how do you get a date if your parents wouldn’t let you

I’m 15, I wanna a date, and I don’t even know how to meet anyone. Everyone I’ve had a crush on is already dating, and I’m not even gonna think about ruining someone’s relationship. I don’t really know many more people, and I don’t know how to many more.
