now that we've had like a year and a half to digest 5sos5, how would you rank all the tracks from fave to least fave? and has your ranking changed at all from your initial listen?
oooo GREAT question!! I went and did the lil sorty game to find out <3 and hereee is my ranking <3
and I hate to say it but I don't think I have any type of ranking from when we first listened? I know it was almost exactly the same as this one tho lmfao. I will say that when they first played EFYTS, I totally thought it was going to be my favorite song on the album but then caramel came through... wow... and, even the songs at the bottom of the list are still so fantastic !! like oh my god what an album this is !!!

closer to god (1994)
halo nine: uk vinyl part 1
We shot for two days, the second day was a lot of the band portraits and the first day was just the bugs, which is that Closer To God cover. I never shot still lifes of bugs before. We shot like 50 different pictures of bugs, and this is the one that turned out to be the cover. Trent was there the whole day, because he wanted to hang out with the bugs - Joseph Cultice

1979 is now up there with 1968 in my “WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED BETWEEN PAUL MCCARTNEY AND JOHN LENNON” years.
You don’t just make something as joyful, teasing, naughty, and romantic as McCartney II out of the blue… You don’t just then come out of retirement out of the blue and starting boogying to Double Fantasy + Milk and Honey tracks COINCIDENTALLY, do you? DO YOU??
This is driving me a little crazy. What is your favorite conspiracy theory here?

Remember when “You’re My Best Friend” was playing on the record when Aziraphale’s bookshop was burning down? A headcannon of mine is that Aziraphale plays Queen in the bookshop because he associates it with Crowley’s driving: it’s terrifying. He’s trying to scare off customers.

I’m thinking about how in Butchered Tongue he says
‘But feel at home/ hearin’ a music that few still understand/ A butchered tongue still singin’ here above ground’
And he sings in Irish in De Selby part 1, knowing that we’re going to learn the Irish words and sing it with him at concerts. God I could cry
