#I don't know how many German fans there are in this fandom but I'd love to know what sort of characters you guys would want to see

Since the announcement that two or three new versions of Ghosts are in the works, I've been thinking about what sort of ghosts we might get to see / I'd like to see in a German adaptation and put together a list of my ideas. You will see some similarities with our beloved original ghosts as well as completely new characters, and I did my best to find a balance between male and female characters and include a variety of historical eras.

This is obviously just a very basic list with some notes but I do have thoughts about these characters (how they died, what powers they might have, their inner conflict etc.) so if you'd like to know more, please ask (also German producers, I hereby officially volunteer as tribute writer)!

German Ghosts

Female Neanderthal (40,000 BC)

Neanderthals were named after the German Neander valley so I think it's only fair to include a Neanderthal in the show. Since no one needs a Robin 2.0, I'd make the character female and give her a dog because ghost animals are fun and we need more of them.

Roman & German (9 AD)

Two guys - let's call them Marcus and Alber - who fought on opposite sides died in the Battle of the Teutoburg Forest, became ghosts and eventually best friends. They'd rather die again than admit that to anyone, though.

Bog Girl (600 AD)

A little girl who haunts the marshlands around the house but not the property itself. Most of the ghosts avoid her until the Naturalist gets curious and starts to befriend her.

Plague Ghosts (Mid-1600s)

A group of victims of the 30 Years' War whose deaths were caused by famine and disease and not the war directly (though they insist they died 'in the war').

Naturalist (Late 1700s)

A scientist like Alexander von Humboldt and Charles Darwin who embraces becoming a ghost from the get go and does various experiments (on himself and the others) to figure out how ghost rules work and what is and isn't possible.

Composer (Early 1800s)

A young composer who has a (perceived) rivalry with Beethoven because he's lost part of his hearing. Think German equivalent of Thomas Thorne.

Female Soldier (Early 1800s)

Based on stories like that of Friederike Krüger, this woman posed as a man and joined the army during the Napoleonic Wars.

Woman in White (Late 1800s)

The lady of the house at the time. After she died in childbirth, she was forced to watch her husband's mistress raise her daughter. She died wearing her white nightgown (something she is quite embarrassed about) and can be seen in pictures.

WW1 Surgeon (1930s)

Another former owner of the house, this man was a surgeon in WW1 and still carries the trauma of that time with him (think Siegfried from All Creatures Great and Small).

Luftwaffe Pilot (1940s)

Remember the two German pilots from BBC Ghosts? This guy was their friend and has always wondered what happened to them. He crash-landed on the grounds during a training exercise.

Estate Agent (early 2020s)

A woman who took over the house after the last owner passed away. While assessing the property, she had a heart attack and died there, leading to rumours about the house being cursed and haunted increasing.

The House

While the house will probably be a manor house like in the original series, I think it would be fun if this version of the show shook things up a little and had the German Coopers inherit an old mill, or perhaps even an actual (small) castle.

What fandoms do you write for? actively right now? nothing really lol. haven't published a fic since 2022. but i guess you could say 911 and teen wolf given some random WIPs in my drafts. also i randomly started jotting down some notes for a stranger things steve/eddie fic that will probably never be written.

Do you respond to comments? yes, always! i usually try to wait until i have a dozen or so, which can sometimes take a bit of time, but eventually i respond to it all.

What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending? i have a sterek drabble called and i fell heavy into your arms (688 words) that is basically derek seeing stiles die and then immediately letting himself be killed

What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? most of them?? not sure i can think of one specifically that was happier than the others.

Do you get hate on fics? ah, i almost said no, but then i remembered that for my fic taste your beating heart every now and then i'll get scott fans who think the fic should be tagged as "bad friend scott mccall" even though he's NOT a bad friend in the fic, it's just a nuanced view of their changing relationship. like, that fic is about 3 main things that include: stiles and derek getting together, solving the main mystery, and stiles and scott's friendship maturing to a place where they can love each other and still be brothers without thinking they need to be in the same pack!! like it's FUNDAMENTAL.

anyway, i had one reader who i think quit the fic halfway through bc i gently pushed back on their rage comment insulting derek and stiles for a fight that takes place with scott. the reader left an angry reply to my response, which they then deleted before i could even look at it, and then never commented on the fic again even though they'd been commenting on the fic since chapter 1.

