So the brainrot hit me like a truck, and I'm now writing a multichapter fic. Listen, I really like the idea of them being in a band and getting frisky on stage man (Link here to the first fic I wrote with the idea.)

Anyway, it starts with lil Soap auditioning for the band 141 (Price as drummer, Ghost as bass, and Gaz as vocal/guitar when he's feeling frisky).

The title is "I Won't Run" and it's 1,886 words [the link to it is here.] Also, here's a little snippet of it:

"He began strumming, fingers slowly dancing across the faded fingerboard as he plucked out the notes. He had to admit, it was nice to play this song again after so many years.

The song was the first he'd ever written, dedicated to his fiery mother who loved to hear his very basic playing. It wasn't a fast song, more slow and somber than many might expect from a song written by Soap. Hell, Gaz almost cried when he first heard the song in their shared dorm during college.

Man, those days weren't the best but he damn sure missed those moments. Moments of complete peace. Of complete quiet. No anxiety eating him alive as he just strummed out chord after chord.

The ending chord honestly came as a shock to Soap. He'd been so engrossed in the song and memories he didn't even realize he'd finished the song.

He also hadn't looked up at his judges once."

Throwback Thursday to my “Skatetazauruz” installation from 2013 at @freshpaintgallery in Montréal! My friend @marc_tison_mtl_73 helped me build the main dragon face structure, made out of broken skateboards, which I later painted. I also built a gigantic 4-truck skateboard and a huge cardboard fingerboard vert ramp! It was so fun to do!! Once the exhibition was over I gifted the main part to @trh.mtl who incorporated it into their skate bar. I didn’t manage to give away the cardboard vert though, so I lit it on fire and ollied over it, haha! Quarantine Days

(10/22-10/23/2020)

✨Yesterday was an eventful day! Woke up at 5:15am to go to the climbing gym before work. Bouldered, did weights, followed by 30 minutes of hiit on the spin bike. Then came home and showered before going to work until 3pm.

✨Then on my walk home I found this little rat on the sidewalk and he looked injured :( he had a messed up ear, flies all over him, and he was lethargic and slow. I called my brother to bring me down am old box or something to scoop him into but before he got to me a worker in one of those John Deer cars came by. I said I could take it to the humane society since they have a wildlife center. So we used a broom to really gently get him into the bucket. And then I drove to the shelter to drop him off. The intake lady said she thinks he was poisoned and was facing neurological damage due to that, explained not being able to run or walk well. And the injuries he had were likely due to him either getting attacked by a predator or just getting eating away at since he is so immobile. Either way it was so sad :( I’m going to call today at 11 when they open, but it was looking like he’d have to be euthanized. Which is awful but at least we won’t die a slow and painful death. And the girl who took him from the shelter was saying she has rats and if he is euthanized she’ll do it and he’ll be loved during that process.

✨Then I went to a friends house to carve pumpkins! (Guess which one is mine...?? 🐱)

✨Got home at like 9pm and then my brother and I watched I Am Legend (awful movie... any movie that kills off the main animal... trash 🤬)

✨I didn’t sleep in this morning which kinda sucks bc that means I’ll be wiped out by like 2pm lol but that’s okay, I’ll just have to truck on through ha

✨When I got up I got a car wash, picked up coffee, got home and practiced hanging out on my new fingerboard hanger :)) excited to have this to help aid in the climbing training! And am now just snuggling with Thea

✨No big plans today.. gonna go to the climbing gym at 12:45 and then getting Chinese food for dinner :) but apart from that, no big plans!
