Stranger things bloopers that my head has created for me when I need a distraction so I'm sharing with you people.

Joe leaning against the post forgetting his line,

Joe: "You know what I could go for?"

Joseph playing along still in character.

Joseph: "What?"

Joe: "A popsicle."

Joseph nods completely agreeing a popsicle sounds awesome right about now.

Joseph: "oh yes, the rocket shaped ones."

Joe snapping his fingers.

Joe: "Yes those."

Mason doing one of Jason's amazing speeches in the town hall, Joseph accidently walking into the scene.

Joseph: "Oh, I'm not supposed to be here. Must have missed a turned."

Mason not breaking character.

Mason: "Never mind ladies and gentlemen, the freak has entered the building no need to panic it's over."

Mason standing in the middle of Benny's diner getting ready to pretend to eat cereal, then there was a loud ass crash and the sound of something breaking. Mason knew immediately it was Clayton holding back laughter.

Mason: "Please say we were rolling."

Clayton had tripped over a lamp cord and knocked it over plus himself. He groans in annoyance more than anything.

Mason: "You alright?"

Clayton: "Yea."

Hunter looking over the couch.

Hunter: "Is the lamp alright?"

Clayton peaking his head up shaking his head.

Clayton: "No."

Myles from wherever he is could be heard absolutely belly laughing because he saw the entire thing.

Joseph fumbling on his lines, Gwydion blinking at him.

Gwydion: "Sorry I don't speak alien."

Maya throwing the prop at Jamie.

Maya: "I'm Batman, sorry the intrusive thought won."

Joe: "Wait does that make me Robin?"

Jamie breaking character starting to laugh, Natalia could also be heard laughing.

Caleb and Mason fighting.

Mason: "Wait, stop stop."

Caleb stopping looking at him confused.

Caleb: "Did I hit you?"

Mason shaking his head, he definitely swallowed something.

Mason: "I think I swallowed a bug."

Sadie breaking character laughing under her breath.

Gwydion walking up to Mason, still in character that was intill he tripped over his own feet, Mason caught him.

Mason: "You alright?"

Gwydion nodding laughing at himself.

Clayton looking into the cabin, the camera's were rolling Clayton slips on some mud nearly killing himself again intill Myles grabbed a hold of him.

Myles: "Dude, you trying to kill yourself?"

Clayton: "No I'm just clumsy."

Mason absolutely dying off screen.

Trey absolutely sneezing his brains out, Gwydion nearly jumping out of his skin.

Gwydion: "Bless you? Jesus Christ dude."

I think that's everything, my brain thinks of these to cheer me up so I hope this makes someone smile.

Stranger Things Season 4 Theories

If you’re reading this I don’t know how you feel about theories or spoilers, but if you don’t like them then you might want to go somewhere else, just in case mine have any ground at all. With that said, welcome to my inner world of trying to figure out what the hell season 4 of Stranger Things will possibly hold for its audience and when the hell we will be seeing said show.

Before I get into it, I want to mention that I had a previous blog (@thetraveler10) in which I did pretty much the same thing I do here. That is analyze anything and everything. I love to write about and break down shows, movies, characters or discuss what I think might happen with those same shows, movies, and characters. Unfortunately, my blog was flagged as sensitive and I and others can no longer access many of my content, which is ridiculous because I have never posted anything sensitive, and the Tumblr Gods have ignored my messages about removing the flag, which is why I came here.

So, if my previous followers (which mostly consisted of Anne With An E enthusiasts) manage to find their way to me know that I’ve missed you guys.

Anyhow, let’s get on with it.

Theory 1 - The Mindflayer’s New Host and Flayed Army

As I said, I had a previous blog and I actually put out a few theories for season 4 a while ago. A major one was that The Mindflayer would be looking for a new host to replace Billy, and that the new host would be Dr. Martin Brenner. This theory came about because I believe that Brenner is not only still alive (as evidence from season 2 has been put out there), but that he is still very much active in his research of the Upside Down as well as trying to gain access to Eleven. I think Brenner is the reason that the Russians know about the Upside Down in the first place. Whether, he has been their captive these last few years or is working with them is unclear, but I do believe him to be the informant and I do believe he is still very powerful.

