Today I found out that my parents are in fact part of the ‘60+ year old white people casually watching 911’ demographic
Yes my dad only watches eps as they randomly appear on different cable channels, yes he also refuses to watch it from the start on streaming he just chooses to constantly not know what’s going on

I spend a lot of time at home so every time I go out to the city for any reason I am violently reminded of two things;
I am, in fact, Panromantic and find Everyone Pretty
I stare very intensely at people I find ~Attractive~

Hello! I'd love to request Charlie Swan with a teacher girlfriend. Perhaps he comes to visit on his lunch or something and sees how attached the kids are to her and it makes him happy to see how caring she is. Please and thank you!(I work with pre k but my former class was todds and they are still clingy 💖💖)
Lunch Break (Charlie Swan X Teacher!Reader)
Masterlist
Request Something!
Summary: Chief Swan visits his girlfriend on his lunch break, and can’t help but adore the way she is with her students.
A/N: i know nothing about taking care of or teaching little kids lol
***
Charlie wasn’t used to being around a toddler, let alone twenty of them. Even when his daughter Bella was at that age, he didn’t see her much.
Yet here he was, sitting in his girlfriend’s classroom, having lunch with her while a group of toddlers napped on the floor.
“So, how’s your day been?” You asked in a whisper, picking at the burger and fries that Charlie had brought you from the Carver Cafe.
“Oh, not much.” He responded in an equally low voice, but more gruff. His fingers smoothed over his mustache before speaking again. “Still looking into those missing persons cases, but we’ve been coming up with nothing.”
“You’ll find something, bear.” You squeezed his shoulder, and he leaned into your touch. “You always do.”
“Yeah, maybe… But enough about me, how’s your day?”
You let out a tiny laugh, not surprised that Charlie would bounce the attention onto you as soon as he could.
“Well, today we had an art day.” You gestured to one of your tables on the opposite side of the room, covered in different drying papers. “Watercolor, crayon, markers, that kind of thing. That was really fun. I know I shouldn’t play favorites, but I really like Delilah’s. You know her mom, right? Samantha?” Charlie nodded after a quick moment of thought, and so you continued. “Well, she wanted to make a meadow, so she covered her paper in green, and then she stamped little fingerprints all over as flowers. I mean, you kinda have to ask her what it is to figure out what it is, but I don’t know, it was really cute and- oh my god, I’m rambling, huh?” You covered your mouth to stop more word vomit from spilling, a little giggle slipping past your fingers.
Charlie pulled your hand away, laying a kiss on your knuckles. He nudged your knee with his own, a coy smile on his lips.
“No, I like hearing you talk.” Your cheeks reddened, and you scrunched your nose at him. He squeezed your hand. “Come on, keep going. What happened after painting?”
“Read the kids a story.” You answered, trying to remember the title. “They really like that Llama Llama book. But some of the kids really wanted ‘Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!’ so I told them I’d read that after nap time. Then they all had food, fell asleep, and then you came with lunch.” You ate a fry before stealing a sip of Charlie’s coffee. You liked how he didn’t mind, instead watching you with a fond expression. “Which is delicious, by the way, thank you.”
“No problem, sweetheart.”
“Ms. Y/n?” A tiny voice sounded from one of the sleeping mats. You gave Charlie’s hand a quick squeeze before letting go and standing up from your chair.
“Jayden?” You asked quietly, even though you knew it was him from his voice. “Are you okay?”
“Bad dream.” The little boy answered, rolling off his cot and looking at you with bleary eyes and a frown.
“Aw, I’m sorry, honey.” You said softly, crouching down close to him. “Do you want a hug?”
He nodded a few times, carefully walking through his sleeping classmates to reach you. He latched his arms around your neck, and you patted his back, waiting until he felt better.
Charlie saw the interaction from the corner of his eye, not wanting little Jayden to feel watched. He couldn’t help but smile at how quickly you were able to comfort him. It was clear that you were made for this kind of work, being so caring and nurturing without even thinking about it.
“Feeling better?” You asked Jayden as he let go of you, and he nodded. You smiled at him. “I’m glad. Now, you have a couple more minutes before we gotta start waking up. Do you wanna lay back down?” Jayden nodded again, and with a little wave of his hand, he tiptoed back over to his mat.
When he was settled, you stood up from your crouched position and went back to Charlie, who was looking at you with a twinkle in his eye.
“What?” You asked, finishing off the rest of your food.
“Nothing.” He said, shaking his head a bit. Charlie looked at his watch and sighed, realizing his break was almost over. “I should probably leave. The boys’ll need me back at the station soon.”
“Okay.” You said with a slight pout, wishing you had more time with him. The two of you cleaned up, Charlie insisting that he could throw the trash away on his way out. “I’ll see you later, bear.”
“See you soon, sweetheart.” Charlie kissed your cheek and went to the door, giving you a wave before exiting the room.

drawing of yandere catboy 2
Your friend stopped walking as an orange cat came into view.
"Oh- There's a cat over there!"
Before you could react, your friend dashed over to the cat.
"Aww... so cute."
"Come on, let's go home."
You said, standing beside your friend who is taking pictures of the cat.
"Wait- she's purring. I need to take a photo of this."
You sigh. Your friend was obsessed with cats and never missed any chances to watch them, take pictures of them and touch them. She also took photos of this orange cat just outside the school gate everyday.
"I don't have anything to feed you today.. but I'll buy some tomorrow, okay? Bye, Chesse."
After one last pat, your friend stood up.
"That cat has a name?"
You asked.
"Of course she does! Everyone in school calls her Cheese. Her soft fur is just like cheese."
Your friend proceeded to show you pictures on her social media. You had no choice but to look at her social media that is filled with pictures of cats.
You didn't hate cats, but you weren't a fan of them either. You've taken a few pictures of cats in the past, but admiring cats all day was not that interesting to you.
After saying goodbye to your friend, you went to your home.
"Mom, I'm home."
You shouted loud enough for your mom to hear.
Your mom was in the kitchen, preparing dinner.
"Hey mom- huh?"
You felt something cling to your leg. You immediately looked down to find a black and white cat.
"What is this?"
You said, confused. You tried to back away from the cat, but it was still clinging on to you. You turned to your mom to hear some kind of explanation.
"It's a cat from my office. I'm sure you've seen this cat a few times."
Your mom replied. Now that you think about it, you could remember this cat from a few days ago when you visited your mother's office.
"Is this cat the one staying at the back of your office building?"
"Yes it is! I made a simple bed for it to stay.. and I decided to just take it home-"
"What? Does dad know about this? What about my brother?"
"They seem pretty chill about it. Your brother liked the idea. You know the drawing he drew in his kindergarten? That kid likes cats."
"What if this cat already has an owner?"
"I checked it, and everyone around my office said this cat was alone for a few years. So it's fine, (y/n), don't worry."
"You could have asked if I'm fine though."
You looked back at the tuxedo cat. You didn't want to blame the cat, but getting a cat without your opinion was not the best feeling.
You patted the cat's head while it curled around your leg. This cat was acting like it's smart enough to comprehend your feelings. You felt the cat clinging to you more as you touched it.
"I'm sorry (y/n). I should've told you sooner, but I was busy. Plus, the person using the second floor starting next week is allergic to cat fur, so I had no choice to take the cat to home."
Your mom said. You nodded as a reply and looked at the cat again.
"Look, the cat likes you the most. That cat never warmed up to me like that. Why don't you name the cat, (y/n)?"
Your mother was true. You visited your mother's office a few times, and this cat only liked it when you touch it.
"I'm bad with names, and why don't you name it? It's you that brought it here anyway."
"Oh come on, (y/n). Don't be so harsh on the cat."
You ignored your mom and tried to go inside your room, but the black and white cat followed you inside your room without any presence.
"You really do like me.."
You murmured to yourself.
The cat still curled up to you between your legs. You had to pick up the cat and move it to your bed to unpack your school bag and change into comfortable clothes.
You crawled into your blankets and got your phone ready to watch videos before dinner. The black and white cat also crawled beside you, using your right arm as a pillow.
"Oh right.. I need to think of a name for you.."
You said as you scratched the cat.
"What about.. just Tux? That's pretty easy to pronounce."
You said as the cat digged into your chest.
"Do cats like their owners this much..?"
You mumbled.
"So Tux it is? Or do you want another name?"
Your cat ignored your mumbling and rubbed its face onto you.
"... okay then. Your name is Tux from now on."
Your cat, now named Tux, reacted to its new name, and it seemed quite pleased.
You spent time scrolling down social media with your cat beside you before your mother called for dinner. As you got up and walked to the kitchen, Tux followed you. At the kitchen, you found your little brother and your dad talking about their experience today in the playground.
"Where have you been?"
You asked your brother.
"In the playground with my friends... wait- that's the cat mom's talking about-!"
Your brother's attention darted to Tux immediately as he touched the cat. Tux didn't avoid the touch either.
"That cat's name is Tux. I named it."
You said, sitting on your chair and eating food your mom prepared.
"That's a.. intuitive name."
Your dad said, looking at Tux.
"... Anyways, why did you agree to raise a pet?"
You asked. Looking at your brother's wide smile, your dad answered,
"Didn't your mother tell you? Uh.. your brother likes cats, and why not?"
"... yeah whatever."
You ate dinner listening to your little brother talking about Tux. You felt good that your brother got a pet that he wanted. However, at the same time, you felt uncomfortable... having a pet all of a sudden. It felt like having a new family member without your permission.
You know that having a pet will feel like having a family member as time passes. Your friends told you about how their pets meant the world to them... But there was this uncomfortable feeling about Tux.
Maybe you were just mad about your family and wanted to leash your anger to Tux. You didn't know.
--
When you woke up the next day, you found Tux right beside you.
"How did you get in here..."
You went to sleep alone last night. You remembered that you closed the door before Tux gets in.
You shrugged it off since you had little time before you go to school. You walked around, brushing your hair and wearing your uniform.
"Where is it? Ugh.."
You mumbled as you searched for your earphones. You put them on last night, and the right one was missing.
"Hey- don't distract me."
You lifted up Tux from the bed sheets and searched to see if the bed sheets were covering your right earphone. You rummaged through your bed sheets but you couldn't find it. While you were busy lifting up bed sheets, Tux crawled under your bed.
"What are you doing?"
You also looked under the bed.
"Oh- You found it!"
Tux was playing with the right earphone you were desperately searching for. You grabbed your right earphone and put in the case as your cat tossed it to you.
You sighed in relief and looked at Tux.
"Thanks for your help... I would've died for boredom in school without your help."
You smiled at Tux and left your room, ready to go to school.
In your classroom, you talked about your new cat to your friend. As expected, your friend was excited about it, asking dozens of questions.
"How can you not have a picture of it?"
Your friend said.
"I didn't think of it. I'll send you a picture when I go back home."
Your friend rambled about how her mother would not allow her to have a pet. You listened to your friend quietly.
"Hey."
Someone poked your shoulder. You looked back to see who it was, and one of your classmates was standing right behind you.
"Huh?"
"You're sitting on my seat."
Your classmate said.
"Oh- sorry-!"
You stood up right after.
--
"Don't you think you and him have a lot of connections lately?"
Your friend said, eating a chocolate bar she bought in free time.
"Who are you talking about?"
"You sat in his seat in lunch time. How could you not remember?"
"Oh- are you talking about Blake?"
"Of course I am! Don't you think he likes you?"
You knew your friend loves setting people up and likes searching for possible couples, but this time, she's talking nonsense.
"I didn't even talk to him that much."
Your friend was eager to tell you what she has found.
"That's not the point- The important part is that he's constantly gazing at you during class. Also, how can you not notice that it's you he talks to!"
"He talks to plenty of people."
"Oh no, you're clueless. If you observe further, you'll definitely realize he only talks to certain people, or friends, and they all knew Blake even before highschool."
"How do you know that?"
"My eyes and ears are open."
"..."
Blake and you? That's such a confusing match.
"Your observations can't be the reason."
"See for yourself then. I'm sure. Blake has interest in you."
"..."
You didn't believe a word your friend said before Blake asked if he can join you on the way home.
It was awkward, walking with a classmate who you've barely talked to.  Blake was quiet, and you didn't know how to start a conversation.
"I thought you go home with your friends."
You said.
"Oh- I moved recently. It seemed like you go home this way too, so... I thought it could be great having another friend to go home with."
Blake said. You could see he was a bit nervous... but why?
Not much conversation went by, and you waved goodbye to Blake in front of your house. You went into your house, throwing your book bag onto the bed and taking off your jacket.
You looked around to see if Tux was around, but you couldn't find it anywhere. You went into every room in your house but Tux wasn't in any of them. You went back to your room, wondering where that sneaky cat hid himself. You were unpacking your bag when you noticed something jumping over the fence. You looked at it to realize that it was your cat that was jumping over the fence and into your home.
You quickly opened the window facing the garden Tux was walking across and let it in your room.
This was strange. The doors were all locked, and you went out of the front door in the morning, so there's no way for Tux to get out. Your mother took your little brother to kindergarten and your father went to work after you left for school.. but they wouldn't have left Tux leave the house.
"Do you get out of the house when no one is watching?"
You said, in a surprised tone.
Was this cat extra smart, or were you mistaken about all the doors being closed?
Tux didn't seem to care that it got out of the house when everyone was outside.
You were skeptical but decided to ignore it and kept on unpacking your bag and organizing your clothes.
After a few hours, your mom came home with your brother.
"We're going to have dinner after an hour when your dad comes back from work-"
Your mom said loudly enough for you to hear.
In your room, you were studying while Tux was watching. You studied until your mother called you to eat dinner.
Your little brother was talking about his day in kindergarten like always, and your mother was setting food plates on the table.
You ate quietly as your brother went on about how his friend and him played some kind of game.
"Mom, today a classmate wanted go home together with me. The funny thing is.."
You said to your mom when your brother cooled down.
"Are you listening?"
You asked your mom.
"Oh- I am listening. Go on."
