You know when your comfort oc goes through a lot of trauma and the only way they can cope is with strong shots of whisky; their eyes entranced by the ice happily burning in the bottom of the glass, and cold droplets oozing out of the rim like golden honey?

Do you think the koopalings would get along with my ocs?

Here's some information about my favourite ones:

This is Lunar (full name is Lunar Eclipse). He is 24 years old, the harbourer of the moon and is super uptight. He's also really reserved and can be quite blunt sometimes too. His skin is as white as a dove's plumage and is usually not included in conversation because others view him as an oddball.

This is Pixiebob (full name Pixiebob Zendara). He is 23 years old and was given a serum that turned him into a leopard-human hybrid (he's 6 foot 7 and has super strength, speed and a build of a Roman god). Despite his menacing stature, he's shy and only speaks to others when necessary, for instance, if they needed help with something. He has a tendency to manipulate others but feels somewhat guilty afterwards.

Finally, this is Juniper (Juniper Baras is his full name). He is 36 years old, extremely anxious and has difficulty speaking to others. Very down-to-earth and loves organizing his collections of fairy figures and plushies. He owns 11 cats and illustrates fairy tale books. He also (secretly) loves hugs and all sorts of nice cuddles.

Oh my! I didn't actually think you would remember, so thank you so much🥰🥰. I had a great day; my mom made me a cheesecake and a lasagna, I got lots of prezzies (my friend and my family fortuitously got me nintendo consoles😄), and since I believe Ludwig's birthday is on the 4th of January, I thought it would be nice if we celebrated together💖

As this year is coming to a close, let's take a step back to reflect on what we've experienced💙

This year for me has been eventful, to say the least; it has been full of drama, misfortune and joy. Although I did obviously enjoy the more significant things, I want to take a moment to appreciate the smaller things that keep me grounded and that I usually take for granted.

First of all, here are my favourite photographs of Ludwig I've taken this year:

Ludwig has been my travel buddy for a good year and a half now. I'm a very anxious person, so having him in my pocket to keep me company and distract me from any negative thoughts is very soothing. I'd like to thank him for always being there for me and for being such a good model when I'm taking pictures💖

Secondly, my favourite pictures of my cats:

My cats Bonkers, Meowza and Link are some of the most special people in my entire life. They're a great comfort to me as I'm not the best at socializing. I'd like to thank them for watching films with me, eating my dinner when I'm not looking, and snuggling with me in bed during the cold nights💝

Thirdly, I want to thank my family and friends for being there for me despite my flaws. I adore them all very much and cannot express my gratitude for your unconditional love. I'm aware that I'm not the easiest to be around and can be quite callous at times, but you just being there means the world to me💙💙

Finally, I want to thank the people on this platform. I get very nervous about asks and such, so I'll take the opportunity to thank my favourite people in particular (not in any sort of order):

It may not mean much, but your artwork is truly amazing and always brightens my day. I find it hard not to go on a giant ramble about all the things I love about your art. I'd also like to mention how grateful I am for all the people who enjoy my art. I honestly thought I would just make an account and post a single photo (due to being peer pressured by my sibling and friend) but to my suprise, I found myself continuing on Tumblr for a while now. I thought that if I made even one person happy from my art, I would be content. Seeing people like what I do after being alone for so many years is genuinely overwhelming (in a good way), so I truly appreciate each and every one of you.

What is your opinion on the Broodals?

I actually don't have much on the Broodals, so I wanted to sketch each of them. However, as I was drawing them I came up with headcannons so here are some of them:

Topper:

Topper is highly self-absorbed and a master gambler. He loves other's misery and loves it even more if it benefits him. Topper's favourite food is quiche and his favourite movie is The Great Gatsby. He doesn't bond much, if at all, with his siblings as they aren't of much help to him. He usually gets in trouble with sketchy people in the Casino but is always bailed out by Madame Broodal.

Spewart:

Spewart is what you'd call a giant man-baby; he stays at home on his backside all day, can barely do anything for himself, and relies on his mother spoiling him rotten to survive. He's quick to anger and throws violent tantrums until he gets what he wants. He reeks of mouldy food and wears the same sweaty clothes every day (he's perfectly capable of looking after himself but chooses not to as it is too mucn work). He is also a giant glutton and engulfs pretty much all the food in the house.

Hariet:

Like Topper, Hariet only cares about herself and manipulates everyone without guilt. She is always focused on her appearance and tries her hardest to look perfect. She is rarely in the house as she would rather stay anywhere else. She is a skilled fighter (primarly kick boxing) and uses this to her advantage by beating up others who don't comply with her commands. Hariet sometimes collaberates with Topper to get their hands on sketchy substances, like sedatives and psychoactives.

Rango:

Rango is the only approachable one out of the Broodals. He enjoys other's company and is very empathetic. He is always willing to help anyone in need and is a laid-back person. He despises the fact that he's related to his siblings and mostly lives at his friend's house, only coming to his family home occasionaly. He loves barbequed foods and reading romance novels. He himself is a hopeless romantic and adores giving advice about love.

Madame Broodal:

No one (including her own children) knows if Madame Broodal is just an ugly woman or an ugly man in drag. She believes that as long as she does whatever her children ask, she's a good parent. She either spends her time spoiling Spewart, lending money to Topper, or pampering herself with new clothes, make-up and accessories. She doesn't care much for Rango because he doesn't want the same things as his siblings; most of the time they just argue.

Greetings everyone,

I've had a horrible week, so here is an information dump about my favourite oc, Pixiebob:

(Just some sketches from these past few days)

Name: Pixiebob Zendara

Age: 24 years old

Favourite colours: gold and blue

Hobbies: Baking, painting, and watching old movies

Personality: Altruistic, thoughtful, and reserved. Highly empathetic and has a hard time coping with too much emotion. Would happily stick out his neck if a stranger asked him to. Has to think everything over before he does anything (leads to conflict amongst a group of mostly head-strong people).

Backstory: Born in the poor village of West Orion, in the fictional world of Mondarbre (my main story that I have been working on for 7 years now). His parents were complete jerks who utterly disregarded him, leaving Pixiebob to grow up by himself. By 20, he left the village and became one of the many vagabonds who roam the lands. After a year of wandering, Pixiebob joined a travelling circus troupe and eventually met The Celestial Angels (the group of main characters in my story). He joined them in their quest to fix the sullied world they lived in, but was kidnapped by the Cult of Nirvana after being separated in the woods close to one the labs. He was injected with their latest formula that could supposedly turn people into animal hybrids named 'Le Sérum des Damnés'. The mutation was a success and Pixiebob transformed into a leopard/human hybrid; he gained massive amounts of strengh, speed, and lots of other physical upgrades such as heightened vision and a pair of carniverous teeth. After being re-united with the group (although awkwardly), they make it to their destination, the Atlas Castle, and he adopts a sickly 3 year old named Naku (no, it is not me) trapped in the many children harvesting centres below the building.
