hi i hope you’re doing well!! i want to start off by saying that i’m loving the dusk series so far!! like always your writing is just so captivating. I’d like to send in a request, but first, what do you think joel’s love language is? i think it’s definitely physical touch and words of affirmation (or quality time). The request is maybe some scenarios(for lack of a better word) where we see the reader find out Joel’s love language and show joel love the way he likes. I thought it could be a cute drabble, please take any liberties you’d like, and if you end up writing this then thank you so much :)

I decided I’ll just do drabbles (just learned that word lol) for each (except for gifts) and put all my opinions and reasoning at the bottom because it's kind of a lot. Also oh my god “show joel love the way he likes” 😭😭😭 PLEEEASE

I feel like I don’t see a lot of this!! I LOVE VULNERABLE JOEL!!! LETTING HIMSELF BE LOVED WITHOUT ANYTHING IN RETURN!!! GOD DAMN I JUST WANT THE MAN TO BE ABLE TO RELAX!!!! ACTS OF SERVICE

Joel is known by what he does for others. At this point, it’s basically half of his identity. He’s a father, a protector, the one who will give you the shirt off of his back, take both watches so you can sleep, catch a bullet without blinking an eye. This is one of the things that attracted you to him in the first place, how he wears the love in his heart on his sleeve, even if he doesn't talk or touch much. When you started really seeing each other, you began learning his eyes and the words behind closed lips, and you found so much below the surface. To his core, Joel is a giver, that has always been the case, but he tries to never let on his needs, his wants. You have found it in his eyes, though, especially at the end of a long day.

Today is one of those days. Joel walked in with tense shoulders and tiredly drooping brows. He barely mumbled a ‘hey’, just plopped down on the couch next to you, rubbing the heels of his hands into his eyes.

“Hey honeydew,” you move to slide your hands around him and rest your cheek on his shoulder, “Long day, hm?”

“Mhm.” he replies, leaning into you, his hands still in his eyes. You stay quiet to see if he wants to talk about it, but he doesn’t, so you stand from the couch, wrapping a hand around his wrist to lightly tug him to his feet, and then lead him into the bedroom. He follows and lays down for you, eyes already closed. Silently, you undo his laces, pull his boots off, he lays still as you pull his pants. You undo the buttons of his flannel and pull off his undershirt, and then you tuck him into bed. You draw the blinds to keep out the afternoon sun and lay next to him on top of the blankets until his breathing slows to sleep. Then, as quietly as you can, you remove yourself and gather his dirty clothes to wash.

It took awhile for him to let you do this for him, and the first time he did, when you’d tucked the blankets around him, he cried. Some days he’ll give you a look that tells you to get in with him, and then turns his back for you to wrap yourself around him. He goes out like a light when you do that.

This is the only thing you’ve seen Joel willingly let someone do that is just for him, without him needing to do anything in return, just for what he really needs and wants. He has tried to crush the notion that he wants or needs anyone to do anything for him, shut down the craving to be taken care of, but you’ve weasled your way into it. Joel is the most giving person you’ve ever met and you’re just glad to be able to give something to him, even if it’s just clean clothes and a warm, comfy nap. Nothing is as gratifying as being able to hold Joel the way he wants to be held.

PHYSICAL TOUCH

The sun was shining in the forest the first time Joel slipped his hand into yours. The leaves were a bright light green, the path’s dirt almost gold in the sun. He didn’t say a word or look away from his boots on the ground. So, you didn’t say anything either, just held his hand, smiling wide, and kept walking.

He didn’t say anything the second time either, only barely glanced to you at his side, then looked back down to hide in his footsteps. That time, you started to swing your clasped hands a little, and you could tell he was smiling just as wide as you were.

At night, he started by just resting a leg over yours, only after you’d been laying for a while, eyes closed, without a word. You experimented by putting your hand in his open palm one night, just resting it there. The next night, he pulled you in. The night after that, you woke up to him wrapped around you like a monkey on its mothers back. And the next night, he held you like that but from the front, his slow deep sleeping breaths warms on your neck.

It felt wonderful. Not only because it was him, but because of the nature of it—it was for you to be holding him. You wouldn’t have known that that was something he wanted, he presents only as a holder, a big spoon, but really, he’s the baby. Just about every night after that, you’d come to him first and wrap him up so all he’d have to do is squeeze into the embrace (sometimes he makes a little hum as he does).

