I don't know why but crossover episodes between separate shows in the same universe are irritating to me

#they're always either just sort of forced like the b99 episode with the new girl characters #or only make sense when you watch both shows together #like right now this 911 episode ending like 'we're going to texas!' so i was like oh ok i guess it's a lone star crossover #and then the next episode they've just moved on because all the actual action happens on the other show #talking #911 lb

tk and carlos' first interaction in the pilot when carlos is like "hes an impressive guy" and tks like "hes my dad" and then in the s1 finale when carlos is like "hes an impressive guy" and owen is like "hes my son" !!! i love parallels!!!
