Yayyy, I’m so happy.
I hope I can reach 48 hours or more, i just said no to my grandad’s pizza😭 I feel bad but it’s worth it
This is my longest fast so far!!
Btw I lost 2,3 kg / 5 pounds since September 28 which I think is so fucking little and I’m pissed off since I been basically starving myself.
I did leg workouts the day before yesterday and my legs still hurt sooo much so today I just walked a little

This is my first day of the ABC diet💕
•Snack: 1 rice cake 30 + 1 tbsp blueberries jam 14 = 44 calories
•Dinner: small pizza slice (75g) 193 + 2 mini “crab meat” sticks 42 + 50g cherry tomatoes 8 + 50g strawberries 16 = 259
•Dessert: 1 vegan vanilla ice cream bar covered in chocolate= 183 calories
•Drinks: 1.250ml water + a glass of diet soda

•dessert: (because I have a huge sweet tooth):

~1 toast half cottage cheese half blueberries: 286 calories

Hii!! This is my fifth day and I lost 2 kg/4.4 pounds already which is pretty good considering I been eating 700-800 calories a day and I don’t do any exercise because I’m super lazy (I know is probably water weight but it still counts lol).
On day 7 I’m going to start eating less calories and I want to start doing a bit of exercise but I’m too lazy. I also started fasting yesterday and my first fast lasted 20 hours.
Anyways this is what I ate today:
•Snack:
~Half a dark Kitkat: 104 calories
•Dinner:
~150 grs fusilli pasta: 292 calories
~2 tablespoons of Cicala di mare sauce: 33 calories
~1 teaspoon fresh grated Parmesan cheese: 7 calories
•Dessert:
~chocolate a la menta tea: 0 calories
~1 dark kitkat (im really craving chocolate today): 207 calories
+2 calories because of a bite of jello

“Breakfast” (it was like 4 pm):
• 1/4 alfajor negro b&n 3.0- 80 cals
•1 teaspoon honey- 21 cals
“Lunch” (it was like 6 pm)
•black café lungo- 1 cal
Dinner:
•a mug of pumpkin soup- 31
•1 not chicken burger patty- 174 cals
•2 hard boiled eggs- 126
•100grs cherry tomatoes- 16 cals
•1/4 cup brown rice- 169
Midnight snack I’m going to have:
•100grs strawberries- 33 cals
•half an orange- 31 cals
•1 cup of raspberry gelatin
Drinks:
•3 or 4 cans of zero coke- 0cals
•some tea- 0cals
TOTAL: 699 calories or 700 because I’ll probably have another coffee since I’m cleaning my room😩——————————————————
I know this is a lot but this is like my third day and I shared the food with my 3 boxer dogs
