عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه، عن الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: “ مَن صامَ رمضانَ إيمانًا واحتسابًا ، غُفِرَ لَهُ ما تقدَّمَ من ذنبِهِ ، ومَن قامَ ليلةَ القدرِ إيمانًا واحتِسابًا، غُفِرَ لَهُ ما تقدَّمَ من ذنبِهِ “ صحيح البخاري

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Whoever fasted the month of Ramadan out of sincere Faith (i.e. belief) and hoping for a reward from Allah, then all his past sins will be forgiven, and whoever stood for the prayers in the night of Qadr out of sincere Faith and hoping for a reward from Allah, then all his previous sins will be forgiven ." Sahih al-Bukhari 2014 In-book reference : Book 32, Hadith 1 USC-MSA web (English) reference : Vol. 3, Book 32, Hadith 231

Never Be Afraid Of Speaking The Word Of Truth (Kalimat-Ul-Ḥaqq)

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : لا يحقرن أحدكم نفسه ، قالوا : يا رسول الله ، كيف يحقر أحدنا نفسه؟ قال : يرى أمراً لله عليه فيه مقال ، ثم لا يقول فيه ، فيقول الله - عز وجل - له يوم القيامة : ما منعك أن تقول فيّ كذا وكذا؟ فيقول : خشية الناس ، فيقول : فإياي كنت أحق أن تخشى.

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “Let none of you belittle himself.” They said ‘O Messenger of Allāh, how does one of us belittle himself?’

The Prophet ﷺ said: “He finds an affair regarding Allāh which he should speak up for but he DOES NOT. So Allāh, Glorified and Sublime be He, will say to him on the Day of Resurrection: ‘What prevented you from speaking up about such and such (affair)?’ He will say: ‘Fear of the people’ so Allāh will say: 'RATHER IT IS ME WHO IS MORE DESERVING OF BEING FEARED’.”