"The funny thing is that.. I've never talked to him properly yet."
You went on.
"And I beat Anthony- so I got a prize-!"
Your words were blocked with your brother's babbling.
You sighed. Everytime your brother blocked your words, it felt so frustrating.
"Can't you wait when I'm talking?"
You would've heard what your brother needed to say, but this time, you felt like speaking up.
"What?"
Your brother looked at you.
"I mean.. I want to talk too."
"But-"
"Your brother is thrilled he got a present today in kindergarten. Let him talk, he's feeling good today."
Your dad said.
"I think he talked enough though."
"You talked a lot more when you were young too."
Your mother said, smiling.
You were annoyed. Why was she smiling?
Your family wouldn't listen to you, and it was so frustrating to you.
"I ate a lot, I'm going back to my room."
You said.
"You haven't eaten half of it, why?"
Your mother asked.
"My stomach hurts today."
You stood up and walked to your room. Tux follwed you.
--
You couldn't understand it. You wanted to talk about your new friend too. You wanted to talk about how Blake suggested to go home with you.
You turned to your cat that was cuddling you, covered in your bed sheet. You scratched its fur as it purred.
You noticed that Tux followed you everywhere in the house. You also noticed that Tux only cuddled with you. That actually felt heart warming.
Tux jumped off the bed and crawled to a shelf you collected all your goods like  small stuffed animals, and some figures you collected from before. It was usually goods from a few years ago.
"Is there something interesting?"
You looked at the shelf, confused.
"I don't see anything interesting... wait-"
The shelf was missing something.
Now you searched through all your goods to find there was a figure missing. And you also found some of your markers missing. You actually needed those markers for art class tomorrow.
The first thing that came up to your mind was your brother.
You thanked Tux and went out of your room, to the table where your family was eating dessert.
"Where's my figure and markers?"
You asked your mother.
"What do you mean by markers and a figure? The ones on your shelf?"
Your mother replied.
"Yes- where are they?"
"I gave it to your brother."
With your mother's answer, you went straight into your brother's room to find your figure on the corner of his shelf. You grabbed it and put it back on your shelf. Your mom watched with a confused expression.
But you couldn't find your marker still.
"Where's my marker?"
You asked your mother again. Your brother was quiet, staring at you now that he realized how irritated your voice was.
"Why?"
"I said multiple times that I needed my markers for my art project-"
You were shouting now.
"I gave it your brother because he had a drawing competition today, and your brother left it in kindergarten because it got damaged. You can draw with something else for your art project, right?"
Your mother said, annoyed too.
You tried to calm down, but this was too much. How can your whole family ignore your words?
"That's not the point here- why would you take my stuff without my permission?"
Your mother said nothing, but she was definitely baffled from your statement.
When your mother said nothing and your brother kept whining, you went into your room again, shutting the door roughly.
--
The next day, you were silent the whole time getting ready for school. You didn't have your marker, and you couldn't finish the art project how you wanted to because of that.
You walked to school with heavy footsteps.
Art class was after lunch, so you still had time to think about how to do your art project. But you didn't have good ideas on your mind. Also you have already done the sketch for the drawing, which makes it harder to think of other good ideas.
Time flew by fast and it was time for art. Unfortunately your friend didn't have markers, so she couldn't help you out.
The uneasy feeling went on. You had to decide whether to switch the concept of the drawing or find usable markers one way or another.
"You'll do good with or without markers..."
Your friend comforted you.
"Thanks..."
You decided to use watercolor the school had and walked over to the sink with a small yellow bucket.
"Hey."
You felt a poke on your shoulder.
It was Blake.
"Oh- hi."
".. I have markers.. if you want to use it."
"... wait- really?"
You couldn't stop yourself from smiling.
"Yeah.. you can take them and use it at your table. I use watercolor anyway."
"Thanks- you're a lifesaver."
Blake was a lifesaver, and that went on for a few weeks. He gave you stuff you really needed, which made your friend more invested in your relationship with Blake.
Your relationship with your family recovered a bit over a few weeks, but you were still in some kind of a cold war, and you were still angry at them. You didn't talk very much either, so it really didn't matter.
You went home with Blake a few times a week. Blake wasn't the funniest person to talk to, but Blake was sure a great listener. Just like Tux.
Blake listened to you, occasionally talking about how he thought. He was not like your family who ignored how your life was in school, and everytime Blake helped you out, you thought of your friend's words. Maybe your friend was an expert at reading people's feelings.
If Blake helped you out in school, Tux was your company in your home. When you went home alone, Tux was waiting for you behind the front door.
You felt uncomfortable around Tux at first, but now you warmed up to Tux. You spent all your days with Tux telling your worries and secrets that you wouldn't tell anyone.
Tux stayed right beside you curling its body into your arms.
Spending your time with Tux felt soothing, and you thought this would go on for sure.
However, despite your wish, it didn't last long.
It was Friday, and you walked home alone. You went home fast to see your cat waiting for you.
"I'm home-"
You shouted.
You didn't see your cat behind the front door, so you walked into your room to find your cat lying down on the bed.
It was unusual for you cat to be like this. Tux always tried to rub itself on you if it had the chance.
You sat beside Tux, worried if the cat is sick.
"Are you ok?"
You asked. You knew Tux won't understand what you're saying, but you wanted your cat to know you're worried by your tone.
You lay down on your bed with your school uniform on. There was no one in the house, so there was no one to scold you for not changing clothes.
You turned to your cat. Tux seemed to be struggling with something, and you didn't know why. You thought about calling your mom, but you knew she wouldn't answer when she's busy with some project of hers.
What if Tux needs to go to the hospital?
Several thoughts went by your head.
Tux was still in a bad state and you didn't know what to do.
You got your phone out and searched through the internet to find some clue after you messaged your father(hoping for him to message you back).
As you searched with your phone, you felt Tux slipping away.
Tux was slowly crawling away from you. It seemed he wanted to head out of your room.
"Hey, where are you going?"
You put one arm around your cat, confused.
"Do you need something? Where are you going all of a sudden?"
But your cat was desperate to get out.
"Why are you avoiding me?"
That was the moment you saw something so unbelievable.
With a blink of an eye, Tux was gone, replaced with a boy your age.
".... Blake?"
You couldn't believe what you just saw.
Tux was no where to be seen, and Blake, who said he was going home with his friends, was exactly in Tux's place, facing you.
Surprised and confused, you quicky removed your arm on Blake's body. Then you jumped out of bed before Blake could react.
"W.. wait-"
Blake grabbed your arm and yanked you back into the bed. You lost balance and fell back first to the bed while Blake grabbed your arms still.
"What the- what are you doing??"
You said as Blake's grip got stronger.
Blake was on top of you, facing you with his face red.
"I'll explain-"
You didn't want to believe it, but from the looks of it, Tux was actually Blake.
Blake's face came closer to yours, and you could hear Blake's heart beating fast.
You pushed off Blake and ran out of your room before Blake came any more closer. Blake followed you without hesitation, desperate to explain himself.
You maintained certain space between you as Blake tried to take a step closer to you.
"I can explain-"
Blake protested.
"Get out of my house.. I'll listen to your explanation later.."
"No- no- I didn't do anything wrong.. I just.. wanted to get closer and help you out."
"I messaged my dad and he'll come home soon. I'll tell him about you if you don't get out."
You said in a harsh tone. You wouldn't tell your dad that Tux is human, but you had to threaten Blake..
Blake's face clearly showed that he was not satisfied, but he left.
When your dad came home, you told him Tux was somehow escaped. Your little brother was upset. But you didn't care to notice him because Tux being Blake was the most important topic in your head for hours.
You've done some pretty embarrassing stuff in front of Blake in his cat form. You told him all your cringey moments, you showed him your true personality.. and you even changed clothes in front of his cat form. You basically showed every aspect of you.
You went to bed imagining how it will be meeting Blake in school again. You imagine yourself being awkward in front of Blake.
You hoped not, but the thought that Blake came to your house just to be beside you made you feel a bit frightened.
The whole situation was weird. Blake was weird. His actions only tell you that he's creepy.
--
Instead of confronting Blake, you avoided Blake in every was possible. You ran straight to home after school, hoping for Blake to lose sight of you.
"I'm home-"
You said. You find your mom sitting on the couch.
"(y/n)-! Tux came back!"
"..."
"Why, aren't you glad Tux came back without a scratch?"
"Can we just let him be a stray cat again?
You blurted out.
"How can you say that, (y/n)? We brought Tux here, so we have to take care of it."
"It was your choice- you brought him here- then don't let him in my room, okay?
"Why are you acting sensitive lately? Don't you think this is too much?"
You ignored your mother and walked back to your room. Blake tried to follow you, but you shut the door at his face.
Your mother noticed this right away. Irritated herself, she opened the door to your room and let the cat inside.
"Don't vent out your frustration on Tux, (y/n)."
With that, your mom closed the door and headed to the livingroom again.
You glared at the person pretending to be a stray cat. With the frustration that built up past few weeks, you couldn't stand someone deceiving you.
"Get out."
You said.
Blake was still in his cat form, standing still.
"Are you listening..?"
You said. Blake just stood there, staring at you.
"... I'll just go out then."
At that moment, Blake went back to his human form, grabbing your wrists.
"Don't go out."
Blake said.
"....why don't we cuddle like we always did?"
"Are you serious? Why would I-"
You tried to get his hand off your wrist, but he's grip only got stronger.
"You can't even force me out of your room."
"Can you at least let go of my wrist?"
"Oh-.."
Blake let go of your wrist, but he didn't move away from you.
Both you and Blake got quiet after. Your mother shouting from the livingroom broke the silence.
"Stay here."
You said, looking at Blake. Then you went to the livingroom.
"Why did you call me?"
You asked.
"Actually, I didn't buy eggs since I was busy with work. Can you buy them now? You didn't even change to comfortable clothes yet."
"I'm keeping the change."
"Okay. Just come back before I prepare dinner. Oh and we need something else too. I'll send you a list."
You got money from your mother and walked back to your room. Blake was waiting for you, sitting on your bed.
"Where are you going?"
"To buy groceries."
You looked away from Blake and picked up a bag to carry groceries.
--
You felt someone following you while you were walking to the supermarket.
You knew it was Blake.
"I know you're following me."
You said.
As expected, Blake came out of his cover. He was in his human form.
"I just wanted to see if.."
You ignored him and kept walking. Blake followed suit.
"I like you a lot.. I'm sure you know by now..."
You stayed silent. The whole situation was strange and you didn't quite process it.
"I actually liked you way before you knew me. I can move around more freely as a cat, you know?"
"..."
Blake held your hand and walked right beside you.
"It was hard for me to keep my distance from you in school... that's why I tried to be a stray cat. To get closer..."
"That's... uh..."
Blake suddenly wrapped his arms around you out of nowhere.
"What are you doing??"
You said, trying to push him away. Unfortunately Blake didn't budge. Instead he only got closer, which made your head spinning.
"What if someone sees us?? Stop-"
"Does that mean I can hug you in your room?"
"That's not what I meant.."
Blake laughed as you panicked and didn't know what to do.
"You should stop ignoring me in school. You liked Tux, why not treat me like it too?"
Blake said, holding your hand again.
"Uhm..."
Blake didn't do anything that would attract glances while buying groceries. He kept holding your hand, but he didn't do anything other than that.
You quickly bought the things your mother asked and went home with Blake. Blake transformed into Tux by the time you arrived home and everything went smoothly after that, like a normal day. Blake, in his cat form, watched you from afar as you ate dinner.
You went back inside your room and Blake quickly made his way inside before you could lock the door.
Blake changed back to his human self as soon as he closed the door to your room. Then he lead you to your bed, wrapping his arms from the back.
"I waited for this."
He said while digging into your neck.
"Hey- don't rub your face onto my neck-"
There was no use resisting because Blake had no intention of letting you go.
"I have to study. Let me go."
You said firmly.
"I know you don't study right away after dinner. Let's watch something together. Or we can just lay on bed together and sleep."
"What if my family finds out??"
"Then you should be quiet."
Blake smiled.
You were annoyed, but you kept quiet.
Blake pestered you so you couldn't do much of anything. It was soon late at night and all your family members went to sleep.
"I'm going to sleep."
You said, organizing your desk before bed.
"Really? Then we can sleep side by side. Cuddling each other."
"I'll get you bed sheets. You can sleep on the floor."
"What do you mean-"
"Or you can turn into a cat again."
"I- I'll turn into a cat."
Blake, in his cat form crawled beside you when you lay in bed, covered with blankets.
--
You heard the alarm and slowly opened your eyes to see Blake's face right in front of you. You screamed right that moment.
Your mother heard your scream and opened the door to check if anything's wrong.
"What's wrong here?"
Your mom asked.
You quickly hid Blake under your blankets, covering his face with your arms.
"Nothing- just a bad.. dream."
"Well, ok. Come eat breakfast in 10 minutes."
"Alright."
Your mom walked out of your room, still suspicious of your actions.
"What were you doing? We could've been caught-!"
You jumped up pushing Blake away.
"Are you going to change into your uniform?"
Blake asked, still lying down on the bed.
"What?"
"I mean.. uh..."
"..."
You grabbed your school uniform and changed your clothes in the bathroom.
--
"I can't believe you watched me all the time."
You said, leaving the house. Blake already prepared for school and waited for you at the front door.
"..."
"Aren't you hungry? You haven't ate since yesterday lunch."
"I go back to my house in night and stay there until it's time for you to wake up. I do regular things I missed at daytime."
"That explains why you're sleeping all day at school."
"Then will you let me sleep in your room with you? I want to beside you all day."
"All day? That's exhausting."
"It's not exhausting for me. I want to be beside you whether it's in school or home."
"I'll think about it.."
Blake held your hand.
"I know you'll accept it at some point."
Blake said with confidence.
Blake's words were oddly convincing to you.
He was beside you when you fought with your family and got upset. He listened to your words and helped you.
It's true that you liked Tux in your home, and Blake at school as well.
You like Blake's warm touch, but you'll have to think about Blake staying with you all day.

