I was trying to push fics but i just constantly get hit with writers block. It's the worst especially because when I'm having writers block i try to draw only to realise i now suddenly have art block....

It's a hellish circle that I cant get out of. I have a HermitCraft rq in my draft that I've had for about a year and i just can't seem to finish it

Draw a Bond character as an anime character.

Seeing as how I cannot draw my way out of a wet paper bag with a machete and a guide, I had to rely on an anime generator to do this, but I did choose the photo!

Just look at those lips and those ‘come hither, 007’ eyes!  Is it any wonder that our ‘ship set sail that day?

Though I know only one counts for points, I did this one, too.  Rather liked how it turned out.

Q Head Canon

James Bond isn’t the only casualty of war in No Time to Die, but whilst 007’s death in a hail of missiles leaves little opportunity for him to suffer, the same cannot be said of our dear Quartermaster, for his living death is slow and lingering and has left him a shadow of his former self.  Though he’s as brilliant and inventive as he ever was, his youthful energy and pointed snark have been eaten away by the dark cancer of bureaucracy. 

In Skyfall and Spectre Q gives as good as he gets and meets James’ sass with equal, if not robust, measure with lines like: “Put your back into it,” “Welcome to rush hour on the tube.  Not something you’d know much about,” “So much for my promising career in espionage,” “Now you may feel a small … prick,” “It tells the time.  Might help with your punctuality issues,” and “I believe I said, ‘Bring it back in one piece,’ not, ‘Bring back one piece.’” 

He doesn’t back down with Bond at the Hoffler Klinik, starting their chat with “Well, not to worry, 007. It was only a £3,000,000 prototype,” and ending with, “I really, really hate you right now,” to say nothing about the conversation that started at all in front of The Fighting Temeraire.  After all, Q set a whole ‘ship afloat with the bold retort, “Well, I'll hazard I can do more damage on my laptop sitting in my pyjamas before my first cup of Earl Grey than you can do in a year in the field.”

But by the time Bond returns to London five years after he walked away from everything on Westminster Bridge, Q’s cheeky banter is dead.  Q’s best line in the whole of No Time to Die is his first one with the fittingly ironic,  “So you’re not dead?”  Bond insults Q’s cats and ruins his dinner plans, yet the best retorts he can devise are, “Well, it’s never 9:00 to 5:00, is it?” and “Can I just have one nice evening, please, before the world explodes?”  Even when Q’s supposedly seeing his colleague for the first time in years in M’s office, he fumbles, “Oh, Bond. My God, I haven’t seen you in, in, uh… How is your retirement?”  When have we ever seen Q stumble over his words in a surprising situation?  Never.  Even Mallory doesn’t buy it.

Q’s decline started with the long, tedious dismantling of Nine Eyes and has continued over the years under the pressure of Mallory’s slide into autocratic insanity where an abomination like Herakles was allowed to be conceived and flourish.

James Bond may have foolishly sacrificed himself on the altar of unrequited love, but his death is quick and painless.  Q’s death is slow, debilitating, and, unless he leaves MI6, it will be never-ending.  He will become a modern Prometheus whose liver is devoured daily by the eagle of MI6 bureaucracy.

The Eighth Sense Live Blogging

I've been meaning to watch this since it finished airing but feels like it's gonna deal with some Emotions and trauma, so kept putting it off. the time's here though

Also, it's my first BL in a month, I finished Candy Colour Paradox on May 16 and then watched like 6 non-BL shows, that's the longest stretch I've gone without watching a BL since Dec 2021 I'm pretty sure

Ep 1 (June 20)

so we’re getting “rich people are people who struggle” when it comes to the hyung i guess

who is the other kid who’s rooming with our dude? twin? cousin? a friend? they have a joint account apparently

oh i thought the older guy and the girl were dating but they’d broken up? i feel like i’ve heard it mentioned that she’s an ex but i may have thought they broke up during the show or smth

Ep 2 (June 20)

Jihyun has already been looking for Jaewon in every room and bus and everywhere but at least Jaewon is also getting the brainworms and sitting beside him on the bus and sharing earphones

there’s this vibe that jaewon has like he really is a beloved senior who is very casual and knows he is respected and has the confidence that comes from being in this element for a while. It makes me understand the appeal of a college senior; many shows have a dynamic between a senior and an underclassman but not many can show me the appeal so clearly.

