I'm at that point of working on my thesis in which I will need approximately three more desks to have all my notebooks opened, and in which I leave myself post it notes to remember in which god forsaken tense I am writing. On the bring side my September cover page came out very well.

Productivity things I did today:
finished writing the first part of the first chapter of my thesis (because yes, to cope with everything I basically divided the chapter into five smaller sections, and when I'll be done with the first draft of these I will make everything coherent)
planned and wrote the second part of said chapter
planned the third part of the chapter (and started to plan the fourth as well)
worked in my family's store for half of my morning
practiced Irish on duolingo
created new spreads for September in my reading journal
Self care thing I did today:
read first thing in the morning
journaled in the morning
did breathing exercises
didn't drink any coffee
tonight I'll read before bed
📖: Sardust by Neil Gaiman, The Sandman vol.5 A Game Of You by Neil Gaiman
here's my full apread of april and also the "nature" page of last month. the nature page works as a free space for me to write about beautiful nature things i see related to nature or talk about the weather when it's really good. i love doing that because i feel like my days are more worth it when i noticed these beautiful things.
also left a whole page for a list of vinyl records that i want because i'm slowly building my vinyl collection so now there's only one record on the list - Dead Man's Party by Oingo Boingo - but i'll put other ones in the future for sure, so this page is not only for this month but for the whole bujo
here's the 2 records that i own: Nude by Dead or Alive (my fav album from my fav band outside of kpop) and Secret Dreams and Forbidden Fire by Bonnie Tyler 💜
i'm currently working on the final paper i have to do to graduate so that's why i don't post very often but i don't think anyone really waits for my posts and that's okay 😆
You may notice I did not use the fall themed flowers from the November Layout page because these came in yesterday. These are what I wanted to use and I'm very pleased by this.
This isn't what I would usually post on here but recently I've been getting into bullet journaling and have been trying to set one up for 2024, so does anyone have any like, ideas of things to include or inspiration or anything for someone who isn't super artsy? :]
August cover page in my new bullet journal. I am very proud of how these new spreads turned out, so I'll be posting a few pictures of them in the next days.

Thesis diary #40
It's again been a while since my last proper thesis diary update, and I wanted to make another post before my holdays. In the past days I have found, read and annotated a few new historiographical articles. After the professor discussed with me the first chapter of my thesis, and decided to go for a totally different structure, I was left with some more reasearch to do. My goal is to find about whether or not there have been studies of witchcraft related to Italy in the 18th century. I haven't really been able to find a lot till now, just a few articles. Today I found another one, and since it wasn't too long I managed to read and annotate it fully. I will now put on hold this part of my work, since I am going on holiday for two weeks strating from this Saturday. I really need some rest, but I will still try to get something done while I am away. I am planning on working on another part of the material I gathered on my last trip to the archive. I have some documents which were written particularly well so they should be a little easier to deal with. I plan on studying at least one hour each day while I am away, but then to just rest and enjoy myself, because I really need a break from everything. I'll then plan my next moves once I'll be back home.
📖: It by Stephen King, Treasure Island by Robert L. Stevenson
🎵: Epic III from Hadestown (the off-broadway live version, which in my opinion is lyrical superior to the broadway version, fight me on that)
Trying out a new weekly layout for September. So much to do this month. Moving, monitoring body feelings (dysmorphia has returned with a vengeance as I try and put back on some weight) and continuing to write. What about everyone else?
Hiiii, I finally painted the last cover for 2021! 🤗
I had the sketch ready since December, but I lost motivation and then I got super busy and I just didn't finish it until now! :)
Initially,I wanted to use my gouache paints for this one, but I don't have it with me rn; so watercolours it is. This is my first time painting a "landscape" with just watercolours! 💜
