Both the driver and the technician must use extreme caution while performing a jump start. This entails putting on safety gloves and eye protection, making sure that both cars are in park or neutral with their engines off, then connecting and removing the jumper wires according to the correct protocol to avoid electrical hazards. If a driver has a dead battery while driving, a professional Jump start service Luton is a practical and efficient fix. It offers prompt help to restart the car so the motorist may go on their journey in safety.  The following are some justifications for using a professional Luton jump start service:
They Handle Wires Correctly
There shouldn't be any metal in contact with the starter wires. It is important to make sure that these wires are not contacting one another or dangling erratically. When wires come into contact due to carelessness, an electric spark may follow. This might seriously harm the electrical system of your automobile. Professionals are equipped with the necessary training and expertise to recognize the delicate nature and significance of this step.
They Make Use of the Correct Cables
Experts in Jump start service Luton are aware of the precise amps of current that each car needs in its cables in order to be effectively jumpstarted. Professionals at a vehicle repair company, however, are knowledgeable about these subtleties. They will provide the correct ones needed for your car to restart it, so you can be sure that your time and work won't be wasted.

Hi sorry if this is a bother but i really loved (and needed) that most about MI6, do you think you can make one about MI5 too? I've been trying to find stuff about it but can't find any information as in depth as your post :)
I’m really glad the MI6 post was helpful! And it's no bother! I'll do it gladly!
Ready to jump back into the murky world of intelligence?
Alright, so we've talked about MI6 and how it gathers intelligence to aid the UK in its decision-making, but what about MI5?
Let's start with the basics.
Intelligence agencies 101: MI5
Tumblr media
1.- What even?
Whereas MI6 is in charge of gathering intelligence overseas in order to support the government's security, defense, foreign and economic policies, according to the 1989 Security Service Act, MI5 is tasked with "the protection of national security and in particular its protection against threats such as terrorism, espionage and sabotage, the activities of agents of foreign powers, and from actions intended to overthrow or undermine parliamentary democracy by political, industrial or violent means". Such threats may come from abroad or from within.
MI5’s headquarters are found at Thames House, a Grade II (of special interest, warranting every effort to preserve it) building close to the Houses of Parliament in London. In addition to this, there are 8 regional offices in Luton, Wales, Bristol, Glasgow, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and Birmingham, as well as another headquarters in Northern Ireland.
Tumblr media
2.- Who is who?
I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but there is no M or C here.
The agency is under the authority of the Home Secretary, even though it does not form part of the Home Office.
The Director General (or DG) is the head of MI5, and is responsible for overseeing its operations and efficiency, reporting back to the Home Secretary and the Prime Minister, as well as ensuring the agency remains politically impartial.
There are 10 branches in MI5, and several entities that support its work, like the National Protective Security Authority (NPSA: providing organizations with security advice) and the Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre (JTAC: handles intelligence relating to international terrorism).
It is worth mentioning that in 2011, His Majesty, King Charles III became the Royal Patron of the Intelligence Services (including MI5, SIS and GCHQ). This means that he receives regular security briefings, as well as a daily ‘red box’ which includes intelligence reports, Cabinet papers, and confidential reports from Commonwealth countries.
There are over 5,000 employees in the organization and their roles include, investigations, technology, languages, surveillance, communications, information, protective security, administrations, building services and catering. As in MI6, all employees must be British, over the age of 18, and UK residents. They aren't allowed to discuss their application or job either.
Tumblr media
3.- Operational Areas
MI5 mainly focuses on 4 areas: Terrorism, Espionage, Cyber Threats and the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction.
Counter-Terrorism
The agency focuses on different types of terrorism:
International terrorism: Groups such as ISIL and Al Qaeda.
Northern Ireland related: Dissident republican groups.
Right Wing Terrorism (RWT)/ Left, Anarchist and Single-Issue Terrorism (LASIT): This issue took primacy in 2020 and are handled just like international terrorism.
Counter-Espionage
Seeks to stop foreign intelligence agents from obtaining information and provides security advice to companies and organizations while working closely with MI6, GCHQ, Scotland Yard, as well as security and intelligence organizations abroad.
Cyber
Focuses on hostile actors, such as criminals, "hacktivist" groups, terrorists and foreign states, which are generally well equipped for cyber espionage and computer network attacks. These actors can target the government, the military, businesses, individuals and large volumes of sensitive data.
Cyber Espionage is called Computer Network Exploitation (CNS), while the use of malicious software against cyber infrastructure is denominated Computer Network Attack (CNA).
Counter-Proliferation
The UK is obliged by several international treaties and conventions to work against the threat that weapons of mass destruction pose. MI5 focuses on regimes and states that pursue clandestine weaponization programmes. To do this, the agency works with both private institutions and government agencies such as: The Department for Business, the Innovation and Skills (BIS), the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), the Ministry of Defence (MOD), His Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC), the Home Office and the National Crime Agency (NCA).
4.- Tale as old as time...
We have talked about the “armed peace” period and how crazy the world was getting back in 1909, basically racing towards THE war everyone thought would put an end to all wars. It was back then that, fearing the German imperialistic ambitions, Great Britain established the Secret Service Bureau through Prime Minister Asquith’s Committee of Imperial Defence.
Initially, this agency handled both national and foreign affairs, under the leadership of 50 year-old Royal Navy Commander Mansfield Cumming and 36 year-old Army captain Vernon Kell.
Tumblr media
However, down the road, our dear Commander Cumming advocated for the splitting of these branches and thus, the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) and the Security Service (MI5) were born.
Right off the bat MI5 was tasked with dealing with a massive German espionage network that, according to “official” reports, had infiltrated Britain, causing widespread paranoia. The agency barely had 16 employees back then, but that, along with Churchill’s support (Home Secretary back then) was enough to find out about the existence of a German Naval Intelligence spy network. By the end of WWI, more than half the spies sent to Britain were caught by MI5.
However, the agency barely made it through the post-war cuts, not to mention its rivalry with Scotland Yard’s Special Branch and MI6 (the line between espionage and counter-espionage was REEEEEEAAAALLY thin and they were stepping on each other's toes).
Thankfully, the Soviet Union came to save the day when one of MI5’s surveillance operations revealed that Scotland Yard had been infiltrated by Soviet intelligence. By 1931, MI5 was completely in charge of counter-subversion operations, a responsibility that the agency would continue to hold until 1991.
In the 1970s, terrorism became a priority for MI5, especially those threats coming from Northern Ireland and Qadhafi's Libya, and after the 9/11 attacks, the agency changed its modus operandi entirely.
As you can see, the agency has had a very long history, however, its existence was only officially acknowledged in 1992.
5-. A rose by any other name...
The agency, just like MI6, has taken on many names throughout the years, starting with the Home Section of the Secret Service Bureau in 1909, the Directorate of Military Operations section 5 “MO5(g)” in 1914, Military Intelligence section 5 (MI5) in 1916, the Defence Security Service in 1929, and finally, the Security Service in 1931. And although the latter has remained its official name, the agency is most commonly referred to as MI5, even by those in it.
6.- Technicalities
As it turns out, MI5 shares its funding with MI6 and the GCHQ (no wonder they’re rivals...). According to a report from the 2018/19 period, MI5 used 67% of its budget for international counter-terrorism, 20% for Northern Ireland-related terrorism, and 13% for counter-espionage, counter-proliferation and protective security.
Also worth mentioning, while MI5 agents have plenty of powers, they are not authorized to make arrests, and that is why they work with the Metropolitan Police AKA Scotland Yard, providing them with the necessary intelligence.
Recently, reforms have been made within the agency, and people now have the right to find out the kind of information that MI5 has on them, as well as ask if a deceased relative used to work for the agency. If the relative is still alive, however, MI5 definitely won’t spill the beans. So uhm... you might want to wait a little before trying to find out what that weird uncle does.
7.- Intelligence
MI5 makes use of several techniques to gather intelligence, such as:
Covert Human Intelligence Sources: Also known as “agents”, these people provide secret information during investigations and are NOT MI5 employees.
Directed surveillance: Following and/or observing targets.
Interception of communications: Monitoring emails or phone calls.
Bulk personal data: information about a large number of people used to identify a subject of interest.
Intrusive surveillance: Eavesdropping devices in homes or cars.
Equipment interference: Covertly accessing computers or other devices.
And in case you were wondering, yep, these are all legal because guess what? Individual rights can often be voided when it comes to national security.