Watched eps 3 and 4 on my commute to and from work, so didn't write down too much

Ep 3 (June 21)

we get to see a bit more of Jaewon's therapy now, seems like he's been going for a decade and is unsure about the future - there's a thing he really wants to do but hasn't had the courage to pursue. Also, his need to be liked by everybody and be nice to everybody (as initially mentioned in the last episode during the convo with Yoonwon and now here) remind me of Light On Me Daon

Eunji is soooo bitchy, making Jihyun work so hard and also lying about Jaewon wanting to be her group partner agh and even breaking the glass. I'm actually very receptive to terrible women (recently: rancid personality Yeji in From Now On, Showtime! and just terrible horrible Seon Ah in The Devil Judge) but she's sooo mean and terrible D: the way she's threatening and being rude to the owner as well agh

Jaewon saw Jihyun being picked on by Eunji and so came to walk him home? so cute

pls first the ramen eating thing at the beginning of the ep and now ending with Jaewon being like "oh? going to your room? aren't we moving too fast" lol silly

It's 1:30 am but I accidentally screwed up my sleep schedule but taking a 3.5 hour nap this afternoon, so here's an episode before I go to sleep and then wake up for workkk

dang, the therapy scene even mentioned Jaewon being too tired/depressed to come to therapy and him considering "extreme decisions"

plsss the argument with Joonpyo that ended with him saying he can never beat Jihyun

interesting that Joonpyo brings up Jihyun seeming different, he really does have a different vibe and is... cooler/slightly meaner/has more "sense"

Faves Scenes:

a lot of it was them together and being cute

the ending with them trying out a new dynamic of aggressive Jihyun

Overall:

It was interesting and I think the show had a good grasp on characters and relationship dynamics and progression but it didn't burrow in my heart the way it did for many people, esp those who watched while on air. I liked that there were friendships each character had and that they existed outside of just this relationship; even some of the friends existed outside of just being a friend, like Yonnwon was a whole human. The female friends were great, Yoonwon is a treasure and I liked how Aeri was so sweet but so mean sometimes, a very clever city girl type. Also, the tension and cute moments between Jihyun and Jaewon were great, especially in ep 6 and 10.

I know there was stuff with the colours and going in and out of light vs dark and how it represented the characters and I caught almost none of that but I'm sure that would've made the experience better. Also, I listened to a bunch of podcasts discussing this (and still have another one Boys Love Boys Love that's going through it ep by ep) and some of them mentioned that Jihyun's actor apparently has no prior experience and was literally picked up off the street to do screen testing, a la kpop boys.

I think it's a good show that's done well but right now, it's not taking up much brain space and it also didn't make me viscerally feel anything, so it's at the place of good show but i won't be thinking much about it. In the future if I do find myself thinking about the characters or plot or whatever, I'll bump it up the same way I did for Blueming.

my dear friend. i am so mentally exhausted and have shed literal tears tonight. i am so happy. i will catch up on everything you’ve posted for tonight in the morning, but what were ur thotz abt tonight <3

omg hi you dont have to do that! you’re too nice to me rosey. besides i turned into a little autistic creature last night lolol, sorry y’all had to witness that. but im so glad you saw that card! it was INSANE!! i was so prepared for it to be not that great because 2022 has kinda sucked in terms of fights yknow? just lots of dubious, weird moments with injuries and strange decisions within the organization and ofc its not the fighters’ faults but still i was so ready for this to be bad

luckily it was actually amazing all the way from the start of prelims to the end of the main event!! it was incredible!! they said it broke the record for first round finishes! i just cant believe the show they all put on… they have so much heart and courage, every single one of them

i was actually considering not buying the ppv this time because 280 was so bad LOL could you imagine if i didnt buy it? i would have missed possibly the best card this entire year

first of all i was so overcome with joy when dan got the win over puelles, i was damn near crying hahah. i mean a win over costco ryan hall is not SUPER impressive but who cares?? THAT’S MY BOY!! HE’S SO CUTE!! and i want him in perth dammit. give him his flowers dana. (fun fact: i started watching mma mainly because i watched the conor vs. urijah season of tuf and i thought ryan hall was so cool LMAO)