Do you write smut? no not really. i don't know why i'm so bad at writing sex, but i am very bad at writing sex.

What's a wip you want to finish but doubt you ever will? i've got a sterek idea that's an AU of the netflix show virgin river. i had a pretty brief outline that i sketched out some, and even started writing a little, but it never went anywhere. i did create an AU gifset for it and every now and then when people start reblogging it i think about going back to try and write it.

What are your writing strengths? i think i'm good at realistic dialogue? but i don't know. i haven't written in a while so i'm not feeling super great about my writing at this very moment.

What are your writing weaknesses? i suck at setting a scene. and conveying a complex emotion. also i feel like i get v bogged down in what characters are physically doing or whatever and i try to describe it and it just detracts from the story over all. yikes ok i'm feeling worse about my writing than i thought lol

Thoughts on dialogue in another language? if the context is there to understand what's being said, great. otherwise, just adding context to the dialogue tag (he said in french, in german, etc) works. personally i'd prefer not to scroll back and forth between the fic and the notes to figure out what's being said.

First fandom you wrote in? harry potter. on the site quizilla back in the year of our lord 2005 lol. i started off writing like. a harry/oc fic lol where the protagonist was the classic american exchange student who had her own prophecy. truly mortifying!!

Favorite fic you've written? i have a soft spot for taste your beating heart bc it was the first long fic i ever completed and it took me 7 fucking years to write it. but i think my favorite is actually finding our way (back home) which i really think captured everything i was aiming to do. will i ever be able to do that again??? who fucking knows. probably not. on the more self-indulgent side, i really really love the margaret buckley character study i wrote called so far from who i was.

Hi there anon!!! Nice to meet you :) I'd love to impart a little wisdom on you!

Unfortunately, you're going to have to be a little more specific here.

Are you primarily interested in the NHL? (Or do you want to follow minor leagues in the Americas such as the AHL, or the major junior leagues such as the CHL or USHL, or would you prefer European hockey leagues like the Swiss NL, German DEL, or Russian KHL?)

Do you want to follow one team extremely closely or have several favorites you track? (Like personally, I specialize in Devils hockey and can tell you way too much about it, but I track most of the teams of the NHL to some extent so I can analyze and discuss them if prompted to. Some people only really care about one team; others choose to enjoy one team from each division, for example, so as to always be rooting for someone.)

Do you prefer the analytical side of hockey or would you rather follow the narratives? (Cap structures, rulebooks, drafts, and all that can get quite complex but they're super rewarding - at least for me personally. Other fans choose not to worry too much about the analytics and prefer just to watch the games and enjoy the narratives of teams.)

Personally, I picked up a TON of knowledge from my Discord friend groups. TheBrattPack, noted Devils Twitter user, has a Discord server and it was a MAJOR reason I fell so in love with hockey. Great people, great atmosphere. Another Discord server I really like is the Reddit Panthers server - I don't know its invite status, but a Cats friend shot me the link because one of the people there livestreams the games a solid 90 seconds before my high seas sites. Really nice and welcoming community as well.

Another place to learn hockey is YouTube. Steve Dangle, who recently left SportsNet, is one of my personal favorites - his Dang-Its and Hat-Picks videos are really good to show you some of the things considered Really Bad and Really Good. He also has LFR (Leafs Fan Reaction) where he goes over every Leafs game and points out highlights and lowlights. There's also The Hockey Guy (Shannon) who talks about everything NHL - he is really strong breadthwise to learn about many teams and their strengths (and he does videos for every game), but depthwise you might want to look at other sources. If you want funny, try UrinatingTree's NHL videos - his commentary is hysterical.