Well...
That was all on my behalf. I hope this turned out to be useful for you, and if you happen to have any more doubts on this or any other related topic, my ask is always open!
Yours truly,
-The Internationalist

“Attack of the Hollywood Cliches!” Review: Rob Lowe maintained idiocy for high art
Tumblr media
The last time I saw the Rob Lowe — and I had to double-check that it wasn't the result of hallucinations caused by the pandemic — was on ITV's Wild Bill, where he played an ex-Miami cop heading east to Lincolnshire. It was a unique expression of the immortal undead spirit that every actor must have to survive. We watched Billy Hicks from St. Elmos Fire drives a Volvo through cabbage fields, for God's sake! Last night Danny Martin met a crook at a wind turbine in Boston County! Become the police chief. Lowe's is a game. I say that. And he's hosting the Attack of Hollywood Clichés again! Skits and bullshit - that's a compliment - by Charlie Brooker and other writers. Looking at the most common trope in the film industry, it's made up of more video, commentary, and a small but significant additional level of wit and agility than the genre typically manages. You may also read “Jungle Cruise” Movie Review: When the craft is diligent, and the players bounce off the leading energy and unlimited charm of cartoons "Because all aspects of your character have to be great," Lowe explains in his introduction to the Maverick Cop stereotype, "having just one job isn't enough for them. Especially if your job is THIS! Police duty! Whatever the job was, they had to deal with crap! Which doesn't mean that the gang has forgotten. Its lust for stupidity has been elevated to high stupidity. "There is something - though indescribably - pleasing to hear a typical American star stoop with British talent. The writer knows, he knows, and we know. That is an amazing bag. Items with baguettes that stand out to start part on Hollywood's favourite home decor stand. That bag acts as a protective layer that prevents it from absorbing carbohydrates through your skin. "All movie stars insist." Attack Hollywood cliches! It managed to cover just about every cinematic chestnut out there. From Meet Meet and Manic Pixie Dream Girl to Dead Man Walking (never a character two days after retirement. And your love and aspirations for your young family definitely won't go through Jump Scare. A similar Spit -Take and Montage mode. It's packed with cinematic freak facts caused by a false scare known as "The Luton Bus" (after horror producer Val Luton) and the story of Wilhelm's screams. There are tons of relevant videos and in-depth observations of various actors, critics and cultural commentators. You may also read “Confessions of an Invisible Girl” Review: A teenage drama comes in Brazil, who doesn’t offer anything The bloody screams, heard during moments of high celluloid drama: Those were first recorded in 1951 for publication by Gary Cooper. It includes an impressive amount of material – in the Maverick Cops segment. For example – to pay homage to Dirty Harry from history. And recent additions like the mighty mare Kate Winslet from Easttown. You feel like you got your money/60 minutes of life. Which is a nice change of pace from the usual feeling. That this type of program, i.e. that it is a fragile 15-minute material. He also manages to handle less-than-funny cliches. Smurfette's principle states that a female role is mainly at the service of the male protagonist and audience. At the same time, Meet Cute acknowledges that the behaviour of most potential suitors on the Rome committee. It is seen as reasonably severe harassment in the real world. Bury Your Gays demonstrates Hollywood's reluctance to let non-straight characters endure. And includes the statistic that 40% of those Oscar-nominated characters die before the credits. The successive sections of "The White Savior" and "The Magic Negro Troops". It traces their history briefly but decisively and include a scene from "The Nun's Story". In which Audrey Hepburn and her porcelain-skinned sister teach a real woman. You may also read “I’m Your Man” Review: Stevens plays Android that daydreams, full of fun in this fun closest romance Congo to wash their clothes. Baby clothes and a quote from The Legend of the Excavator Vance, the story of the Will Smith. While teaching a white man how to play golf better. "I don't think Will Smith will be coming home again to see The Legend of Bagger Vance," said television writer and cultural expert Ira Madison III. "He's a white man in Ohio." All this and Rob Lowe was hired. I would say good hours. Read the full article

Low cost airlines are now common place in our society and since there launch, traveling to foreign countries is now possible for the masses. Easy Jet are considered to be the founders of low cost air travel, starting there operations from London Luton Airport. Over the years, Easy Jet has grown and now flies to many European countries. As Easy Jet grew, more and more airlines jumped on the bandwagon. Ryan Air, BMI Baby and FlyBe to name a few. Not so long ago, I had cause to travel from the UK to France on a regular basis. As there were low cost airlines operating from my local airport, East Midlands, I decided to sample a flight and flew with BMI Baby. At that time, BMI Baby, the low cost arm of BMI (British Midland International), were flying to Paris CDG. It was a really convenient service and took about 1 hour. The flight I would regularly take, left the UK at 16:00 and would arrive in Paris at 18:00 local time. I can’t quite remember how many journeys I made with BMI Baby, but I would hazard a guess at about 12 – 15 times. When BMI Baby launched there low cost operation from East Midlands, the fares were offered at ridiculous prices. Ridiculous to the point that they were offering seats for nothing! Unfortunately there is the issue of tax, so the flight was not actually free. Never the less, a return flight from the UK to France usually cost somewhere in the region of about

What is Apple iBeacon technology?
Tumblr media
In the summer of 2013, Apple’s software chief Craig Federighi launched the location within buildings based on Bluetooth low energy wireless technology with the presentation of the mobile operating system iOS 7. The apple iBeacon was also rather casually used in listing the new functions for the proprietary process, which can now be used not only by Mobile Apple devices but also by smartphones with Android 4.3.
The core of apple iBeacon technology is small beacon devices – so-called beacons – the size of a matchbox, which can be installed either battery-powered or with permanent power connection in rooms or on objects. Smartphones can also act as a beacon and are attractive to companies that use iPads, for example, as information access similar to Apple’s in its stores. Such a beacon sends a unique identifier, the so-called UID (Unique ID), at short, regular intervals in the 2.4 GHz band.
If an app on the smartphone is configured to receive iBeacon signals and the smartphone is within range of a transmitter, the technology allows the location within a building to be determined. Similar to locating with mobile phone masts, iBeacon tracking works based on the signal strength mentioned in RSSI. iBeacon distinguishes between “Immediate” (0 to 10 cm), “Nearby” (10 cm to 3 m) “Wide away” (further than 3 m) for the distances that iBeacon-receiving smartphones measure based on signal strength.
The smartphone becomes a museum and shopping guide with iBeacon
The possibilities of iBeacon technology can be explained by a visit to the museum. As soon as the iPhone detects the first beacon in front of the museum’s doors, the museum app starts in the background and greets the visitor with information about current exhibitions. Once opened, the iPhone becomes a source of information with texts, images, and videos. The system locates the user and knows, for example, which exhibit he is currently in front of. The prerequisite is that the content is already available on the smartphone or can be reloaded via an internet connection. IBeacons do not send any data except for the UID.
However, the respective UID can also ensure that the iPhone loads the appropriate audio file and takes over the function of a location-specific audio guide during the entire visit. This works without having to make a selection or jump to the next title. Thanks to the cheap beacons, even museums with small budgets are able to provide their guests with an informative stay by text and sound. Expensive audio guides could soon be a thing of the past.
Apple iBeacon also offers store operators opportunities to offer improved services – from the welcome message with a special, personal offer, starting with navigating and searching for specific products in the store, to further-on- Information about products. If the smartphone user stays in front of a table with shirts, an iBeacon signal could trigger the message of a bonus promotion or recommend suitable trousers.
What is Apple iBeacon technology?
IoT Beacon technology is a standard based on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for navigation in closed rooms. Apple used the English term for the beacon to name the iBeacons.
Beacon is a transmitter or receiver based on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or Bluetooth Smart technology. Basically, this is a radio technology that can be understood as a further development of Bluetooth. It has been known for several years, but with major marketer, Apple becoming known to a wider audience under the name iBeacon. Smartphones and tablets are equipped with this technology from iOS7 and Android 4.3 respectively and are therefore susceptible to beacons.
Like beacons, the transmitters allow smartphones and other receivers to determine their position. In closed rooms, apple ibeacon enables a much more precise location determination than the standard technologies GPS, WLAN and cellular network.
BLE has been an extension of the industry-standard Bluetooth 4.0 since December 2009 and network devices in an area of approximately 10 meters.
