this might be too off topic, but it's frustrating to see all of the posts about how villain introjects are never one-to-one the same as the source, that they would never do bad things or act the same way the source would. as an apparent 'persecutor/introject' (another alter's words, not mine), the thing is that i would, and i do. it's on a smaller scale now that the power has been stripped away (within a body instead of a workplace), and in some facets of life i am different (in a personal relationship [in-system], for example), but my personality isn't suddenly a completely different person's now that i'm in a system. i'm still unempathetic, or demanding, or unethical, or whatever else you want to say about my source. to say 'introjects don't take on 'negative' traits' in order to appease people who think poorly of us is to erase those of us who do. i personally don't care if somebody says i'm a bad person (to their ethical standards) because of how i am; they'd be right. i'm not valid as an alter because i behave well and am therefore 'good' and 'respectable' enough to exist. i exist whether or not people think i'm evil.