The sex changed after you started doing this, too. It’s more intimate, deeper, he’s loosened up and it’s become more fluid. He’s more vocal, too. The first few times like that he couldn't last more than half as long as he usually does, but he cums a lot harder and it’s just as hot to you as it must be for him. It’s just pure intimacy.

He started doing more outside of the covers at night, holding you from behind when you were standing for awhile sometimes, sneaking a kiss to your head here and there, and he likes to walk close enough to you that you bump and brush against each other as you go.

He does all of this without saying a word. There’s no need for him to, he’s telling you clearly through all of this touch that he trusts you completely and loves you deeply.

WORDS OF AFFIRMATION

The first time you said something to him, Joel paused, and when he looked back at you, asking, “Really?” his eyes were lit up. You caught on and kept slipping in praise here and there, watching him break out in big goofy grins.

Tonight you’ve seemed to have caught a bug of it, crowding him on the bed and showering him in it.

“I love you so much handsome man,” you peck his cheek as he turns it away, grinning pink and humming laughter, “You’re so good, you’re so special, lovey dovey, I’m so proud of you,” he giggles, eyes closed, “You’re my world.” Kiss his cheek, “baby I’m so glad I found you,” kiss, “you’re so strong and brave,” kiss kiss, he laughs, “you’re so funny, you’re my goofy guy,” he laughs harder and you can’t help but laugh with him. “I love seeing you happy.” You get yourself on top of him, folding your arms over his chest to see his plump, rosy face, still smiling ear to ear, eyes half lidded as he looks back at you. “My beautiful,” you peck his lips, “beautiful,” you peck and he starts laughing again, holding your waist lightly, “gorgeous,” kiss, “dreamy,” kiss, “handsome man.” kiss, “I love you.”

“I love you.” He coos. He blinks, thinking, and just looks at you for a while, smile fading but not leaving. Then, in the softest, most innocent tone you’ve ever heard from him, Joel says, “Thank you.”

QUALITY TIME

Joel seemed pretty cold when you first met him. He barely ever seemed anything other than annoyed at best. So, you assumed he hated you. When you found yourselves left alone somewhere, usually to keep watch for something or other, it was for a while completely silent. It wasn’t necessarily uncomfortable, but it made you sad. You didn’t know him and, yeah, he seemed like just a massive grump, but you’d watched him with people he was close to, and you wanted that kind of attention from him.

Maybe it wasn’t, but it felt like you found yourself alone with him often. You were ready to just stay quiet and not bother him while he waited out this time with you, set on your idea of what he thought of you, but then he started making small talk. At first, you, again, assumed he was doing it through gritted teeth, but then he started laughing with you, and then you were trading stories. Then you started seeking each other out to be alone together.

You started taking walks, but you’d get so caught up in conversation you’d have to stop, and found a spot on a large, fallen dead tree by the water. Skipping rocks, you'd talk about the past, he’d follow you around while you trailed away to pick flowers, then let you teach him how to make crowns with them.

The fallen tree by the water and flowers became your place of solace to go and be alone. Just you and him, him and you, with each other until the sunset, or he’d wake you up early so you could go watch it rise from there, side by side in silence.

You talked about anything and everything, sometimes nothing at all. Silent in the grass, you’d watch the clouds or the stars. It’s just nice to be around each other.

He told you so today, and it made you think of how he looked when you first met, the stone cold downcast eyes, hands ready on his rifle, hardly moving except to chew on his lip or grind his jaw. Today his eyes are soft, golden in the sunlight, an earnest, innocent smile playing at his lips, lax face showing off his cheeks, crows feet highlighting his contentment.

“You know, I thought you hated me the first few times we… hung out, as in, got stuck alone somewhere.” You admit.

“No, sweetheart,” Joel’s eyes twinkle and neither of you are able to twist away your smiles, “you just made me nervous.”

“Why’d I make you nervous?” You laugh.

“Well,” he looks down, still smiling, “I just wanted to find the right thing to say. Wanted to impress you I guess. Not anymore though,” he looks back up at you, “don’t feel any kinda nervous around you. I’m lookin’ for all the time alone with you I can get.”