Hi! it's me again, can I request a scenario where the manager is on a day off and visits a cafe and meets Sae's mother with him? and after getting along with each other Sae's mom told Sae to drive her home, and the paparazzi saw Sae with her hand on her waist and manager is wearing a sundress and started a new issue with her being pregnant and accepted into the family? I really loved how you wrote the misunderstandings and more rumors part. Thank you if you'd write this!
Author: At this point I might make a chapter where they are dating for real with how much of these rumors we made😭😭 thanks for the request🩷

"Marc! Come back here!" (Y/n) scolded as she held the redhead's hand tightly, glaring sternly at him.
"But aunty, it's so boring." The boy pouted as his free hand pulled on the girl's (f/c) dress. (Y/n) glare softened and she patted the boy's head.
"You just know I can't be mad at you, huh?"
"Yep! Because I am your favorite!" The boy nodded his head as he giggled when the man at the counter called their name.
"Our food is ready~" Marc cheered as he pulled (Y/n) along to get the food.
'He really is my favorite person.' (Y/n) agreed in her head.
"And then Itoshi scored the goal! Aunty, you really should have seem it. Nobody on PXG was ready for it! Even Itoshi #2 was left speechless." Marc talked about the last game Real Madrid and PXG had as he ate his fries, (Y/n) nodding along as she added a quick word here and there. She did watch some parts, but due to the hectic schedule in Bastard München she had, she wasn't able to watch all of it.
'It's kind of funny that he keeps calling Rin Itoshi #2."
"Really? And what was your favorite part?"
"Hmm... probably the part where Itoshi Sae scored the winning point! It was so fun-"
"Oh? Marc, (Y/n) I knew I heard someone familiar." The girl and Marc looked up, only to find Sae and a unfamiliar woman with dark green hair looking down at them.
"Ah Sae-san, you are back in Japan?" (Y/n) smiled as she got up from her seat to greet him while Marc immediately hugged the football player.
"You must be (Y/n)! I am so glad to finally meet you." The woman smiled as she moved past Sae and (Y/n) bowed.
"Yes, (L/n) (Y/n) it's nice to meet you ma'am."
"Same here, I am Sae and Rin's mom, Itoshi Minako. I heard a lot about you from my sons. Sae, she is much prettier in person, you were right." The woman smiled and looked at Sae, who had an embarrassed look while hugging Marc back.
"Mom!"
"T-thank you, ma'am. Do you want to join us, the restaurant is pretty packed today?" (Y/n) offered, trying to get over the embarrassment while pointing at the two empty seats next to her and Marc.
"You don't have to-"
"That's a nice idea, thank you." Sae's mom nudged him and then looked down at Marc.
"And you must be Marc...we heard a lot about you." The woman chuckled nervously as the other two blushed, remembering the article that came out a while ago.
"Mhm! I am a huge fan of Itoshi! He is the best!" The boy grinned as the older woman started gushing over the cuteness.
They sat at the restaurant for the next hour or so and talked about random things. Sae gave Marc some tips and tricks as a beginner and the boy in return would ask him about his job. (Y/n) and Minako would look at them from time to time, finding the interaction adorable. Minako would then move to ask (Y/n) some questions about her job and her opinions about her sons, which (Y/n) found odd, but answered them regardless.
Minako's eyes had a strange look to them, Sae noted, and he could feel like something weird would happen soon.
"Well, Marc and I need to go now."
"Do you have anyone to pick you up? It's pretty late." Sae raised an eyebrow as (Y/n) put on Marc's jacket.
"Don't worry, Sae-san. I will call a taxi, my home isn't far away-"
"No, no. Sae will drive you two home." Minako interjected, causing Sae to look at his mom oddly, but flinched as he noticed her glare at him.
"There is really no need, Itoshi-san. Besides, you need to go home too-"
"I need to finish some shopping anyways, don't worry about me. Sae, doesn't mind it either." The said boy looked at (Y/n) and gulped, nodding his head in agreement.
"A-ah thank you so much... alright then, I will just go and call my brother to inform him, come on Marc."
(Y/n) smiled as she pulled the boy away. The two Itoshis watched them keenly before Sae turned to look at his mom.
"Why did you offer me, mom?"
"Didn't you tell me you liked (Y/n)?"
"Well yes, but-"
"No but, Sae. This is your chance to spend some extra time with her! Plus I love this girl already, I can't wait till I start picking wedding dresses with her~" the woman giggled as Sae's face turned red and shook his head.
"(Y/n) doesn't like me that way-"
"But you do, now try and make her to like you back. Ahhh~ I can't wait for the possible grandchildren."
"Grandchildren?!" Sae blushed even more, but didn't protest the idea much.
Once the two said goodbye to the older Itoshi woman, Sae escorted (Y/n) and Marc to his car and drew off. (Y/n) gave him the directions to her house, the two would talk about some random things, mainly about their jobs, with the occasional interjection from Marc. Soon tho the boy fell quiet and (Y/n) looked at the backseat, smiling softly.
"Ah~ he fell asleep. I guess all that walking and eating tired him out." The girl commented as Sae nodded his head.
"So your family is in Japan?"
"Yeah! Big brother wanted to visit his mom and for her to see Marc again, and my sister-in-law always liked summers here more than in Portugal." Sae nodded his head.
"So you two share the same father?"
"Mhm! He married my mom 5 years after his divorce to bug brother's." Sae noticed a sad look on the girl's face as she mentioned her mom, but decided to say nothing and switch the topic.
"Sorry if my mom jumped this idea onto you."
"Oh no! Not at all, I am just sorry that you had to bother yourself driving us here-"
"It's not a bother. I don't mind helping you. Besides, Marc is adorable when he talks about football, he seems passionate about it, more than I was at his age at least."
"He really is. He looks up to you and Isagi a lot, actually. It's always fun when he talks about a game of yours." (Y/n) smiled as Sae nodded his head.
"You sure you don't want me to carry him?" Sae asked as he held (Y/n)'s bags while she carried the sleeping boy out of the car.
"No Sae-san, you did honestly too much by now. Thank you so much again." (Y/n) smiled as the redhead stood silently for a moment, admiring her smile. Sae was about to speak up again, but someone clearing his throat behind them interrupted him.
"Anyways Itoshi, thank you for bringing my sister and son back, have a nice evening."
The two looked at a man, a few centimeters taller than Sae as he was glaring at him.
"Big brother! You are here already, I thought you were still at your mom's house." (Y/n) raised her eyebrow as Sae glared back at him.
"We had to cut the visit short since she wanted to visit you and dad as well. Come on now, she made your favorite cake." The (h/c)-haired man said as her took the bags out of Sae's hands and waited for (Y/n) to join him.
"Thanks again, Sae-san. Have a great evening!" (Y/n) smiled and the taller nodded his head. He watched the two walk towards the house and Sae couldn't help but roll his eyes.
"Great, now I have to deal with an overprotective brother..." Sae sighed as he smiled and got into his car.
"(Y/n), he is perfect for you!" The red-haired woman, Isabella said as she took her son from her.
"You two were spying?!" She asked in disbelief while looking at her dad and the woman.
"A little..."
"(Y/n)!"
"Sis!" (Y/n) and her sister-in-law looked at the father and brother, who were fuming.
"He is too old for you." The father said.
"Isn't he like 2 months or so older than (Y/n)?" The Portuguese woman questioned.
"Too old, and he looks like a punk." The brother butted in and the two females looked at each other in disbelief.
"Aahhhh!!" The next morning screams were heard through the (L/n) household as (Y/n) and her brother ran to the kitchen.
"What is it?!"
"Is someone hurt?!" They looked around frantically around the room, only to find their father pale as a ghost and Isabella.
"(Y/n), you never told me Sae proposed to you! Look! It also says you are pregnant! I will become an aunt, oh my God!" Isabella said as she showed the two this morning's newspapers, crying as (Y/n) gulped at the rage her brother was radiating.
"He touched you!"
"He didn't, I swear we are just friends!!"
"Come on honey, (Y/n) is an adult now." Isabella protested as her brother shook his head.
"She is still a baby!"
"I hate my life..." (Y/n) groaned as she saw the picture of her and Sae leaving the restaurant yesterday.
"SAE ITOSHI!" Rin and the said boy flinched as they heard their mom's yells while their father stayed silent, eating his breakfast.
"Yes mom?" The redhead asked as his mom stormed into the kitchen, holding her phone.
"I am offended, happy, hurt and excited, all because of you." His mom cried as Rin and the father looked at each other.
"What happened? I didn't do anything, I swear." Sae defended himself.
"Clealry you did. Look at this, my own son. My own flesh and blood won't tell me got engaged. And that I will be a grandma soon! Is that why you wanted me to meet (Y/n) yesterday?!" Rin spat out his drink while their father looked at Sae in disbelief. The redhead took his mom's phone and read the article she was showing him.
"Mom... (Y/n) and I aren't engaged, I swear and that meet up was an accident-"
"Really? Because you look all cozy holding her waist, Sae you fucking backstabbing brother!" Rin yelled, enraged at the picture. Sae started shouting back as their father tried to shut them up. Meanwhile their mom took her phone back and dialed a number while sobbing.
"Hello? Mom? Did you read this morning's newspaper?"
The arguments became louder as Minako continued sobbing.
"Yes, my poor baby seems to be embarrassed to admit it, but the girl is such an angel. I met her yesterday, finally we can pass the heirloom onto a girl. Oh! I already know some places where I can take her wedding dress shopping!" The woman cheered as Rin chucked a glass at Sae, who dodged it.
"Are you out of your mind, Rin?!" Their father yelled.
"Ahh~ no, Rinnie is just excited to be getting a sister-in-law AND a nephew or niece, he just doesn't know how to express it."

AN: hi guys this is my first work in English and the first work that I generally post on tumblr. I hope you'll enjoy <3
Tumblr media
Agatha met your mother when you were just over 18. It was a typical weekend when the older woman walked into your house, talking sweetly with your mother. Out of curiosity, you went downstairs from your room; honestly, you didn’t often have any guests in your house after your parents’ divorce.
When you appeared in the kitchen, Agatha had her back to you, your mother was the first who notice your presence. "Oh my god Y/N you scared me! You can't walk so quietly!" Agatha immediately turned to your mother’s screams. The first time you looked at her, you forgot how to breathe. She seemed beautiful, even attractive, you of course knew about your “mommy issues” but how quickly your admiration for the woman grew into a little crush... you knew it wasn't right.
But that didn’t stop you from finding her social media “I’m just curious to know more about her” you told yourself, of course that was partly true. It started as a sweet, innocent thoughts about her beautiful curly hair, blue eyes and the sweet smile that she gave you when she came to visit and the three of you were sitting in the kitchen. “Y/N, you’ve already entered your second year of college, how are your studies?” she asked either out of politeness or out of pure curiosity. You were always happy to answer any of her questions, and then sneakily watch her facial expressions and gestures while she told your mother something about her failed Tinder dates. Deep inside you were jealous and hoped that these dates would remain a failure.
Later your relationship became closer one. This happened after about a year of her frequent visits in your house. At first sight it looked like she was your aunty and you were her favorite niece. At least that's what it looked like to your mother. Considering that Agatha did not have children (you also learned this from her social media), she was happy to spend time with someone who wasn't your mother. So your phrases like “Agatha and I are going to the mall today” or “I’ll stay at Agatha’s for the night” were not something surprising. Your mother was glad that you were spending your free time with a person whom she could trust and know that everything would be okay with you, even though you are already 19.
You loved staying at Agatha’s house, looking at her in her home clothes, and in the morning waking up and hearing “I made you a breakfast, superstar” by the way she cooks divine. At each of these weekends, you were talking (sometimes she tried to ask you about your possible boyfriends or girlfriends, which made you blush and go away from the topic), cooking some crisps and towards the end of the night, sitting down to watch movies on her big plush sofa. “Aggie, I’m cold,” you said after which you moved closer to her and hugged her in secret dying from such closeness.
Even later, you caught yourself having terrible frank thoughts about her. They fell on you like a bolt from the blue. So once again going to her Facebook and opening a new photo you began to look at it more carefully than always. It was an ordinary photo where she stood in a black light dress with straps with a V-shaped neckline, holding her hand to her face, covering her smile and the caption “at home you can look the way you want😘.” The focus of attention first moved to her lips, then dropped to a thin hand with a neat black manicure, thoughts concentrated on each of the fingers, about how you could... Even lower to the neckline on her dress which opened up a view of her breasts but left room for imagination, the light fabric did not hide the outline of her nipples and then...
You were already lying on the bed in your room, your mother had long gone to bed. The same photo of Agatha was open on your phone while your fingers traced circles on your clit. Then they moved lower, collecting abundant wetness at the entrance, and when one finger entered you and your gaze was again drawn to the photo on the phone your back arched. You imagined that it was Agatha doing all these things to you; the second finger slipped inside filling you so well and the pace increased. All that was heard in the room was shaky breathing and a quiet whine, “Fuck Aggie...yes that’s it, yes mommy please,” the other hand came down to rub the clit and then it happened. You saw stars looking at the woman's photo, wishing that she would shut you up with a kiss now. When your breathing evened out, you took your phone and typed one message, “Tomorrow is the weekend, can I come over for the night?”
Saturday was your favorite day of the week because Agatha wasn’t at work like on weekdays and you could spend time together. Right now you were walking through the parking lot to her car so that she could take you two to the cafe that you had been telling her about for a long time. "How are you doing, superstar?" The woman asked while watching the road. You loved that cute little nickname she gave you so much. “Well, in general, everything is fine, except for small problems with writing a thesis, you know, it turns out to be not easy I’m very tired” you said and felt her hand gently covering yours and squeezing. Raising your eyes, you were met by her familiar smile, “You can handle everything, you know that you can always ask me for help?” you just nodded, and the older woman continued to watch the road.
The day passed too quickly when in the evening the two of you walked into Agatha’s spacious but cozy apartment. "So I think that after such an eventful day we can immediately move on to watching a movie, how do you look at it, superstar?" You went to wash your hands and called out to her from the bathroom, “As much as you want, I’ll like any of your ideas. For now, I’ll go change clothes and come back to you,” you said, wiping your hands and taking your bag with things.
There are two bedrooms in Agatha's apartment , one for her and one for guests. You were always located in the second one but more than once you were just a guest in the older woman’s bedroom. Speaking as a “guest” we can say that you just came in a couple of times to find out how long it would take her to get ready and briefly examined the interior. All you remembered was the purple tones of the room, a large bed, a chest of drawers with a bunch of jewelry and cosmetics on it, and above that was a regular oval mirror. Apparently there were also a couple of intricate paintings and a bedside lamp. You respected this part of the woman’s personal space and did not poke your overly curious nose into it.
Your bag was thrown on the floor of the room that had already become yours, your street clothes were scattered on the bed, your makeup was washed off and you were already wearing the soft plush pajamas that Agatha had given you last Christmas. “I’m here,” you called out as you returned to the room, where the older woman had already carefully prepared snacks for the movie and selected a two-hour thriller for tonight. “Come here,” Agatha patted the spot on the couch next to her and you landed there, covering yourself with the blanket and resting your head on her shoulder.
The movie went quickly and you didn’t notice how you had already started to fall asleep when a sharp poke in your side woke you up, “Hey don’t sleep, you’ll still have time for this tomorrow,” Agatha said grinning. You jumped up sharply which made her laugh. Here on the TV screen there is a chase, explosions, the main character miraculously escapes when suddenly..."OH MY GOD" you screamed and crawled with your head under the blanket when moans came from the TV speakers and a sex scene appeared on the entire screen in front of your eyes. You weren’t ready to see this right here right now, especially in the company of an older woman, and you behaved like a blushing virgin. Agatha’s laughter came from above, “Come on Y/N, you’d think you’ve never seen anything like this before. Get out of there”. The blanket was thrown off you and a picture of naked people appeared before your eyes again. Your eyes widened as you looked from the TV to Agatha and back. This whole situation has made your cheeks warm up and you can already feel a faint pulsation between your legs.
“Oh, is it really such a small thing that has embarrassed you so much, superstar, you’re already a big girl, why are you blushing so much? Or maybe... oh..” the woman looked at you more carefully, studying how quickly your chest rises and falls, noticing how you begin to squirm in place. The gears in her head are spinning intensely and a thought arises.“Oh sweet girl, let me help you. Come here,” the woman moves you closer to her, squeezing her thigh between your legs, encouraging you to ride her. You're about to explode. “Aggie, what are you doing? What..” you are stopped by her hand covering your cheek, “Oh baby you have now confirmed my suspicions on this matter,” your heart is about to jump out of your chest, “What do you mean, Aggie?” The woman moves you closer and already runs her lips along your neck to your ear and whispers, “About your little crush. Did you think I wouldn’t notice this? Or maybe I’m too dumb and won’t put two and two together mmm?” You pull back to look at her dumbfounded. What's happening now? Does she want you too? Did she know all along? A swarm of thoughts race through your head as her hand grabs your hair and pulls you back towards her. “You’re thinking too loudly honey, let mommy think for you.” The nickname she gave herself completely drives you insane and you groan. “Oh fuck” comes out of your mouth.
The woman laughs and lowers her lips to your pulse point. Her hands grab your hips, encouraging you to grind against her thigh. When you do what she wants Agatha looks up from your neck, “Such a good girl you’ve had a crush on me for a long time, haven’t you? I bet you’ve been thinking about this moment. Tell mommy, am I right Y/N?” Your breathing is unsteady and you feel like your underwear is hopelessly wet, the thoughts in your head are confused. "Mmmh yeah you're right." The answer seems to suit Agatha as her lips immediately find yours in a careless kiss and your whole world explodes. The woman’s hand reaches under the elastic band of your pants and she strokes you through your underwear, feeling how wet you are. With such contact you moan into her mouth and beg, “Oh Fuck Mommy please please I need more.” Agatha shushes you and takes her hand out of your pants "Hush baby, you'll get what you want but first mommy needs to cum. Can you do that for me? Make mommy cum and I'll return the favor."
She pulls you encouraging you to get off of her and begins to undress until she is left in only black underwear. You stop her hands when her fingers cling to the edge of her panties. “I want to help you. Can I?” She nods and you kneel in front of her, taking off an item of clothing and seeing how her sticky wetness stretches. You start biting and sucking on her inner thighs and are almost to the top when she stops you. “No, not like that, lie down on your back.” You do as she says and she ride you, moving higher up to your head, “I want to sit on your pretty face baby, will you let mommy ride your face?” Your pupils dilate as you nod impatiently "Please." Agatha lowers her dripping pussy onto your mouth and you suck and lick her clit, and then push your tongue into her hole, causing the woman to arch and move her hips. “Oh god that's such a good girl. You're going to make mommy cum baby. Mommy's gonna cum all over your face." These words turn you on more and you start working on her pussy harder until the woman lets out her last moan as she cums into your mouth. She continues to sit on you while you lazily lick her clean, and then stands up and grabs your legs, opening them wide.
Pants with panties tossed somewhere to the side, the sweater is also pulled off your body and you lie in front of her completely naked. “Fucking god you’re even more prettier than I imagined”. Agatha mutters and turns you over so you’re sitting on her lap again. Your breasts are right in front of her face and she takes one nipple into her mouth while she roughly squeezes your thighs, feeling your wetness on her leg. You hold her shoulders with your hands and stand up. “Please Aggie, I need to cum so bad.” Agatha releases her nipple from her mouth and growls “Wrong name.” Your forehead presses against her shoulder as you whimper “Please mommy make me cum.”
She spreads the wetness all over your pussy and teases your clit. Two fingers circle at your entrance and she pushes them inside, to which you moan and bite her shoulder. "Fuck, you're so tight, what if I add another one? You're so wet you can take it can't you baby?" You hum into her shoulder in agreement and three fingers slip inside “Ride me” Agatha takes your waist with her free hand, helping you move and you start bouncing on her “Mommy I’m so full. Feel so good” you moan. The room is filled with the sounds of skin slapping against skin and the smell of sex. Incomprehensible whimpers and requests not to stop escape your mouth while you try to push yourself deeper onto Agatha’s fingers. Your hand reaches for your clit and draws circles on it. Abundant wetness flows down the older woman’s hand and she feels your walls squeezing around her. "Mommy I'm going to cum. Oh God I'm going to cum Aggie, mommy don't stop please." When Agatha's fingers deliciously hit that right spot inside you over and over again, when you hear "That's such a good girl. Cum for your mommy, cum all over my fingers baby" it happens and you explode, cumming on top of her. Agatha finds your lips and pulls you into a kiss, brushing the sticky hair from your forehead and whispering how well you did for her.
After a minute, you catch your breath and get off of her, lying down next. You are silent. Agatha is silent. You don’t believe what just happened and how this is even possible. The gears in your head start working again and you try to decide what to do next. She wanted you, does this mean that your feelings are mutual or was it just sex for one time? A soft blanket covers your naked body and a hand strokes your shoulder. You hesitantly raise your head to Agatha, she is the first to break the silence.
"You're thinking too loudly again, superstar." Her hand gently strokes your cheek. "I understand your doubts and fears, baby. Let's just go to bed for now, do you agree?" You nod and get out of bed still in the blanket, taking your pajamas with you. Your legs slowly drag you into your bedroom as Agatha’s question hangs in the air. "Where are you going?" She gently hugs you by the shoulders, leads you into her bedroom and lays you on a soft, large bed where you fall into a calm, deep sleep.