Technical aspects of apple iBeacon technology
As with any radio technology, you first need a transmitter and a receiver: these are called beacons. its range is about 50 meters, but it is also spoken of up to 75 meters, depending on the level of development and manufacturer. Data transmission between devices uses far less energy than the predecessor Bluetooth, which results in low battery consumption on the smartphone, for example. The cost of the transfer also remains low. Large amounts of data are not suitable for exchange because the transfer rate is relatively low. The beacons themselves are operated by battery or less frequently direct power connection.
A device cannot be addressed by a beacon until appropriate software (app) is installed. As soon as a compatible smartphone or tablet is in the scope of a beacon, these push messages can be sent. If several beacons are placed in the radius of action, the location of the receiver can also be determined relatively precisely.
Use of ibeacons in marketing
Apple iBeacon are already in use in many places to locate visitors in a shop and to send location-dependent offers to the respective terminal device. For example, beacons are used at Hamburg Airport, which measures the time spent in various shops and rewards them with rewards.
Some events, in turn, navigate visitors using beacon technology. This use can be observed especially at events in the digital industry.
In addition, PayPal works with PayPal Beacon on automatic payment. This innovation connects the customer with the business and allows the automatic processing via PayPal without coming into contact with the cash register.
Beyond Museum and Marketing
Since the summer of this year, San Francisco Airport has been using about 300 beacons the size of a bottle cap, distributed throughout the airport, to make it easier for visually impaired people to navigate the building. The Bluetooth signals, which send the battery-powered beacons of the Austrian manufacturer indoors, which cost about 20 US dollars (equivalent to 16 euros), are received and processed by an app. This indicates striking locations using the built-in reading function. A list of shops and other places also allows navigation through the airport.
Content not available. Please allow cookies by clicking Accept. If you want to experience iBeacon in action in this country, you only have to pay a visit to MOKOSmart. We recently installed an unknown number of beacons there, which, in combination with the Lufthansa app for iOS, indicate the next Lufthansa lounge or the waiting time at the security check. In London Gatwick, London Luton and the French hub Charles de Gaulle in Paris, however, low-price competitor Easyjet has launched a first test run with beacons. The airline’s app will also serve as a navigation aid and will remind you to open the electronic ticket at the security check and other controls.
Apple iBeacon soon nationwide?
The fact that beacons will increase in importance and distribution in the coming year is primarily due to the wide availability of hardware and software solutions. While companies like Bluloc position themselves as universal service players, other startups like Asandoo are tinkering with iBeacon-based home help systems for the elderly. “It gets really interesting when you look at beacons as a mobile companion and complement to the smartphone,” says Stephanie Renda, managing director of match2blue. The specialist of mobile applications and context-sensitive solutions works on beacon products for different target groups. With lilalarmi, for example, a small signal transmitter for the whole family will be launched at the beginning of 2015.
The app Barcoo, which is one of the original rocks of the App Store, on the other hand, consistently drives the marketing track and shows in cooperation with My Muesli how iBeacon-based marketing can be operated at the store level. If you stroll through the Viktualienmarkt in Munich and pass the My-Muesli-Shop, you will receive a push message via the Barcoo app, which informs about new products or invites you to a coffee.
Whether beacons will be the next big thing in the promotion of the knot is debatable and depends heavily on consumer acceptance. “Technically, a lot is possible, but the consumer decides on the relevance,” Christian Schmalzl, CEO of the advertising service provider Ströer, told the Berliner Morgenpost. That’s why beacon advertising needs to be “really good.”
With regard to iBeacon-enabled receivers, the release of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus has ensured a further spread. Before the launch of the iPhone, the market share of iBeacon-enabled iPhones among all iPhones was already 73 percent. With a market share of 42.1 percent in the U.S. market, nearly one in three smartphones was an iBeacon-enabled iPhone before the launch of the new iPhones. For smartphones running Android, at least version 4.3 is required, which Google says is installed on more than a third of all devices. So good conditions are for 2015 to be the year of the Beacons.
Beacon (Proximity iBeacon)
A beacon is a small hardware device associated with location-based services that enable data transfer to mobile devices within a specific radius of the device. For most applications, the recipients must have enabled Bluetooth, the associated mobile app with Location Services, and signed up for the sender to transfer the information. Beacons are usually small standalone devices attached to walls or objects. The simplest beacons only send a signal to the devices that are within range. They can also be connected to Wi-Fi and cloud, including storage, compute resources, and temperature and motion detection sensors (among other options).
A typical configuration could include an ARM processor, a chipset from Nordic Semiconductor or Texas Instruments, a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) module, and a battery. The devices are energy-saving and cost-effective with a battery life of several years. Beacons are often designed to function like lighthouses and emit an intermittent signal that can be detected by a nearby unit. Instead of the light signals that ships transmit, a beacon emits a radio signal that can be received by mobile devices equipped with the associated app.
Google developers commented on the release of the Eddystone Beacon profile: “Just as lighthouses have helped sailors navigate the world for thousands of years, electronic beacons can be used to provide precise location and provide contextual cues within apps.” Google’s Eddystone and Apple’s iBeacon are the two most commonly implemented beacon protocols. Here’s a quick explanation of how iBeacon works: Any hardware device that supports Bluetooth 4.0 can theoretically become a beacon in an iBeacon network. This means that smartphones, PCs, and tablets can act as beacons.
The beacon continuously searches for iOS-based mobile devices that have Bluetooth enabled and run the associated mobile app. When the beacon detects such a device, it sends a connection request to turn on the app. The information within the request contains the information needed to transmit the desired communication to the device in real-time. Beacons are increasingly being used in retail environments where they are used to streamline mobile payment systems and conduct proximity marketing: the wireless provision of advertising material to mobile users within reach. The location can be determined so precisely that a buyer who is in front of a particular product can be offered coupon offers, lightning sales, and suggestions for related products, among many other options.
With apple iBeacon technology, many other applications are possible. The same precision in targeting that consumers find allows communication with someone standing in a particular place in a stadium, in front of a museum installation, or a work of art in a gallery. The technology can give users instructions or maps to airports such as gates, ticket counters, shops, and restaurants, and identify the nearest elevators, toilets and free phones. Similar apps can help people in other major institutions like hospitals and help them find their cars when they leave these places.