as for frankie vs. gutierrez my stomach dropped when he landed that knee bruh. what the hell was that? bro HAD to know that was frankie’s last fight and to do that to him in front of his family is just sick… i mean good on him for not sandbagging just for someone else’s career to go out on a nice note but did you have to finish him that brutally?? idk man maybe im just a casual but he deserves more than that

poirier vs. chandler… im not even exaggerating when i say that fight made me nearly puke and pass out bro. i got fucked up sweat glands so your girl can’t sweat but if she could she woulda been DRIPPING from head to toe last night LOL. guys i think the reason i went so crazy was because i actually mentally prepared myself for the fight to be bad, for real. that’s genuinely what i did. i went into the fight telling myself that there was a well and good possibility that michael might actually just wrassle him into a decision and i was all good with it because i was still gonna like them no matter what. but HOLY CRAP i need to remind myself to never doubt them ever again because that was AMAZING!!!! start to finish was just an absolute dog fight. they looked so exhausted and broken and blood was pouring everywhere and michael was tossing dustin like a bag of flour only for said bag of flour to start raining punches on him (a la justin gaethje lol) and it was fucking incredible and i cant believe it really happened. not to mention the alvarez-chandler-gaethje-poirier circle of violence is finally complete hahah omg it feels unreal. and i can't believe dustin finished ALL of them.. he's so classy and talented and handsome lul he's really the perfect fighter

but hol on i wanna mention michael cheating because i’m not gonna lie that really made me question him?? not that iron michael chandler cares about what some delusional mma fan in canada thinks about him LMAO but still he always carries himself like a professional athlete everywhere he goes and he seems to pride himself on his ability to stand out among the fighters who don’t have the speaking style or the business etiquette that he does, so when he went into the fight and started pounding on the back of his head and actually HOOKING HIS FINGERS on the inside of dustin’s mouth trying to make him show his neck, it made me scratch my head because why are you behaving like an olympic athlete in front of the press only to go in the cage and treat your opponent like an abused farm animal lmao?

though im ngl… the idea of this polite, charismatic, american psycho type dude entering the cage and turning on mean ape mode is actually fucking hilarious? and he’s kind of more interesting to me now?? so i guess it doesn’t really matter that my opinion of him went down a little hahah silly observation but there’s my two cents. i’m still super impressed by both of them and they both have my heart at the end of the day

during weili vs carla i was playing runescape. i’m so sorry. i was just tryna level up my fishing i really have no clue what happened other than that weili finished carla because she’s really awesome and she kicks ass and i feel really bad that i wasn't paying attention IM SORRY LMAO!! my social credit score is in massive danger rn

izzy vs pereira had me biting my nails into little shreds because i could feel exactly what they were feeling. alex is just one of those “one clean hit and you’re out” fighters but izzy is obviously still a master of striking so watching those exchanges was like watching two people balancing on a plank over shark-infested waters lolol it was crazy nerve wracking. however y’all know that i was rooting for alex so i am super duper happy and i can’t wait to see who challenges him next!! tbh i’d prefer anybody but khamzat because if he really does move up to middleweight and becomes alex’s first challenger he’s fucked lmao cries… please start training in dagestan alex thank u <3

just rewatched space sweepers (2021) on netflix and realized something which i don't think is ever actually addressed in text & am not sure if it was supposed to be obvious (bc it didn't even occur to me until now) but - spoilers ahead! -

are james sullivan's occasional body horror episodes a result of a nanobot treatment gone wrong/gone right? like it may be what's keeping him alive well beyond typical human life expectancy, but it's also putting him through excruciating pain. bc we see the veins on his face receding as the hydrogen bomb goes off, and we know that the heat output from an h-bomb explosion is the only thing that can kill nanobots (except the langrangian ones apparently), so.....?? is the reason why sullivan showed up out of nowhere at the last minute bc he was already supposed to be there, trying to get away from the bomb as well?

anyway. the film's been out over a year but i don't remember seeing anything about this particular aspect before. would be pretty interesting if it's actually canon!