Trouble maker
Magdalena Eriksson/Pernille Harder/Fc Bayern women x reader
Tumblr media
"Hello, sis." Magda greets me as I walk out of the airport, she pulls me into her arms and gives me a tight hug.
"Hey." I say and let myself rest in her arms for a few seconds.
"How was your flight?" she asks as she grabs my suitcase.
"Oh wonderful, never had a better time then when I got send away by my own mom." I answer and Magda sighs.
"You know that it is for your best, now come on, Pernille is waiting over there with our car."
We walk around the parking lot and I spot Pernille leaning against a silver car, she waves at us and also pulls me into a hug as soon as I am near her.
We drive to their apartment and I bring my stuff into the guest room, I stayed her many times, when I visited my big sister Magda, but never for so long.
I unpack my stuff, call our mom to tell her that I am fine and eat dinner with them before going back into my room.
After some time I hear a knock on the door, I expect it to be Magda but it's actually Pernille.
"Hey, can I come in?" she asks and I nod.
"It's your apartment." I say and pull my legs up to my chest so she can sit on the bed too.
"How do you feel?" she sits down next to me.
"Thrown out." I say, referring to my situation with mom.
"I know love and I also know that everyone told you that it is for your best, but it's true. You should give it all a chance." she says softly.
I stare at the wall where, someone - Magda? - hung up a few pictures of our family, me, our parents, her and Magda.
"When did mom tell you about what happened?"
"The same day, she called Magda and told her about what happened. I was out with some friends but she told me about it when I came home, you know we've been together for a really long time now and I can tell when something scares her and she really was. She knew that you would probably also won't have a good summer since most of the guys live in your neighborhood. So we offered your mom that you could stay with us." she explains.
Mom never explained it to me like that, at the last week of school she just told me that I will be staying with my big sister for the summer.
"And I like having you here." Pernille adds and I look at her.
I've known her since she got together with Magda, at first I was a little curious about them, not because I didn't like it that they where gay, hell no that was super okay with me, but because I loved my big sister to pieces and I was scared that a relationship would break our bond.
But Pernille was so sweet with me and never tried to get in between us so quickly it felt like she was also my big sister.
"I'm coming with you two, to your training right?" I ask and she nods.
"Yes, but don't worry we're not gonna drag you everywhere with us and we wanna make some day trips with you, but don't tell your sister I said that." she says and stands up.
"I won't tell anything." I promise and she smiles at me.
"Great, good night."
"Good night"
She leaves my room and I change into my pj's before laying down in bed, I read a couple of pages but then decide to call it a night and sleep.
-----
"You can sit there." Magda points to a couple of benches where she also drops off her stuff. She explained to me that the first part of training they have todays is based of on there positions.
So while Pernille goes to her own training, I follow my big sister around like a lost puppy.
I notice that some of the players are looking at us, but they're to far away from us so that they could ask me who I am.
As Magda walks over to them, I pull my book out of my pocket and start reading.
A couple of times I took a break to watch them play but not for long.
"Uh what a surprise that Magda didn't put you on a leash." I hear Pernilles voice and look up, she and a couple of other players, the midfielders I suppose, are walking towards me.
This morning when we left their apartment, Magda said that incase I tried to run away during their training she would send Georgia to tickle me down.
I know that she was only joking but I also knew that she wouldn't be amused if I just went off without telling her.
"I think she realized that I am not a dog or a toddler." I answer and close my book.
Some of the other players are looking at us and then at each other but Pernille also notices it.
"I am sorry for my girlfriends bad manners, this is Y/N, Magdas little sister, she is staying with us for the summer." Pernille introduces me and some of them wave at me.
Most of the defenders Magda trained with also came over and hear Pernilles last words.
"Uhh, you sure can tell us some good stories about your sister." a women says and sits down next to me, her accent also sounds kind Scandinavian but she is defiantly not form Sweden, I would have known her from the national team.
"No she cant Glodis." Magda says to her, shaking her head.
"There are defiantly some, if you tell me I promise I protect her from you." Glodis whispers to me, but loud enough so everyone else can hear it too.
"Yeah there are some but I wouldn't be a good sister if I share them." I excuse myself and Magda nods proudly.
"That's right."
"Let her be Glodis, you also wouldn't share our stories." another women says with the same accent, she looks quiet younger than most of the players but not less sporty.
"I would never." Glodis answers, smiling at her.
And something between them, the look they share, is the same like between my sister and Pernille.
"Okay girls, let's get back to training." A man, I identify as their trainer Alexander Straus, says and they get up again.
This time I watch them and don't even notice when a women sits down next to me, she has a splint around her leg and is dressed in some normal cloths, not the usual FC Bayern cloths.
"I'm Caro." she says, looking at me.
"Y/N, I'm Magdas sister." I say also making clear who I am.
"Cool, normally I would also be a defender like her."
I look at her splint "What happened?"
"ACL, only a month ago, something every player is scared off." she explains and I nod.
"I am sorry."
She laughs at me "Don't be, I am fine."
I stay silent, not knowing what to reply to that.
"I don't wanna be rude, but why are you here? Spending the day watching some people playing football doesn't really seems like something, you want to do all summer long." she says, I look at Magda on the pitch.
"I got into some trouble in school and they didn't want me to get into any during the summer so I am here now." I explain and she nods.
We sit there watching them until the training is finished and then wait until they get out of the shower and go with the team to grab a late lunch.
After that I drive home with Magda and Pernille and they show me a little around their neighborhood.
---
Most of my days from them look like this, they have training and I come with them, sometimes Caro is also there and we talk a little, but most of the time I read.
Before or after their training, they show me around town, on our first weekend we go to a lake and go for a swim.
"Can I ask you something?" Caro says, sitting down next to me, it's a Monday, the sky is grey and I'm pretty sure that it will rain later.
"Sure." I say, putting my bock down and taking a sip from my water bottle.
"I think in the last two weeks I've got to know you really well, and to be honest, I cant imagine that someone like you would get into any trouble."
I look at the players.
Magda, our mom, my teachers, even Pernille, all of them asked me what happened.
"I punched a boy in the face." I say, that's what I told everyone, but never the reason why.
"He...you know that Magda and Pernille are pretty open about their relationship."
Caro nods but doesn't say anything.
"In our neighborhood, practically everyone knows everyone and some boys in my school, apparently weren't so okay with their relationship and they know that she's my sister so they started annoying me."
I pause, remembering the face of this asshole when he felt my fist hitting him.
"At first it where only some mean comments that weren't even about her, more like nerd or freak, a couple of weeks before summer, he said that I should write an essay for him or else he would tell everyone my sisters little secret. I didn't know what he meant, he never met my sister, so I refused and walked past him when he said that my sister was a whore and would burn in hell for having a relationship with a women, I asked him to repeat that because I could believe what I was hearing and he did. He said it again and some other things I won't repeat. Something inside me got so mad and before I could do anything, I punched him in the face."
Caro looks at me in shook.
"Why didn't you tell me?" I hear a voice and turn around, it's Magda, the other players behind her.
"You would be all freaked out about it, mom too, so I didn't say anything." I say, she walks up and sits down next to me.
"I am sorry that you have such problems because of me." she says but I grab her hand.
"Don't, there is nothing wrong with being gay, I know that, he is just not smart enough to understand something like that." I explain and she nods, wrapping an arm around me.
"That's true and if loving a women, means that we will burn in hell that I can live with that, because I already experienced haven in her love." Lea says, and comes closer.
I smile at her words, behind her I notice Glodis looking at Karo, Magda told me her name a couple of days ago.
"I'm proud of you for defending us, even though violence is not an answer." Magda says and hugs me softly.
"PARTY." Georgia screams and everyone looks at her confused.
"I mean we need to celebrate that, someone standing up for those who cant stand up for themselves, like...." she searches for the right word. "Like Wonder Woman, you are Wonder Woman."
I laugh and Magda shakes her head smiling.
"I agree with Georgia. Y/N only got punished for what she did, we should celebrate her." Klara agrees.
The team decides to meet up for Pizza tonight and have some fun, including me.
Later when we drive home, I lean towards Pernille who is sitting in the passengers seat, quietly humming to the song that's coming from the radio.
"I have a question." She turns towards me,
"Karo and Glodis." I say and she nods.
"Are they a couple?"
"YES I TOLD YOU THEY HAVE A VIBE!" Pernille screams and I need a minute to realize that she meant Magda.
"Unfortunately not, but I thought that too, the way they look at each other is just so gay." she says towards me.
So I wasn't the only one to see it.
"Maybe yes, but they need to figure it out on their own, nobody should make assumptions about someone else." Magda says and I laugh.
"Amen." I answer.
"But don't punch anyone if they look at them for too long." Magda fires back and I act offended.
"I would never." I say and make her laugh.
"Yeah, but I am still very proud that you stood up for us."
" I did it because I love you, you both." I look at Pernille for a second. "I know that violence isn't right, but nobody gets to say anything bad about my sisters."
"And I always thought that as a big sister I had to protect you but I guess it's the other way around me." Magda says, she stops at a red light and looks at me.
"I love you too sis."
"Me too, I love you both." Pernille adds "I love you to the moon and to Saturn."
"And the Taylor Obsession is coming trough." Magda says rolling her eyes, but smiling at her girlfriend.

Not Strong Enough (Chap 5)
Jenna Ortega x Fem!Reader
Tumblr media
(pictures not mine)
Summary: Jenna was visiting her mom in the hospital to drop off the food that will be eaten for the hospital party, but she met a resident surgeon and she thought "God forbid I ran into an accident, but I want her to open me and stitch me up." While the surgeon tries her best to keep her fan girling low-key.
Warning: curse words.
A/N: 5th chapter, thank you for waiting. I'll be using a different POV her, please tell me if this is better or no. Also, I think if I start using this POV, y'all need to be guessing what's inside of Jenna's (in the story) mind.

Chap 5
"Hey, thanks for today, I really enjoyed the concert. See you around!"
You kept on reading the last text message that Jenna sent you after the concert. In the past few days, you are trying to keep your distance from the girl that you have been liking for some quite time now. After the concert, listening to the songs, it feels like you are having a revelation; you can't and you won't be the love of her life you thought.
So what you did was to be more productive than you are to stop yourself from thinking of the other girl and checking your phone. In the hospital when Jenna visits, you try to lessen your interaction and dismisses her telling that you are busy and needed in the surgery room. But one time, Jenna caught you seating in the chairs and watching a video on your phone. You didn't know that she'll go visit and unfortunately she asked around and asked what time is your break.
You were watching Melissa Barrera's 'Get To Bed With Me' YouTube video for Harper's Bazaar. "So, you are on a break, right?" You heard from your side and that got you surprised, it is Jenna's voice and you answered "Hey, I didn't know you were coming." and she chuckles and said "I came to surprise you, you were always on the go when I visit" she said and sat beside you.
You look at her whole figure intently, nothing has change, still the same chipped nail polish from the concert, same chuck taylors that she loves to wear, her headphone hanging around her neck, that necklace she wears sometimes when she is in the mood and a few rings.
"Yeah, I'm really sorry... there's a lot that's been going around here" you said with a sad smile and Jenna answered "No worries, I'm just glad I get to talk to you." and smiled at you.
Why does she need to smile like you are the softest thing that she have ever seen. "So, I just noticed, I mean I don't want to assume, because like, you know, it's not good, but I would like t you know, ask maybe, or like no, I've been meaning to tell you-" Jenna started to rumble but you held her hand and squeezed it and said "Hey you're rambling, it's ok breathe."
"Okay, I noticed that you are kinda ignoring me. You haven't replied to my message last last week, you have been ignoring me when I go here, I mean yes, we talk in facetime but you end it so quickly. I just... I miss you." Those words came out of Jenna's mouth.
She misses you. SHE MISSES YOU.
"Oh..." You started "I'm sorry if you feel like that, but I have been really really busy." You ended. But you feel like Jenna knows that you are lying to her.
"Sure, I mean, I'm sorry to bother you." Jenna said and went up to stand but you stopped her "Hey, please don't think that you're bothering me, that can never happen" and you smiled at her.
"Okay..." Jenna said and accepted your answer "So, do you have any plans for Halloween?" she asked and you answered "Yes, actually My friends and I are having a Halloween Party, just the four of us since we can't handle big events" and ended with a laugh.
"That sounds really nice, what are you dressing up?" Jenna asked you with such curiosity and you answered "Well, I'll be dressing up as Mavis from Hotel Transylvania."
Jenna took a mental note on that. The both of you heard a blaring sound and a voice said "Code Blue" and that alerted you.
"Hey, I'll be calling you, I am needed, duty calls." You said and kissed Jenna's cheeks and hugs her and you bolted out.
---
"Y/N please stop walking around, please" Ava stated while you pace around the break room with you friends watching you like you were in a loop. Beatrice enters the room, kissed her wife and looked at you weirdly.
"What is happening here?" Bea asked and her wife answered, "Well your friend here kissed her little princess, IN THE CHEEK." Ava exaggerated the last words that made Bea chuckle and said "Wow, a kiss on the cheek made you like that, how about when you get to kiss her." and the wives made fun of you that made you stop from pacing.
"GUYS! This isn't even funny!" You said that made the both of them laugh even more, "Chill down Y/N, girl friends kiss each other in the cheek." Beatrice emphasize the space between girl and friends "And please calm your thoughts down, try to stay in the present and no overthink yeah." Beatrice added.
"Okay, sure sure, I will try" you sat beside them and drink your water.
"So are you ready for our Halloween Party?" Ava asked and you just nodded "Okay, I can't wait to see you in your costume."
---
"TRICK OR TREAT" Those are the three words that the four of them hearing while they are having a dinner and playing monopoly.
"Damn, it's so late and there are kids outside." Ava stated as you went up and opened the door to give them candies and give them compliments for the effort that they did for their costume.
As you take your seat again "You can't blame them. I'd be walking the whole neighborhood just to get lots of candies" and rolled the dice, you moved your character that landed on boardwalk. You hollered and celebrated as you got the most expensive property in the game.
"That's not fair Y/N, you need to leave some property for us." Camila exclaimed while pouting like a little kid, "Oh stop it, you almost owned all of the land on the other side."
Beatrice gave you a house and the card for the boardwalk. Another knock on the door and a "Trick or Treat" can be heard, with a happy feeling, knowing that you'll be crashing Ava and Camila in the game, you happily get the bucket of candy and opened the door, and it stunned you.
Jenna was the one that is in front of the door, with her little cousins.
As you scanned her face, you could also see a surprised look, she probably doesn't assume that you will be the one opening the door and will be giving them the treats.
"Hey..." you said with the brightest smile, feeling like a fucking winner even if the game hasn't ended, but looking at Jenna with her orange long sleeve under a yellow jersey T-shirt, cargo shirt, and on her adidas rubber shoes. You intake in everything that is on her and she replied back with a smirk on her face "Hey back to you beautiful."
"Can I get my candies now?" You hear a littlw voice and you looked down and answered "Sure sweetie, here get anything you want" and almost gave all of the candies to Jenna's cousin.
"Whoa there, that's a lot for you miss." Jenna exclaimed seeing that you almost empty the candy bucket that you have.
"Didn't know you live around our block?" Jenna said and you answered "Oh no, this is not mine, this is actually where Ava and Beatrice lives" and scratched your head, "You wanna join our party?" you asked Jenna and she answered "Oh I would like to, but as you can see I'm tasked to bring the kids to trick or treat"
That made you sad because you won't be hanging with Jenna.
"But... I can come after we round the whole block if that's alright?" She asked and that made you smile and you answered "Sure, that's great" and you watched them walking away. The both of you shared a small wave.
As you went back to the table, you said to the group " I hope it's okay that I invited someone later?" and that made them look at you "It's just Jenna, so I hope you don't mind?"
"Wow, so now you got the guts to invite her huh? But yeah, it's okay for me, how about you my love?" Bea said and Ava nodded because her mouth is currently full with m&m.
"It's about damn time I get to meet her. I'll show her how I fucking nailed Wednesday's dance" Camila exclaimed and both you and Beatrice said "Please no."
---
An hour passed and the four of you are just watching a horror film when the doorbell rang. When you opened the door, you saw Jenna standing with a wine on her hand.
"Hey you didn't need to bring something" you said and Jenna answered "I think it's good to impress your friends" and the both of you entered the living room that made the other three stare at you.
Beatrice paused the movie and Camila said "Wow, you got your whole costume planned huh?" and that made you look at her questionly.
You then scanned Jenna's costume, orange long sleeves under a yellow jersey T-Shirt, a cargo short, and a rubber shoes. That's where it clicked, SHE WAS DRESS AS JOHNNY, Mavis' husband.
"Surprise" Jenna said in a little voice and looked at you worriedly.
You bit your lips and said "Well good to see you husband." You kissed her cheeks again and pull her to the sofa to the spot where you were seated earlier and the movie continued.
"I hope it's okay" Jenna whispered and that made you look at her, you were so close to her face, the lights of the TV illuminated her face, and that just took your breath away.
"What do you mean?" You asked, a bit of perplexed on what she's asking. "I dressed up as Johnny" she said.
You thought, why would she feel sorry for dressing up as your husband, as Mavis' husband? Because what she just did for her costume, being in a couple costume with you, sent you heart beating impossibly fast that you fear it will just stop and Jenna will be seeing you body lying on the floor while your three friends are trying to perform a cpr on you.
"No worries, I kinda like how you played it off, it looks good on you." You said and if the lights were on, you will notice how the blush on Jenna's face creeps in. "You are beautiful as well Y/N" Jenna said.
"Can we please now watch" Camila said to the both of you because she is just literally seating close to the both of you, which made the both of you said your apologise quietly and sat comfortably beside each other.
The night went on, and the five of you finished two movies. Beatrice and Ava are now cleaning the living room while you clean the dining room which leaves Camila and Jenna in the living room.
Camila broke the silence and said "I really liked you on Wednesday." and that made Jenna smile and said a thank you, Camila then continued "You know, if I may, I can show you how I perfected the dance you did in the ball" Camila stands up in the middle of the living room and within a second you tackled Camila into the floor, not wanting to make Jenna feel uncomfortable since you have watched a lot of her interviews about the Wednesday dance and also you are concerned about your friend who can't really dance to save her life.
"WHAT THE FUCK Y/N" Camila exclaimed and pushed you off of her "I'm sorry, I just missed you" you answered while you are still lying on the floor.
Jenna went to you and helped you up "Are you okay?" she asked and you just nodded.
"That was not fair Y/N, I was about to show Jenna my dancing skills" Camila said with a pout on her lips, and that just made you giggle.
Jenna buts in and said "Maybe you can show me next time when we meet each other again."
But that just made your head shakes for a no, earning a few "no" that can be heard from Bea and Ava.
Finishing up and gathering your things, you said your goodbye to Ava, Bea, and Camila. Jenna by your side walking towards the street.
"Thanks for inviting me tonight" Jenna said kicking stones that got in her way.
You looked at her like a little kid, thinking it was fun to see her like this, enjoying herself and being young & free. "No problem, I love having you around and the girls have been wanting to meet you since they only got to greet you in the hospital" you said.
"Really? I'm glad to hear that. I also enjoyed spending time with them" She said.
Walking a few more streets and you were nearing Jenna's house. No small talks were made, only the noise of the neighborhood can be heard and your small hums.
Jenna the breaks the silence "I just noticed that you always invite me to do something while I just go and say yes."
"Well, I like hanging out with you" you answered, because it is true. You know for yourself that even if you don't have any feelings for Jenna, you would enjoy her company.
"How about if you come to our Family dinner next time, sounds good?" Jenna suggested and it surprised you. How come you got invited to a Family Dinner and that made you super shy because you will gonna be surrounded with Jenna's family and you were scared that they will not like you. But then you reminded yourself to calm down and live on the now.
"Uhmm sure, if that's okay with your family, I don't want to intrude" you answered and Jenna smiled and said "Oh trust me they would love you there, my mom was also planning in inviting you, she said you are like a daughter to her"
Wow, Natalie has plans on inviting you, that was the first time you heard that. You know that you and Natalie have this bond and you feel so treasured and loved, thinking that Natalie thought of you more like her daughter.
Stepping in front of the Ortega's front door, you and Jenna faced each other earning a sweet smile on both of your faces.
"Thank you for tonight" Jenna said.
That moment, this moment, you were so sure that you wanted to kiss Jenna, you are thinking, you have stopped yourself many times to not kiss her so maybe this is a good chance to let go and just kiss her. Live on the now, you think. Your heart beating loud and you try to block the negative thoughts.
So one of your hand went into Jenna's side, you were slowly leaning in, waiting for a movement from the other girl to pull away and you felt none, so you persisted and you felt that Jenna was also leaning in, placing her hands into your shoulder.
A flashing of lights and a honk is heard that broke you apart. The windows rolled down and you saw Jenna's dad waving, getting down the car and going towards the both of you.
"Hey girls, hope I'm not interrupting something?" said and hugged Jenna and looked at you.
You introduced yourself "Good evening Sir, I'M Y/N, Jenna's friend and Natalie's co-worker.' and stretched your hand to shake his hand which he did shake and exclaimed "So you are who's Jenna is talking about, huh?"
Jenna nudged her father "Dad, please stop" which made her father laugh and said "Well, if you are hungry you can go inside and dig in." and leave the both of you outside again.
You broke the silence and said "Well, I'm gonna go home" you take Jenna's hand and kissed the back of it, "Good night my husband" You said with a teasing smile referring to Jenna's costume and you started to walk down their front yard.
Jenna then said "Good night to you my wife, call me when you're home" and blow you a kiss which you catch and kept it in your pocket that made Jenna laugh.
And that maybe was the greatest Halloween that you could have ever have in you whole life.