Even here on Tumblr, though, there are a couple of super informative blogs. I'd like to think I'm one of them, and you can always drop in my inbox with questions! No question is "stupid", really; we all have to start somewhere. @nhlupdate is really good for general updates on the league and questions, and I recently discovered @reavenedges-lies as well - Ren has some great takes and analysis on the sport, and even taught me a thing or two about goaltender interference :).

But yeah, I think that's the basics of it. See what you're looking for in your hockey fandom and go from there. I can't answer what you should watch without knowing what you're interested in - what teams catch your eye? You might root for a local team, a team who has players you like, or even just pick a logo and go from there. Every team is unique and has its own strengths and challenges. You might find, for instance, that rooting for a team like the Flyers, who are entering a rebuild and won't be successful for a few years, is unrewarding. On the other hand, maybe you want to choose an underdog and avoid a team like the Oilers for that reason. It's all up to you. So let me know what team(s) you're interested in and we can go from there!

So apparently a HP series has been confirmed.

No, I'm not planning to watch it, and I realize that this is the least of Rowling's issues, but I really need to rant. I'm angry at myself that I even have feelings about it, but there is nothing I can do so I might as well scream into the void here.

I thought I didn't care this time, I really did. I thought I had it easy, since I already don't like any of the HP content post 2007, including some really embarrassing content in the interviews and on Pottermore.

But...a new series is something I had wanted for years. I've been angry at the movies since at least the Prisoner of Azkaban came out* Even as a child I could tell there had been a shift after that, that the movies had become something different, not quite like the books I so loved, and it only became worse from there. If you watch all of them in a row, you can tell they grew more and more preoccupied with keeping up with the popular trends, and fitting in with the Hollywood conventions of the time. We all know the famous example, and any (ex) fan can tell you their least favorite (mine is Hermione's perfect hair). It got to the point that Radcliffe acted more like Harry Potter when he was joking around on the set than when he was delivering his lines.

Works like A Very Potter Musical had shown that it was absolutely possible to represent a more flawed version of the characters and people would like them (Hermione especially!).

Up until a few years ago, I was hoping that somebody, perhaps somebody who grew up with the books, would remake them in the next decades, but after the fandom crashed in 2020 I realized that it was better to just enjoy the characters as I pictured them in my head.

But now it's finally happening, and I know it's only happening because Rowling has a grudge and wants to take revenge on Warner Bros, the movies' leading actors and generally all the people who told her or implied that Harry Potter can exist without her. And I also know this will inevitably lead to the "re-evaluation" of the movies and the cast as the DEFINITIVE version of the characters, or even more woke (a take that unfortunately already exists about movie!Hermione, for example), unlike the new cast that will be labeled as "pandering".

(Except Snape. In his case, there will be countless digital ink spilled about how he's not problematic enough, how some scenes in which he was rude abusive to the cast were missing, and wouldn't it be better if he just beat up his students? It was clearly implied in the books, right????) (I also DO NOT WANT to see a new Lily discourse unfold in real time on Twitter. That alone should be a good reason not to do this)

On a purely artistic level, I just don't trust this series to be good, since this is coming from an extremely petty place and Rowling isn't the type of writer that performs well when she's in that mood. Her latest book is an obvious example, but a lot of faults in the later Harry Potter books can be traced back to this. If it goes well, it will be tainted by all the bad things happening around Rowling. If it doesn't, it will be another nail in the coffin of the Harry Potter fandom, which truly doesn't deserve it.

And...well, I'm sad. This is truly something I had wished for, and, if circumstances were different, I'd jump around with joy. But then again, if circumstances were indeed different, there would be no new series at all, since Rowling wouldn't have anything to prove. Still, for somebody who once claimed not to care in the least about her own legacy, this is quite a decision to make. I only wish she truly didn't care, and let the fandom tries to piece it all together, and it's done since 2007.

*which I still condider a bad movie even as "its own thing", I don't care how many homages it pays to German expressionism. Also Peter Lorre didn't need some gross makeup to show he was the bad guy, did he? So why did poor Timothy Spall? It undermines the whole point of evil being undetectable at first and also the great lengths Voldemort went through in his search for power and...ok, sorry, I just don't like this movie very much.

