I’m not going to take up too much or your time today. It’s been a rough week. I just wanted to let you know I’ve been thinking about you. I want you to know that I’m trying my best to be strong and trying really hard to be the best me. I’m not sure who I am right now, so I guess it’s a good thing we aren’t together yet. I want to know myself completely so that I can give all that I am to you. If you are ready for me, then I do apologize for taking so long to find myself. I just got lost along the way. If you’re the one for me, I know you’ll understand. One day I’ll be ready for you. Thank you for being patient with me. I’m trying to not talk so much. Only when it’s important, which is hard for me. I blabber a lot. I’m trying to not feel so depressed or lonely anymore either. I know I’m not alone. I know God is with me. Just forget sometimes. I can’t wait to meet you, to get to know you. As exciting as all of that is, and please take no offense, but I’m really excited to meet the me that I become. He is gonna be pretty spectacular, if I do say so myself. Maybe I’m bias? In life, we regularly come across difficult times which we don’t genuinely realize the way to take care of. Perhaps you misplaced your dream activity or you broke up with the affection of your existence. It may also be which you’re grieving the lack of the one that you love. Throughout these instances, you’ll want to guide your pals and family.
But how do we preserve it collectively whilst we're harassed with such pain and grief? How can we ever sense very well again?
To be honest, no one can make you sense higher until you are geared up and you actually need to be ok with no longer being ok. You need to go through the manner of grieving if you want to be all right. As a way to help you, here are a few guidelines on the way to cope with hard situations in existence.
Feel the pain “the only way out is through.”
If you feel sad or upset, that’s ok. You want to sense these emotions in case you want them to head away. Frequently, we keep everything bottled up and we refuse to experience our feelings because we are afraid to feel the ache. But in case you don’t feel the ache now, it will preserve haunting you again and again again.
So feel the pain. It will be hard and it will depress you. In the long run, however, it will serve you. Not feeling what you feel will only make it worse.
Accept Your Problems
Recognition is hard. We by no means need to admit that we are hurt. We are so afraid to experience that we aren't able to be given that our hearts are damaged.
We go through loads every day. When we are screwed now and again, we simply shut down our emotions and hope that they may depart. However, it never works in that manner. We need to experience what we are feeling.

Think of 5 things you are grateful for
Every morning, whilst you awaken, think about 5 things you are grateful for. Do this in place of taking into consideration all of the matters that make you sad. It can be approximately how tons you love your puppy or your husband or mom. You may be glad about the food you are about to consume and something else that comes in your thoughts.

I am a firsthand witness. I will assure you that writing down my feelings has helped me to get beyond my hard instances. Things seemed heavy at the start, however writing them down helped.