Our secret part 2
Dom!Erik x subblack!reader, dom × sub, smut!, swear words, age difference, big brothers best friend, fluffy kinda, dd/Ig themes but it's never addressed as dd/lg
Tumblr media
It was y/n 19th birthday and all her friends and family were over to celebrate her day!
She was Beyond excited, everything was falling perfectly into plan.
Her birthday theme were lemons, there was lemons literally everywhere. She had a Lemon cake, yellow tablecloths and of course for drinks there was lemonade, and to top it all off she had on a cute white princess cut dress with yellow lemons over over it! She had retired the two puffs and settled for one big afro with a cute  yellow Ruben tied around her head, She had light makeup and her lips were glossed and shiny.
She and her best friends dance and Sang along to the lyrics coming from the speaker loudly. Her mother laughed and quickly grabbed the camera- "smile guys!" She told the girls. Y/n put on a big smile and posed.
After dancing and singing their lungs out she were winded and tired. She huffed out air. It was extremely hot out today "I'll be back guys." She told her friends and walked back into her kitchen. Her bare feet slapping against the cold floors.
She could hear her dad and his friends from in the living room watching the game, the smell of beers and the sound of her dads laugher brought a since of comfort.
She grabbed a glass of lemonade and chucked it down... As she did so her mind began to wonder off to her brother...where was he? He was here earlier but he disappeared out of nowhere. A couple of his friends were supposed to come too maybe they had all went to the neighborhood park to play basketball like usual she thought.
Speaking of his friends she was a little bummed that Erik wasn't in town. He had went off to college two years ago and she haven't seen or heard from him since last summer when he had spent the summer with her family.. she thought about him a lot, maybe a bit to much.
"Y/n!" Her brother called from the kitchen door, shirt off and dripping with sweat. Speak of the devil. She crunched her face and plugged your nose shut. "Gross."
"Shut up, who's outside." He asked. She slightly rolled her eyes. "My friends a few of mom friends and mom, don't go out there until you take a shower you reek." She said and fake gagged yourself.
"Alright alright, Get off me I'm going but their someone outside on the porch that wants to see you." He said as he set the ball down and jogged up stairs to freshen up. She were froze for a second. Is it who she thinks it it? Her heart started thumping hard as she shakily set her glass down and pushed herself to walk to the front door. She opened the door and was face to face with the big 6'0 boy- or man now that she had fallen in love with over two summers of sneaky kisses and touches.
Her cheeks grow hot as she walk through the door and shut it.
He towered over her even more now then before. He still smelled good, and for the most part still looked the same...except he grow facial hair. She was shocked.
"Hi Erik!" She squealed as she jumped to hug him. He caught her and squeeze her back as he chuckled.
"Wassup lil mama, I feel like I haven't seen you in so long! I missed you." He said as he set her back on her feet and kissed her on her cheek, making her stomach flutter. "I missed you too! You left us to go back to that bougie college." She said sarcastically as she rolled her eyes jokily. He chuckled. "I know I know I should've came to visit earlier but I was busy you know how it is-" Erik explain before he was cut off be the girl sitting on the porch swing that y/n had completely missed and didn't notice at all. Y/n frown and turned her big brown eyes back to Erik, he bit his lip nervously.
"Oh yeah my bad, Vanessa this is y/n, y/n this is my girlfriend Vanessa." Erik said smiling at the both of them. Her heart slowly sank as her smile softened to almost a frown before she put on a fake cheerful smile.
His girlfriend?
"Hi..." she shyly said to Vanessa before looking back at Erik with sad eyes.
Vanessa glanced at Erik as well but more confused then anything. Erik chuckled nervously as he rubbed the back of his neck.
"Um well it's nice to meet you y/n and happy birthday! Time moves fast I still remember my 19th birthday like it was yesterday!" Vanessa laughed, making Erik laugh as well.
Obviously It was only three years ago more then likely...
"Thanks...Um I'm about to go in...I'll see you guys later." She said as she back away.
"Actually I'm staying the week with your bother!" Her face dropped once again. Not only today but the whole week? Great fucking great.
"Oh well is Vanessa staying here too?" She said playing with the end of her dress. She had to ask cause if so she would try to stay at one of her friends house or maybe even at her grandmas.
"No, her family live here too she's going to stay at her aunts place." She hummed in response before Turning around and going back into the house.
"She's...weird." Vanessa said scrunching her face. "Chill, she's just not used to new people plus nobody told her you were coming to her birthday party." Erik said as bit annoyed with Vanessas comment. She rolled her eyes and sat back down as they wait for her bother to come back down.
As she walked back into the kitchen her eyes were glossy and red. She didn't want to cry she really didn't but the tears were forming and her throat was starting to feel tight.
Her birthday was going good why did he have to ruin it.
-
After she opened her gifts, ate her cake and cleaned up it was time to go to bed.
Her friends had went home and she tried her best to pretend like Erik and Vanessa wasn't there but Erik just kept on talking to her so it was bad to be mad at him but it hurt so bad to watch him and his girlfriend be so playful with each other and all lovely. She sat on his lap the whole time and it was eating her up inside. She was jealous and weren't very sure if she should be but she couldn't help it.
Erik was her first love.
Y/n parents and brother had all went to bed hours ago, it was now 1:25 in the morning and her stomach ached from being empty.
Y/n got up and put on her slippers,  pulled her night gown down over her butt and stepped out of the room, closing her door softly.
She snuck down stairs and made her way to the kitchen. pouring herself some of the lemonade that her mom had made earlier.
"Why you up so late little one?" You heard from the door frame making you jumped spilling your juice down your soft pink gown. Y/n frowned looking down at her gown. "Don't worry about it, you ain't my daddy." She hissed pouring the rest of the lemonade in the sink. Erik's eyebrows raised a slight smirk on his face. "I see you got a mouth on you now huh?" Her face didn't move from the frown. She definitely didn't find anything amusing about this right now.
Y/n rolled her eyes as she made her way towards him to leave the kitchen...but he stayed in place.
"Move."
"I'm just trying to talk to you princess why you being so mean to me? I haven't see you in so long." She cross her arms across her chest. Now was not the time. "Erik move I don't want to talk."
"is it because of Vanessa? You jealous?" He chuckled. He thought this was funny clearly. She was hurt because of him and here he is laughing at her, right in her face.
She tore her eyes from his looking at the other side of the kitchen as the tears came filling her eyes, her bottom lip trembling. "Th-that's funny to you? Erik you hurt my feelings and you think it's funny? What the fuck is wrong with you? You played with my feelings and made it seem like you l-...loved me Erik," she said choking on her words now looking at him.
hot tears streaming down her face now. Erik's face dropped when he saw her tears. "Y/n, princess.." he sighed looking at her through his eyelashes, she hated that she thought he looked so cute right now and the way that the little pet name he gave her a couple years back still made her tummy feel warm and tingly...It all started with a silly game to this...
"baby you know we can't be together, I'm away in my second year of college and you haven't even graduated high school yet, you my best friends little sister I can't date you-"
"But you can fuck me right? Is that all I am to you? Just a fuck doll-"
"No no princess-"
"Stop calling me that!" You whispered yelled at him pocking him in the chest.
"You were just using me because I was naïve! Erik you made it seem like you actually liked me...like you loved me! You told me nothing would change when you went to college but then showed up to my birthday party with a girlfriend I had no idea about!" Her tears still streaming down her face. Erik really had nothing to say, she left him speechless, but what could he even say?
"I guess it is partly my fault also for being so stupid to even think you would like me like that huh?" Erik so badly wanted to tell her how he felt but it would only cause more damage and leave her thinking y'all could be more then what they were, in the end she would only get her hopes up again and end up with her feelings hurt.
He so badly wanted to grab her and Comfort you.
"Good night Erik." She pushed past him and headed back up stairs.
Y/n grabbed her teddy bear off her bed and crawled into her Secret room, shutting the door behind her. She turned on her fairy lights and it lit up the small room just enough. She snuggled into her blankets, and cried. She cried her little heart out.
Who would have known her brothers best friend would be the reason for her broken heart.
Why did he have do this to her on her birthday at that...
The day was soured all because he didn't even consider her feelings nor seem like he cared in the slightest.
He had that girl smiling all in her face like he wasn't fingering fucking her all last summer, sharing sweet kisses and cuddles, like he was sharing deep parts of his past to her. Her heart ached so badly that she had to grab it tightly as she cried into her teddy, this wasn't fair.. this wasn't fair at all she shouldn't be crying right now but she felt so betrayed by someone that showed her how to love, how to make love, how to feel loved..
She sank deeper into her comforter and let out soft gut wrenching sobs.
Her first heart break was her big brothers best friend, how naive of her.