“Well I’m glad we still have all day…” you tilt your head, “and tomorrow, and the next day, and the day after that. If you’ll have me.”

He shifts a little closer, “I’ll have nothing else.”

MY OPINOINS

Don't ask me questions unless you want a mini essay lol i’ve always been that bitch

Omg. I think about this while writing and it's an interesting thing to explore bc what is hidden under there? What was he like before? Very fun to play around with.

(Side note I have only seen the show, I have not played any of the games so that’s where I get all of my context from) They didn’t show a lot of pre outbreak Joel obvi, and I’m kind of nitpicking the shit out of it, but what Joel initiates with Sarah is quality time. Although there was also physical touch, and I saw a post about Joel and Sarah’s closeness when they’re watching the movie, where they so naturally move into each other, and I dig that, but I feel like the focal point was spending time together for his birthday.

Pause to say that I don’t think that gift giving is his love language because he gets the watch here and that's the only gift giving like ever, also the other gift was a movie to watch together, that’s why I didn’t write for it.

So my automatic thought is that his love language is acts of service, but the more I’ve thought about it I want to say that that as a priority has been an add-on. Like he forgot to get the pancake mix when he was supposed to, the cake, he got home late—he broke these promises he made to Sarah, and now, I think the pressure on acts of service is one of the lasting effects of her death. I bet he feels guilt for those promises he broke that day, and now he doesn't want to ‘let her down again’; he couldn't save her (ALL THAT MAKES ME SCREAM AND CHEW THRU MY ARM BTW), and now he craves control over things like that, so he does everything he can to try to make up for it, to protect the ones he loves.

Joel doesn’t really talk much and he’s said he’s not very good at it. He delivers some killer fucking lines but they’re only big moments, so I think that one would be the hardest for him. Also, I can count on one hand the amount of physical contact he had at all, not all of them he even initiated. However, I DROOL over the idea of him re-discovering that he loves physical touch.

The one thing Joel always does is he is always there. Simply that it is his number one priority, and then he fits other stuff into it, like talking more and being more open, letting himself touch and be touched, etc. (although part of it is he literally has to be with Ellie all of the time, so that complicates it a little, but still)

So my big two are acts of service and quality time but I think his core love language is quality time.

Lol im sorry im just straight up disagreeing with you but for real for real, I think that’s one of the most beautiful things about all this, being able to take these things and run with it; we get to chew through all of this stuff and share all these different thoughts on it and it’s really cool to be on this platform and hear some thoughts that never would have occurred to me and that is so fucking exciting and fun to me. I think it is so cool to be able to take this art and explore more of it and just keep pumping life into it ykwim. So if you are reading this far thank u very cool 2 be here

just imagining them doing some foraging in a forest and medic is silently celebrating and (not so silently) pinning as sniper goes off about different plants and being oblivious to how genuinely infatuated and invested medic is until he looks up and makes eye contact

AND EEE YESSSSS!!! YESS ABSOLUTELY... i think medic would also be really knowledgeable about different plants and animals (if they were dangerous! because he loves Lethal Things! hoo!), but nobody is as knowledgeable as his sniper... :-) i can absolutely see him trying to coax some fun facts out of him, get him out of his shell... i think even when they're established sometimes sniper still smothers himself a bit in terms of how talkative he is about certain things... but that's okay! that's what medic is here for! >:)

medic draws it out of him by asking questions like "oh! and what family is [plant], from, again? i believe it's slipped my mind!" it hasn't, but sniper doesn't need to know that! sniper clears his throat and is like "well," and goes into it and now and then medic will Gently Interject and be like "ah! and, if one wants to harvest, say, deadly poison from [deadly poisonous thing], how might one go about that, hmm?" and sniper turns to look at him and smiles crookedly and is like "hypothetically?" and medic grins toothily (he absolutely does Not mean hypothetically!) and is like "of course." and sniper hums (he knows this) and is like "well, i suppose maybe you'd need someone'a help you. s'a two-person job." <- he's flirting

medic would rock on his heels and giggle because he Knows sniper is flirting and he's like "oh? i don't suppose you'd know anyone who would be so helpful." and sniper's lil corner-of-his-mouth grin grows and he's like "i might."