also. i hate sullivan's backstory and the bizarre anti-semitic implications; it puts a v significant dampener on an otherwise good film (aside from tiger park's dreads jfc). my proposal for an alternate backstory (developed with my sib) goes:

push back the timeline. make it the 2100s or 2200s. doesn't really matter

following this, sullivan would have been born some time in the first half of the 2000s

instead of a war orphan who turns to eugenics (bruh???), he's instead born into privilege and his dad is basically elon musk. uts corp starts out as basically spacex

keep the nanobots bit! they're injected into him at some point - to cure a sickness, just for the hell of it, whatever. whether or not his dad has a hand in it depends on how heavy-handedly we want to draw the parallels with kot-nim and *her* dad. in any case, seeing how kot-nim's nanobots protect and help her, unlike his, will fuck sullivan up and contribute to why he so badly wants to destroy her after he's done exploiting her

this sullivan is a man obsessed with legacies (and not the "purity" of the human soul holy shit). he struggles at first to uphold his father's legacy. when he surpasses it by building eden, it's a slippery slope. now he wants to leave *his* own mark as flashily as possible, collecting orphans (including tae-ho and captain jang) & "raising" them in his own twisted version of parenthood to be "geniuses"

i think captain jang should have been more sullivan's protégé than tae-ho, which could also explain why she's more reluctant to "parent" kot-nim bc she doesn't know what a healthy parent-child relationship is supposed to look like. would have also given more weight to the revelation that she's tried to kill him multiple times. i like to think tae-ho had a mentor he was close to in the space guard - the closest thing he had to a parent, maybe the one who actually found him first before sullivan literally carried him in his arms to uts. maybe they died just before the mission where he found su-ni, and that's partly why he decided to save her

this film has everything - anti-capitalism, the juxtaposition of blood ties with found family, breaking cycles of abuse, nanobots!

this is A Lot of backstory though - which is why i wish space sweepers had been a tv series instead, so we could also have gotten more on everyone else. in any case, it's still a p good film with a lot of heart and great rewatch value! two hours just fly by!

FGO Summer Fest 2023 (Darkside)

FGO summer fest 2023 will be written directly by Lord Nasu. Most recent Servants are from Arthurian (Castoria, Morgan, Lancelot, Gawain, Tristan, Barghest, Mélusine, and Baobhan Sith).

I don't know which one to talk about first...

Maybe from Morgan who had a debate. Many were disappointed with Morgan because he was chosen exclusively as FGO's 8th anniversary servant, not just as a summer servant. Actually I was also expecting Olga as a servant, but in a recent issue of Famitsu it said that Nasu has no intention of releasing it yet. (Olga only for LB7)

But few people like this Morgan Caster (Tonelico). Its sweet and beautiful design in her asc 3.

Then there is Castoria summer. WHY IS HIS TOE COMPLETELY INTEGRATED? 💀💀💀

I don't know what the story will be like. But Nasu is very "ALL OUT" with the summer story this time.

Switch to the knights. Nasu might be crazy to include the PHH KoRT Trio and the FK Trio in the same plot. It is almost certain that they are the main characters in the story this time (along with Gozen summer and Chloe summer).

Some fans may find this interesting because there will be a lot of interaction between PHH KoRT and FK KoRT.

ESPECIALLY, Gawain and Barghest.

Confess! Who ships them both? 😂

At least it would be possible for Nasu to blatantly include it. They really look alike, Gawain who likes 'chubby' women, while the Barghest likes muscular and masculine men. Moreover, they already have one CE where they are in the kitchen together during Christmas. Bruh...

As for Tristan, I think the 3 chickens he has with him would indicate something more about Sir Palamedes than just 'Luluhawa Chicken'. As for Bao, she now has a huge hammer with Cern merch all over her (THAT'S CUTE). Will she have a lot of interaction with Tonelico who is the adoptive mother but the younger version? Hhmmm....

When it comes to leaks, maybe Bao will become an SSR servant. Let's wait.

What? Lancelot and Mélusine?

Really, I don't expect anything other than THEY COME BACK ALIVE (optional 💀).

