hey y'all :)
I just hit the heaviest weight of my life. Ever. Period.
I'm going off to college in just over 8 months, and my senior year is high school finishes in 6 months.
This is me putting it out into the universe that I'm determined to be at least 50 lbs lighter in my cap and gown than I am right now.
I just can't take it anymore and there's no way that I'm going into college as the fat girl. No way.
This is my last chance.

today's meal: garlic pepper salmon with hash browns and brocollini
garlic pepper salmon: 240cal (1 fillet)
hashbrowns: 70cal (2/3 cup)
sugar free ketchup: 10cal (1 Tbl)
broccolini: 5cal (1/4 cup)
total: 325 cal
I used a lot of pepper and cooked the broccolini in the sauce from the salmon :) SUPER filling and SOOO flavorful

10 GUARANTEED tips for food calorie reduction
remove one or both buns off a sandwich, no one remembers the bread, just what's in between it
dab off the grease from foods before eating and save urself an average of 5+ pounds a year :)
always go for "light" or "reduced fat/sugar" versions of ur fave foods (this one's obvious lol)
lean cuisine meals >>> (a ton of options less than 200 cals and soooo tasty) ex: beef mushroom and broccoli (180 cal), chicken with potatoes and broccoli (190cal)
go for FISH and seafood! im pescatarian and seafood is a way better protein alternative to fatty chicken and red meats
ONLY drink water with meals. studies show that you enjoy your favored drinks more if you drink them alone, if ur just using them to wash down food, you're not savoring it as much as you could be
always go for RAW before cooked veggies. its proven that you lose vital nutrients and vitamins for hair/nail/skin/gut health after you cook down ur veggies
SEASONING is ur best friend! think low cal food has to be bland? WRONG! there's a shit ton of low cal seasonings out there for meats/veg/etc.
FLAVOR DROPS! go to ur local grocer in the seasoning/baking isle to get 0 cal 0 sugar sweetness and flavor drops (I have the toffee nut and vanilla ones that I add to my yogurt and more!)

Autumn Imagine
You wake up slowly and look around your dimly lit room and sigh. You sit up and push yourself onto the floor almost silently. You stretch and walk to the bathroom. You wash your face and brush your teeth and walk slowly over to the scale. You step onto it anxiously and look at glowing number and feel a smile creep its way onto your lips. You’ve finally reached your ugw. All the struggles were worth it, you’re finally where you want to be, where you thought you never could be. You walk over to the counter and look in the mirror and smile. You apply concealer under your eyes which is followed by eyeliner and mascara then a maroon colored lipstick. Once you finish you walk back towards your bedroom to get dressed. You grab your favorite oversized jumper that looks like it came straight from the fall tag off of Tumblr along with black leggings and a pair of tan colored boots. You grab your phone and a navy blue beanie which you put on over your messy curls. You grab your bag and then walk out of your house and towards your favorite coffee shop. You enjoy the chilly autumn weather and the sound of the leaves crunching softly underneath your feet. You love the smell of the rain which had just started to drizzle down. You feel genuinely happy. Once you get to the coffee shop you walk in and order a small green tea. Now was not a time you felt like binging on sugary drinks. You sit in a chair close to the front to wait for your drink. “Small green tea!” A boy yells from the front. He’s tall and has dark brown, curly hair which is tucked into a black beanie. You walk over to him and smile, “Thank you.” You say kindly. He smiles shyly, “Yeah, of course.” He replies. You grab your tea and walk towards a mocha colored armchair tucked away in a corner by the front window. You sit and sip your tea and watch the rain. You finally feel decent about yourself, you’re finally happy. You pull your favorite book out of your bag and start to read it for an assignment for school. You have decent grades and now you’re finally thin. The kind of thin that you wanted when you started. All of your hard work is paying off. You smile to yourself and continue to read. Life finally feels like it’s going somewhere. You’re where you’ve always wanted to be.