medic's like "mmn... well, i'd certainly hope he's capable. deft with his hands, quick to react..." and he kind of slows his walking so that he can stand adjacently-behind sniper to check him out, let his eyes wander from the tip of his hat down to the heels of his boots and back up again to where he knows sniper's waiting to make eye contact...

sniper chuckles, "sure, yeah. all that," and sniper's like "well i hope he'd tell you that [adjacent fact about other plant species in the area] and medic perks up and is like "oh?! i didn't know that!" and sniper grins and is like "c'mere," and leads him to the plant in question and kneels down and (he's wearing gloves) trims and plucks some of the poisonous plant and is like "this little beauty could [paralyze, poison, etc] with just a little bit. if y'bred it with [Another lethal plant], well, suppose the possibilities would be endless for the kind of genetic cocktails you could make." and medic Should be letting out an excited sound but he was kind of only half-listening because he was focusing on sniper's mouth, the way his eyes look from this angle behind his glasses... how gently he's touching something so dangerous.. his respect for nature and life around them and how he gets so swept up in talking about it and enjoys it so much...

and sniper kinda snaps out of it because he's not hearing medic's Delighted Noises that he always makes when sniper talks about this kind of stuff and turns to face medic and is like "pidge, did y'hear-" and medic is never shy about letting sniper see him check him out, but medic looks so Taken by him that it makes sniper's neck heat up... those uneven flushes of red start blooming on his face (poppies! glorious poppies!) and medic's smile grows and is like "i did... you know how i get distracted," and medic Does get distracted (he can be very scatterbrained!) but they both know this wasn't one of those scatterbrained times.. no.. medic was very focused on the subject of his affection...!

sniper clears his throat and is like "heh.... right..." and they look at each other and even when they're an established couple sometimes the way medic looks at sniper just knocks the wind out of him... all of the fascinating gorgeous things around them that both he and medic adore, and medic's attention still wants to be on him... medic gives him a tender smile and is like "go on, please." and sniper kinda wheezes because medic's gaze is So Intense and he can't think about anything other than medic medic medic medic medic-

Hello! My names Violet and I’d like a matchup for the 2012 tmnt brothers please! If not just ignore this lol

I’m 5’2 ½, I’m hourglass shaped with a lil chub so I wear baggier clothes and really prefur being covered up. I have shoulder length brown curly/wavy hair and Hazel eyes that appear brown but in the sun look gold and green (I really like my eyes lol) I typically war sneakers of some sort or work boots because I’m a busy person and even on my down time I’m moving so I don’t have time to let my feet hurt from heels n such even though I love dressing up.

I’m intelligent and usually always reading something, I can be very quiet but can make good conversation. I’m an INFJ so I’m very in tune to others around me. I’m extremely loyal to a fault and would do absolutely anything to the person I give my loyalty to. I love to bake and cook and even like to clean when I’m able to listen to music, cleaning is calming for me and lets me unwind with out feeling like I should be doing something. I’m the eldest daughter of six siblings so I have my fair share of responsibility and I take it in stride. I’m always helping and taking care of someone, I love that part of my responsibility because I’m a very motherly person. I have strong maternal instincts which leads me to befriend people who could be considered outcasts.

I can also be very stubborn and I struggle with depression, and anxiety. I have trust and abandonment issues which leads me to follow people around and be a bit clingy. I have a strong imagination which pulls me inside my own head a lot. I tend to be more involved with whats going on inside then whats happening in real life.

I really look for someone who has a sense of loyalty like my own, someone who would be ok with me being around a lot and being a bit clingy. I also want someone who has a sense of humor to: 1, help me out of depressive episodes, and 2, banter with me, I can be slightly sarcastic and love some good banter. I also want someone kind and empathetic, to match my own motherly instincts

I dislike people who are rude and mean for no reason and who are constantly looking for a fight. A big deal breaker for me is someone telling me what to do and not letting me make my own choices. I need someone to support me, not control me.

My hobbies are: Reading, Writing, listening to music, watching game plays (Mainly horror like fnaf), watching some tv mainly historical fiction or horror, art, like drawing, watercolors, that stuff, I also adore the forest and space so I’m always researching some plant or planet. I’m taking forensic science and psychology in school right now so whoever I get better be ready to listen to me rant about not only all of this but also new things I’ve learned lol

You had crept a little to close and you slipped on a peice of loose paper falling flat in front of the massive creatures.