What can I expect from them? Seeing their feelings torn apart seeing Gawain and Barghest happy together. Then there is an entity who takes advantage to take over their bodies and use their hidden powers arbitrarily to destabilize the entire world because they are mentally unstable and made almost completely insane.

If Nasu is clearly ALL OUT, he will surely torture Lancelot again. Actually I don't want Lancelot's trash jokes to happen again. Because during December 2021 until now, Saberlot's character seems to be fixed and starts eliminating that trashy aspect. Progress has been very rapid in those days until now. You can torture Lancelot, but don't give him those trash and cringy jokes anymore.

After all, do you want to be outdone by Genshin Impact which, at almost the same time, released the FONTAINE region? YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE, ARE YOU?

The better Lancelot's design, the more FUCK OFF the story will be. Especially when Nasu is the one who wrote the story. Nasu's "All out" will be a heart-fluttering indication of Lancelot's role this summer.

Even his face that looks soft and polite is completely out of sync with his slutty costume and exposes too much skin. 💀

Hi, I am THE Fragile Cosmos. My real name is Evren. I also go by 'Sacha' and 'Sherrin Liz'. I am currently 16 years old and use any pronouns (usually They/He).

I was brought to this world at a southern town of a northern province in Argentina. I could definitely communicate in Spanish, but I write in English to make it less personal (and therefore less uncomfortable).

This is the most authentic social media account I have. It's basically a virtual diary where I religiously write every single night, even if I don't have anything relevant to say. I started this on December 1st 2023 and I can proudly say that I never skipped a day (we don't talk about April 14th 2024). then a quick sheet mask while you massage his shoulders and keep saying how much you genuinely admire him

the mask might be ruined cus he started crying out of exhaustion

after that’s been done and you’ve hugged for at least like 5 min nonstop, you head over to the dorms, where hyuck was in charge of setting up a blanket fort while mork and nana gather board games, jisung gets the food and chenle

well chenle just had to make sure jisung doesn’t forget to order for someone and doesn’t break like 10 plates trying to set the table lol

⋆ in host clubs, there’s a thing called a champagne call. the customer buys some very expensive bubbly, and all of the hosts gather round her table to chant, sing, w/e i was curious on how the localization handled theo’s dog nickname for MC (like 駄犬) cuz if they did a straight translation (mongrel, mutt, etc.), i feel like the western audience would hate him lul. glad they found smth

Everyone tries to entertain me, and in a single moment, their sweet words make me forget about my ordinary life. (It’s nice that everyone is so lively; but shouldn’t I go pick someone for tonight…?)

⋆ “Stop the Sexy Time” is transliterated into kana, so it felt wrong to potentially change it. yes the cringe was not made by me this time. surprisingly also, this is something that gets a bit lost in translation: Charles and Jeanne both use yorokobu, in which the most common meaning is to be pleased, feel joy, etc. however, they use diff kanji which have diff connotations. Charles uses one that’s more abt physical joy (like a massage... or uh u know), while Jeanne uses one that’s more abt emotional joy (like seeing a friend u haven’t met with in a while). it’s supposed to show how dirty minded charles is while jeanne is precious LOL

[Mozart]: “Kara, come over here. You deserve to receive much finer hospitality... So, from me.” [Jeanne]: “If you pick me as well, then I’ll do my very best. Kara, won’t you come with me?” (Urgh- it’s getting more and more impossible to pick just one of them...!)

(Being called up here by the owner… this is the first time that’s ever happened.) I couldn’t come up with a reason why I was the only customer summoned here.

[Count]: “It’s not anything to be nervous about; I just wanted to hear something from you tonight.” [Count]: “You come here often, but you pick someone different every time.” [Count]: “Is there no one here that meets your expectations?” [Kara]: “My expectations?” [Count]: “Mhm. Being unable to satisfy our customers’ needs is an alarming matter.” [Count]: “If none of my kids happen to be your type, I’d like to hear what kind of things you seek.” [Kara]: “N-No… it’s not that none of them are my type;” [Kara]: “It’s just that everyone here is so wonderful, so I can’t pick only one of them.” [Kara]: “They’re cool, kind, great at conversation, and entertain me…” As I thought about the hosts who had surrounded me at the tables up to this point, I voiced my feelings honestly. I then recalled the words the Count had said just a moment ago, and felt a slight discomfort in my heart.