9 | in which nights are spent, kisses are missed, secrets are laid out
Part 9 of No Mr. Wayne You Can't Adopt Me! | Masterlist
"Hello? Damian?" Marinette tucked her phone between her ear and shoulder as she continued sorting out the files. "Listen, something came up at the office today and Mr. Wayne won't be able to meet you for dinner outside. Sorry, it was an emergency. He said he'll postpone, though! I'm marking his calendar right now."
"Hm. I'm on my way to the restaurant and I believe it's already reserved," said Damian. "Will you be occupied as well? Why not come in place of Father?"
Marinette paused, slowly registered what he had offered, and then smiled. "Are you asking me out on a date?"
"I suppose so, yes."
"Really? Didn't you say for it to be a date, one has to harbor some sort of romantic feelings for the other?"
"Yes, I did say that."
Marinette couldn't help the laugh that escaped her. And her reddening cheeks. Kwamis, was that him trying to flirt? When did Damian learn how to flirt?
"Well, are you free?"
"Yes, I am in fact." Marinette practically burst into her boss' office and shoved the remaining documents into his hands. "At seven, right? I'll see you."
She packed all her things in a hurry and sped home on her motorcycle to get ready. Though Bruce would oppose this 'date' of theirs if he knew, she didn't want to miss the opportunity. I'm already off the clock anyway. Let's just hope Bruce won't come crashing our dinner.
***
"Thank you for accepting the invitation on short notice."
Marinette had to admit, Damian cleaned up well. Since the restaurant was on the fancy end, he wore a simple button down that complimented his eyes. Marinette herself had only changed into a red blouse but kept her office skirt.
"I would've been in bed with microwaved dinner and my laptop if you hadn't invited me anyway," Marinette beamed as she took a seat. "Still, I didn't expect you to actually invite me."
"I thought you needed a break from your work," said Damian. "The company seems very busy nowadays. And you're still taking your online courses, aren't you?"
Marinette could've melted on the spot. Damian was always the support behind her like that. At first there were only little gestures: updating her if any of his siblings might come to the office and cause trouble; telling off his father for making her do extra work; dropping off snacks for her when he visited. Soon they became comfortable with texting each other regularly.
"I'll be fine," she assured him. "There will be a big event two weeks from now, so everyone's trying to meet deadlines."
"Are you getting enough sleep?"
"Yes, Damian."
"Eating enough?"
She rolled her eyes playfully. "I am, mom."
"Has Father been bothering you too much?"
"It's just the usual," she said. "Actually, I think he's careful not to give me more work because he knows I tend to overwork. You don't need to worry, okay?"
Damian lowered his gaze, staying still for a moment. "You're like Pennyworth," he told her. "People like you . . . you help out people like Father at the expense of your wellbeing. I've seen it take a toll on Alfred sometimes—he is still human after all. I thought you needed a break from all that."
He looked up at her. "If you're taking care of everyone, who's taking care of you?"
Marinette just stared. There were some tears prickling at the back of her eyes but she didn't dare let it take over. Damian had hit close to home without meaning to.
"Ah, you're right." She noticed that her voice was thick. Oh fuck, fuuuck the tears are spilling. "Sorry, I . . . sorry."
"Are you okay? Did I say something wrong?"
"No, I . . ." She took a deep breath. "I just remembered something. Before, I used to do a lot of favors for a lot of people too. My parents, my friends, even acquaintances. Sometimes I never noticed how many things were already on my plate and so I end up so stressed out trying to please everyone."
To save Paris. To keep the city from crumbling under my watch.
"If you do feel stressed out, I'm here."
"What are you trying to say?"
"What I meant earlier. I . . ." Damian's expression contorted, as if he were looking for the right words. "I've been trying to sort out my feelings recently and I want you to know that I care a lot about you. More than in the sense of friendship."
He likes me back. He actually reciprocates. Marinette's heartbeat stuttered.
"But you know my contract, right?"
"Yes, that is why I won't ask you to—well—enter into a relationship with me. Your job is on the line after all."
Looking to her side, Marinette saw twin doors leading to a spacious balcony. She needed to talk with Damian properly, and it was best they had some privacy. She turned back to him. "Do you mind if we step out?"
Damian quietly told the waiter and ordered the chef's recommendation before leading her to the balcony. Marinette took the liberty of closing the doors and then turned to him. "I just want to get some things out of the way since you confessed to me."
"I know about you," she said in one breath.
"Know about what?"
Marinette subconsciously fidgeted with her hands. "I know. I know everything. Mr. Wayne is Batman, you're Robin, your siblings are the other vigilantes."
He fell dead silent, which worried her a little. Was it a bad idea to tell him that after all? Kwamis, I should've kept my mouth shut. Now he's going to look at me differently and take back his confession and tell his father and I'll be fired from my job and forced to live in the streets forever blacklisted by Gotham's vigilantes—
". . . I see," he finally uttered.
She twisted her fingers. "Are you upset?"
"I don't know . . ." Damian stepped forward. Closer to her. "I shouldn't have underestimated your intuition. I also shouldn't hold it against you since Father's identity is glaringly obvious at this point."
"I trust you, Marinette," he added softly while taking both of her hands in his. "If you know about me, about my family, but still return my feelings then I shouldn't complain. I was afraid I'd need to tell you myself and you will see me differently."
Her eyes widened. "What? No, that doesn't make a difference! I mean, uhm, it makes me understand why you always look tired in the morning or why you're concerned when I go out at night. I'd never think it makes you a bad person."
"What if I told you I've killed people before?"
She bit her lip. "Um, can I tell you another secret?"
He nodded.
"I know your mother."
Damian's eyebrows shot up. "My mother? You know . . . everything that I did?"
"Yes." Marinette drew out a slow slow breath. "Yeah I, uh, I know her and it may or may not be because of my time in Paris as a magical girl saving Paris from akuma attacks."
"Ladybug. That was you?"
"Basically."
"And mother was . . ."
"My teacher of sorts."
She let him take it all in but couldn't read his face. Is he too shocked? Amazed? Sad? Angry? Betrayed? Is he going to walk out of the restaurant?
"I wanted to tell you so you know fully what kind of person I am," she quickly supplied. "I don't like keeping secrets from people I'm close with after hiding one for so long."
"It . . . it all fits, I suppose," said Damian with a squeeze to her hands. "You're a hero."
"Former hero," she shrugged.
"You still are. It must've been hard to shoulder that responsibility."
"You have no idea." Marinette chuckled.  " . . .So?"
He blinked. "So?"
"You still, er, like me?"
"Of course I do. Nothing will change." Closer. Closer. He pulled her gently closer to him. "What about you?"
"I like you a lot. I really do."
His lips look . . . inviting.
"But?"
"There's no 'but'." She shook her head. "That's it. I like you."
His head lowered down to hers, gaze flickering downwards. He was so close, close enough for her to feel his breath fanning on her skin. But at the last second, she pulled away.
"Sorry we can't." She looked up at him apologetically. "Not yet."
"Oh . . ."
Instead of a kiss on the lips, Marinette tiptoed to press one on his cheek. "It's okay. I'll get this to work out." She squeezed his hands. "Trust me."

Can you use prompt 56. “Just marry me already “ and 97. “If you interrupt me one more time - so help me god” with Steve Harrington x Henderson!reader with Steve proposing at a inopportune time?
hiii! i did this as a smaller blurb, hope that’s okay! it’s just under 1k words and it’s cute and fluffy i hope u like it <3
Family dinners were always hectic, especially when yours just so happened to be the Hendersons. Your brother Dustin would nag you with no end, and your mom would be fussing over everyone.
Usually, it’d just be the three of you at the dinner table, but ever since you started dating Steve, there would be a fourth spot set and filled. Dustin loved him, of course, and was over the moon when you told him the two of you were together. Your mom found Steve charming and she laughed at every joke he threw her way. You’d watch the interactions with a smile on your face, happy that Steve was so welcome and comfortable with your family.
As the years went by, you and Steve eventually moved in together, finding a small but cozy apartment that was still close to your family. It was home, because it was with Steve. It was pictures in frames and your favorite blanket thrown over the back of the couch.
Today, you and Steve were hosting dinner for your family, deciding to relieve your mother of cooking for a night and finally letting Dustin—who was growing up way too fast for your liking—come visit like he always asked. Considering you weren’t together all the time anymore, you thought it would be nice to spend an evening with the people you were closest to.
Steve loved your family, because they were his, too. He was closer with them than he was with his own parents, having grown sick of their absence and high expectations. You were the love of his life, and you welcomed him with open arms at every given chance.
The two of you stood together in your kitchen preparing dinner, arms brushing every so often and small smiles shared when you’d lock eyes. You never got enough of these moments, domestic and sweet, a glimpse of what forever would look like with Steve.
He bought a ring ages ago, it sat heavy in his drawer and in his mind every day. He knew he wanted to marry you, and he wasn’t worried that you’d say no, he just wanted it to be perfect.
“Baby, could you hand me the salt?”
You snapped him out of his thoughts, and he nodded, passing you what you’d asked for and giving himself a mental shake to get out of his head.
“Here you go. You excited?”
“Yeah, actually. Haven’t really had a dinner with them since the holidays.”
“Mhm. I love those guys. And I love you.”
He gave you a little tap on the nose, which you scrunched in return, laughing and grinning all giddy. Nothing has changed between the two of you, you only continued to grow together, and you loved that you felt just a strongly for him as you did years ago.
“We all love you too, Steve. You know you’re a part of this family. That’s not gonna change anytime soon.”
“Just marry me already.”
He didn’t mean to let it slip out, but it did. He loved you so much and he didn’t want to wait any longer to ask you for forever. His and yours, spent alongside each other. But, he really did want to ask you properly and this is not what he had planned. Hands messy from your cooking, still in your rumpled clothes from the day.
“What?”
“So. I have a ring and I’ve had it for, like, ever but I never knew when to ask you and I guess now is as good a time as ever so-”
He quickly wiped off his hands on a small towel, then ran to your shared room to grab said ring and came back to you standing in the same spot. This is not how you expected the night to go, but you can’t say you’re upset about it.
“Steve, oh my god. What?”
“Look, it’s not huge but it’s pretty and I love you and-”
“Baby. It’s perfect.”
“That’s great, now please stop interrupting me.”
He sank down slowly on one knee, still watching your face closely and he could see the tears that gathered in your eyes, almost spilling. He could also see your smile, happy and surprised.
“Ever since I’ve known you I’ve wanted to be with you, every second of every day. Like, I miss you when you’re not around and all that shit. You know I love you, and I know you love me, so this is me asking if you maybe wanted to love me forever? Will you marry me?”
The tears you were trying to hold back were falling now, a laugh escaping you because this was so perfect, even if Steve didn’t think so, it was. The impromptu proposal was private, it was messy, but it was exactly what you wanted. Just you, and Steve, in your cute little apartment.
“Yes, of course. Get up here.”
He placed the ring on your finger, getting back to his feet and kissing you with his hands on your cheeks. You grasped his wrists, kissing him back and tasting the saltiness of your happy tears in the midst of it. It was broken by smiles, teeth clinking, but it was the promise of forever and more and that’s what mattered.
The doorbell ringing broke you and Steve apart, and you remembered the guests you were expecting, Steve looking at you with that boyish grin saying, “guess we have some news to share, huh?”

——
9:37AM. It was Thursday morning, only a few days after Alexis was born. You rolled over in the king size bed to find Kelly wasn’t beside you. Looking beside you, you could see Alexis wasn’t in her bassinet either.
Still sore from surgery, you slowly put your slippers on and went to the living room to find the rest of your family. Kelly was laying on the couch, shirtless, with Alexis on his chest and a blanket covering them while watching SportsCenter. Reaching down, you rubbed his shoulder to get his attention.
“How long you been here?” You asked, sitting beside him on the couch.
“Less than an hour I think. I didn’t want to wake you, I know you’re exhausted, so I fed her a bottle and we’ve been watching highlights of the Blackhawks game,” he replied with a smile.
“Your mom texted me last night.”
“Oh yeah? What did she say?”
“Said you texted her about the baby. She wants to visit when we’re ready. She can come today if that works for you.”
He nodded.
“Can you grab my phone?” He asked, “the new lieutenant officially starts today and Cruz was gonna text me about who they got.”
You wandered back into the bedroom and found his phone still charging on his nightstand. Looking at the notifications on his screen, there was a text from Boden.
Fixing your eyes on the screen of his phone, Boden had texted “call me.”
“No text from Cruz, just Boden,” you announced.
“What’d he say?”
“Call me.”
“That can’t be good.”
“Probably not. Want me to take Alexis so you can call him?”
Kelly pulled back the blanket and began to laugh. Once you saw what he had done, you started to laugh too.
“You wrapped the baby?” You chuckled, looking at the Moby Wrap you received from your baby shower wrapped around him and Alexis.
“Hands free,” he laughed.
“Coffee?”
“Sure.”
As you wandered to the kitchen, you saw Kelly mute the tv and call Boden, all while Alexis was sleeping on his chest.
A few moments later, you came back to the couch with two coffees in hand. Alexis had started to fuss as Kelly hung up the phone.
“What did Boden want?” You asked, handing him one of the fresh coffees from your hands.
“New lieutenant didn’t show up for work today,” he replied.
“Who did they get in for you?”
“Connor Maxwell, used to be an engine lieutenant before he got his squad certs.”
“Do they know what happened?”
“Boden says the guy overslept, but he doesn’t buy it. They’re gonna let him stay for the shift and cut him loose if it doesn’t go well.”
As Kelly told you about this squad lieutenant, he got a look of desperation in his eyes.
“What’s wrong?” You asked.
“I’m a little worried about my men.”
“Why, baby?”
“I’ve never been taken a furlough this long in a very long time.”
“Are you scared they’re gonna like this new lieutenant more than you?” You laughed, rubbing his shoulder.
“I just don’t want my company to go to hell while I’m gone,” he chuckled, kissing your forehead.
“How much time did you take off?
“I told Boden 8 weeks.”
“Is there a way you can go back early?”
“I guess I could, but I want to be here for you and our baby.”
Alexis began to fuss, still wrapped with her dad.
“I’ll take her, babe. She’s probably hungry.”
Kelly unwrapped Alexis and handed her to you. You raised your shirt, exposing yourself in order to feed your baby.
“I’m sure we’ll be fine here, if you want to go back early, Kelly,” you told him.
“I don’t want you to feel overwhelmed or like I want to work more than be home with our brand new baby.”
“I’ve got 8 months of leave. You would’ve had to leave me home with Alexis by myself when you’re on shift regardless.”
“I know, I know, I just hoped she’d be a little older first.”
“It’s like 3 days a week max, I’m sure we’ll be okay if you want to go back early,” you smiled, adjusting your head’s position to leaning on his shoulder, “I know you love your job and I know you love us, but we’ll be okay if this is what you want.”
“Are you sure?” He asked, wrapping his arm around you.
“Kelly, would I ever lie to you?”
“I guess I have my answer then.”
“You should call Boden and tell him there’s been a change of plans,” you gestured to his phone on the side table.
He grabbed his phone and you finished feeding Alexis. Kelly put his phone on speaker phone as you burped Alexis.
“Kelly, how’s the father life treating you?” Boden asked him as he picked up. You could hear his smile through the phone.
“Ah, Chief it couldn’t be better,” Kelly grinned, “do you have a minute?”
“Sure, what’s on your mind?”
“I was thinking about coming back to work a little earlier than what I originally planned.”
“When were you thinking?”
“Next shift, if you’ll let me.”
“Can’t stay away too long, huh?”
“What can I say? It’s in my blood,” Kelly chuckled.
“Actually though Kelly, is your wife okay with this? You sure you don’t want to take some time with your baby?”
“We’ve talked it over, it was kinda her idea actually.”
“I know he’s missing it, I’ll be okay if he goes back,” you piped up.
“Well, I still haven’t filled your spot for next shift. You’re welcome to it if you want it.”
“Thanks, Chief. I’ll be there.”
Kelly hung up the phone and turned to look at you.
“You’re really sure?” He asked, leaning in to give you a kiss.
“Yes, Kelly, I’ll be fine. Maybe I’ll even bring her over to the firehouse when you’re on shift,” you replied, “you don’t have to be worried.”
“I love you, thank you for being everything I wanted in life.”
You leaned over and hugged him with one arm, Alexis dozing in the other.
“Can you take her so I can have a quick shower? I still feel like hospital.”
“Of course baby, do what you need.”
You handed over Alexis to her father and just the sight of the two of them together melted your heart.
“Oh babe, question for you,” Kelly asked as you were headed to grab your house coat, “do we have more bottles? Or should I clean a couple for later?”
“Uh,” you were wracking your brain, trying to figure out where your nesting brain put them, “I think they’re in the drawer by the fridge, but honestly I don’t remember.”
Changing out of your clothes and into your bathrobe, you couldn’t help but notice the horizontal scar on your stomach. It was still a little painful when your hand brushed it, but the pain didn’t matter because you had your baby. The perfect baby, with the perfect husband. You didn’t need anything else.
Turning on the water and getting in the shower, Kelly knocked on the bathroom door.
“I hate to interrupt you,” he chuckled, “but there’s someone here who you’re going to want to see.”
“Can it wait until after my shower? I’ll be quick, I promise. Ask if they can wait?” You asked, shampoo already lathered in your hair.
“Yeah, we’ll be out here.”
Kelly closed the door behind him and the thought of who could be here for you raced through your mind as you quickly finished your shower. After finishing up and drying off, you threw your hair up in a messy bun and put on your sweats to go see your visitor.
“Babe, I made some breakfast for the four of us,” Kelly told you, setting the table.
“Who’s here? And where’s Alexis?” You asked.
“Hi, sweetie,” a familiar voice beamed.
“Mom, what are you doing here?” You asked.
“I came to apologize,” she said, “I’m so sorry for what I said.”
Without saying a word, you walked over to your mom and gave her the tightest hug of your life. A couple tears filled your eyes.
“You want to meet your granddaughter?” You asked, motioning to Kelly to remove Alexis from the wrap.
“Yeah, I’d love you,” she smiled.
Handing over your daughter to your own mother was such a special experience for both of you.
“Kelly can you take a picture?” You asked.
“Oh, honey, I just got off a plane, I look awful.”
“Mom, you look great. I want to remember this.”
Kelly grabbed his phone from the counter and took a picture of the three of you together.
“I also came for another reason,” she admitted, sitting down at the table, “Kelly and I were talking while you were finishing your shower. He told me he’s going back to work earlier than expected. I already called back home and I’ve made arrangements to stay with you for a week or two.”
“Mom, you didn’t have to do that.”
“Yes I did, my daughter had my first granddaughter. I need to be here with you.”
“I’ll be fine on my own while Kelly is on shift, you don’t need to help me.”
“Well, then I’ll explore Chicago. I’ve never had the chance to do some sightseeing here.”
You nodded and brought Alexis’ motorized baby swing closer to the table.
“Set her in the swing while we eat, you can hold her after,” you offered.
Your mom set Alexis in the swing and it bangan to slowly swing side to side.
“So Kelly, when are you back to work?” your mom asked.
“Tomorrow morning,” he said, grabbing some more bacon from the counter.
“That’s quick,” she replied.
“Yeah, only missed two shifts, but I know my girls will be okay for 24 hours without me.”

