this happens a lot when i post godwyn art on twitter or tumblr where someone always goes "ugh i hate ranni for doing this im glad OP likes godwyn" you fool i like them both

they're inherently linked together by the death of soul and flesh the wounds carved into their backs are mirrored;

godwyn's life representing the golden order and his rotting body beneath the erdtree a literal manifestation of the society's misdeeds. ranni sheds her flesh to remove the golden order and give the lands between new life. you might even stretch that godwyn is also in a state of 'new life' as the prince of death

i could go on...

#im also pretty convinced godwyn is conscious in some manner #based on fia's care for them and some of their animations i think those who live in death have personalities #they might not have souls under the golden order #but if you use the mending rune of the death prince you're giving them a place in the world that elevates them to a normal part of life #ANYWAY

sorry im complaining about job hunting so much im just very cynical to it but like

every Glassdoor fish bowl conversation goes:

Original Poster: (Genuine concern over something) I was denied a job for being too confident in my interview. I have a lot of experience and great references.

Junior employees: That's horrible, it sounds like they profiled you based on gender/race/sexuality or (other reasonable explanation)

Upper level employees: Have you considered you're a piece of shit? I've turned down applicants for sounding like arrogant assholes, don't apply to a job ever again. kids these days are so lazy
