I got a new water bottle yesterday, it’s a Owala.

I love it!! The built in straw method, along with the bigger hole if you want to actually chug your drink is something I find very useful.

I plan on ordering some cute stickers to decorate it because it is an all black one.

One major thing I have always struggled with is overthinking. I overthink nearly everything. Every little interaction, the future, the past, the present, everything.

I’ve been working on praying about the issue rather than thinking too hard on it. There isn’t a problem God can’t solve, and I’m blessed to have someone I can always go to with my problems.
