Well, well. What do we have here? A monument of pancakes! Of course, every one of us knows that this is an exotic food, isn't it? It would be a perfect morning when you wake up all content with the sleep you had followed by the busy night and then pancakes with blueberries on a white satin sheet bed, along with hot black coffee and the one whom you can cuddle with. Nothing ever beats that, right? Here I am, enjoying the day just because I was in mood for pancakes and the day being cold served it's purpose altogether. What more can I say. . . . About: The pancake's shape and structure varies worldwide. Pancakes may be served at any time of the day or year with a variety of toppings or fillings, but they have developed associations with particular times and toppings in different regions. Ft. Buff Ramen 🤤 . . . One of my favourites. So, I am a regular in a restaurant in Safdarjung Delhi called as @mohinga_the_taste_of_myanmar_ where I am in love with the dish named as Capital ramen with buff. The taste and the flavour is so amazing, oh... I could still smell it even though I cannot visit there. The place is under renovation now and it saddens me. Today, me and my friend tried that recipe out at our home and Iet me tell you, it turned out relishing. Although, we couldn't make the capital ramen but then we bought the Korean ramen which you can easily find at any good departmental store in Delhi. Nevertheless, I don't think this day could have been any more better than it is. 😌 . . . About: Ramen consists of Chinese wheat noodles served in a meat or (occasionally) fish-based broth, often flavored with soy sauce or miso, and uses toppings such as sliced pork (叉焼, chāshū), nori (dried seaweed), menma, and scallions. Ft. Chicken Biryani. . . . To be honest, I am not a biryani person. Biryani has never been on my list of all time favourites. Quite a few reasons why, but let's not get ahead. I had a friend come over on New year's Eve and the next day we decided to welcome new beginnings with food cooked with love. Basically, that's the day I met her first and we instantly hit off. So, when we decided to have Biryani, she insisted on making it and I willingly obliged. This Biryani was too good, the aroma and the taste hit the buds perfectly. I still savor the taste of each spice with its strong flavour. Undoubtedly, a great experience. These days, I have stopped eating chicken and I have acquired the taste of other meats over that. But this home-made Nagamese Chicken won my heart today and believe me when I tell you that it was lip-smackingly good. About: Naga food tends to be spicy and there are several different varieties of chillies in Nagaland. The most notable being Naga Morich and Bhut jolokia. The ginger used in the Naga cuisine is spicy, aromatic and is different from the common ginger.