I also believe that he is the ideal host for The Mindflayer, both from a character point of view as well as a story point of view. Brenner’s research puts him into closer proximity to the Mindflayer, which would easily put him at risk for being controlled. He also knows Eleven intimately which is why The Mindflayer would consider him to be a valuable asset. This would give The Mindflayer access to information about El, thereby upping the ante, as well as allowing the Flayer to gain knowledge about other humans like El. If the Mindflayer were to discover the existence of other powered people, it’s going to want to Flay as many of those individuals as possible. This creates an emotional and dangerous story arc for El and co. Emotional because of Eleven’s past history and unresolved issues with Brenner and the other children, and dangerous, because Flayed super-humans will make the Mindflayer more powerful than ever.

We at least know that Brenner is coming back in flashbacks, and it appears we will be learning more about the other children from the lab, so I’m holding on to this theory a little while longer.

Theory 2 - Billy’s Mother

Very little is known about Billy Hargrove’s mother, other than she apparently abandoned him to escape from her own abusive husband. At least that’s how it appears at first glance. However, last year while I was analyzing the scene in which Eleven witnesses Billy’s memories I realized that there could be another explanation. One that would intertwine Max and Billy’s story with Eleven’s at a far deeper level. I’m speaking specifically of the scene in which Billy’s father accuses his mother of seeing a certain man again. At first glance, it merely seems like a man accusing his wife of being unfaithful. And from Billy’s father’s viewpoint, that may be exactly what it is. However, I theorized that the man Mrs. Hargrove was accused of being with was none other than Dr. Brenner.

A few small clues led me to this conclusion. The first is that it seems wild to believe that a mother, who seemed to love her son deeply, would abandon him to an abusive life in order to save herself. Why not take him with her? Why not report him to the police? Yeah, she could just be a scared woman who selfishly left her son to deal with what she could no longer face, but this is Stranger Things after all, so I’m inclined to believe there was something more going on.

I think Billy’s mother had some form of connection to Brenner and the lab, and that she left Billy for one of two possible reasons. Either, one, she believed he would be safer, even despite of the abuse, with his father and away from Brenner, or two, her choice to leave wasn’t even a choice and she was actually a captive of Hawkins lab. Perhaps, she was one of the initial volunteers at Hawkins lab like Eleven’s mother? Or maybe one of the scientists who used to work for Brenner and was privy to dangerous information?

It may be far-fetched, but until stated otherwise, I like to think this theory is a little more solid than most.

Theory 3 - Chicago, Illinois

It’s unclear where exactly Eleven and the Byers were driving off to after their move from Hawkins at the end of season 3, but I think it possible that Joyce will choose to take her kids into the city. Chicago specifically, because for one it’s a city we’ve already visited in the course of this show. When Eleven went off in search of the girl her mother had shown her, she ended up in Chicago where she met Kali. Now, I know Kali is a bit of a nomad, but I like to think that Kali stuck around in hopes that El might return and join up with her crew again. If we are indeed to learn more about the other lab children then it makes sense that we would see Kali again, since she is at the point in the series the only other numbered child we have met thus far. (I know we’ve met others in the comics, but this is exclusively about the show only at this point).

Whatever happens this season, I do believe it is highly likely we will be seeing Kali again this season.

Theory 4 - The New Players

A new theory that I’ve been working on surrounds the new announcement of additional characters to the town of Hawkins. This includes Amybeth McNulty, Robert Englund, Jamie Campbell Bower, Eduardo Franco, Joseph Quinn, Myles Truitt, Regina Ting Chen, and Grace Van Dien.

Two of the new actors, Englund and Bower, play characters who either reside or work at a psychiatric hospital. This tells us we are going to be spending some time at a psych hospital. Perhaps, Eleven’s mother ends up in one. Possibly her sister is no longer able or willing to care for her. Or perhaps our heroes end up at this hospital in search of powered people like Eleven. I think if an investigation leads one or more of our heroes to this specific location, Nancy Wheeler is more than likely to end up here as she has proven to be an intrepid reporter willing to go to any lengths to uncover the truth. If she undertakes a new story to break I could see her finding herself in a creepy, 1980′s psychiatric hospital where she meets Englund and Bower’s characters. Also, I wouldn’t put it past the writers to throw in a new rival for Nancy’s affections in Bower.