12th August 2017
0600 and Steve was up and out of his bed like a child on Christmas Day. I have no idea how he does it. I have to put an alarm on before my actual alarm for any chance of me getting up. We snuck around the room trying our hardest not to wake Mel up. We got dressed, sorted the last of our bags and left. Just as we were leaving, she woke up for a hug bye. She got out of bed but I made her get back in. We went down to the kitchen area so we could grab our small food shop. It was going to be a killer carrying this but we will be grateful for it, I'm sure. Steve told me I'm an idiot for making us carry it but who knows what's going to be where we're going. I had ten minutes spare so I was able to FaceTime Dad. He's much better and at home. Thankfully. 0630 and time to get to the station. The walk would've been about 10 minutes normally but took us, what seemed like forever. We were hurting, a lot, sweating and hating every moment. We had 18kg on our shoulders, 8kg in our hand luggage and a food shop. The main entrance to the shopping centre was shut, like any normal shopping centre would be at 0700... We had to walk the long way round the back to get into the bus/coach stop. Luckily, a few people from our hostel were getting the same bus (or so I presumed at the time) so we knew we were in the right place. We sat down and waited for Premier Motor Services bus to turn up, which it did within 10 minutes. The driver got out, took peoples tickets and shoved their bags underneath. We got seated and waited to leave. I enjoyed Cairns but I guess we didn't get to see as much as we liked too. I wanted to do the Reef but I was too poorly. I couldn't drink or anything so I just sat on the side like a lemon. We'll go back to get a better opinion of it hopefully. The driver got on and started to drive. He went on the microphone and said "Hi guys, my name is Gary and I'm your step in driver! The actual driver had an accident yesterday so has been caught up with that and hasn't managed to sleep prior to this shift. Go easy on me as I don't normally drive this service and hopefully I'll get you there as soon as possible!". During his speech, that made me feel uneasy as it was, the two English lads from our hostel were shouting over him. "Gary!", "GARY!", "Gary, the luggage doors are still open, you need to stop!". He pulled over, got out, shut the luggage doors, and we continued our journey... I fell asleep for two hours and woke up around 0930. Steve was awake the whole time flicking through his phone until he lost service, the more we got into the middle of nowhere. We arrived in Tully around 1000. Steve made a joke and said "Look out for Jack picking those bananas!". As we pulled up to drop some people off, we saw Jack sitting and waiting for his bus back to Cairns. We banged on the window and he saw us. We gave a wave and he text saying how weird that was... Which, it really was. Next stop, Cardwell. The driver announced that there would be a half an hour stop here which was great in my eyes. Nothing gives me more anxiety than having to get up in front of people and be watched by everyone. This way everyone was getting off and we could leave without people knowing. We saw The Kookaburra as we were driving and we wanted the coach driver to stop but he seemed to continue for ages. Eventually he stopped and we got off, with everyone else. We grabbed our bags and Steve wanted me to ring the hostel because they said they'd pick us up. I was too nervous, as was he, so we walked. Stupid decision really because we had a 20/30 minute walk, in the blazing sun with however much stuff we had. After a few stops, a lot of sweat and moans, we arrived at the check in desk. A man called Rod checked us in. Rod started to say how we couldn't have a double room because we weren't married. Apparently, it was a joke but he said that to me on the phone too so I was a bit like 'okay'. He gave us our room key (together, by the way), took payment and told us the rules etc. Rod went on to say how Steve should never marry an English woman because it'll be the worst mistake of his life. I presume his previous marriage didn't work out well... Rod told us to go to our room, come back and get more stuff that we would need. The hostel is split into two which is then split into another two. The first big two splits are between dorms with more than 4 beds in one room and double rooms. Then you have two different lots of dorms and two different lots of doubles. If that makes sense, which it probably doesn't. We are in what's called the 'South Side' and then the other is 'North' which you probably guessed... Both side do get on, but you just sort of stick with your own side because that's who you see most. Groups gradually go back to those sides. Steve and I were absolutely pooing ourselves, to put it nicely. We were new, in the middle of nowhere and starting a new job Monday. It was all happening at once. We met two girls in the kitchen from Southend although they're leaving on Thursday. I guessed we were their replacements. When we got to our room, we met a girl outside, Ciar (pronouced 'Kia'). She and her boyfriend Matt are from Doncaster and they're lovely. They're our next door neighbours. Our room number is 'N'. You have 8 double rooms in this courtyard area and another 8 opposite. There's a salt water swimming pool, a garden area and free use of the BBQ. We went back to Rod and he took us into the back room to get what we would need in the kitchen. He gave us a laundry basket for our clothes and then saucepans, frying pans, mugs and cutlery. The mugs have letters 'SL' on which is great for Steve! Mines pink, his is yellow. We decided to go for a walk to the beach which is on our doorstep. Well, it's across the road and the road is absolutely massive. It's like the 4 lanes of the M25. It is a highway but it's not that busy. Lorries use it frequently but you can easily cross. We got to the beach and I wanted to walk along the sand. Steve saw a sign stating 'Crocodiles swim in this area' as well as 'Stingers get swimmers often'. He was too scared in case one would jump out and eat him so we walked along the path beside it. We got to the pier/jetty thing and walked down. There were many people fishing off of it. The little cafes near by all sell fish like it's going out of fashion. We took some photos and then took a slow stroll back. We went into the office to ask for a second key to our room and Leonie was there. Rod and Leonie are married and they own the Kookaburra Holiday Park. Half is a hostel for backpackers doing farm work and the other half is a caravan holiday park for holiday makers. They have good connections with the farmers so they help everyone get work when they can. They look after us and give us what we need. We saw Leonie's dog - Marco and stroked him. Leonie asked if I would give him a bath so I said yes. He's a fairly small fluffy dog, not sure what breed. Like a really fat Pomeranian maybe. We took him into the garden area, hosed him down and washed him twice. It was more difficult than I pictured. I couldn't have done it on my own I don't think. I also managed to whack my head on a shelf which hurt stupid amounts. We took Marco back and Leonie gave me $25 for doing it. What a day so far! I was absolutely knackered mind you. It was time to actually unpack our stuff. Our room isn't too bad. It's slightly bigger than Steve's room at home. We have a fridge, which has been unplugged and leaked everywhere. A TV which works and plays football... A wardrobe, drawers and two shelves. I would like to describe it as 'in a tin'. It feels like we're in a caravan somehow. There's free aircon even though the sign beneath it says 'Coin Operated'. We sat outside and chatted to the people in our courtyard area. Ciar said there was going to be a BBQ later on and that everyone's going out out because 4 people are leaving. We met a girl called Lexi who's 27 and lovely. Not sure where she's from. There's another girl from Germany but I don't know her name. There's about 40 backpackers here so it'll take some time before we know people and fit in. We went to the IGA to get a few bits that we needed AKA beers that Steve needed. We came back and chatted to more and more people. It became fairly overwhelming because I couldn't remember names and there's big personalities here. We got ready to go out out and headed off to the North Side to meet more people. Steve's happy as there's a few lads here that love football. We've met a fair few that support Liverpool too, for some strange reason. There's a lad called Jack from Luton so he's fairly close to us too. The BBQ was off as we missed it, I think. Or maybe it never happened, I'm not sure. Lexi and I still made sandwiches as we hadn't eaten all day. We have hardly any food and to go to Coles we have to wait for the group to ask. You can hire the van here for $40 so you need a group of you to make it cheap enough. It's a good 40 minute drive from here which is so long. It'll take about 3-4 hours out of your day just to get a food shop done. We sat down meeting more and more people. The girls were all dressed up, drinking and having fun. The girls here are absolutely STUNNING which is so rubbish. I'm the biggest girl here which is annoying too. Hopefully they won't judge me that much. There's a girl from Manchester here who is absolutely gorgeous but she's ridiculously loud. Like, screaming, jumping and kicking doors open loud. She kicked the door open when I was behind it and it smacked into my wrist. It hurt so bad. She took all day to introduce herself, too. We sat at the tables in the garden area, drinking (water) and chatting. The tables eventually divided into North and South side which is when I started to understand the split. Steve and I had every intention on going out out with them but my head started to bang by 2030. We were meant to be leaving at 2100. The group were going to Waterfront which is a bar/restaurant about 45 minutes walk away. Rod and Leonie said they'd do lifts for us at 2100 and the restaurant staff would bring us back at the end of the night. They make enough money to do so. Steve and I bailed and went back to our room. We had been up for so long and I couldn't be near loud music with my headache. Steve was more than happy to go back as Liverpool was on the TV... I fell asleep listening to Steve moan and groan at the football.

EFL Championship Match Previews – 28th September Saturday
QPR v West Brom
Queens Park Rangers, one of the surprise packages of the season, look to maintain their strong start to the campaign on Saturday lunchtime when taking on the only remaining unbeaten side in the division; West Bromwich Albion. With both sides witnessing plenty of goals in their matches to date, could we see another entertaining affair at Loftus Road?
Well, there is most certainly every chance of that happening. We’ll focus on QPR, first and foremost. Mark Warburton has certainly made an impression since his appointment and he has somewhat unleashed the shackles on this young, vibrant squad, and they’re reaping the rewards.
It is four straight league victories for the R’s, and they’re slowly starting to fall into the category of ‘teams you don’t want to be playing right now’. WBA will be more than wary of potentially losing their unbeaten record. In fact, only West Brom have scored more goals than QPR in the league after nine games.
Slaven Bilic has made an impression of his own since entering the job over the summer. They’ve shown different sides to their game at times when they’ve needed to. Bottom side Huddersfield gave them some problems on Sunday, before ending strongly to win 4-2. They scored late to draw at Craven Cottage the weekend before, there is a resilience to this team which is making them hard to beat.
Some will argued that WBA have ultimately drew half of their games, but the last two of those were away at Fulham and Derby, which is a good result in the Championship. Like QPR, they’re scoring goals but they’re anything but bulletproof defensively. This open brand of football has got them results, but this weekend [resents a very intriguing tactical battle in the Capital City.
As mentioned, both are scoring goals, yet they’ve shipped double figure goals, as well. Only four other sides have conceded more than QPR have done, and two of those are the actual bottom two. Every WBA game this season has seen both teams score, whilst in only one QPR league game has this happened.
Goals has to be the play here and Over 2.5 goals will be the play. QPR’s league matches are averaging around 3.3 goals, whilst six of their eight games contained over 2.5 goals. Flip across for WBA, and they’re averaging around 3.1, with recent scores of 4-2 and 3-2 suggesting what could potentially happen on Saturday if both sides play true to their rather expansive attacking style of play. Neither of these teams are really going to settle for a point here, and attack is general their best form of defence.