Leaves
Another Incredibles au fic... sort of a little character study? I suppose it could be that. I just started writing the other day and this came out, so it’s not much, but I figured it would be a shame not to post it. Maybe someone will like it.
Set when Sky and Warriors are preteens, and Time is a fairly-young adult. Little warning for implied past character death.
————————————————————
Warriors walked slowly along the path he was following, his scarf trailing behind him as late afternoon light filtered past. It had been a bit of a detour to head here instead of straight home after school, and his legs were growing tired, but he’d been needing to come here for weeks, and finally had the time to today.
Warriors didn’t stop until the path curved, and he found himself at a tree with fan-shaped leaves that had begun to spread themselves across the ground.
There was a stone beneath it’s branches, and Warriors knelt beside it, gently brushing off the yellow leaves that had fallen on top. His hands brushed the letters carved into the stone, and he leaned back, smiling a little.
“Hey, Mom.”
A few moments of silence ticked by, and his smile faded, Warriors folding his hands in his lap as he exhaled.
“Um... I know I haven’t visited in a while, I’m sorry. Things have been kind of crazy lately. Time got in some trouble, and it was... a lot of stuff happened.”
He cleared his throat, and adjusted his scarf, shaking off the little flakes of ice that had begun to form on his fingers.
“We’re all doing okay now, though,” he continued, watching a leaf fall. “Time’s still kinda worried about me and Sky, even though we keep telling him we’re fine. He’s been sort of... clingy. But even though he’s been clingy, we finally convinced him to let us go out with him, so that’s been pretty great. We’ve already stopped some villains.
“Um... oh right, he hasn’t yet, but Time is totally going to propose soon. When he isn’t worrying over me and Sky, he’s acting almost giddy, it’s been so weird. He’s been so weird lately.”
Warriors huffed out a little laugh, then looked at the stone again, his smile slipping away.
“He really loves Malon. And I think you’d love her too Mom. I... wish you could meet her. We all do.”
He breathed out slowly, scratching his arm.
“I guess that’s pretty much it. I’m doing fine, in case you were wondering. Mostly just training with my powers. I figured out I can do really sharp icicle things if I focus really hard, so I’ve been trying to get better at that. I’ve also been working on making little stuff out of ice, but that’s not super useful...”
Warriors trailed off as a few leaves fluttered down around him, a weight much heavier than leaves weighing on his chest.
He closed his eyes.
“I miss you Mom. I... hope you’re proud of me. I’m trying.”
A leaf landed on Warriors’ head then, and he picked it up, running a thumb along it’s veins.
After a moment he raised his head, and let go of the leaf, conjuring some ice in his hands. He focused for several minutes, tongue slightly sticking out as he molded the ice in his hold, and slowly a flower appeared in his hands, made of pure ice. It was a little crude, and lacked the detail that Warriors would have preferred, but it would have to be good enough.
“I’ll come visit again soon,” he promised quietly, setting the flower at the base of the stone. “I have to go now though, or Time and Sky’ll worry. Even though I’ll be fine, and have powers to defend me, but you know. Time especially doesn’t need more stress.”
Warriors leaned back as a gust of wind blew some leaves past the stone in front of him, and he gently thumbed over the words again.
Then he breathed out, and got to his feet, noting that the late afternoon had trickled into evening while he’d been sitting. The leaves of the tree looked more orange now then yellow, and he tucked one in his pocket as it drifted by.
“I love you Mom. I’ll see you later.”
Warriors looked at the stone one more time, then gave a tiny smile, turning away and walking back down the path he’d come up.
A thin dusting of frost trailed behind him on the grass.

Minori pauses herself, wondering why you suddenly out a strand of her hair behind her hair

"Minori, i love you, more than friends.. hehe" y/n says playfully before falling asleep, leaving minori in a state of shock, confusion and happiness
"W-WHAAAT?! Y/N! WAKE UP! DONT J-JUST FALL ASLEEP!" Minori screams, shaking you to hopefully wake you up, she also wants to tell you that she feels the same way

Akito Shinonome
You just got home after school and the sun was begining to set, you sat on your bed playing your phone and doing nothing, you then decided to do your homework.
Once you opened your bag you see that your notebook was nowhere to be found, you panicked a bit, the deadline was tomorrow and the notebook was nowhere to be seen, you suddenly remembered that a certain close friend of yours borrowed it to take some notes, you then proceed to call him.
"Hey, kito.. where's my notebook? Do not tell me you left it at school..." You asked, you could hear akito groaning "chill i accidentally put it on my bag, ill just.. return it tomorow" he shruggs, you sighed in annoyance and began to tell him that you needed that notebook to finish some assigments.
"If you want that notebook then just, come to my place.. i mean.. we live pretty close right? Youre just.. right around the corner.." he suggested "what?! No way! Im not walking, you brought my notebook with you, you should be the one to return it.!" You fought back, making sure to emphasize your words.
"Well.. then im not giving it to you, bye" akito says in a sing-song voice "w-wait! Ugh.. fine ill get it.. dont copy my homework tomorow kay?" You added, akito groaned "fine, finee.."
After minutes of walking you knocked the door of the shinonome household, you were greeted with akito, wearing pajamas and carrying a bag of chips, he coughed when seeing you "o-oh you actually came.. yeah uh.. the notebooks right in my bag.. ill go get it" he responded when he left, you could see the tv playing, it was your favorite movie! When akito came back he saw you staring at the television.
"Hm? You know this show too? Hm.. wanna watch it with me?" He asks, before he knows it you were already inside his house watching the television. You wondered.. why werent his parents home? and where was his sister?
"Hey akito, wheres your dad? Or your sis?" You ask, akito simply shrugged and replied nonchalantly "my sister doing something at her room...probably drawing or talking to her friends.. my mom's out with her friends and my dad is staying late for work" you simply nodded and continued watching the movie, soon enough you found yourself falling asleep, akito doesnt notice this but begins to notice when it suddenly got too quiet..
"Hm.? Y/n you alright- oh hell no.." he mutters, you were sleeping peacefully, akito wants to wake you up.. but at the same time.. he doesnt afterall he did drag you out in the middle of the night just for you to get the notebook that he stole, akito sighs and puts a pillow below your head, he sighs and whispers ".. what did i get myself into.." you shuffle around and mutter quietly "mm.. like... You too... Kito.." you mutter, akito overhears this and instantly turns red.
"Y-YOU WHAT?!" He screams and instantly covers his mouth, you groaned a bit and continued sleeping, akito was surely thankful that you were a heavy sleeper. "Oh thank god..." He sighs with relief ".. i like you too dumbass.. took you long enough.." he says quietly with a tone of playfulness. He arranges your sleeping position so that your comfortable.
Tumblr media
Bonus:
Akito sneakily took your phone and then took a pic of your sleeping face and sets it as your wallpaper "theyre gonna love it.." he grins mischievously, after hours you finally wake up, you grabbed your notebook and quietly leave the house, when you checked what time it is you went red with embarrassment it was a pic of yourself sleeping! You'll surely get him next time.!

“Maybe you should stay home today sweetheart.” Lizzie sighed as you coughed into your elbow, “It sounds like you’ve caught that bug going round. We can always reschedule, or I can always go visit my parents by myself for a few hours and then come home again.”
But you only shook your head as tossed her the car keys, “No, we’ve been putting off seeing your parents for weeks and I’m not even that sick either, my throat’s just being a little temperamental.”
Lizzie hesitated for a moment, worry creasing her forehead, but ultimately, she relented and took the keys from you. She watched as you gathered your things and made your way out the door, wishing she could convince you to stay home and rest.
As you drove to Lizzie's parents' house, you couldn't shake the feeling of fatigue that settled in your bones. You tried to ignore it, focusing instead on the radio and the passing scenery outside the car window. The coolness of the glass felt amazing against the throbbing which had begun to pound in your temples.
The drive wasn’t too long at least, that was a positive. Not only had your head begun to pound, but you also found yourself beginning to sniffle repetitively, unable to keep your nose from running. Those sniffles only intensified further when your nose itched sharply.
“H’h..h’tschoo! Heh’hupsshooo!”
Lizzie chuckled, reaching over to squeeze your thigh gently, “Bless-“ She started but stopped when your breath hitched again preemptively.
“H’htschoo!” You ducked your head into your elbow as you covered your final sneeze, sniffling wetly in the aftermath, scrunching up your nose as you wiped it against the end of your sleeve.
“There's tissues in the glove box baby, blow your nose.” Lizzie sighed, regretting that she hadn’t pushed further for you to stay home.
You nodded and reached for the tissues, blowing your nose loudly and rubbing at your eyes. The headache was only getting worse, and your throat felt like it was on fire. You tried to distract yourself by looking out the window again, but everything seemed to blur together in a dizzying haze.
By the time you arrived at Lizzie's parents' house, you were feeling worse than ever. Your head was pounding, your nose was running nonstop, and your throat was so sore it hurt to swallow. You tried to put on a brave face when you greeted her parents, but they could tell something was wrong.
As soon as you walked in the door, Lizzie's mom greeted you with a big hug. "Oh, honey, you don't look so good. Are you feeling okay?" she asked, concern etched on her face.
You forced a smile and nodded, not wanting to worry her. "I'm just a little under the weather. Nothing to worry about," you replied, your voice scratchy and hoarse.
Lizzie's dad came over to give you a handshake and a pat on the back, but you winced in pain as the pressure on your back sent a wave of pain through your body. Lizzie noticed your discomfort and quickly intervened, guiding you over to the couch and offering you a glass of water.
You gratefully accepted the water, taking a sip to soothe your sore throat. Lizzie sat down next to you, her hand resting on your knee as she asked, "Do you need anything else, love?"
You couldn’t help but feel your heavy eyes begin to close on their own as you fought to keep yourself awake as you leant your head against Lizzie’s shoulder, “No, it’s fine.”
Lizzie frowned as she felt the heat radiating off of you. She knew that you were running a fever, and she didn't want to push you too hard. "Maybe we should head back home, sweetheart," she suggested gently.
You shook your head, not wanting to ruin the visit. "No, I'm fine. Let's just hang out for a bit," you said, your voice barely above a whisper. Lizzie hesitated, but eventually she relented when she parents joined the two of you in the living room.
You tried your best to keep yourself composed as you chatted with Lizzie's parents. But as the conversation went on, the pressure in your sinuses began to build, and you knew that you were on the verge of a sneeze.
You tried to hold it in, but it was no use. Your body gave in, and you let out a loud, explosive sneeze. "H'tschh!" Your hand shot up to cover your nose and mouth, but it was too late.
Lizzie's mom rushed over to you with a handful of tissues, concern etched on her face. "Oh, honey, are you okay? Do you need anything?" she asked.
You nodded, grateful for the tissues. You blew your nose, wincing as the pressure in your head intensified. You could feel the heat rising in your cheeks as you tried to hide your embarrassment.
Lizzie's dad gave you a sympathetic smile. "It's okay, we've all been there," he said, trying to make you feel better.
“You’re definitely getting a cold.” Lizzie sighed, pressing a tender kiss to your cheek. You could do little more to respond, that insistent itch still lingering in your nose before you eventually sneezed down into your tissues yet again, mumbling out your apology afterwards.
Lizzie's mom reached over to hand you another tissue, giving you a sympathetic smile. "Bless you, dear. It sounds like you're really not feeling well," she said kindly whilst Lizzie wrapped her arms around you, holding you closer to her.
You nodded, feeling a pang of guilt for not listening to Lizzie's advice to stay home. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make a scene," you apologised, your voice still scratchy and hoarse.
Lizzie's dad patted you on the back. "No need to apologise, we understand. Sometimes these things just happen," he said, giving you a reassuring smile.
But you couldn't shake the feeling of embarrassment and discomfort. You were starting to feel like a burden on everyone, like you were ruining the visit. You tried to excuse yourself, saying that you needed some fresh air, but Lizzie insisted on coming with you.
Outside, the cool air felt good on your flushed face, but you couldn't escape the pounding in your head or the congestion in your sinuses. You leaned against Lizzie, feeling her warmth and support as you tried to catch your breath.
"I'm sorry," you mumbled, feeling tears prickling at the corners of your eyes. "I didn't mean to ruin the visit."
Lizzie pulled you closer, rubbing soothing circles on your back. "You didn't ruin anything, sweetheart. We just want you to feel better," she said, her voice soft and gentle.
You leaned into her, feeling the weight of exhaustion and sickness weighing you down. "I just want to go home," you said, your voice barely audible.
Lizzie nodded, understanding the seriousness of the situation. She helped you back to the car, settling you in the passenger seat before going back inside to explain the situation to her parents.
As Lizzie drove you home, you leaned your head against the window, feeling the cool glass soothing against your hot skin. Lizzie's hand found yours, squeezing it gently as she drove.
“Maybe you should try and take a nap sweetheart, you look exhausted.”
“Naps are only for babies and old people. I'm neither.”  You mumbled, but still you found yourself giving in and closing your eyes.
Lizzie chuckled softly. "Well, in that case, you're just taking a rest. You need it." She whispered, her voice filled with sympathy and love.
You nodded sleepily, feeling grateful for Lizzie's understanding and care. As you drifted off to sleep, you knew that you were in good hands, and that Lizzie would be there to take care of you until you were feeling better.

But, he's been mysteriously cursed to turn into a cat every night since his eighteenth birthday… until he meets you, an employee at his grandfather's company, who rescues him as a cat and changes him back with one kiss.

