that's a separate issue). Range Rework Thoughts and Feelings

I'm not as much of a PvPer as I used to be. Just generally slowing down and finding more fun in other aspects of the game. But I still enjoy the odd Crucible session a couple of times a week so I want to share my thoughts on how I think the Range rework is panning out.

I'm pretty happy with it overall. Everything feels...appropriate might be the best way to put it. SMGs might be a bit out of band imo but Hand Cannons, Autos, Pulses, even Scouts and Sidearms all feel like they have a place in the meta. Everything has its role and very few archetypes step on the toes of others.

Sidearms are adept at shutting down Shotgun rushers and long charge Fusions, Hand Cannons are the supreme mid range peak shooter, Pulses duel remarkably well, Autos melt really quickly if you're not careful with cover, and Scouts dominate the long sight lanes and have peaker's advantage. SMGs hit just a little outside their range but definitely don't invalidate other options in that range (mostly high range Sidearms and rapidfire Autos/Pusles).

It honestly feels a bit like D1's sandbox. Everything had a place. Things kill much faster these days and the ability sandbox is cuckoo bananas compared to D1 but it still feels nice. 30th Anniversary Patch is still my favorite PvP era this side of Y2 (Y1 was goated, sorry) but this is the closest it's been in a while. Even my husband who NEVER PvPs got the Trials dragon Warlock helmet all on his own this weekend.

TL;DR Even if you're not much of PvP player, this current sandbox is worth a shot. All your fave weapons are useable in one way or another.

Also the Relic Mode is SO MUCH FUN. Like ludicrous amounts of fun. Can't wait to try Checkmate later this season.
