i really love this part in the Bible when Mary is going to the Jesus's tomb after His crucifixion and when she meets Him she of course doesn't recognise Him so she asks about the whereabouts of her rabbi's body, and then Jesus says to her, with what I can imagine the most gentle voice ever and eyes filled with love, "Mary" and then BOOM she recognises Him.

I love this. He has called us by ours name and we belong to Him.

And I really hope that we'll see this scene in The Chosen linking it to the scene from the first episode of the first season of Jesus calling Mary "Mary" instead of Lilith.