I have short dark brown hair and brown eyes. I have pearl earrings currently. I am 5'6. I am also ftm and gay. He/him pronouns

I am currently learning German and Ukrainian. I play the cello (I would say that I'm pretty decent at it). I want to join the paratroopers soon and maybe get a doctorate degree in the medical field. I like writing books, reading, and drawing. I am very interested in history, mainly the 20th century. I also know how to cross-country ski and love the winter.

My MBTI type if I remember correctly is INTJ. I love procrastinating and do well under a lot of pressure. I'm also very stubborn and awkward with talking to people so I don't have many close friends. For some reason, I have a sort of knack for doing things well, even if it's the first time I've tried it and that might be because I listen really closely to stuff to make sure I'm doing everything correctly. I need a straightforward path and a list of things I should do to get something done.

I have depression, anxiety and maybe (I say maybe because it's undiagnosed) maladaptive daydreaming, which basically means I daydream too much that it's a problem. Any small words of affection or reassurance sends me through the roof and makes me happy for the rest of the day (idk why). I also get angry very quickly and forget things quickly.

I am converting to Judaism so that’s cool. My sense of clothing style is just me pretending I’m in the military, pleather jackets, heavy jackets that are either camo or dark green, aviator sunglasses, a lot of neutral colours, fancy dress shirts/blouses, combat boots (which I currently do not own so just tennis shoes or winter boots), I have a few BoB pins which I have created on my own :) I like wearing t-shirts in winter under my jacket just because. The t-shirts usually have designs like aeroplanes, space, and museum shirts. I also have a collection of shirts from places I’ve never been cause I think it’s hilarious. I do a lot of things just cuz I think they’re funny.

I keep a lot of stuff in my pockets “just in case”. I impulse buy, which is a big insecurity of mine. People intimidate me easily so I usually wait to get approached to start a conversation. I like watching adventure shows like extinct or alive or expedition unknown.

 I would say that I have a very dark sense of humour and am almost always sarcastic when talking to my friends (also I love irony). I have an interesting music taste, most any song I listen to goes onto my liked songs on Spotify heh. I sometimes slip into a British accent or one that isn’t mine at all. I also tend to get myself injured at least once daily and now it’s a running joke with my friends.

I don’t really know much about romance, but I try. I don’t like that much physical affection but I do like praise, as I said before, and gifts. I love giving gifts to people.

Ok.. hear me out, Nix is an ENTP (you cannot argue with me on this). And if the INTJ x ENTP fandom has a million fans, I am one of them. If the INTJ x ENTP fandom has one fan, it is me. If the INTJ x ENTP fandom has zero fans, I have been assassinated.

Awkward introvert meets charming extrovert, cute cute cute match! You said that you are stubborn and awkward when talking to people. Well, guess what? Lewis will persist and he will get you to talk. I think, when first meeting, this also would be the first thing you two note about each other. Nix has this charm around him and he will use it to try and get you to talk.

Following that, you say you have a knack for things doing well, even if it is your first time. I think Nix would really admire this, but also be able to help you when that drive for doing well turns into stress. I feel like he has this aura and attitude of light-heartedness that can help with comforting stress around perfection.

Where that light-heartedness may clash though, is when his communication isn't as clear as you may need it to be sometimes. However, I also feel like Lewis is the type of person you can just say that to his face and he will be mindful of it.

Also!! Nix's love language (in my eyes) is definitely partially words of affirmation and once he's noticed your giddiness whenever he compliments you or makes any positive comment, this man will go ham. Expect love-filled words all day with him.

Which means that when you feel down, he will be there to simply hold you, if that is what you need. When you have slumps that last days, he'll check in on you often by just placing his hand somewhere and asking you how you are doing and telling you that you are doing ok, and if you are not, he'll use his words to make sure you would feel at least somewhat ok. Knowing that you do not enjoy physical affection as much, his touches would be small and short. I think Nix has a very low-key way of showing that he cares and it is understood between you two that he has.

