Save a Palestinian family with an autistic child

Message from the creator:

Karam six with three siblings. He's autistic. And he's currently in a refugee camp in Gaza after being displaced several times.

He needs your help. We need to get him out.

He is barely surviving in the horrific war zone that is Gaza.

He's already lost his home. It's rubble.

He's lost all his cherished possessions, anything that brings him comfort, his toys and clothes. Moreover his parents lost everything they own and their source of income.

Even his pet cat is gone. His world has been annihilated.

Karam is terrified. It's a miracle he's still alive. All this in addition to lack of food, lack of water, and lack of medicine! We may not have much time.

He’s trapped in one of the most dangerous places on Earth for a child.

The majority of those killed and wounded in Gaza have been children.

Lamar his 14-year-old sister.. also suffering the pain of war.. she also lost everything she cherished...all her paintings, her equipment, and her favorite things gone to ruins as well as her pet cat. Now she's trying to cope by going back to art...but doesn't have any tools...and where they're staying is uncomfortable and not suitable for art... but all she can think about is her little brother, Karam....she wishes he could resume his treatment and rehab...

Jawad is 11.. he was top of his class.. he's very ambitious... Very smart and intelligent.. joins every extra curricular activity ... He's been out of school since the beginning of the war...

Aser is 7.5 .. he excels in math... He loves his little brother and takes care of him.. He also missed school...

This family lost their home. It's rubble. They lost their source of income...they lost their normal life.. they lost everything....!

To bring Karam and his immediate family to safety. To secure a home and a chance for a normal life. He needs to go to school. He needs to continue his treatment.

Traveling for Palestinians living in Gaza is very difficult and expensive due to the embargo enforced. They need to cross through Rafah port to Egypt (which alone costs a small fortune), then fly to Jordan where he can continue his treatment with his Doctor (specialist) there, and where all the children may rejoin school.

This contribution is the barrier between Karam and a life away from the trauma and constant fear of injury and death.

The urgency to act cannot be overstated.

Karam’s situation is critical, with the ongoing conflict threatening his life daily.

His family, doing everything within their power to protect him and his siblings, are desperate for a lifeline.

They are fighting not just for survival but for a chance at a life where war does not dictate their existence.

Cop shot a tiny blind and deaf dog in sturgeon missouri because he didn't like the way it was moving, basically

On Sunday May 19, 2024, officer Myron Woodson a city police officer in Sturgeon Mo (officer is also in joint communication with the city of Hallsville Mo.), spotted a little dog out of his enclosure, unaliving a tiny, sweet blind and deaf The dog is a 10lb Shitzu named named Teddy..Teddy is blind and deaf, and had escaped his enclosure unable to find his way home. Officer Woodson, instead of taking him to thr pound, shot him twice with his service weapon and threw his body in a ditch. The scene was witnessed by a teenage neighbor and the owner was alerted. The owner demanded to know where his dog was disposed of at which time the officer laughed at Teddys owner. We demand justice for this sweet dog, who was personally known and loved by many. Please sign the petition to help bring justice and hopefully remove Mr.Woodson from service in both cities of Sturgeon and Hallsville. This dog was well loved and was never an issue to the community, his owners and an entire community are shocked and saddened by this event.

feeling the need to post again about this. i'm standing with every single person who is protesting for palestine right now. especially all the people at these universities setting up encampments and having guns and police brigades pointed towards them. these are PEACEFUL protests and should not be threatened with tear gas, force, or even snipers pointed at them. palestine needs our voices more than ever. we're nearing 50K marytered palestinians when there shouldn't have even been 1.

if you personally cannot protest in public for whatever reason it may be, at least voice your support for protesters who are and also voice your support for palestinians. they need your voice. their voices are getting silences constantly online whether through suppression or the IOF marytering them along with everyone else.

i stand with every palestinian in the world. i stand with every protester in the world speaking for palestinians.