In an attempt to get up quickly to hit your head on the back of a pole that was sticking out of the dumpster.

Que Donnie hurriedly walking over to you to see what damage had been done, lucky for you not much you were just kinda out of it. The fists thing you noticed aside from him being not human were his beautiful eyes, the ones that looked almost identical to yours.

You are so out of it that you just said “ you have beautiful eyes” as he checked your pulse.

You were fine but had to promise that you would keep them a secret.

You had no problem with this as the turtles began to come around more often to see you, and after a few weeks of gaining trust,you were introduced to spinster and the lair.

After your eye comment, you and Donnie became almost instant friends and you bonded over your shared thirst for knowledge and your intellects.

He loves seeing what you read so he can get new books for you and suggest books that he thinks you would like.

Wants you to cook for him since you have an interest in it, he also likes to listen to you about your many skills.

Thinks your amazing for being able to have so many skills and he fully loves that you like horrer games( he waters a lot of game play through.

Loves listing to you rant about what you passionate about, staters learning more about phycology even though he is also pretty in tune with people as well.

When he developed feeelings, it’s going to be an entire thing.

He starts giving more information on plants, space and he even started to save cool documentaries he thinks your going to like

When he confessed to you it’s going to be so sweet and messy, he expressed that he really only liked you and he would remain loyal till the end.

When you started dating he started rotting to work up your confidence and wanted to help on your anxiety and depression episodes.

Knows how to help and did a bit of extra research just in case.

He wanted to help you I all the ways!

Insecure in the new outfit? He’s there to tell you how beautiful your curvy body is!

Are you upset an overwhelmed with sad and anxiety fill thoughts? He’s there with a new movie and blankets.

No matter what, he is there to support you

And make sure that you know you are loved for who you are no matter how big you are.

He’s a snarky little boy so get ready for the sarcasm that comes with this relationship.

Does not mind you being clingy at all, to be honest it brings him out of his work Brain and into his loved ones Brain that can rest.

The question you never knew you wanted to ask was, “If a bird was also a human, would she dress normal?” Lucky for you, Ya Qing is here with the answer: oh good heavens no.

Ya Qing dresses like a Drag Race contestant got the challenge prompt “Edgar Allen Poe” and had only ever read one thing by Edgar Allen Poe. Her outfit is a combination of thrift-store finds and things you could not find at a thrift store because no one ever wore them in the first place. She looks like a Victorian widow and somebody’s “fallen angel” OC had a transporter accident. I love this for her.

Let’s do this top-down:

Her fascinator is doing amazing triple duty with its poof of feathers, the sparkly beading in the center, and the lightweight mourning veil that hovers menacingly over her forehead. Her hair is pulled back in two braids on either side, each of which gets run through two silver beads; the rest of it gets knotted into a high ponytail that kind of gets lost underneath all the feathers. Whatever burgundy she’s chosen for the highlights, it’s really working for her.

She’s got a single earring on her left ear, one that connects with a chain up to an ear cuff like she’s Bajoran, and the ear cuff has extra wind-chime-like danglies on it. Based on this and the single earring Da Qing wears, I thought briefly they might be going with a thing where all the yashou have single earrings, which would have been a great costuming choice. But alas, no. (For all Zhu Hong loves her necklaces, she doesn’t wear earrings at all.)

Strange as it seems based on the overall effect, I don’t think she’s wearing a dress per se. It looks to me like her outfit is three parts: a feathered cape, a lacy high-cut bodysuit, and a long skirt. In one of the shots up there, you can see both her shoulder and part of her side, which makes it look like what’s covering her torso is disconnected from the other pieces. The bodysuit has a thick, stiff collar, which suits her pretty long neck.

The feathered cape is ... well, it’s a lot. Obviously most of it’s happening around her shoulders, where there’s big sprays of flight feathers just behind her neck and down around her shoulders, with a downy layer between them. It has sleeves too, but those sleeves are like Nightmare Boy’s, in that they’re slit up the side and therefore mostly just suggestions of sleeves. It also has a long cape down the back, almost as long as her skirt is and of the same material, which sometimes makes it hard to tell where one stops and the other starts.