Lewis would absolutely join in with you in doing things just because they're funny. He has this positive carelessness around him that would definitely add to that. Your t-shirt collection would probably eventually grow and grow and every once in a while, Nix would bring home the most outrageous t-shirts from places that have you wondering where they came from. Like the time he somehow found a t-shirt from an obscure convention that was held years ago in some small town on the other side of the world. He thought it was hilarious and wore it for days.

Speaking of clothes, Nixon loves your style for several reasons. Reason one; it's attractive as hell. Reason two; it means you can steal most, if not all of his clothes and they all look good on you. And, Nixon happens to absolutely be smitten with you wearing his clothes. He'd probably make you wear his aviators more than he wears them himself.

Another thing that matches well is your sense of humor. I think Nix's humor is like yours, dark, sarcastic and ironic. When you two are around others, that shared humor are little moments of bonding. You two laughing about a joke either of you two made. It makes Nix smile for the entire day.

Nixon would not mind your lack of knowledge about romance at all. I think it ties back to his general sense of light-heartedness and easy going stuff. To him, romance does not have to be this one, clear and graspable thing. It comes naturally and he is more than happy to share romantic moments with you. And whenever you come to him with things to gift him, he is in Heaven and falls a little more in love with each time you do.

Generally, this relationship would be filled with so much gentle love.

No one asked for it, but I wanted to make a post about jacksepticeye egos. More specifically, one for new fans and curious people who want to know what it is. Considering that I've only mentioned it once in a blog that's mostly about hermitcraft and dream smp, this might not get that far. But I felt like making it so here we are.

Something to note going into it:

This series and it's lore is made almost entirely out of random videos on @therealjacksepticeye 's youtube channel. Most of which are gaming videos that don't seem to be ego related on the surface. It's not meant to make sense, it's made for theorists to make sense of it and figure it all out. And so, almost everything we know is a theory.

Also, there is a lot of gore, hinted child abuse, hinted suicide, and alcohol abuse.

Anyways onto the rabbit hole

The first videos I'd suggest watching are the power hours, say goodbye, kill jacksepticeye, and welcome to the game #2.

The power hours is a series of random videos, often unboxing toy like stuff and playing with it, where every video is either the introduction of an ego or a seemingly ego related video. The egos it introduced are Marvin, Dr. Schneeplestien(Schneep), Chase Brody, and Jameson Jackson(jj).

Welcome to the game #2 is where Sean's halloween costume, Jackieboy Man, officially became an ego.

Antisepticeye, who is pretty much the big bad one, showed up in many videos as nothing but a glitch, but his most popular videos are say goodbye and kill jacksepticeye(kjse).

Now, lore time. These are all of the characters and what we know:

(Note: I haven't been keeping an eye on things since 2020, there may be something important I missed)

Sean/Jack himself: Not sure how long it was for, but he was in a coma for a while. He also died in kjse and say goodbye.

Chase Brody: He's the one we know the most about. He's an extremely depressed alcoholic that is loved by the whole fandom. He has an ex wife (Stacy), 2 kids, and an ex girlfriend (Sandra). When Sean fell into a coma, he took over and is quite good at pretending. It's often a question whether it's him or Sean that's playing.

Anti: again, the big bad. And yet, even that can be considered a theory. He's known for glitching in videos, the colours green and red, being a puppet master, and having a slit throat.

Schneep: a 'german' doctor. He was in kjse, a power hour, multiple bio inc redemption videos, and so on. He seems to be close to Chase and Sean. In the video you're not ready for these scary games, he's seen in an office littered with papers, some having time travel equations. He's also theorized to have saved Sean after say goodbye.

Jj: everyones favorite, cheery, old timey mute boi. He's only been prominently shown in 2 videos. His power hour, and Jameson Jackson's jolly jaunts. In both of them, he was clearly shown being Anti's puppet on halloween. I'd suggest turning on captions in his power hour.

