Just got an ask from someone who wants to stay anonymous asking me why Algeria doesn’t sue and ask for reparation.
It’s simply because France made it impossible. Basically whenever there was a massacre France would burn or hide the proof especially the registers of births and deaths. When they left they also took a lot of archives and they refuse to give us access to those archives. The law actually says that archives must be made fully public after 50 years. Well guess what? The majority of the archives related to Algeria are still not public and its been 61 years. At first they promised to make them public. Then they said they had to check each page before making it public in case there some stuff that should stay classified. Then they decided that if in a box there’s just one single page that says “classified” then no page from said box can be made public. All of that for one simple reason. France voted a law giving a full amnesty for the colonial crimes committed by the French in Algeria. That law means that nobody can be judged for anything they did to Algerians during the war (let alone before the war). The only way for that law to be considered illegal is if the colonial crimes committed by France in Algeria are officially labeled as a crime against humanity. Because amnesty is not valid for a crime against humanity. That’s why they hide the archives because they prove that there was indeed a crime against humanity and that would force France to pay back for what they did.
Basically imagine there’s a murderer and everyone knows he did it he says that he did it but you still need the evidence for the trial… except the murderer has the evidence everyone knows he has them he says he has them but he can choose which one he keeps and which one he shows… France is the murderer in this scenario.
P.S: I talk about Algeria because I’m Algerian and because the situation was very specific but France should pay for ALL its colonial crimes (settler colonialism is very different because it’s a form of colonialism that doesn’t see indigenous people as merchandise or cheap labor they are seen as a threat something to be eradicated)

Dr. Phil: There are some things that are just fundamental human decency, and when I ask you if what happened on October 7th is something you condemn, and you say, "Well, you have to look at that by looking at hundreds of years of conflict," no you don't. No, you don't. That's either right or it's wrong, and it was wrong, and I don't need a hundred years of conflict to know it was wrong.
Activist: The fact of the matter of is that Hamas, yes did take innocent life. Why did Hamas take away Hamas innocent life? Why was Hamas platformed, why was Hamas funded, why was Hamas empowered to take away innocent life?
Dr. Phil: Let me tell you something, let me tell you something. When somebody comes over a fence and goes into someone's house and burns their infant in their crib, I don't give a damn why they did it. It's wrong.
--
Dr. Phil: I've read it that the charter of Hamas is to eliminate the Jewish race. Beginning with Israel, but not stopping with Israel, wiping them off the face of the Earth. Is that true?
Mosab Yousef: This is true. But it does not end there. Now we have the problem of the pro-Palestine who are actually giving Hamas cover. They're participants in the crime.
In fact, since October 7, I personally don't differentiate between Hamas and what's so-called Palestinians. Cause actually there is no Palestinians. There are tribes, there is the tribe of Hamas and the tribe of the Islamic Jihad and there is the tribe of Al Khalil and there is the tribe of Nablus. And each one has different interests and all of them are conflicted. If they did not have Israel as the common enemy, they would kill each other. This is the reality of what's so-called Palestine.
Activist: You realize that's common colonial rhetoric? 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♀️
Yousef: You don't know what Palestine is. Actually, in fact, the keffiyeh that you are wearing, this is just a statement to show that you really lack the authenticity to represent the kids. And what's so-called "the cause," this is a human problem. The cause must die. I think enough is enough. And now it's proven, and you are helping Hamas to prove it to the world. That Palestine depends on the destruction of the State of Israel. And this is not acceptable, and we are not going to agree to it.
And I tell you something. For the next 10 or 20 years, the Palestinian people will pay the bill Hamas has cost today. And most likely in blood.
Activist: To you, Hamas and Palestinians are the same, they're one and the same.
Yousef: After October 7, yes. There is no difference.
Activist: Really?
Yousef: The vast majority of the Palestinian people support Hamas.
Activist: Really?
Yousef: This is a fact. This is proven by statistics and your silence now. You are not even, you cannot even condemn Hamas and say that what they did on October 7 was an act of a savage group. You don't have that power.
On what authority do you speak? You only speak on the authority of Hamas propaganda.
Activist: No, I'm -- why do you say that I'm speaking on the authority of Hamas propaganda?
Yousef: Because if you were a decent human being, you can say that the thousands who were killed on October 7, that was a crime against humanity, it was a genocide.
==
When a stupid, stupid little girl playing activist, finds out she's an ignorant idiot regurgitating buzzwords and being used to provide cover for terrorism by a fanatical far-right supremacist cult.
I've been saying it for months. They CANNOT, WILL NOT condemn Hamas. Not one of them will do it. Because they support it. They support "the cause": eradicating the Jews from the face of the Earth.
Pro-Palestine is pro-Hamas. They are the same. There is no difference. They support terrorists. We need to treat these fanatics as terrorists. No, I'm not kidding or exaggerating.
BTW, now you know why Egypt won't take them - they're savage tribes who would just as soon murder each other.

