can be pretty hyperactive, forgets things regularly (even important things, forgot he turned into a heartless in kh1), distractable, later on he seems to have some problems with emotional dysregulation. hes constantly called lazy by his friends but as soon as hes doing something he likes he has all the energy in the world, and also tends to dismiss his own intelligence despite actually being pretty smart, both of which are things that i think are decently common with undiagnosed adhd

One thing about me is that I love foreshadowing so very much and if i don’t set up at least 2-3 things in every chapter to pay off later then I explode

#there’s a mention of a oddity in the treasury books in chapter 3 that secretly set something up for chapter 4. for example #I know it’s not nearly at the level of ms kui but I do try and strive for dunmeshi levels of consistency and payoff in my stuff #there’s things I’ve already set up that won’t payoff until the climax and that makes me so happy it’s fun #it helps me find energy to write its like :3 my little treat that I’ve left for myself :3 #idk how obvious it is to anyone but me I do often struggle not to make stuff Too Obscure but #I like to think that at least subconsciously it helps make things feel like a consistent world #nrbts #< not exclusively but that’s what I’m thinking about rn #I’m posting this to help keep myself from actually wanting to blab secrets see this is why I have trouble DMing #I just want to talk about stuff!! all the time!

I'm curious, how many of y'all would like silly random asks? I know most of us have certain fandoms or some are artists/writers taking requests but maybe sometimes you just want a silly question that you don't have to think about. Or maybe even something that doesn't have to do with your fandom.

Simply like favorite color? What's your favorite baked sweet? What do you think is an underrated animal that you think is neat? Donut or bagel? Stuff that isn't intrusive but still gives you "stimulation" and just a snippet of you.

Or if you WANT deep shit, can ask "why is this your favorite idiot?"

tbh if you’re dying to play DnD but no one wants to DM it’s seriously worth it to buckle down and learn how to DM yourself

so in the game i'm currently running we've had this ongoing thing about a romance novel called star-cursed lovers.

it's a subplot that advances every so often, where this romance novel appears in different volumes & rarities, but the covers, characters, and even some content of these books vary from person to person. my players are still well into the beginning of this plot

i should note that the first appearance of star-cursed lovers was to a solo pc. the cover & content they saw was of themselves and another pc 😭

yaoi rolls (1d20 + charisma modifier) are done during flirting or romance scenes, for the most part, and they affect not only how well the character does in that particular check, but all rolls add up towards the advancement of the scl quest.

it's all completely based on the fact that we find that shit hilarious
