Bitch about Dragon Maid all you want but whatever mistakes (THAT THE STAFF OWNS UP TO) in script writing is proof that a human wrote this. That a human interpreted the Anime's text and subtext with a subjective lens. It might not feel "right" but it will feel HUMAN. It will feel personal.

I've been visiting dubs of yesteryear like Digimon, Robotech and a few exceptions from 4kids. They weren't always on the mark, often far from it, but they did feel like a human wrote this and was doing their darnest to make something they thought would work.