(I’m being honest when I say that I can’t choose between such amazing hosts. But…) (I also think it’s certainly true that “what I seek” is a bit different from them.) (The one I desire is more…) I shifted my eyes to the Count standing before me, and he responded with the composed smile of a mature adult. I was captivated by him at first glance, as a scent of danger seemed to drift from deep within that smiling face.

(But— As the owner himself, the Count’s not going to service a customer, of course…) Regretful, I dropped my gaze— Before I realized the Count had walked over to me. Cradling my chin in his fingers, he turned my head up so I face him.

[Count]: “Contrary to your words… your eyes say that there is something you desire.” [Count]: “Your indecisiveness stems from wanting more stimulation, is it not?” [Count]: “Like this, for example—"

He suddenly pressed his lips to mine. Shocked, I tried to pull away— but the Count gripped my waist in place. He then drew me in closer as if to prevent escape, changing angles countlessly as he took my lips. [Kara]: “Nn-… Don’t. I can’t pick you, the owner, as my host, so…” [Count]: “That unsatisfied-looking face of yours deeply bothers me.” [Count]: “I’m retired, but if you wish it so... For you, I’m willing to make a comeback tonight.” [Count]: “Well, now… go ahead; make your choice?” As if to seduce me, the gleaming gold eyes in front of me radiate this allure. With that, I felt that he could see through the lustful desires that lied within the recesses of my heart, and my body shivered with a subtle numbness. (I’ve never felt this way before.) Wondering what kind of stimulation he would give, I wanted to be toyed by those fingers, those lips… These emotions muddled within me.

(J-Jeez; He always acts like this…) Wanting to mislead my pounding heart, I hastily changed the subject.

[Kara]: “Um… Where are we going tonight?” [Count]: “Oh my, did you forget? Today’s the anniversary of the day we met, of all things.” [Kara]: “Of course I didn’t forget. It was the day I changed my own fate, and met you— A day I cherish so very much.” [Count]: “It’s the same for me; And it’s precisely why we’re going to a place where I may reaffirm my love.” (“Love”…?) When I tilted my head, the Count gave a meaningful smile, saying nothing more.

With that—

The place the stagecoach had arrived, was a church I recognized. (This is… the place where we had confirmed our love for one another.) The Count took my hand before we entered, the moonlight silently illuminating the unoccupied altar.

[Count]: “I have decided from my heart— that on this day, and on every day we call ‘our anniversary’—" I shall proclaim my vows to you once more.”

[Count]: “Kara— This is my oath of eternal love to you.” Before the altar, the Count kneeled before taking my left hand, dropping a reverent kiss on my ring finger. [Kara]: “nh- Ah-…” A sweet numbness ran from my finger, and my heart skipped a beat.

[Count]: “The time I spend with you, is filled with a dazzling brilliance.” [Count]: “—Filled to the point where I believe those centuries I had of embracing nothingness, came to be for the purpose of being able to meet you…” [Count]: “If you would allow it— For the future to come, with you by my side, I shall continue to swear such (to you).”

[Count]: “And thus, I wish that one day, I shall become one with you. —That is the greatest happiness I seek.”

He then rose to his feet, embracing me as if to envelop me whole. With my cheek pressed against his chest, I could feel his heart beating as fast as mine. (Like this, it’s as if I’m becoming one with the Count— With Abel.)

He tenderly brushed my hair aside before running a finger down my neck. One day, fangs will sink into this very spot, and love from a pureblooded vampire – called “eternity” – will be spilled within. Thinking about such things, my heart grew full— and tears were about to fall down my face, involuntarily.

[Kara]: “Abel… me too, I-…”

Overcome with emotion, I was at loss for words— When an almost-biting kiss fell upon me, cutting off my words. His tongue caught mine through my broken lips, our hot sighs immediately laden with heat.

[Count]: “—There is no need for words.” His lips only barely parting from mine, he whispered with a glossy sigh.