Marvin: he wasn't even supposed to be an ego. The fans decided he was one and Sean went along with it, so his power hour isn't much to go off of. Practically nothing is known about him, besides that he's a magician with a cat mask. He rarely shows up, and when he does it's usually in the form of his mask. Said mask has been in the background of multiple videos and a selfie Sean took.

Jackie: honestly? He hasn't shown up since his first video. At all. I've only heard Sean mention him once, I can't remember where, and that was it. And don't be fooled by Sean calling himself jackieboy, that's just an old nickname of his. The only thing we know is that he's a superhero. Nothing about where he is or anything.

Do you think next season could reach druck s3 popularity (or even reach skam fr s6 popularity - since they’re both wlw seasons)? I don’t mean to compare btw, just genuinely asking. I would appreciate it so much if Fatou’s season could reach s3 popularity

hmm could be could be. Though I don't know if it can reach either of the level of Druck s3 or skamfr s6. I'd like to think tumblr is all progressive and the wlw will come flocking to this season like they do with any of the other shows that have white wlw but truth is this is gonna be a show about a black lesbian and a Vietnamese wlw and it's gonna be in german. I know how popular (not) is the relationship of Annisa and Grace from Black Lightning among the wlw (which is barely). I'd like to think Druck s3 was popular because it was good but truth is if Matteo wasn't white and didn't fit the definition of a “twink” then the season would not be as popular. Skamfr s6 from what I heard wasn't even particularly good, but wlw flocked to it because again there was a white wlw main and the stereotypical asian girl with the colorful hair (and there were the already popular white mlm involved too). I also know many of the wlw became traumatized from that season so....yeah.

Druck never strives for popularity, but rather for authenticity. And sadly authenticity and actual good writing is not as appreciated on this bloody site as “whiteness”. You can have a good story, but if it's not white, you're gonna have a hard time convincing people to care. I'd love for it to not be the case, but sadly in most cases it is. We can of course try and hopefully we'll reach at least some part of the wlw fans who are longing for a good story, but I don't expect it to become some massive hit. And I wouldn't want that. I've seen what it did to og skam. I like our little corner of the universe and our little fandom that's just active enough to be fun, but it's not full of weird fetishizers or ship wars or any of the other nonsense you see in other fandoms. I don't want the Druck fandom to change. It's a bit messy but still mostly good and enjoyable and I appreciate how much we all care for the story and the characters rather than just ships.

New Followers, Hello!

I've recently grained a bunch of new followers whether it be through my writing (I see you Pureheart fans ☺️) or through my sudden Stray Kids obsession. So, here I am - for the first time ever on this blog - I'm introducing myself!

General: My name is Sydney. I'm married, I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism that I'm not using 😩, and I grew up in the Midwest. I have a German Shepherd and a black cat, both named after something nerdy. I'm a Christ follower, too. I fall short often, but I try to do better. I'm grateful for such a forgiving God who sent His son to die for a poor human like me. 💜

Hobbies: I love to write. I do it often whether it's creative or to simply hold a pen in my hand. I also enjoy taking photos. Like, I love taking photos when there's something to capture (I'm so ready for my vacation in August to the New England area). I play video games, too, when I'm in need of an escape and writing isn't cutting it. Otherwise, I watch a lot of movies and YouTube.

What I'm Into: Currently? I'm very much into Stray Kids. They are my ult group (I really don't listen to anyone else). Felix is my bias and Hyunjin is my bias wrecker (literally I.N. could be, too).

I fandom hop a lot, too. Right now it's SKZ. In a month, it could be X-Men or Narnia or even Lord of the Rings. I can't even list how many fandoms I've been a part of, i just know there are a million. If you're ever curious, my ask box is open and I'd love to chat about it!

