I loved the Zeus - Posedion conversation so much because it is the most sibling tm scene in the show so far (after Posedion intervened and stopped his brother from literally murdering his son). They're literally at war one second, there's some levity a second later when they decide they're on the same side and then the youngest brother has to rub in the fact that he won and that he's going to tell everyone else in the family ASAP much to the older brother's absolute annoyance as he rolls his eyes. Not to mention "Who knows about father?" "... Hermes " "So... everyone knows?" Hermes canonically being the biggest blabber in Olympus lmao.

Tattered and Torn
Warnings: captivity, restraints, torture, wound, infection, infected wound, caretaking performed by whumper
Whumper stared down at the heap they had left Whumpee in after their last torture session a few hours ago. Whumpee hadn't moved. Hadn't stretched to the length of the thick chains that kept them near the center of the room. Whumper only knew Whumpee was breathing because of the irregular wheezing sound.
"Get up," Whumper growled.
Whumpee didn't reply.
Whumper crouched down next to Whumpee. Whumper could see their face was sweaty and pale. "Just great," Whumper said as they pulled back Whumpee's tattered and torn shirt to reveal the wounds Whumper had inflicted days ago. The wounds that were now very infected.
Whumpee still didn't reply. They just lay there and wheezed.
"I'm only going to do this because I want to prolong our time together. I'm only doing this this once," Whumper muttered as they unchained Whumpee. "Don't say I didn't give you warning."
Whumper easily lifted Whumpee into their arms. Whumpee clung onto them, even in their feverish state. As Whumper carried Whumpee into a spare bedroom, they realized they weren't sure how they were going to help Whumpee.
Whumper carefully lay Whumpee on the bed. Whumpee lay on the thick coverlet, shackles still around their wrists providing a sharp contrast to the soft bed. The room was dim though the sun pressed against the thick curtains. "Care'r," Whumpee croaked. "T-T-Tiredddd."
Whumper froze. Did Whumpee think they were Caretaker? "I'll make you all better. I promise, Whumpee." Whumper smiled. Perhaps taking care of Whumpee could have its fun, too.

siren whumpee being forced to sing and look pretty as party entertainment
-🎉
tw nonhuman whumpee (siren), forced to perform, dehumanisation, captivity, murder fantasies (drowning specifically)
Humans had changed. They had evolved. Over the years, they had found ways to go around the simple magic of sirens, to dull the destructive, lethal pull of their song to something pleasant and manageable. Something enjoyable that was worth paying money to hear.
Whumpee saw them exchange the money; because of course it wasn't going to their nonexistent pockets, it was going to their owner, the cruel fisherman who had pulled them out of the sea on that fateful night. They'd thought he was under the control of their spell, and by the time they realised how wrong they were, it was too late.
It had been years since that encounter. Years spent in a tank too small, with water that was too dirty. Years spent being paraded around and gawked at by humans, shown off, tortured whenever they'd tried to resist.
"You're mine," Whumper had said over and over again. "And you'll sing when I tell you to."
Whumpee had cursed him in their native language, the one the human didn't care to understand or learn. They'd tried pulling him into the tank to drown him, all to no avail. There were always other humans around, willing to help their friend over some disgusting beast.
So they sang. They sang for their owner, and they sang for the drunken idiots who had gathered around the tank, and they watched their faces change and relax, scowls morphing into serene smiles. How ironic it was, to bring about peace they'd never be able to share in.
"You're doing great, love," Whumper said as he walked by. "Very successful evening. I might even get you one of those fish treats if you keep it up."
Whumpee didn't respond, so Whumper just scoffed and disappeared into the crowd. One day. One day they'd get out. One day their magic would be powerful enough to override whatever pills and devices the humans had used to suppress it.
One day, they'd hold Whumper under the water until all the air and life left his body, and then they'd devour him whole.

Actually Ciri was the shining star of the season for me and Freya was amazing in portraying her. Battling with who she is and who she wants to be. Coming into her own. But she’s still a teenager. She’s brash and lashes out. But more than anything she wants her family. She wants to feel safe. I felt for her I want to protect her and I love her. She was just incredible excuse me I’m just having a moment.
