I wiped the chicken bc it was OILY and my dad took one potato

Didnt eat the bread with cheese thats on the side but I drank the glass of milk

Total was about 270? Idrk

Also this was my last hospital lunch bc my dad helped me to get discharged from the hospital bc they just didnt help at all with my 4na sooo 😊

Todays lunch! Sorry for not posting much lately

So this is like a cake with eggs and then bacon bits and carrots

I ate those two ”egg cakes” and like half of the bacon (dad ate the rest) and ofc i ate the carrots too #healthy

I drank one glass of milk

And like always I was gonna spit out the bread with cheese but it was too much and my mouth couldn’t hold it so my dad saw it coming out my mouth and thought I puked so I had to drink one more glass of milk