Asian Total Goals Betting Recommendation: Over 2.50 goals at 1.730
Huddersfield v Millwall
Danny Cowley has stated his pleasure at certain aspects of how his side has played in the two games at the helm, but they’ve ultimately shipped six goals in the process. He acknowledges they are in a relegation battle, and if they continue to average three goals conceded per game then they will be a League One club next season. However, there is still signs of optimism for the Terriers. Another full week on the training ground will serve them well as the players look to take on the countless information they’ve received onto the field of play.
Millwall have suffered a dip of their own, albeit not to the level of their winless opponents this weekend. Neil Harris however will be concerned at a run of five Championship matches without a win, and he’ll be keen for them to go back to basics in their quest to end their losing run. Harris switched to a 3-4-1-2 system for the visit of QPR, who emerged victorious, and is likely to return to a 4-4-2/4-4-1-1 shape for the trip to the John Smith’s Stadium.
Huddersfield themselves are looking for a go back to basics approach of their own and Cowley has practically confirmed this is in immediate, short-term plan to get them improving results, or at least stop conceding goals. We may only be on matchday nine in the league, but this Saturday is looking like must-win for Huddersfield already.
Everyone in and around the club will know that, and anything less will see a few resigned faces in the stands, after spending the last two seasons in the Premier League. As mentioned, they’re conceding too many goals, the joint-most along with Stoke, the other winless team in the division. Cowley made his Lincoln team hard to beat and would regularly keep clean sheets. He has stated certain players ultimately aren’t doing what he is asking of them, so you suspect January will be a key month for them.
Millwall were often involved in close, low-scoring matches last season and that is very much the case this time around. Their matches are averaging only 2.1 goals, with only Brentford’s witnessing fewer. For Huddersfield, it jumps up to 3, but only on a count of their poor defensive record.
One positive for Huddersfield was scoring two at West Brom, the first time they’ve scored more than once in a game since March. Having a goal threat in their position is obviously key, but a clean sheet will arguably be their first point of call. If they can achieve that, they’ve always got half a chance. Millwall only have one goal more than Huddersfield, so everything is pointing towards a close match this weekend, between two out of form outfits.
Under 2.5 Goals simple has to be the way forward for a game of this nature. Huddersfield are the home side and will look to dictate the pace of the game, and they won’t want this to turn too open, knowing Millwall are a big threat on the break. Game management is so often a big plus in the Cowley column, but ultimately it is the players who have to do the job.
Millwall have failed to score more than once in a league match this season, last doing so in April. Both are showcasing clear limitations in front of goal, whilst defensively they aren’t so clever either. Something has to give this weekend, and I’d be surprised if this was high-scoring.
Asian Total Goals Betting Recommendation: Under 2.50 goals at 1.620
Middlesbrough v Sheffield Wednesday
It seems many clubs in the league and still trying to find their feet this season for one reason or another. One major reason is a change of management, and especially a change in style of play. Middlesbrough perhaps typify this more than most, with Jonathan Woodgate, in his first job in management, looking to install a vibrant offensive philosophy following on from veteran Tony Pulis.
Boro are yet to truly convince this season, certainly not on a consistent basis. Two wins, three draws and three losses reflects that, as does only eight goals in that period. Remember that three of those came on the opening day when drawing away at Luton. It was likely to be a season of transition for the club anyway, but they’ll still expect some improvement in terms of results sooner rather than later.
Sheffield Wednesday lost Steve Bruce in pre-season, with Lee Bullen overseeing a fair chunk as caretaker boss. Garry Monk is now at the helm, gaining four points from his first two matches in the job. This has led to increased optimism around the club that they can indeed mount a realistic play-off push. A win at the Riverside would further enhance such claims.
Wednesday have already won away at Huddersfield and Reading, plus Rotherham in the Carabao Cup. It is likely that the Monk blueprint in their games on the road will be what we saw them do at Huddersfield. Expect to see them sit back and invite pressure, before picking and choosing their own moments to express themselves.
Sheff Wed sit third in the league in relation to average shots on target. Only Leeds and Fulham have achieved more. Middlesbrough is slightly lower, but these two teams when it comes to just average shots on goal per game are pretty much middle of the road. They’ll have good days, and bad days.
I anticipate this game being a bad day on the goal front, and Under 2.5 goals shall be the selection. Why? Well, this has the makings of a real tactical battle and I can’t ignore how Sheff Wed played in the Huddersfield game. With Boro lacking bite in attack, I think they may have their struggles breaking the opposition down. They’ll look to control the ball and be positive, but they could almost try too hard and could grow frustrated.
These two are seeing an average of 2.3 and 2.1 goals per game on average in the league so far anyway, with only five of 16 combined seeing over 2.5. We’d be a little unlucky if that number increased.
Asian Total Goals Betting Recommendation: Under 2.50 goals at 1.610

Rusty’s conversions Path to motor-home making
Preface
Tens of thousands of young people struggle to pay rent, another thousand want to travel the world but they either find it to expensive and cannot afford to buy a caravan, motor home or anything similar. Well I am here to tell you that you can afford to do it, to travel the world, to get a home without needing a mortgage, to have your dream R.V for the dream price. Whilst I was building my own vehicle I learnt that what other people have done with their own vehicle and what they have bought to build them was misleading and many a times to expensive to afford. But afterward I learnt that every self-made camper is extremely personal and built to the exact specifications of that person. That is why I started to help people build motor homes, to help them get that personalised experience without making them pay tens of thousands of euro’s just to get what they want and without forcing them to stick to one kind and size of vehicle.
  1:Choosing the Vehicle
You can use ANY vehicle to build a motor home, from Volkswagen to Iveco trucks to busses and old pickup truck any vehicle can be converted no matter what it is. The choice of vehicle normally is judge by the terrain it’s going to be used in, the reason for the conversion e.g traveling or living, the amount of people within it, parking space, the drives experience with the size of the vehicle all these examples are a huge factor in your choice of vehicle. And compromise is the number one thing you need to think about, someone may want a large kitchen whilst their significant other would want space for their electric piano and heaps upon heaps of items. Some may have children who would need their own space to play in. So remember to make compromise.
 2:Commercial Layout’s
In most commercial motorhome’s storage spaces is sacrificed for accommodation some built their motorhomes for longer living but the average day motorhome will always have less storage then a self-built one because most people would use a motorhome as a sort of larger car which they can sleep in.
  3:Travel lightly
Civilization doesn’t end 1 kilometre on the highway, even on the highway there are gas stations and rest stop which have food and even in the smallest village or town there is bound to be a small supermarket nearby with reasonable prices. Do not pack yourself with ten tons of supplies for a few weeks on the coast of Spain or for moving from one town to the next. If you do plan to travel large distances and to places where the nearest supermarket is around 50 kilometres away from you simply create a list with what you require and what it will weigh on the vehicle which brings me to my next point.
  4:Weight is the enemy
Make sure you know what kind of weight your vehicle can take. Overloading will not only mess with the vehicles fuel consumption but for when traveling isolate areas, you must make sure that fuel, water and food form most of your weight everything else must be minimised. The building of the interior itself is made so it does not weigh on the vehicle so that this problem is avoided and so the only weight that would come into play would be the items you have chosen to store.
  5:Indoor or outdoor use
The first thing you need to choose when choosing the vehicle is whether you will be mostly living inside or outside of it. If it is for outside use a medium sized pick up or jeep will be enough to house all the camping supplies and outdoor living supplies you need however if you are traveling with more than one person that is where you must go at least a little bit larger like a van or something like a Citroen Berlingo.
   5:Mostly indoors
The indoor use of the vehicle depends on the amount of people within it. But in most cases a simple ford transit would suffice or a Mercedes van if you cannot afford those sorts of vehicles then anything that is at least as large as those vehicles if you seek something even larger then look for Luton vans. My own personal van which is a Luton LDV convoy houses 3 people and is the size of larger caravan or truck. We chose this vehicle because we’re 3 adults living in a rather confined space so If we chose anything smaller we wouldn’t be able to breath. So, chose your size dependent on how many people will live within the van and what sort of space does everyone need for instance horse transportation vehicle offer a larger roof height and space to work within and are normally of good quality depending on the make. The best makes would be anything by ford or any other company known for building commercial transport vehicles, fords are a classic and easy purchase due to their cheap parts and service, but that doesn’t mean you have to have a ford 100%
 6:Going up in size
Some people need space, lots of it, that is why they chose to go up in size drastically from things like double decker buses to large Iveco and Renault trucks with containers on the back of them. Now not everyone can afford these sorts of vehicle it is understandable, and they aren’t something you can park at your local Lidl or Aldi store but if you chose to buy this you will have a literal house on wheels. You will have enough space to store whatever you wish to store and not have to worry so much about the weight of the vehicle, you can even store your own car inside of it to travel into the cities.