Music Tastes: K-pop is the newest genre. I'm usually into punk/alternative, rock, or 90s boy bands (NSYNC in particular). Soundtrack music is another favorite be it musical soundtracks or orchestral stuff (LOTR has a bomb a** soundtrack for all the movies). Honestly, if the song as a good beat and isn't disgusting, I'm into it. I usually don't like hip hop or rap, but Corpse Husband and Stray Kids have altered that a bit. ☺️

Movies: My all time favorite is The Court Jester ('58). It's how I met my hubby. It's goofy with Danny Kaye as the male lead, but it's so good. It's a musical, too! I enjoy musicals a lot, but I'm not into theatre or anything. If the music slaps, I'm into it. Rom coms are another favorite genre. Especially ones from the 90s. Classics. Horror is another great one, but I have to watch out for demonic things because of some spiritual warfare I experienced. I'm not really into action movies, superhero movies being an exception. My first real action film was John Wick and I loved it. Great revenge flick that I never new I needed.

Hiiiiiiii!!

I recently got 100 followers - thank you so much!!! I have about 15 stories/imagines/one-shots coming up (I will post soon, I swear), but thought I'd take a break from writing a let you all get to know me a bit better ;)

Get to know me:

1. Where did you grow up?

In the southern parts of Sweden. (the picture above is from my hometown)

2. Where do you currently live?

In another small town in southern Sweden, moved because of UNI.

3. Who is your first best friend?

Won't give you their name, but we've been friends since daycare/kindergarten and are still very close.

4. How tall are you?

Not, haha. About 154 cm (5'1" I think). I don't think I've grown since year 6. You learn to deal with it, but getting called thirteen when you're actually twenty gets very old very fast.

5. Dogs or Cats?

Cats!

6. Funniest moment throughout high school?

I honestly loved my time in high school, and it's very hard for me to choose only one special moment. I 'majored' (high school works a bit differently in Sweden) in maths and natural sciences and enjoyed it so much.

7. What year were you born?

2002

8. Are you in/have you gone to college?

Currently studying! Working towards a masters (five year degree in Sweden) in Physics, Maths and upper secondary school education.

9. What is your favourite drink?

Tea and Pepsi (not together)

10. What is your spirit animal and why?

I've taken the Patronus quiz on Pottermore twice and got an Osprey both times, so I guess that has to be my spirit animal.

11. You’re wearing perfume, what scent is it?

Black currant and vanilla I believe.

Tea

13. What are your life goals?

To be happy myself, and to make other people happy :)

14. What sports do you play or have you played?

I have played football, floorball, basketball and bowling, but not anymore. I enjoy tennis too, but the only thing I do more or less every week is skating - ice skating during the winter and rollerblading once the ice melts.

15. Have any books you read changed your life?

Yes, of course. I mean, I've been a Harry Potter fan for so long now and it's next to impossible to imagine my life without those books. The Percy Jackson books have absolutely changed my life as well, but nothing will ever beat HP. It was my first fandom and will remain special to me *until the very end*.

16. What is your favourite movie?

Back to the Future (pt.1) + a bunch of MCU films.

17. Who are your favourite YouTubers?

Jay Foreman, Mark Rober, SuperCarlinBrothers, and The Game/Film Theorists.

18. Do you speak any languages and how well?

Swedish (native), English (C2), German (B1)

19. Are you single or taken?

20. What is your idea of your dream date?

I don't know... Nothing too... extravagant? Maybe something simple, sweet and thoughtful?

22. How would you describe your fashion sense?

Nonexistent? Haha, no, but I don't really care too much about fashion. Look at Cisco in the first few seasons of the Flash and you'll get a good idea of how I dress. (Mostly plain trousers and geeky/nerdy shirts)

23. What is your go-to hairstyle?

I usually tie it up with a scrunchie when I'm working or studying, but otherwise nothing special.

24. How many siblings do you have?

One brother

25. Do you use a PC or a Mac?

PC now. I had a mac before, but a PC works better for gaming and software used in engineering. Because of that, I got a PC when it was time to upgrade. 26. Who's your role model? I'd have to say Brian Cox. I really enjoy his lectures and/or talks and he has a wonderful way of explaining even complex topics in a way that makes them approachable. As an aspiring physicist/teacher, he's just someone I really look up to.
