so, I got really bad news concerning my pay. In 4 days I would’ve worked at my job for a whole 4 weeks and I haven’t seen an ounce of pay. The mayors office is supposed to pay me, and they told us they had a “payroll error” and I’ll be receiving a lump sum on July 17th. I’m not taking their word for it, and I’ve already emailed my local city council member and am emailing the mayor’s office tomorrow.

Obviously this really sucks for me because that’s six weeks without income. I can’t babysit as much because I’m no longer available in the daytime.
