Love is both seeing and blind
Love is is patient, love is kind
Love suffers long and love envies not
Love does not boast of itself from rooftops
Love reaches far and does not falter
Love cares not for personal glory or fame or honor
Love seeks not its own gain
Love does not keep hold of blame
Love does not provoke or think of evil
Love is full of joy and gleeful
Love knows the truth and refuses to hide
Love holds your hand throughout the night
Love is tenacious; limitless, I’m told
Love believes and endures and is bold
Love’s hope never runs out
Love never pauses in doubt
Love is always there, a reminder
Love never falls short of forever
YES is this a poem based on the verses?? i love it

Nurse Turner on love
Love is patient and kind; Love does not envy or boast; It is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; It is not irritable or resentful; It does not rejoice at wrongdoing, But rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, Believes all things, Hopes all things, Endures all things. Love never ends. 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

We are Nothing Without Love
1 If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am become sounding brass, or a clanging cymbal. 2 And if I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3 And if I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and if I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profiteth me nothing. 4 Love suffereth long, and is kind; love envieth not; love vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, 5 doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not its own, is not provoked, taketh not account of evil; 6 rejoiceth not in unrighteousness, but rejoiceth with the truth; 7 beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. 8 Love never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall be done away; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall be done away. 9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part; 10 but when that which is perfect is come, that which is in part shall be done away. 11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I felt as a child, I thought as a child: now that I am become a man, I have put away childish things. 12 For now we see in a mirror, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know fully even as also I was fully known. 13 But now abideth faith, hope, love, these three; and the greatest of these is love. — 1 Corinthians 13 | American Standard Version (ASV) The American Standard Version Bible is in the public domain. 1 John Bonus: What is Love? (Part 2 of 3)
Probably the best-known passage on love in the Greek scriptures is found Paul’s first letter to the church in Corinth, 1 Corinthians 13. #WhatisLove #Agape #1Corinthians13
Expositors will often speak of heavenly love as agape, and probably the best-known passage on love in the Greek scriptures is found Paul’s first letter to the church in Corinth, 1 Corinthians 13. 1 Corinthians 13 In this chapter, Paul describes the nature of agape as patient, kind, humble, cooperative, even-tempered, generous-hearted in a way that conveys trust and loyalty, ever…

♡1 Corinthians 13♡
13 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.
2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.
3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.
9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part,
10 but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears.
11 When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me.
12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
I pray this entire chapter over myself for one reason: the greatest of these is love! I don't like praying for the material things. I feel bad whenever I pray to God for something materialistic or only for protection and then I never want anything else to do with him. That ends in the present time!
If you feel like you cannot love God, that's the lie of the devil! ANYONE can love God. ANYONE! We were made to love God. I had a hard time finding God's love in other things, but I was too scared to go to Him because I was too ashamed of my sins. However, after going to Him, I realized that I loved Him and ALWAYS wanted to love Him. I want a righteous relationship with God, no matter what!
I put God first! I will love Him so much it turns me away from sin! Most people sin because they feel like God and everyone else hates them. The devil forces that lie onto people in order to make them feel depressed. Seek God! Christ died on the cross for us because He loves us. Never feel like you're a fake Christian all because it's hard to love God... He already knew about your sins anyway :)
Pray that you always love Christ. That way, above all else, even when you wanna slip up, you love Christ enough to never do it, because He loves you!

Above All These - Colossians 3:12-14
After several weeks taking a deeper dive into Colossians 3:12-14, we conclude with the quality that binds all the others, and all of God’s people, together.  Love is undeniably important for Christians, and if it is pursued diligently, many other things will naturally fall into place.

A Love Conqueror
Jesus Is "A Love Conqueror" He loved well and He finished well. We, as a family member can learn a lot from Him. So, take some time to glean from this family prayer exhortation, pray it up for your family. Live-Laugh-Love Well. Be A Love Conqueror!
Do not remember the past events; pay no attention to things of old. Look, I am about to do something new; even now it is coming. Do you not see it? Isaiah 43:18-19 Open Your Heart To New Things Family means relationship mixing, as our families open up their borders to envelop new people coming in from other families. I call this the mish-mash of family dynamics. Some families have an easier…