Theory 5 - New Hawkins High Residents

As stated above we have new actors who will be portraying various characters around Hawkins High. Joseph Quinn, the head of the official D&D club; Myles Truitt, a popular basketball star who’s world will be upturned; Grace Van Dien, a popular cheerleader with a dark secret despite her seemingly perfect world; Amybeth McNulty, a fast-talking, quirky nerd who catches the eye of one of our heroes; and Regina Ting Chen, a beloved high school counselor dedicated to her students, especially the struggling ones. This opens up a flood of possibilities. I like that two of the characters being introduced are described as “popular” seeing as the D & D nerds we fell in love with back in that season 1 basement were quite the opposite. Despite, the bullying they endured during high school the boys seemed content with their unpopular status. They had each other after all. However, it makes sense that the boys may start to want to fit in a little more as they become young men. Here’s what I think the new characters entail:

I think it makes sense for Lucas to attempt to join the basketball team in an effort to gain popularity. Whether he will actually have a genuine interest in the sport or it’s just a move to make new friends is anyone’s guess. However, I think the ultimate purpose of having Lucas try out is to lead him to meet Patrick (Myles Truitt). I could see the characters having friction initially before eventually bonding over the course of the season. We haven’t had a whole lot of diversity in the show so it would be great to see Lucas make a friend who will understand the uglier side of society and how it feels to be subjugated because of the color of your skin.

Joseph Quinn as Eddie Munson will be an interesting new cast member as he has been slated to play the official head of Hawkins’ D & D club. I could see this leading to a clash between Quinn and Finn Wolfhard’s characters, as Michael Wheeler has consistently been the unchallenged leader of his small group of friends. It might be nice to see Mike’s leadership challenged and force him to learn the true meaning of leading others, and help him to be a more humbled, and selfless person going forward.

Grace Van Dien as Chrissy, the popular cheerleader is already an intriguing character. She is described as seemingly perfect but covering a dark secret. Now, it’s possible that the secret has something to do with Hawkins Lab which I feel will be playing a major role this season, however, I think that in terms of story, the dark secret may actually have something to do with her home life. The reason I think this is because I could see this bringing meaning to two certain characters.

The newly introduced Ms. Kelly (Ting Chen) and Max Mayfield. It’s already been announced that Ms. Kelly is a popular guidance counselor who especially wants to help struggling students. Now all students struggle from time to time, and some more than others. And I have a feeling many of these students will be struggling with things of an inverted nature (if you get my gist). However, this indicates that one or two students will be highlighted as struggling with personal woes as they attend high school and that they will catch the attention of the guidance counselor. I think it likely that Max could be one such student. When we left off in season 3, Max had just lost her step-brother, Billy, and she is still living with his abusive father. I think, as awful as it would be, Billy’s father will turn his abuse on her. That coupled with her horror at Billy’s death, and unable to tell her mother or step-father about it could leave her in a dark place.

And I think this is where Chrissy comes in, because if she is dealing with a difficult home life as well who better to see beneath the perfect facade than someone who is covering up the same secret. Max. This could lead the two girls to bonding over shared traumas and pushing one another to do something about it. Perhaps, Ms. Kelly will help the girls in some way? Additionally, we are sure to see more deaths this season and I fear Ms. Kelly may be a prime target if her students end up in danger. If she’s as dedicated as they say, she may sacrifice herself to save the kids. Let’s hope her first name isn’t Brenda or anything...

Lastly, Amybeth McNulty will be playing Vickie and I gotta say I could not be more excited. I absolutely loved Amybeth as Anne Shirley-Cuthbert in the beloved Canadian series Anne With An E. I’m still not over its cancellation but I am so thrilled at the opportunity Amybeth has been given. And I am beyond excited to see what she will bring to the world of Stranger Things. It’s been said she is going to catch the eye of one of our heroes, and how could she not being the lovely young woman that she is. The question is whose eye does she catch? I think it highly possible that Dustin may be indicated here. It was said that she is supposed to be a member of the school band. We know that Gaten Matarazzo is musically talented, and though just about everyone of those kids are, I could see Gaten’s musical talents being added to Dustin’s. Or perhaps Vickie is a member of the D & D club. Whichever it is, I doubt Dustin’s long-distance relationship with Suzie lasted leaving him free to make eyes at other nerdy girls. I feel like Amybeth would have great chemistry with Gaten and if so I look forward to the fun these two are sure to bring.
