I'm concerned that I've grown too comfortable with my current state. These walls that surround me offer safety; they listen, provide comfort, and maintain silence. Yet, they also torment me. I see myself in their stark whiteness, like a blank canvas devoid of paint, memories, and confidence. These walls reflect my lack of self-assurance, my waning desire for adventure, and the extinguished flames of ambition. Despite stepping out of my apartment nearly every day, I continue to grapple with accepting this version of myself. I often reminisce about my former self—a young woman filled with boundless possibilities. The future ahead gleams with untapped potential, waiting to be discovered. Perhaps, I am my own adversary. I contemplate and fret in return, worrying about the uncertainties of the future, the decisions to be made, and the risks involved. I suppose I must come to terms with the reality of life, which revolves around taking risks, for I'll never truly know the outcome of a situation if I refuse to even make an attempt.

Having read the rumours that HBO might be considering adapting Hogwarts Legacy as a tv show brought me so much joy, but I do hope (if this amazing game is ever adapted) that they’ll make the MC a woman. I just really want Sebastian’s storyline from a women‘s perspective. If you know what I mean.

I am trying (and I'd like to redirect your attention to the word trying) to write a novel about vampires but I just can't seem to get anything done. I know the first draft of a story isn't supposed to be great, but whenever I finish a paragraph, I absolutely hate it and delete it. I have my characters (even if they aren't completely done yet) and the plot outline is also ready, but having to actually write? No. Somehow, my brain shuts down entirely and I get nothing done. Seriously. I just sat in front of my laptop, staring at a blank white document until my eyes were brunt from the scorching screen light with no thought in my head.

I guess what I am trying to say is ... Does anyone else have the same problem, and if so, what do you do to get rid of this absurd writer's block?

Currently reading the Bullet Train novel, and it's so amusing to me how the other characters refer to Tangerine and Lemon as "cold ruthless", "the best in the business, most violent, and most dangerous" while, in the meantime, Lemon and Tangerine are bickering at each other and discussing Thomas the Tank Engine.

If you haven't checked out the novel, I recommend you do so. It is a hilarious read.