Her gloves are everything. They’re so weird. On the tops of her fingers and the backs of her forearms, they’re a completely different lace pattern from her bodice; underneath, they’re solid leather. They go up just below her elbows, where they stop with a curtain of thin loose silver chains. I cannot tell if the chains are attached to the gloves, or if they’re just an extra layer she’s strapped on. When she has her arms by her sides, her almost-sleeves mostly hide them; this is good, because they have the amazing effect of looking great in motion and kinda doofy when they’re just dangling there.

That asymmetrical pleather belt is every belt my mother owned in 1987.

I love her skirt, which has so many layers that it gives her extra menacing vibes whenever she’s walking. It’s full enough that it’s got about five different hemlines all going at the same time, and it’s long enough that it brushes the ground when she walks. Alas, I couldn’t get a good shot of it, but she’s also got on some amazing chunky-heeled black ankle boots on under there.

I’m assuming that either her look is based on the woman in the first-episode backstory art, or vice versa. However, that lady is clearly supposed to be mutating down in Dixing, so something jumped tracks here. (Obviously Ya Qing herself is in there too, in the shot with all three yashou, but that’s more clearly supposed to be an actual drawing of her final look.)

I also love how absolutely none of the other birdies dress like this. She is indeed the proverbial rara avis.

SPEAKING OF he totally spent like 30 minutes trying to master the skater S to impress will (he’s known how to do it for months and hasn’t told mike)

he color codes his class materials and gets pissed when anyone disagrees with the colors he assigned to each class. lucas said english was yellow and he didn’t talk to him for like 3 days (they still passed notes during chemistry when lucas needed help with the math or mike couldn’t remember a chemical formula)

he has physical files he keeps of his friends, like reference notes and concerns and reminders, and they all sit under his bed. if you ask him this is Completely Normal behavior

Harmonix rant up coming because it just appeared and I remember why I disliked it so much

Fun fact! I have something called aphantasia, which means I can't see images in my head

Nomrally I need to conceptualize what ever I'm thinking of in words and then make it into a 3d object that I necessarily see but more get the vauge idea of what is supposed to look like. Like an outline I have to constantly retrace to keep the shape there or else it will disappear

This is half of the reason I draw, because if I wanna see a concept I need to draw it (the other half is that I love character design)

If I want to remember something thats visual I can only do it by remembering distinctive features, because I cant see them in my head

When I was a kid I only watched up to season 5, and I can tell you straight up that Harmonix was my least favorite transformation period (If your wondering why I liked Sirenix more it's because of the colors, and Harmonix looks like it would be a nightmare to swim in. Though underwater Sirenix hair and the 3d is hideous, and I've always despised it... I guess I like Harmonix more often in the show than Sirenix then?? Idk man)

It's not anymore because I am aware of Mythix's...unfortunate...existence, but the problem I have with it is the same today as it was back then

I know there are small differences in the style of their trains and tops but that really doesn't mean anything to someone like me who won't be able to remember these small differences as soon as I look away

Like at most I'll be able to remember that Stella's has straight up and down pattern on her top, maybe Flora's corset top of I really try to commit it to memory. But the rest??? There's literally nothing for my brain to latch on to! Unless you'd like to count Musa's sharktail hair?? I don't count it but it's the only Harmonix hair style I'll be able to remember

But my main problem is that all the outfits have same silhouette. Which just isn't fun when you have a series based on the fact the main characters getting new cool DIFFERENT transformations

Enchantix was that bitch because they all gained it on different ways and they all looked so cool and different! I can love Flora's and Aisha's Enchantix and dislike Stella's and Musa's Enchantix. Because their all so different. Magic Winx was partly iconic for the same reason. But Harmonix (and I'm focusing on Harmonix for now), theres no room for strong feelings for each girl's look. Their all so similar that if you really like one you probably have vauge positive feelings for all of them. There's no room for strong opinions. I can't even bother to bitch about Tecna in a skirt, because she literally couldn't be in pants with this transformation. There's no point!

