17. How easily would they be convinced to do something that goes against their morals?

It would be incredibly difficult... If it's related to his oath in some way. His oath is pretty broad, though, so a lot of the times he takes a lot of convincing. That being said, his morals can be a bit... loose, at times. He's okay with stretching the truth to get where he needs to be going, for example.

BUT if someone he trusts urges him to do something he isn't okay with, it's a lot easier to convince him!! He might still question it, but in the end if it's someone he cares for, he's going to take their word.

23. How would they want to die?

this question. makes me. hmmm. hold on i'm feeling things

Before the tadpole, Drystan didn't really.. think about his own death too seriously. He always figured he'd be bested by someone in combat, when he was trying to kill a monster or something like that.

But after? He gets this fear of actually becoming illithid. and losing himself. It's not death, not really. He'd still be alive. But he's heard of them in the past, and he knows how evil they can be... he'd become the very thing he has an oath to destroy. So anything, any risk to figure out how to stop this is worth it, to him. Because he will not die an illithid. He will die a tiefling, or they'll stop this. No in between.

50. What is your favorite thing about them?

I still need to explore it more, but i am LOVING his relationship to his oath, esp given the events of the game. it's like... he's got such a clear idea of what is good and bad at the start, it's black and white. but as time goes on and he starts to... lose himself? he starts to question his whole self, his oath, everything that has led him to this moment. maybe he was wrong. and he really does not like the sound of that. I can't wait to explore it more, to explore how much he's willing to stretch his oath to make sure the people he cares about stay okay.