   7:The vehicle itself
When getting the vehicle make sure to check with the person you are buying with these details, what sort of drive it is front, back of four-wheel drive if it’s a heavier vehicle rear drive is a must because otherwise you will have difficulty handling the vehicle. What is the engine size, the millage of the vehicle, and if you buy it second hand check every inch of it for rust. When I bought my first van it was so rusted that I could see the road whilst driving, it took us a month to get rid of all of it and rust proof every inch.
     The Engine
           1:Diesel or petrol?
Now in this part I will not be speaking about the prices of diesel or petrol I will be speaking about how good the engines of said fuel is. Now without a doubt in my mind I would say get a Diesel, Diesel engines wear less over time and last longer, they are also more powerful being able to give high rates of torque (power) to the drive at low gears, they (unlike petrol engines) used a compression system to ignite the fuel making it less wearable and very slightly more water resistant, but only from the outside, if water gets in the engines air cylinder it will break instantly. But of course, sometimes you cannot be picky with what engine you want so you must buy a petrol. If you are looking to buy a petrol engine, make sure of this that it doesn’t have a mechanically timed ignition system. These systems have a little bit inside the engine that generates small sparks of electricity overtime whilst you are driving the problem is because of all the sparking this bit starts to oxidize. That is why normally diesel engines have a 5 year guarantee whilst petrol only have 3 years.
  2:LPG
Now my knowledge of LPG gas is mostly from word of mouth but what I do know that LPG is the cheapest fuel available in some countries. My advice is that if you plan to make your vehicle LPG make sure you first check the prices for converting it to LPG and how much does LPG gas cost.
   3:Emissions
Normally emissions test at your local mechanics tell you the exact amount of emissions your vehicle lets out the most environmental cars are diesel ones do to their ability to be converted to run on bio fuel such as cocking oil. And they are easiest to turn into hybrid electric engines which are more fuel efficient and better for the eco system.
  The Interior
As we spoke about before commercial Motorhomes are mostly set as a large version of a car with a bed with minimal storage opportunities, we spoke about the choice of vehicle before how the vehicle should be influenced by whether it is for outdoor or indoor living same is said of course for the interior.
 1:Mainly Outdoor
The interior for outdoor living should be mainly focused on two things storage and beds. You need to make as much storage as possible for your portable tables, cooker, and gazebo possibly. The beds are the thing that will take most of the space and if of course you would like to there is the possibility of building a pop top to accommodate two people in a smaller vehicle.
  2:Mainly Indoor
For those not so enthusiastic about the outdoors a small camper or vehicle is extremely claustrophobic even for one person. So my advice is to simply get a motorhome it’s more comfortable and requires less movement. The storage in a motorhome is as equally important as an outdoor camper, even more so, you need room for all sorts of things clothes, food, water storage, shower. All of these come into play with the interior for instance in the motorhome I live in the layout of the storage is similar to that of airplanes where there are two upper shelfs close to the roof for storage that and the cupboards, closest and pantries. From personal experience I know 3 people or more could live comfortably within this size of camper and a single person it’s like a self-made luxury palace
 3:Structured storage is a must
In either situation whether it is indoor or outdoor camping your storage needs to be structured and laid out in such a way that you’re not just throwing things around randomly then rummaging through tons of stuff to get something like an iPhone charging cable. Living in a caravan everything you take must be put back in its specific place otherwise you won’t have enough room to walk around the place let alone live in it. So make sure once the storage space is built to set up a system for how you will use it and label everything.
  4:Ease of storage
Now most people would just jump straight into using cupboards, shelfs and pantries but those are never enough if your planning to live in it for longer. The best and easiest way to create storage is to make your bed/couch into a storage pit where you can put anything and then just lift the top of the couch and take it out. But of course, calculate what to place where so is not to disbalance the vehicle. Another easy way to get extra storage for the smaller things that just don’t fit is simple. Shoe pockets. Just buy a row of shoe pockets and cut them into induvial pockets then stable them to the wall using a industrial staple gun.
   5:Beds
Simply out to make it easier on yourself get/build a foldable bed which turns into a couch. It is the easiest and simplest way to get a bed because A even if you’re alone it’s good to have a foldable bed because it will be considerably larger then a smaller one. B the bed can be modified into a storage compartment and even made into a completely custom thing like a bed/couch with speakers under it. If you just want a simple bed without the extras then simply get a spring or wooden bed, I prefer wooden because it’s easier to repair if it breaks.
 6:Kitchens
For the kitchen I advise keep it simple. You don’t need a 5 star restaurant’s kitchen you need a simple stove for cooking, an oven if you want for baking, a sink to wash fruits, vegetables, used cooking items and some form of ventilation a small window or air vent for the smoke and heat. The stove and oven can be bought from any store from your country for instance IKEA.
  7:Floor Coverings
The floor needs to have regular tile flooring to make it easy to clean but as well as that it needs a carpet. Because when winter comes 😉 your feet will freeze, now of course if you’re in a southern more warm country simply keep one stored away somewhere so you can easily just pull it out and roll it onto the floor if it gets cold. But if your up north in the middle of November a carpet is a must so is and interior heating which brings me onto my next point.
 8:Heating
Interior heating can either be made simple by putting in an old wood stove burner or getting a blow heater. To building an entire gas heating system inside. Now although it sounds tempting this system is rather redundant in my mind because if something breaks you can’t use it. The number one rule I keep in the making of my vans is make sure everything is portable and separate because this way if anything on the inside breaks, or simply stops working, you don’t have to take apart the entire van to fix or replace it. You can choose from a wide variety of things to heat your vans interior from gas heaters, to wood burners, to low level voltage and amperage radiators and blow heaters.
  9:A-WINGS
A-wings is all-but essential apart from providing shelter from sun, rain and snow it’s much warmer in an awing on a cold night even without the side curtains. mosquito curtains are a very good thing to consider for the awing. Most awing sellers rate the A-wings aesthetics and ease of use rather then it’s practicality. As a rule the more stylish the awing is the more it won’t be able to withstand strong winds. So make sure you look into the awing your buying before you put it on there, look at reviews and what conditions people have used them in.
    10:Materials
Any self-build traveller would tell you the same. Plywood is the best material for building indoor interior, it’s light, strong able to take on huge amounts of weight, durable and long lasting. It comes in many size and thicknesses. The best plywood marine quality plywood but unfortunately, it’s pricy, even then regular plywood would suffice and is still a very good building material. Sheet aluminium can be used as well as a light material to be fitted and it is cut easily with a grinder without making any sparks. Now to calculate how much you need just draw a layout of your vehicle and measure it accurately then draw out how many square meters you will need for interior walls and things like cupboards, chairs, shelfs and so on.
   11:Distributing weight
Now comes the important bit, weight distribution, we talked about this in previous parts but here I am going to go into detailed where to put what to make sure it doesn’t get off balanced or worse off the road and on the ground. The first bit is that any heavy tools, leisure batteries, water tanks, gas tanks and any other heavy items are stored at the bottom around the wheel base because no matter the height of the vehicle if you over way the top it’s bound to tip on a turn and fall. So make it a rule to keep extremely heavy objects down to the ground. Now up high you can store things like clothes and light objects clothes and any other lightweight materials. Make sure you measure the distance and elevation of each item from the axles centre and calculate how much will the items weigh in on each axle so is not to disbalance the vehicle.
  12:Piping and Wiring
Draw out a chart for the wiring and piping within the van and set it up before the cladding, whilst doing so do not use rubber tubing to cover up the wires because it makes it hard to do repairs afterwards instead use spiral plastic binding available from caravan and boat equipment suppliers.
   13:Insulation
Now when insulating the walls you have again a variety of options from glass wol to expanding industrial foam. The most important detail to remember is ventilation if you are in a bus or van with only it’s original windows make sure to build in some ventilation hatches, because the wool keeps the cold air out in and the warm air in at night, but in day time it does the same so you need to let out some of the warm air somehow.