Also the shoes, are the fucking worst. Like at least there's a passing attempt to make all the girls trails and bodice's look different but they blatantly gave the fuck up with the shoes. It's so goddamn lazy it actually makes me mad. In magic Winx and Enchantix they all had the same style of shoes (go-go boots and sandles) but their all difference sizes (Bloom's shoes in both only goes to her ankles and in both Stella's goes up to her knees) and they all have different designs to them. The Enchantix decorations in the middle of the sandles, Musa having wedges Tecna's weird heels and Aisha's two tone heels stick out to me. Like if you want you can compare them to the Enchantix gloves, but gloves take up a lot less visual spaces compared to shoes that go up to their thighs. I'd compared the gloves more to to the pastel thing Harmonix as going together, which I don't like but that's more of a personal thing. I don't like pastels all that much, buts it's not like a flaw

Also the transformation sequences are so fucking similar. They all have the Winx girls waving around fabric that will become their dresses, and all have the weird thing where the girl disappears for a moment (completely breaking the flow of the sequence) to move her wings from her skirt to her back :( Why? I mean it's fun the first time but can't you do something different for each girl?

I'll have to watch more and see if any of their outfits grow on me but for now...yep, still don't like it that much

I'm 17 (next month i'll be an adult wtfff) and I mainly use he/they, but pronouns dont really matter to me that much. I'm ftm, tho, and I'm a bit uncomfortable at being called by feminine terms, like princess and doll etc. (I do like being called pretty, but it feels different, idk??)

Im a Libra, and an ENFP, if that matters, and my love language is physical touch.

I've had some people tell me I'm pretty funny, so that's a thing about me. Mostly, people know me because I'm really talkative and cheerful, and besides being a little worried about annoying people by talking to them, I like to think I'm pretty sociable. (I do have ADHD, so maybe that's a tell)

I like to comfort people, and my main concern is to make everyone around me as comfortable as I can, so I end up being the psychologist friend of my group, especially since (according to my friends) I give pretty good advice and I'm always the one that people actually listen to.

I'm at the alt scene, so mostly, I dress pretty over the top, with a lot of chains, fishnets all over the place, a lot of black, heavy makeup and heavy boots. I'm also black, and most of the days I dress kinda fem, (dresses, skirts and more revealing clothes) unless disforia is hitting really hard, and then i dress more masc.

I'm also what my friends like to call the alpha friend, which is a dumb way so say that I take the more dominant role in most of my relationships. I just like to take care of people I love.

I'm gonna answer for my OC Jasper Bradshaw, who's the main character of the most prominent story I'm working on (he's my current pfp too). Anyway (these will mostly be off the top of my head btw so there's that):

1. What is your character's reaction to a minor inconvenience?

Well, I would imagine the severity of his reaction would depend on his mood. If he's in a good mood then he probably wouldn't give it much thought. If he was feeling neutral or most negative moods then it'd probably just damper his mood a little bit more, maybe scoffing or groanimg at it. Although if he was angry (which his anger is really severe 9 times out of 10) it would probably make an already volatile situation even more so and prompt him to punch or hit (nonliving) things or slam doors or yell or something akin to that.

12. Are they an overall healthy person?

Yes, physically he's wonderfully healthy. Jasper, considering that he's royalty, is very well taken care of and gets sick only on very rare occasions. Even though sickness is a rarity, injuries are less so. Being a very avid gardener, Jasper's much more accustomed to getting pricked by thorns or getting scratches or minor cuts by plants or gardening tools. He also has a small affinity for falling down embankments (due to his general inatentivness). However whenever a doctor is needed to treat him, he's very polite and thanks them ceaselessly. Physical health aside, his mental health is certainly not as up to par. Substantial stress, guilt, and anger has become commonplace, much to Jasper's dismay, although he tries everything in his power to mitigate the effects on both himself and others.

(I got kind of excited with this question for some reason. It's probably the hardest one though.) I think Jasper would definitely be the type to either wear a Phantom of the Opera-esque mask or a like a...plague doctor type mask but fashioned more for the masquerade style, you know? Which ever it is, it would probably have some sort of gilded design. Mostly have a black, white, and gold color scheme. I know this isn't part of the question but it's got me thinking—he'd probably wear a really fancy matching jacket and maybe a frilly shirt and tall heeled boots. Gosh he'd probably love masquerades, my guy would have an absolute time. I mean, he's had to have been to (and probably hosted) at least one in his life. I can already tell I'm gonna end up drawing him in a masquerade outfit now. Honestly it's about time, I'm surprised I haven't already. I may even write a little thing, but thats for later.