[Count]: “The tears brimming in your eyes, tell me everything— that you belong to me.” [Kara]: “Ah-… Abel…” His gentle - but also denying any notion of resistance – and sweet kiss, deepened, desiring me and only me. I embraced him with all my strength, abandoning myself to this happiness that will last forever and ever…

anyway, the election was mostly a skip for me this year cuz i dun care for mini figures. also, he was doing awful in categories bc ppl are voting characters over several categories (rather than just the recommended one). frankly i think it’s dumb to vote a character in anything other than the “officially” recommended category bc the chance of losing in all categories is much higher than getting stuff in >1 category (e.g., with the midterm results u can see vlad in every category, but he’s only eligible for a benefit in one…when he could easily just win in one category period). but maybe that way of thinking is too tryhard for a game that only barely fits the definition of a game #realgamurz #weliveinasociety

i honestly didn’t do (aka pay) much and ranked rly well in character rankings. so i was happy i got decent stuff, but sadder he doesn’t get much support;; u telling me the richest guy has the stingiest fans. yes. i mean look at me, microwave pizza is my life

I’m not very good at things like these to be honest. Weaving a high-fantasy story and putting into words my honest feelings of thanks and gratitude to people are two entirely different things, and the latter is infinitely more difficult.

Entry 7 - 28/11/2019

Another day another post! I missed my alarm and woke up sorta late, that kinda always just determines how my day will go honestly. But in all fairness, being late for uni is so much more forgiving than being late for work!

So I went to my lecture, it was okay, kinda boring. Again, I find myself working better at home, plus my drawing equipment is all at my dorm, so basically I didn't do much other than mess around with a photo of an eggplant in Photoshop. Fun!

The lecture ended, and before we left I decided it was time to register with a doctor here. The eczema and my skin issues is driving me nutty, so I wanted to get it looked at once and for all. I would've done this sooner , but I was scared this was going to disrupt the ECG results that I'm meant to be contacted about. Unfortunately, my skin is driving me mad so I'm glad I registered here now. It was really easy so that was a relief.

My bf and I left and we decided that you know what? A wetherspoons meal was called for. So we had a Spoons meal, and I swear to god, ain't nothing beat them spoons chips with the onion rings and the dank ass burger. It's enough to put me in a rather happy mood for the day!

I came back and started thinking super deep bruh. I started thinking how before I started uni I thought my bf and I would've missed out so much if we didn't stay in student accomodation. Well, I don't think we would've missed out on much lol. Don't get me wrong , our flatmates are nice, but they're so hooked up on social media and group chats that we are kinda out of the loop with whenever they go out and shit. We kinda stopped going out due to money issues, and they all still go out a lot but in different groups so it's kinda divided, and my bf and I just do our own thing with our classmates.

And yes, student dorms are expensive, the oven is utter shit because it doesn't work properly, and the property managers here do room inspections and ugh! Oh well, it's still early days so maybe we'll all be reunited again but I'm having doubts! I kinda also starred thinking how I should probably apply myself a bit more when it comes to social interaction, I mean, I don't really speak in group chats. If I could participate more, that would be a good starter point. I am basically a social pirahna however, so me trying to come up with responses off the top of my head is difficult and quite exhaustive! But I also do wanna try be more social in class.

Anyway, after all that I wanted my bf to join me in my room so we can watch stuff and have fun! I've been very clingy to my bf a lot lately and it feels great. It kinda does feel like our love has refreshed, and I'm very happy about that.

All in all, things seem to be looking on the rise! Christmas break is here soon, we've found potential new house mates to live with next year, my love and clingyness for my bf is back again and I'm gonna get my skin issues looked at. I'm selling my laptop which should help out until I next get my student loan, and then will look for some part time work. Progress with assignments isn't too bad, I'm still researching potentially doing an internship in Toronto/Montreal in 2021. Yeah.. there's quite a lot going on, but I can't fuck this up for myself.

Message to myself: eyes on the prize, I can study and live in Canada if I apply myself. That's the goal. But we gotta get these grades and do well, that's what education does. Let's not fuck about, let's get motivated and determined to do the work. Let's keep a positive outlook on everything. We've got all the time in the world to start my portfolio, and I really want my shit to impress people out there. We've come along way, we've had difficult journeys, such as sixth form, dropping out of uni in 2016, being on welfare, unemployment , working hard ass jobs and now we here. Let's get fucking cracking dude!