“Daaamn. So, he held her hand in front of you and mom and everything?”
You and Lumine are visiting Aether at the hospital. Lumine has just finished telling Aether everything that happened during that evening. You’ve been casually listening, ensuring Lumine doesn’t exaggerate the truth. By the end, Aether smiles at you.
“It’s like one of the stories you write, Sis.” Then, he lowers his voice and says dramatically, “What did they talk about after the mother and sister left? Stay tuned…”
Lumine laughs. “It definitely sounds like a cliffhanger.”
“Well, if things really go well, I’m happy for ‘ya, Sis.” Aether tears open a chocolate bar. “It’s about time that ginger gets some competition.”
A soft knock comes at Aether’s door.
You and Lumine are surprised to see a girl about the same age as the twins. Her eyes are slightly darker than the colour of her hair that's tied into a high ponytail. She's wearing a dark hospital gown that makes her skin look even paler than it already is.
“A-Ayaka!”
You and your sister glance at each other. Ayaka? Since when did Aether make a friend?
She walks in, and you see she’s holding one of Aether’s video games. “Hello. I hope I wasn’t interrupting anything.” She gives you and Lumine a slight bow.
“No! Not at all!”
“I came to return the video game you lent me the other day," Ayaka says, putting the video game on the nightstand beside Aether's bed.
“You lent her one of your video games?” Lumine gasps.
Aether shoots her a warning look, but his twin remains unfazed.
“Yes.” Ayaka smiles. “He was kind enough to lend me one when I was recovering.”
“Well, well, looks like Aether’s all grown up!”
Ayaka looks at Aether. “Are these two…”
“They’re my sisters.”
“It’s nice to meet you, Ayaka,” you say. “I should thank you for giving my brother company.”
Lumine nods. “That’s why we brought him his games in the first place. He wouldn’t stop complaining about how bored he was.”
Ayaka doesn’t see Aether’s deadpan look toward his twin. “I quite enjoy Aether’s company. He’s a fun person to talk to.”
“Oh, is he now?” Lumine asks with a smile. “That’s good to hear!”
Then, Ayaka bows once. “I should return to my room. My brother will be coming soon.”
“You have a brother?” Lumine asks.
“Yes.” Ayaka looks at you. “He should be around the same age as you or maybe a little older. His name is Ayato.”
“Ooh, perhaps we can all get lunch together sometime!” Lumine says excitedly.
“I think that would be a lovely idea.”
“I second that,” you say.
“I, uh, anytime’s good for me!”
“As long as you get to see Ayaka, right?” Lumine says quietly. Aether glares at her, and she returns it with a smile.
Ayaka chuckles. “I guess Aether and I can arrange something.”
“Yeah!”
You and Lumine give Ayaka a small wave just before she leaves.
Once Ayaka is out of sight, Lumine turns to her brother and asks, “Pickin’ up girls at the hospital, are we now?”
You laugh. “She seems like a nice girl.”
“Maybe the only girl who will give Aether a chance.”
Aether sticks his tongue out at his twin. “Ha-ha. Hilarious, Lumine.”
As your siblings continue to bicker, you look at your watch. It's almost time to meet your friends. You grab your bag off the armchair, which gets Aether's attention.
“Leaving already, Sis?”
“I’m meeting Candace and Dehya to get my dress today.”
Lumine gasps. “Oh! For the Awards night, right?”
“That’s the one.”
Once you leave the room, you see a woman walk out of the room next door. Isn’t that the room Alhaitham’s grandfather is staying in? Her long, blue locks make her stand out. Coupled with her fair skin, she would turn heads down the street. Could this woman be a friend of Alhaitham’s? Or…
You walk in the other direction, trying and failing to kill your curiosity.
◆◆◆
As soon as you enter the high-end boutique, Candace waves at you while Dehya goes in for a hug.
“There she is!"
You walk up and hug Dehya, a friend from school who you introduced to Candace a few years ago.
"I should get your autograph now before you become too famous!"
"And what?" you ask. "Sell it?"
Dehya laughs. "You got me."
“Did you have lunch yet?” Candace asks.
“Yeah, I already ate. I came from the hospital, actually,” you say. “I was visiting my brother.”
“Aether?” Dehya asks. “What did he get himself into this time?”
“He broke his leg while snowboarding.”
“Ouch… but the kid’s learning to snowboard now?”
"Well, he isn't sure he wants to go again after that incident."
Soon, you and Dehya get caught up with what's happening in your lives. Unlike you and Candace, who are creatives, Dehya works in law enforcement. You aren't surprised. She was incredibly athletic in school, having more physical strength than some of the boys. Her grades were also good. Her intelligence and athletics made her intimidating to most of the students, but it was also the reason why the two of you became friends.
Dehya looks around the high-end boutique. “So, Candace, care to give some recs?”
Candace looks at you. “Do you already have something in mind?”
“Not really… but I guess I’d like to try something different.”
She smiles. “A bolder look, maybe?”
“Something that’ll truly knock people off their feet!” Dehya adds.
“Let’s start with the overall design,” Candace suggests. “Once you like the dress, we can start looking at colours.”
After a while of you and your friends going through racks and racks of dresses, Dehya brings up the school reunion, something you’ve been thinking about.
“I haven’t replied to Collei yet,” you say. “Are you going?”
Dehya nods. Then, she quietly says, "He won't be there, you know. Collei wouldn't invite him."
You know that Collei wouldn't invite your ex if she's inviting you. She's not that type of person.
“...I know she wouldn’t.”
Is it bad to say that you don't want to see any of your old classmates? It's not like you're close to them. They're acquaintances at best. Some knew your ex and probably still kept in touch. However, you didn't want to deal with any questions about him. He used to haunt your dreams; his influence left harmful traces in almost every aspect of your life.
"I don't want to see them." You sigh. "Don't get me wrong. I don't have anything against them. It's just…."
“Hey. You don’t have to explain yourself to me,” Dehya says kindly. “If you don’t want to go, don’t go.”
You give her a small smile, and she returns it with one of her own.
"...I haven't decided, though, so I haven't replied."
“Something wrong?”
You and Dehya look at Candace, who’s holding a black satin off-sleeve dress that’s round and low-cut at the front with a slit on the side.
“I didn’t know dress shopping would be such a downer,” she jokes.
“Oh, it’s not that,” you say.
Dehya quickly gets Candace up to speed about Collei's invitation to a school reunion. Candace quickly catches on; she knows, after all, that your ex went to school with you.
“The reason you haven't replied... Is it because you might want to go?” Candace asks.
She's right. A part of you wants to show off this incredible person you've become. But would there be a point to that? The more you think about it, it seems like you'd be going for all the wrong reasons. Maybe it's best to leave it all behind.
The bell at the entrance sounds, signalling a customer. You, Dehya, and Candace turn around, and your eyes widen when you see Alhaitham… with a woman. The same woman you saw at the hospital earlier today.
“Haitham?” Candace asks, obviously surprised.
Alhaitham is just as surprised to see you.
“Layla!” Dehya exclaims.
“Dehya?” the woman smiles. “I never thought I’d see you at a boutique.”
“That’s cuz I’m here with friends!”
“Well, it looks like we all know each other,” Candace says. “Care to introduce us, Dehya?”
You learn that the woman with Alhaitham is Layla, a Sumeru native living out of the city until recently. She and Alhaitham are old friends, while she and Dehya met at a city event a few years ago.
“I’m not surprised Haitham knows so many great people,” she says. “It’s wonderful meeting you.”
“So… are you two on a date?” Dehya asks.
“No.”
“That was quick.”
“You must excuse his bluntness,” Candace says.
Layla chuckles. “But it’s true. We aren’t on a date. He’s just accompanying me for the day.”
“What brings the two of you here?” you ask.
"I want to get a new suit," Layla says. "Haitham says that he has a friend who works in the fashion business and thought she could help out." She looks at Candace. "I guess he was referring to you."
“At least he knows a good designer when he sees one,” Candace jokes.
“What about you?” Alhaitham asks, looking at you.
“I’m looking for a dress for the Awards Night."
Candace holds up the black dress. “What do you think about this one, Haitham?”
“Have you tried it on?”
“Not yet.”
Alhaitham smiles at you. “Go try it on.”
“What? So you can judge me?” you ask jokingly.
He leans close enough to whisper in your ear, "No, silly. So, you can see how beautiful you'd look in it."
Your eyes go wide.
“Something wrong?”
Looks like no one else heard what he said. You aren't surprised. With how he lowered his voice like that, it's only loud enough for you to hear but also sends a surprising shiver down your spine. You feel someone's hands on your shoulders. When you turn, you see Candace.
“I bet he told you to try it on, right?”
“Yeah…”
Candace smiles and hands you the dress. “Then, hurry and try it on, girl!”
Once you leave for the dressing room, Dehya points her finger at him. "Who are you to her? How come I haven't heard about you?"
“I’m her neighbour,” Alhaitham answers calmly.
“And her C—”
“She lives across from me,” Alhaitham quickly interrupts. He gives Candace a look, and she catches on and subtly nods.
“You two seem too... close to just be neighbours,” Dehya says.
“She’s also a friend.”
It’s obvious Dehya doesn’t buy it.
Layla chuckles. “Let’s stop grilling them, Dehya. Perhaps they’re a work in progress.”
Dehya jabs Alhaitham in the chest. "I don't know who you are, but you'd better not try anything funny."
“Don’t worry,” Candace says. “I’ll keep an eye on them.”
Dehya still looks suspiciously at Alhaitham as she says, "Well, if you're friends with Candace, I guess you should be okay."
“I appreciate you’re looking out for her,” Alhaitham says.
Dehya blinks once. Twice. Then, she turns to Candace. “Is he always like this?”
“Like what?”
Dehya looks back. “Like… I don’t know. Polite?”
“If it’s any reassurance, Candace already gave me a similar warning,” Alhaitham says. “I do not plan on trying anything’ funny’ with her. If anything”—his gaze turns stern—“I’d like to look out for her.”
You come out of the dressing room with the dress on. Candace is the first to walk up to you.
“It looks good!”
"You think?" you ask, looking down at yourself and then at the large mirror on the opposite wall.
Alhaitham approaches you, and you see his subtle smile in the mirror.
“Are you going to wear heels?” You see Layla just behind Alhaitham. “I think it would look nicer if you wore heels.”
You turn around. “I appreciate the suggestion, but aren’t you two here for something else?”
Layla chuckles softly. “Well, it seems like you completely grabbed Haitham’s attention.”
“Oh, I wonder why.”
You give Candace a look, and she smiles back.
“Well, I also think the dress looks nice on you,” Dehya chimes in. “The guy has a good eye.”
You and Alhaitham look at each other, but you’re the first to look away.
Sometime later, in a twisted series of events, you and your friends end up having lunch with Layla and Alhaitham at a nearby restaurant. After telling Layla about what you do, she looks visibly impressed.
“Wow, so you’re the scriptwriter for Love in the Spotlight? I binged it in one day,” she laughs. “It was so well done!” She takes a bite of her food. “How did you come up with the idea? Or… is that a secret?”
“Actually, it was inspired by something I read in the news.”
“I guess when inspiration strikes, it strikes hard.” Layla looks at Alhaitham. “Didn’t you watch it too, Haitham?”
“I did.” He looks at you. “And I enjoyed it.”
You aren’t sure why you find it difficult to meet his eyes. You’ve always taken compliments nicely. So, why do you feel… unexpectedly nervous?
“What did you particularly like about it?” Dehya asks. You gently nudge your friend underneath the table. “Whaaat? I’m just curious! Maybe he didn’t actually watch it and is just saying it.”
Candace cuts into her steak. “So… you’re testing him, is that it?”
"It was the characters who made it enjoyable," Alhaitham answers. "Perhaps it's a personal preference, but I especially enjoyed watching the female lead. From a rookie, unconfident actress to winning awards and giving advice to her juniors... her growth is quite inspiring."
You're pleasantly surprised at his response. You expected to hear "an interesting plot," "the high production value," or something similar. It never really crossed your mind that he'd comment on the characters.
"I'm sure many people would find strength in watching her as well," he continues. He looks at you. "It was a story with substance."
Curious, you ask, “I suppose you like character-driven stories then.”
"Truth be told, I've never thought about it," he says, slightly smiling. "But if my experience with Love in the Spotlight is anything to go by, it depends on whether I think the show delivers meaningful value."
Dehya whistles softly. “What a compliment.”
You can’t hide your smile, and you don’t want to. You feel a new sense of accomplishment as creating something purposeful and inspiring has always been at the top of your creative goals.
“That’s very motivating,” you say honestly. “I appreciate your thoughts, Catman.”
“Catman?”
You slowly look around at the confused faces. Alhaitham, on the other hand, has a slightly amused smile at your blunder.
“That’s… an interesting nickname for Haitham,” Layla says. “Never heard that one before.”
Candace chuckles. “It’s definitely a more creative one than Nerd or Bookworm.”
“Is it because he likes cats?” Deya asks.
Layla laughs. "Or… maybe he's like a cat. I can definitely see that."
You and Alhaitham glance at each other, and he enjoys seeing your little smile as you continue eating.
◆◆◆
You’ve just finished your shower that evening when you hear a knock at the door. You open it to find Alhaitham dressed in a black tank and pants.
“You’re… early,” you say.
"I was wondering if you'd wanted to come over instead."
You raise a brow. “You aren’t going to kidnap me, are you?” Alhaitham gives you a slightly deadpan look, and you shrug with a small smile. “Just making sure.” You lean against the doorframe. “Why, though?”
“I don’t think it’s fair if we keep using your place. If you’re comfortable”—he nods at his unit—“you could come over.”
You look past him and see the closed door. Alhaitham’s place… what would it look like? You’d imagine it would be minimalistic with a black, white, and gray colour scheme.
“...Curious?”
You immediately turn to him when you hear his low voice near your ear. Your lips almost brush against his cheek.
Then, he chuckles. “You can take a look at my book collection.”
“...Your book collection?”
“You have a bookshelf in your room. I assume you like reading.”
The bookshelf in your room isn't big and can be easily missed. So, you’re a little surprised that he remembers the detail.
“It sounds like your book collection is something private.” Then, jokingly, “Don’t tell me you have some R-rated stuff in there.”
To your surprise, Alhaitham looks at you mischievously. “...If you mean sensual literature, I assure you’ll find a little bit of everything.”
You laugh. “Is that what the academics are calling it nowadays?”
"So... is that a yes?"
And that's how you end up at Alhaitham's place.
It's just as you'd imagined, but it's also very clean. You're still standing at the entrance, looking around, when he comes out with tea.
“Take a seat.”
“Your place is nice,” you say, sitting on the black couch. “No cat fur.”
Alhaitham sits on the couch adjacent to you. “You should know I don’t shed.”
You almost choke on your tea. “Right. Of course, you don’t.”
"...There's something I'd like to talk to you about."
You put down your cup.
“The Best Hit Awards…” You already have a feeling you know what he’s getting at. “I’ll need you that night.”
You remember he’ll be the one giving the awards to the recipients. The event also takes place at night… but he would be a cat by then.
“You want me to change you back at the event?” you ask.
"Unfortunately, I don't see any other way."
“I guess not attending the event would leave a bad impression.”
Alhaitham nods.
"...That's a huge risk. But, if we plan carefully…."
“There’s nothing Catman and Batwoman can’t solve together.”
You cross one leg over the other. “What should I take that smile as, hm? Do you have something in mind?”
“Perhaps.”
“Well, I’m all ears.”
You're thinking over Alhaitham's plan later that night when he walks out of his bathroom in all his fluffy, four-legged glory. He jumps onto the sofa, and you turn to him.
“If I wasn’t here, I wonder what your plan would be.”
Alhaitham walks onto your lap and sits facing you. It almost looks like he’s smiling, but you can’t be sure.
“Don’t tell me you expect me to turn you back like this,” you deadpan. “It’s not going to happen.”
He steps toward you, and you stare at each other in silence. Finally, you scratch him behind the ears, and he nuzzles against your hand. Is this his cat instincts, or…?
“I thought you were going to show me your book collection.”
Alhaitham meows and jumps onto the floor. You eventually follow him to his room, where it's just as clean as the rest of his place. Your eyes almost widen at the wall completely filled with books. What surprises you more is that many books look old and have sticky tabs on the pages. Alhaitham jumps onto one of his bookshelves just as you walk over.
A book titled A Drunkard’s Tale gets your attention. “Did you read all of these?”
Alhaitham meows again. He walks along the edge and puts his paw on the spine of a green book. You put the one in your hand back on the shelf and grab the one Alhaitham is pointing to.
“...Heart’s Desire?” You look at him. “Is this the sensual literature you were talking about?”
You flip to a random page and start reading the first paragraph. But, Alhaitham suddenly puts his head on the page you're reading. His eyes are wide and innocent. He slowly inches closer, making reading anything on the page impossible.
You almost chuckle. “I thought I said you should behave if you want to change back.”
Behave? Pssh. He wants to drive you crazy. In a good way, of course. Alhaitham jumps onto the bed, patting the space beside him using his paw.
You assume he’s giving you permission to sit on his bed. So, you close the book and sit on the edge of his bed. You turn away from him, but that ends up being a mistake. Alhaitham jumps on your back, and his paws are on either one of your shoulders. You yelp in surprise. Then, you reach behind you and grab him off your shoulders.
You’re holding him in front of you, his belly exposed. “What was that all about, hm?”
His paws start moving up and down as if reaching for something. You slowly bring him closer until he’s close enough to bonk his head against yours and hug you. His head is against your neck, and you hear him meow softly.
“Is this your way of convincing me to turn you back?”
If that’s how you see it.
Once you put him down on the bed, you stand to face him as he looks up at you expectantly. Finally, he walks to the edge of the bed, his tail straight up. You lean down, not expecting Alhaitham to give you a light lick on your nose. Then, you and he stare at each other for a short moment before your lips curve into a small smile.
As soon as you kiss the top of his head, you almost gasp when you feel Alhaitham grab your wrist.
Then, you hear him whisper in your ear, “You’re getting harder to resist.”
You pull back. Alhaitham has a blanket over his lower half. The two of you stare at each other; his words are still sinking in until…
“I… I should go.”
You don’t wait for a response and hurry out the door.
