hi yall! i was forced to visit a nutritionist yesterday (😕) but the good news about that is im deciding to recover. i have a long list of reasons for it and being in a constant binge/restrict cycle isnt helping me. i need my brain and body to be working. im wishing the best for all of yall, take care :)