  14:Air conditioning
An air conditioner cannot run just on solar power it needs mains power or a large motor generator because a regular air conditioning system takes around 1000 to 1500 watts of energy to work properly.
 15:Non-Restrained items
Make sure you restrain every single item in your motorhome, it could be the smallest of things like a bottle of ketchup it will inevitably fall to the ground and make a mess, so make sure you make Velcro straps for everything so that it doesn’t fall why you are driving away from a camper site.
  16:Obtaining Registration
Now this is different for every country. For instance, in the UK you can send the photos of your converted motorhome along with you V5 registration document to the DVLA (Drivers Vehicle Licence Agency) via email and get your new registration in the post.
   Electricity
   1:Solar Panels
On a clear summer’s day around noon the solar energy around an area is 1000 watts per square meter, this amount is just a bit short of that needed for an electric kettle. Commercial solar panels are not so efficient, 80 to 90 percent of the energy is lost from the conversion of the solar rays into electricity. Now I know this sound like too little, but it is enough to keep you going, whether for a conventional home or a motorhome solar power is silent, clean and once installed it’s a free electricity for years on. A solar energy electric system also enables the batteries to keep close to fully charge and extends their life.
 2:Estimating what’s required
Estimating how many solar panels you need seems simple just look at how much electricity you need and buy the solar panels accordingly but it’s not quite that simple, one widely sold ’84 watt’ solar panel has a technical information plate its underside advice about the output in more truly typical conditions is around 59 watts, And that is an ambient 20 degrees Celsius. The loss at 40 is a further 8% to 10%. The truth about solar panels is that a regular 12 or 24 volt system the output of mono and polycrystalline solar panels is unlikely to be more then 70%. It mostly depends on the country you are in and the season. To estimate what is probable take the 70% multiply it by sun/hour in your location. For instance, an 80 watt panel will produce 336 watts per hour in a warm place like Australia.
   3:Mounting
Solar panels may be mounted permanently onto the roof of your motor-home, but this means the vehicle must be in the sun all day long. Now I am no fan of the sun myself so it’s always a good idea to keep one loose, so you can put out into the sun but of course you then run the risk of it being stolen. So my advice is mount 2 onto your vehicle and then keep another 1 loose just in case.
  4:Solar Regulators
Some solar panels are “self-regulating” but that is only because they can’t produce as much energy as regular ones so those are to be avoided. The most common type of panel produces around 18-21 volts off-load. These panels must be teamed with a solar regulator to control the charging voltage.
       Continuation
Now I know this sounds like a lot but trust me were only getting started, this is the first of many blog posts about building your own caravan. And if your head is already booming from all the information I have just written out this is where my job comes in I can do all this and more so that you don’t have to, simply contact me with the details of your vehicle and what you need done inside and I will do it for you.

Title Insurance / Owner’s Policy?
"Title Insurance / Owner's Policy?
Hi,     I am in the process of re-financing my mortgage on the property that I have bought two years ago. I have received the below email from the re-financing company.  I see in HUD statement that we have Title Insurance at the time of closing. Also, title search has been done.  Is the title insurance different from Owner's policy? How bad is this?     FYI, I have had a lawyer, RE agent when I bought this property.     Also, please let me know what kind of insurance should I be taking going forward? Thanks for all your help.     We are trying to clear the first mortgage from title but the property was owned by PREVIOUSOWNER. Can you please find out if  CURRENT OWNER(myself) purchased an owner's policy at the time they purchased the property from PREVIOUS OWNER. If they did purchase the policy we will need a copy of it.

Unitrin Direct Auto Insurance (Any good?)?

I wasn't really looking to shop around - and wasn't planning to switch companies to save a buck or two, but I was kinda shocked when the price quote I got from Unitrin Direct (same coverage limits and deductibles) was $510 less than I'm paying now. I called and asked what the catch was and they said they sell direct with no agents/offices and pass the savings onto the customer (logical, but obviously scripted answer). They also touted an A.M. Best Excellent rating, but what good is financial stability if they bungle claims (for example) or have terrible customer service? So I guess I'm looking for a little confidence - or a big fat warning - before I jump into anything. Are they reputable? Is there any objective info available about them? Why are there not provisions in the ACA that put caps on how much health insurance premiums can increase?
I just bought into a health insurance policy as I work 2 part time jobs and get no benefits in those jobs. Now my health insurance provider is saying my health insurance premiums will increase by 50% with higher deductibles and higher out of pocket maximums. This will put a strain on my finance as I can barely afford what I have now and having a $1500 increase really hurt. Why did this ACA not have something to cap these outrageous premium increases plus benefit decreases? It seems to be making it unaffordable rather than affordable.

Title Insurance / Owner's Policy?

Especially if you are new to this internet world, it is important that you engage with the very best businesses online.
This is to make sure that your company will grow in the right way and be successful until the end.
To give you an idea of the top online businesses, check this out:
1. Affiliate marketing
This kind of business is perfect if you don’t have much of a budget for establishing a company. Here, you don’t need to spend any money for a start up even throughout the entire procedure
. What you simply need to do here to earn money is to market other online businesses’ services and products. Тhіs mау іnсludе оnlіnе survеуs, рау реr сlісk аdvеrtіsіng, іntеrnеt mаrkеtіng, аnd sаlеs соруwrіtіng.
2. Вlоggіng
This one is a chronological website that highlights journals, articles, or reviews of a particular topic or product.
Моnеу is generated on autopilot 24 hours a day with these companies bу sеllіng, аdvеrtіsіng аnd іnсоrроrаtіng mаrkеtіng frоm thе соntеnts оf thе blоg.
3. еВау аnd Arbitrage
Another option for starting your online company is selling or selling products via an internet marketplace.
Рrоduсts from these websites can be usеd gооds or brаnd nеw іtеms, whеthеr fоr rеtаіl оr whоlеsаlе, саn bе sоld оr аuсtіоnеd hеrе.
Ехаmрlеs оf tор sеllіng аnd sеllіng busіnеss sоurсеs уоu саn rеlу оn оur еВау аnd Аmаzоn.
There are many people who focus solely on Arbritage, which is when you buy products low from one platform and resell it on another platform.
You can also make money online with arbritrage with solo ads and CPA marketing instead of buying and selling products.
4. Е-соmmеrсе
This is a company where you sell technologically based services and products on a specific website. This is a good kind of business as these goods and solutions are in demand these days.
Shopify and Etsy are popular options to start eCommerce and dropshipping businesses.
5. Arts and Crafts
Here, creativity is your greatest asset and investment. You may make, or produce, your lovely crafts and arts and sell it online. This kind of company is proven effective and successful today in the internet market.
Many people also produce their own beauty or skin products and natural creams. Etsy is the best place for this.
Jewellry is also a hit and I perosnally bought the most beautiful grillz  on Etsy that  came all the way from Texas to me… A girl from Hammersmith, now living in Bedfordshire! Ha. Welcome to a new era of shopping.
6. Internet Research Business
You may also earn from doing some internet research at home.
How does this work? Like for instance, you can do comprehensive studies for company corporations, law firms, libraries, and other sorts of businesses out there.
You can also start off more easily doing surveys, playing games and reviewing websites online to make extra dollars everyday paid straight to your PayPal account.
7. Freelance Services
Depending upon your professional skill, you can also get paid by providing skilled expertise like web designing, copywriting, translating, spokesmodel videos, photography, programming, as well as to various companies online.
If you are interested in this then definitely check out Fiverr today to get started.
8. Recruitment Business
Recruiting is also another simple online business. Again, there’s absolutely no capital to be invested in this business. You can get paid by simply recruiting candidates for a single company.
Then once he has hired, a corresponding amount will be paid to you as a recruiter. This is a more traditional style of work that has actually been around for many years.
I have a friend who has been doing this professionally in Luton, Bedfordshire, for many years and he is highly valued by the companies that he works with.
9. Consulting
Тhіs іs dоnе bу рrоvіdіng уоur knоwlеdgе оn сеrtаіn sресіаlіzеd fіеlds tо еntrерrеnеurs, соrроrаtіоns, іnvеstоrs, аnd suсh.
You can choose whether you want to do advising, mentoring, or specialise in coaching others.
It is said to be one of the most fulfilling careers.