Hamas didn’t invade Israel on Oct. 7 for its amusement. The barbaric sneak attack is a part of the pogrom intended to wipe out the Jewish state. It was a crime against humanity, and not just because of its savagery. We would all be worse off if Israel ceased to exist. The same cannot be said for Islamic terrorists.
Israel’s contributions to the modern world are momentous. When not dodging bullets, rockets, and homicide bombers, Israelis have since 1948 developed:
Copaxone and Rebif, drugs that treat multiple sclerosis, and Exelon, which treats mild to moderate dementia in Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s patients.
The PillCam, “a minimally invasive ingestible camera in a capsule that allows visualization of the small bowel.”
The water desalination process.
The Sniffphone, “that can actually ‘sniff out’ diseases.”
And SpineAssist, “the first-ever spine robot” that has the “ability to provide real-time intraoperative navigation.”
The Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel, responsible for some of the inventions listed above, has also produced diabetes and flu vaccines, is using T-cells to treat damaged spines, and is a pioneer in industrial — and medical — uses nano materials.
Other impactful Israeli products include drip irrigation, a revolutionary microprocessor called the 8088, the NIR heart stent, voice-over-internet protocol, the USB flash drive, the Waze navigation app, ReWalk, “a commercial bionic walking assistance system,” and “the first commercially viable firewall software.”
Our own security has benefited from Israel’s labor and work ethic.
“Many Israeli innovations are present in upgrades to U.S. Air Force fighters and Army equipment,” says the international law firm Smith, Gambrell & Russell. One important advance in particular is the helmet-mounted display system for the new F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.
So we have a country of 9.23 million, mostly desert, that is only 75 years old, is “surrounded by enemies” and in a constant state of war, which has “no natural resources,” yet “produces more start-up companies on a per capita basis than large, peaceful, and stable nations and regions like Japan, China, India, Korea, Canada, and all of Europe.” It is the only nation outside of the U.S. that Warren Buffet invests in.
Have the Palestinians or Hamas, currently at war with Israel, done anything that compares to what the Israelis have achieved? More broadly, beyond the Allahista terrorist groups, what has Islam contributed to the modern world?
Not much.
Since 1901, Jews, who total 0.2% of the world’s population, have won 189 Nobel prizes for physics, medicine, chemistry and economics. Over that same period, Muslims, who make up nearly a quarter of the global population, have won four.
If it seems as Islamic groups, Hamas and Hezbollah prominent among them, are more interested in spreading nihilism, committing atrocities, and destroying civilization than making the world a better place, well, then there’s a good reason for it. That is exactly what the heroes of an increasingly large number foolish Westerners are aiming for.
Meanwhile, Israelis see themselves “as having a role in the world to repair the world,” says Chemi Peres, managing partner and co-founder of the venture capital firm Pitango, chairman of the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation, and son of the late Israeli Prime Minister Shimon Peres.
“We call it tikkun olam, and here at the Peres Center we have a mission statement, which is to introduce innovation and new ideas and new technologies, not only for ourselves but to solve the problems of the world.”
Islam is part of that world, but too many of its adherents live to do just the opposite.

Please STOP talking about Israel state and the Hamas as if they were equals.
As if they had an equal firepower, equal strength and equal means of defense.
As if a fucking genocide is proportional to the murder of a thousand people or the “right” answer to it.
STOP saying "Israel-Palestine conflict" when a "conflict" implies equality and there is obvioulsy none here.
Like, Israel invaded Palestinians and massacred them and kicked them out, Israel treat them like shit and you expect them NOT to defend themselves?
You expected them to shut up and let themselves be nicely, ethnically cleansed?
And then YOU Israel supremacists have the fucking nerve to claim YOU're the innocent, blameless victim when the Hamas attacks you?? And to claim Palestinians are your assaulters?
You assert Israel has "a right to defend itself"?? Are you kidding the fucking world?? Defense from what?? You're not defending, you're MASSACRING, you're SLAUGHTERING, you're BULLYING and EXTERMINATING!
ISRAEL is the one in and with power! ISRAEL the oppressor! ISRAEL is committing genocide! ISRAEL is the war criminal and the criminal against humanity!
Hamas tries to defend and liberate their country. In awful ways, but it's not like they were ever given a choice! (except extermination and submission)
Yet it's only THEIR violence that's constantly condemned, never YOURS which is though a billion times worse in terms of destruction and mass murder! Never YOURS that triggered THEIRS in the first place!!
THEIR violence is terrible but totally legitimate. YOURS is one of a bully, an oppressor and a colonizer.