Note though that you will need to build up to this level by estabilising your brand and platform firstly.
10. Vіrtuаl аssіstаnt
Here, you can be paid by providing business or administrative expertise to business owners throughout the globe.
This can be through admin work, personal assitant, social media tasks or data entry for example.
11. Accounting Service
This is a bonus tip! If you have a financial, accounting or tax background you may wish to consider working for yourself.
There’s no law saying that you can’t do tax returns in your bikini…
This is how we started off by doing bookkeeping online many years. Now we have evolved into our true creation – telling people what to do to shamelessly promote themselves!
So this means we get leads and clients for other self employed CPAs and accountants too. All you need is cloud accounting software and a strong mind to deal with tax problems every single day.
Conclusion
These are the top ten online business programs that have earned income and run successfully on the internet these days. You too can work from anywhere and use your personal skills to carve out your own lane.
So if you wish to gain success in this field, it is best to research these online businesses, and then jump in and do it.
Faithful in your success!

These high-flying growth stocks could soar even higher
If you’d had the courage to buy shares in £985m cap travel, logistics and distribution firm Dart Group (LSE: DTG) last November you would have seen your capital double in value over the last nine months.
Don’t kick yourself if you didn’t make that purchase. Based on today’s final results (and despite the market’s initial reaction to them), I still think the shares have further to climb.
Over the year to the end of March, group revenue jumped 23% to £1.73bn. Thanks to strong demand last summer and heavier price discounting in H2, overall revenue at its leisure travel business rose 24% to £1.57bn. Dart’s airline, Jet2.com, carried over 7m passengers to holiday destinations in 2016 — a 17% increase on the previous year. There was also a 42% rise in the number of customers buying package holidays from the company. Revenue at its Distribution and Logistics arm rose 14% to £163.5m.
So, why on earth are shares trading 12% lower this morning?
A lot of this will be down to the fall in pre-tax profits. These flew 14% lower to just over £90m following “considerable investment” in the company’s two new Jet2.com operating bases at Birmingham and London Stansted Airports and a £10.9m charge for foreign exchange revaluation losses. The £900,000 fall in profit at its Logistics arm (to £4.5m) was blamed on a hugely competitive market and a £400,000 bad debt write-off after one customer went into administration.
Despite all this, Dart stated that both of its businesses had made “satisfactory starts” to the 2017/18 financial year and that it was confident of meeting profit expectations, particularly as the new bases should allow it to strengthen its position in the Midlands and attract new customers from London and the East of England. Concerns over Brexit aside, the additional investment undertaken by the company (which also includes the purchase of new and mid-life aircraft and an extension to its Teynham distribution centre) should also pay off over the longer term.
At 13 times trailing earnings, boasting a huge net cash position (£168.5m) and excellent levels of free cashflow, Dart still looks worthy of investment. Today’s sell-off smacks of market impatience, a degree of profit-taking and unchecked expectations.
Whizzing higher
For evidence that it might be best for private investors to ignore any short-term reaction from the market, look no further than Wizz Air (LSE: WIZZ). After dropping as low as 1,560p following February’s Q3 profit warning, shares have rebounded strongly to now trade at 2,553p. That’s a 44% return in just five months.
At 14 times forecast earnings and despite recent gains, shares in Wizz still offer reasonable value, in my opinion. The company’s recent decision to set up camp at Luton Airport (also home to sector peer and FTSE 100 constituent, easyJet) can be taken as a clear statement of intent by management that it won’t be held back by concerns over the impact of Brexit on the European aviation industry.
Elsewhere, the £1.9bn cap’s finances continue to look in excellent shape. It’s got stacks of cash and no debt. What’s more, the returns Wizz manages to generate on the money it invests tend to be far higher than most of its peers.
With Q1 results expected next Wednesday, I wouldn’t be surprised if the stock climbs further over the next month or so, assuming there are no nasty surprises awaiting investors.

FA Cup photo essay: the road to Wembley
Guardian photographer Christopher Thomond documented each round of this year’s FA Cup. Starting with his local team Stockport County in the first round, he followed the winner of each game to the final at Wembley on Saturday.
Click here to view Chris Thomond’s photo essays from each round
Edgeley Park, Saturday 5 November
I’ve been coming here since I was a kid just after the war. There was no seating of course and they just passed us kids down to the front and we sat on the track at the side of the pitch. My son had been coming for ever, sort of. He passed away but the club looked after him. We had a service here and sprinkled his ashes right over by the goalposts and they put a plaque here on the seat” – Ray Bennett, Stockport County fan
This means everything today. We’ve been so unpredictable this season and I thought we were going to struggle. I’m just so happy. Stockport were pretty dirty, Woking were pretty average but, you know, we got through in the end even though the ref was … what can we say about refs this season, awful” – Nicky Donaghey, Woking fan
We played Coventry down here in the FA Cup in the 90s and that was not bad. We drew up there in Coventry but then lost 2-1 down here. I also remember us winning the FA Amateur cup in 1958 so there’s been some good times” – Roger Sherlock, Woking fan
I’ve brought my granddaughter Katie, this is her first game, my grandson and … Holly Willoughby. A friend of mine had a cardboard cut-out of her and I thought she looked really good so I brought her to the game. She’s caused quite a stir. This is her second match” – Paul Sparkes, Accrington Stanley fan
The Cup’s been good for us. In 2002-3 we played Huddersfield here in the Cup. It was televised and we beat them. Then we played Bournemouth and we beat them too. We were part-time and the money from the Cup runs probably went a long way to helping us go full-time” – Malcolm Isherwood, Accrington supporters’ club member
One of the regulars missed the departure of the coach due to flooding around Luton. He followed the coach all the way up the motorway until its first stop on the M6 where he ditched his car and followed on with us up here. On the way back we’ll drop him off again to pick his car up. He’s disabled so he’s paid his badge and the organiser’s given him some money back so he’ll be OK. That’s us though” – Andrew Peill, Luton Town fan
I’ve only been following Stanley for about five years since I moved to Accrington from Preston for work reasons. I thought I’d just go down out of curiosity and I was hooked from day one. You just get a completely different atmosphere at the lower league grounds. I mean, this [the Riverside] is a magnificent stadium but I personally think that when we’re all stood together on the Clayton End, it’s an amazing atmosphere” – Andy Richards, Accrington Stanley fan
My first FA Cup game was against Blackburn Rovers in 1964. I went along but had to leave at half-time. We were stood in a temporary stand that they had put up on the Beech Road side and I could see sod all. I was only a small child and couldn’t see a thing so we went home. Not a good start, though we won 3-1. Hopefully the view today should be a bit better” – Andy James, Oxford United fan
I remember growing up as a kid and looking forward to the Cup draw on Monday afternoon, huddled around the radio at school. Forget all the razzmatazz and all the celebrity draws they have now. For me the FA Cup is still wonderful with its traditions though TV has moved this kick-off to 12.15pm” – John Donovan, organiser of Middlesbrough fans’ group Twe12th Man
This is my twelfth trip to Wembley. The first was in 1976 against Newcastle, we won 2-1; then two appearances in ’81 because we had a Cup Final replay; after that it was the Full Members’ Cup against Chelsea; then the play-offs against Gillingham; then we go to the current era: Man United semi; Stoke final; Chelsea semi; Wigan final; Sunderland; Liverpool; and then today. That’s not bad for a City fan, is it?” – Tony Chaloner, Manchester City fan
I’ve followed Arsenal for many, many years … too many! The suit was made by a tailor in Thailand two years ago because I had to have something special. I’m over at the Emirates perhaps six or seven times a year but this is the first time I’ve worn the suit in London. I get a good reaction all over the place, in the pub, on the underground, everywhere” – Agnar Hansen, Arsenal fan from Norway
My nan, Cathy Draper, passed away a year ago. She was a massive Arsenal fan who went to the Emirates but never got to come here so I though it was a fitting tribute to put the message on my back and take her to Wembley with me. She took me to games and it was kind of our thing” – Luke Ackers, Arsenal fan
I did a gig in Peterborough last night, have already been and set up for Baldock tonight, have come down here on the train and then I’ll get back to the pub for about 9.30pm and be jump-suited up and ready to sing. Hopefully we’ll have won and I’ll be in a really good mood for it, singing a celebratory version of Glory Glory Hallelujah at the tops of our voices” – Mark Goddard, Chelsea fan and Elvis impersonator