Israeli officers admit that most Gaza fatalities classified as ‘terrorists’ are civilians
www.UMMnews.org 01 April 2024; MEMO: Israeli officers and soldiers have admitted that most of the fatalities classified by the army as “terrorists” during its war on the Gaza Strip are actually civilians, a report said Sunday. The Israeli newspaper Haaretz collected testimonies from officers and soldiers who have fought in Gaza during the war, which has been ongoing since Oct. 7, 2023. “The…

Why do westerners (rightly) think breast ironing and fgm in Africa is a crime against humanity, but that wearing binders and getting bottom surgery is a okay and should be promoted?
Because people are afraid of being politically incorrect and getting "cancelled." Or people here are just not capable of critical thinking. I have no idea.

Gerald Kaufman (1930-2017🙏🏼🌹🕊️), British MP, speaking from the rostrum of Parliament in 2009.
Gerald Kaufman was the son of Polish Jewish immigrants. Born in the UK, Kaufman was one of the country's most famous Jewish politicians. He was also a fervent critic of Israel, calling for sanctions against the Jewish state for its policies towards the Palestinians, and comparing Israeli soldiers to Nazis.
For years, Kaufman has been one of Britain's most outspoken critics of Israel.
In April 2002, at the start of Israel's Operation Rampart to halt the wave of suicide bombings in the country's cities, Kaufman declared Israel an "international pariah" and accused then-Prime Minister Ariel Sharon of ordering "his troops to use barbaric methods against the Palestinians", according to the BBC.
Kaufman, who was Foreign Secretary between 1987 and 1992, told the House of Commons in 2002 that it was "time to remind Sharon that the Star of David belongs to all Jews and not to his repulsive government. His actions sully the Star of David with blood."
In 2004, in an editorial published in the Guardian, he called for economic sanctions against Israel similar to those used against South Africa.
In 2009, during the war between Israel and Hamas, Operation Cast Lead, he accused Israel of exploiting Holocaust guilt to justify its actions in the Gaza Strip.
"The current Israeli government ruthlessly and cynically exploits the guilt of gentiles [non-Jews] after the murder of Jews during the Holocaust as justification for its murders of Palestinians," Kaufman had declared before Parliament.
Speaking of his personal history as the son of Jewish refugees from Poland, he had said that "my grandmother was in bed, sick, when the Nazis came to her town. A German soldier shot her in her bed. My grandmother did not die to provide cover for Israeli soldiers murdering Palestinian grandmothers in Gaza."
Kaufman had compared Hamas fighters to Jewish resistance fighters in the Second World War, claiming that "Israeli army spokesman Major Leibovich was asked about Israeli murders of, at the time, 800 Palestinians. The total is now 1,000. She replied instantly that '500 of them were militants'. That's the response of a Nazi. I suppose the Jews fighting for their lives in the Warsaw ghetto could have been considered militants."
His opposition to Israel has persisted with age. In 2012, he had written an editorial published by the Huffington Post claiming that Israel was a "rogue state", and that the fact that Israel is a democracy "means that the Israeli electorate is complicit in its government's war crimes."
In 2015, he had told the Palestine Return Centre, a Hamas-affiliated association, that "Jewish money" was the reason why British Conservatives were pro-Israel.

Israel has not just revealed itself to the world. It has revealed the evils that exist in each government that supported this genocide: the hypocrisy, the anti-humanity, the enmity towards own people.
They call this democracy? They have hijacked Democracy to treat the people as manipulatable and ignorable. They go against every value they postured to the world. What is left is dirty politics. Wake up. Wake up. You can not let yourself be “represented” like this.

I do not believe that anything I say about what is happening in Gaza will affect Israeli or American policy in that conflict. But I want to be on record so that when historians look back on this moral calamity, they will see that some Americans were on the right side of history.
What Israel is doing in Gaza to the Palestinian civilian population – with the support of the Biden administration – is a crime against humanity that serves no meaningful military purpose. As J-Street, an important organization in the Israel lobby, puts it, “The scope of the unfolding humanitarian disaster and civilian casualties is nearly unfathomable.”

An interesting article about how France is slowly rehabilitating Jean-Marie Le Pen. Not for everything he did just for the part where he tortured Algerians.
“The current erasure of the testimonies condemning Jean-Marie Le Pen, including by those who dislike him, is allowed by two things: Algerian testimonies are seen as automatically illegitimate, so is the recognition of the crime committed by the colonial republic.”
P.s: Just so you know the day Le Pen dies I’m having a huge party. I will insult anyone who think partying is wrong and anyone who goes “but he was a human too even if we disagree” screw you. He deserves a painful death and then he deserves to burn for eternity.
